Claims (10)

  1. Rolling device (100) comprising:
    a stand (102),
    at least two rolls (104-105), which are mounted on the stand (102) by means of chocks and are displaceable relative to one another in axial direction, and
    at least one axial displacing device (108), which is associated with a chock of at least one of the rolls (104-105) and can act on this chock,
    wherein the axial displacing device (108) comprises a fixed block (110) of multi-part construction, at least one displaceable bending block (112, 113) and at least one displacing cylinder (114), which is associated with the bending block (112, 113) and by which the bending block is displaceable relative to the fixed block (110),
    characterised in that the fixed block (110) comprises a central displacing bracket (116) and separately therefrom two separate holding strips (117, 118), which are arranged adjacent to the displacing bracket (116) respectively above and below the bracket and are mounted on roll housings of the stand (102), wherein the central displacing bracket (116) is constructed as an individual part.
  2. Rolling device (100) according to claim 1, characterised in that the central displacing bracket (116) is constructed in the form of a forged part.
  3. Rolling device (100) according to claim 2, characterised in that the central displacing bracket (116) is produced from forged bar material.
  4. Rolling device (100) according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the holding strips (117, 118) are each produced as plain parts, particularly of sheet metal.
  5. Rolling device (100) according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the holding strips (117, 118) are mounted on rails (103) of a housing of the stand (102).
  6. Rolling device (100) according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the axial displacing device (108) comprises an upper bending block (112) and a lower bending block (113), wherein these two bending blocks (112, 113) are each arranged between the displacing bracket (116) and the upper or lower holding strip (117, 118).
  7. Rolling device (100) according to claim 6, characterised in that a respective separate displacing cylinder (110 is associated with each of the upper bending block (112) and the lower bending block (113).
  8. Rolling device (100) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the displacing cylinder (114) associated with a bending block (112, 113) is flange-mounted externally thereof on an end plate (120) connected with the fixed block (11), wherein a piston rod (115) of the displacing cylinder (114) interacts with the bending block (112, 113).
  9. Rolling device (100) according to claim 8, characterised in that the displacing cylinder (114) is equipped with fixed piping for the purpose of feed of operating medium, particularly in the form of hydraulic oil.
  10. Rolling device (100) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that a bending block (112, 113) and the displacing cylinder (114) associated therewith are of modular construction and are respectively constructed as independent components.
