Claims (14)

  1. Kartonfilter (1) für Zigaretten, gebildet durch Falten, Wickeln und Kleben eines Kartonstreifens (2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kartonstreifen (2) gefaltet wird, um einen zentralen Teil (21) zu bilden, der eine Reihe von Lappen (3, 4, 5, 6, 7) hat, die um eine zentrale Achse (22) des Filters (2) winklig gleich verteilt sind, und einen peripheren Teil (23), der den zentralen Teil (21) umgibt, wobei die Lappen (3, 4, 5, 6, 7) und der periphere Teil (23) Gasdurchgangskanäle (24) um die zentrale Achse (22) begrenzen.
  2. Filter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gasdurchgangskanäle (24) um die zentrale Achse (22) des Filters (2) winklig gleich verteilt sind.
  3. Filter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lappen (3, 4, 5, 6, 7) mindestens einen äußeren Teil haben, der sich im Kontakt mit dem peripheren Teil (23) befindet.
  4. Filter nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens einer der Lappen (3, 4, 5, 6) aufweist:
    mindestens einen äußeren Abschnitt (31, 41, 51, 61), der sich gegenüber dem peripheren Teil (23) befindet,
    einen ersten inneren Abschnitt (32, 42, 52, 62), der sich zwischen einer ersten äußeren Endfalte (320, 420, 520, 620) des äußeren Abschnitts (31, 41, 51, 61) und einem zentralen Bereich (220) des Filters (2) erstreckt, der die zentrale Achse (22) umfasst,
    einen zweiten inneren Abschnitt (33, 43, 53, 63), der sich zwischen einer zweiten äußeren Endfalte (330, 430, 530, 630) des äußeren Abschnitts (31, 41, 51, 61) und dem zentralen Bereich (220) des Filters (2) erstreckt.
  5. Filter nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er mindestens einen ersten Lappen (3, 4, 5, 6) und einen zweiten Lappen (4, 5, 6, 7) aufweist, der zum ersten Lappen (3, 4, 5, 6) benachbart ist,
    wobei der zweite innere Abschnitt (33, 43, 53, 63) des ersten Lappens (3, 4, 5, 6) mit dem ersten inneren Abschnitt (42, 52, 62, 72) des zweiten Lappens (4, 5, 6, 7) durch eine innere Endfalte (44, 54, 64, 74) desselben verbunden ist.
  6. Filter nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einer der Lappen (7) aufweist:
    mindestens einen äußeren Abschnitt (71), der sich dem peripheren Teil (23) gegenüber befindet,
    einen im Verhältnis zum äußeren Abschnitt (71) nicht gefalteten ersten inneren Abschnitt (72),
    einen zweiten inneren Abschnitt (73), der sich zwischen einer zweiten äußeren Endfalte (730) des äußeren Abschnitts (71) und dem zentralen Bereich (220) des Filters (2) erstreckt,
    wobei ein anderer Bereich (234) des peripheren Teils (23), der sich dem äußeren Abschnitt (71) gegenüber befindet, durch eine erste äußere Endfalte (720) an den ersten inneren Abschnitt (72) angeschlossen ist.
  7. Filter nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der periphere Teil (23) kegelstumpfförmig um die zentrale Achse (22) ist.
  8. Filter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der periphere Teil (23) kreisförmig-zylindrisch um die zentrale Achse (22) ist.
  9. Filter nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lappen (3, 4, 5, 6, 7) zwischen sich einen zentralen Raum (220) begrenzen, der die zentrale Achse (22) enthält.
  10. Filter nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens drei Lappen (3, 4, 5, 6, 7) vorgesehen sind.
  11. Filter nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass fünf Lappen (3, 4, 5, 6, 7) vorgesehen sind.
  12. Filter nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Blatt (8), welches ein axiales Rohr (81) begrenzt, das dazu bestimmt ist, Tabak zu enthalten, auf ein axiales Ende (231) des peripheren Teils (23) in der Verlängerung des peripheren Teils (23) geklebt ist.
  13. Zigarette, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Kartonfilter (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche aufweist.
  14. Verfahren zur Herstellung des Filters (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, wobei bei dem Filter (1) die Lappen (3, 4, 5, 6, 7) zwischen sich einen zentralen Raum (220) begrenzen, der die zentrale Achse (22) enthält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren einen Schritt des Arretierens des Filters (1) aufweist, bei dem der Filter (1) mittels einer Maschine anhand seines zentralen Raums (220) um eine Spindel (B) aufgezogen wird, um den Filter (1) zu halten, dann einen Schritt des Befestigens eines Blatts (8), das ein axiales Rohr (81) begrenzt, das dazu bestimmt ist, Tabak zu enthalten, wobei das Blatt (8) von der Maschine in der Verlängerung des peripheren Teils (23) auf ein axiales Ende (231) des peripheren Teils (23) des auf der Spindel (B) gehaltenen Filters geklebt wird, dann einen Schritt des Trennens des Filters (1) im Verhältnis zur Spindel (B) .
