Claims (15)
- Mehrschichtige Kationenaustauschmembran (10) zur Verwendung in einem Chloralkaliprozess, umfassend eine Carboxylatschicht (12), umfassend ein Carboxylatgruppen enthaltendes fluoriertes lonomer, auf einer Seite der Membran, eine externe Sulfonatschicht (14), umfassend ein Sulfonatgruppen enthaltendes fluoriertes lonomer, auf der Seite der Membran, die entgegengesetzt zu der Carboxylatschicht ist, und eine interne Sulfonatschicht (16), umfassend ein Sulfonatgruppen enthaltendes fluoriertes lonomer, zwischen der Carboxylatschicht (12) und der externen Sulfonatschicht (14), wobei die externe Sulfonatschicht (14) ein Ionenaustauschverhältnis von mehr als 11,3 aufweist und die interne Sulfonatschicht (16) ein Ionenaustauschverhältnis von weniger als 11 aufweist.
- Membran (10) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die interne Sulfonatschicht (16) ein Ionenaustauschverhältnis aufweist, das um mindestens 0,6 kleiner als das Ionenaustauschverhältnis der externen Sulfonatschicht (14) ist.
- Membran (10) nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2, wobei die Carboxylatschicht (12) ein IXR von 13,8 bis 16 aufweist.
- Membran (10) nach den Ansprüchen 1, 2 oder 3, wobei die externe Sulfonatschicht (14) ein Ionenaustauschverhältnis von mehr als 11,5, vorzugsweise von 11,3 bis 17,5, mehr bevorzugt von 11,3 bis 15,5, noch mehr bevorzugt von 11,3 bis 13,5 und am meisten bevorzugt von 11,3 bis 12,4 aufweist.
- Membran (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die interne Sulfonatschicht (16) ein Ionenaustauschverhältnis von weniger als 10,9, vorzugsweise von 9,3 bis 11, mehr bevorzugt von 10 bis 11 und am meisten bevorzugt von 10 bis 10,9 aufweist.
- Membran (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, ferner umfassend eine Gewebeverstärkung.
- Membran (10) nach Anspruch 6, wobei die Gewebeverstärkung mindestens zum Teil in die Membran eingebettet ist.
- Membran (10) nach den Ansprüchen 6 oder 7, wobei das Gewebe Fluorpolymergarne mit einem Denier von weniger als 100 umfasst.
- Membran (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die interne Sulfonatschicht (16) eine Dicke von mindestens 40 Mikrometer, vorzugsweise von 50 bis 200 Mikrometer, mehr bevorzugt von 60 Mikrometer bis 100 Mikrometer aufweist.
- Membran (10) nach den vorhergehenden Ansprüchen, wobei die externe Sulfonatschicht (14) eine Dicke von weniger als 30 Mikrometer, vorzugsweise von 5 bis 30 Mikrometer, mehr bevorzugt von 7 Mikrometer bis 25 Mikrometer aufweist.
- Mehrschichtige Kationenaustauschmembran (110) zur Verwendung in einem Chloralkaliprozess, umfassend eine Carboxylatschicht (112), umfassend ein Carboxylatgruppen enthaltendes fluoriertes Ionomer, auf einer Seite der Membran, eine externe Sulfonatschicht (114), umfassend ein Sulfonatgruppen enthaltendes fluoriertes lonomer, auf der Seite der Membran, die entgegengesetzt zu der Carboxylatschicht (112) ist, und eine erste und eine zweite interne Sulfonatschicht (117, 116), umfassend Sulfonatgruppen enthaltendes fluoriertes lonomer, zwischen der Carboxylatschicht (112) und der externen Sulfonatschicht (114), wobei die erste interne Sulfonatschicht (117) zwischen der Carboxylatschicht (112) und der zweiten internen Sulfonatschicht (116) ist und die zweite interne Sulfonatschicht (116) zwischen der ersten internen Sulfonatschicht (117) und der externen Sulfonatschicht (114) ist, wobei die externe Sulfonatschicht (114) ein Ionenaustauschverhältnis von mehr als 11,3 aufweist, die erste interne Sulfonatschicht (117) ein Ionenaustauschverhältnis von mehr als 11,3 aufweist und die zweite interne Sulfonatschicht (116) ein lonenaustauschverhältnis von weniger als 11 aufweist.
- Membran (110) nach Anspruch 11, wobei die zweite interne Sulfonatschicht (116) ein Ionenaustauschverhältnis aufweist, das um mindestens 0,6 kleiner als das lonenaustauschverhältnis der externen Sulfonatschicht (114) ist.
- Membran (110) nach den Ansprüchen 11 oder 12, wobei die erste interne Sulfonatschicht (117) ein Ionenaustauschverhältnis aufweist, das um mindestens 0,6 größer als das lonenaustauschverhältnis der zweiten internen Sulfonatschicht (116) ist.
- Membran (110) nach einem der Ansprüche 11-13, wobei die Carboxylatschicht (112) ein Ionenaustauschverhältnis von 13,8 bis 16 aufweist.
- Membran (110) nach einem der Ansprüche 11-14, wobei die erste interne Sulfonatschicht (117) ein Ionenaustauschverhältnis aufweist, das sich von dem Ionenaustauschverhältnis der Carboxylatschicht (112) um höchstens 3,3 unterscheidet.
