Definitions

  • the present invention refers to a washing machine comprising dispenser system for a detergent, such as a washing agent and/or a rinsing agent, associated with a door of the washing machine, in particular a dishwasher.
  • a detergent such as a washing agent and/or a rinsing agent
  • Dispenser systems for detergents are known, in particular within washing machines, such as laundry washing machines or dishwashers.
  • washing machines such as laundry washing machines or dishwashers.
  • such systems are associated with the door of the washing machine and comprise a tank assembly defining a receptacle therein intended for containing a detergent, and a pump assembly configured to collect a quantity of the detergent from the receptacle.
  • the pump assembly is then configured to dispense the quantity of detergent outside the receptacle, into a washing chamber of the washing machine.
  • a motor apparatus is provided which is configured to operate the pump assembly.
  • US patent 7,571,734 describes a detergent dispenser system in which a tank is coupled in a fixed way within the door assembly between the inner and the outer door panel.
  • a tank is coupled in a fixed way within the door assembly between the inner and the outer door panel.
  • the tank is difficult for an operator to access, which makes it necessary to disassemble the entire door assembly in order to access the tank components for cleaning or maintenance purposes.
  • Patent publication EP 1 959 045 A1 describes a dispenser system fixed to the door assembly and in which a compartment is provided to accommodate a container equipped with flexible walls and enclosing a liquid washing agent.
  • the compartment also contains a peristaltic pump configured to repeatedly compress the container so as to dispense the liquid washing agent within the container.
  • a peristaltic pump configured to repeatedly compress the container so as to dispense the liquid washing agent within the container.
  • the system is bound to the use of a container with flexible walls in which the detergent is packaged and having predetermined shapes and sizes, which makes such a system incompatible with the use of detergents made available in a traditional form, such as the typical detergents in a liquid or gel form contained in bottles which are poured in the desired quantity into the dispenser tank.
  • cleaning and maintaining the system overall is not easy for a user.
  • US 2017/042404 A1 discloses a dishwasher comprising a body; a washing cabin that is disposed on the body and wherein the washing process is performed; a detergent dispenser that is detachably mounted on the body and wherein liquid/gel detergent can be filled; and a control unit the memory of which the amount of liquid/gel detergent to be transferred to the washing cabin according to the washing type predetermined by the producer is saved.
  • CN 110 916 587 A discloses a dishwasher and a dispenser and a door assembly for the dishwasher, the dispenser comprises a dispensing shell, wherein the dispensing shell is provided with a liquid storagecavity, an outer dispensing port and a dispensing outlet, the dispensing shell is further provided with a storage groove, a storage cover is arranged at the storage groove, and a passing gap is defined between the storage cover and the storage groove; a pump assembly arranged on the dispensing shell, wherein the pump assembly is provided with a suction port and a pumping port, the suction port is communicated with the liquid storage cavity, and the pumping port is communicated with the dispensing outlet.
  • the pump assembly is arranged in the dispensing shell, so that consumables can be dispensed under the action of the pump assembly, more consumables can be contained in the liquid storage cavity, a user does not need to dispense the consumables before washing each time, and the automatic dispensing function of the consumables is achieved; and through the arrangement of the storage groove, the consumables can be dispensed through the passing gap, and therefore synchronous dispensing of the multiple consumables is achieved, and the use experience of a user is improved.
  • US 2016/177491 A1 discloses a structure which has a drawer defining at least one chamber receiving a washing agent and is mounted to move in a shell between an extracted position, in which the chamber is accessible from the outside for receiving a washing agent, and a retracted position, in which the chamber is closed by the shell and suited to dispense the washing agent.
  • a passage communicates with the chamber and outside.
  • a pumping member is suited to push a quantity of washing agent from the chamber towards the passage.
  • An actuator operates the pumping member and is fixed on the shell separate from the drawer. The pumping member is able to assume an active condition, coupled to the actuator and to the passage, when the drawer is retracted. The pumping member is able to assume an inactive condition, uncoupled from the actuator or from the passage, when the drawer is extracted.
  • KR 2015 0103988 A describes a detergent dispenser comprising: a storage part including a vessel having a storage space for storing detergent and an outlet, a pumping unit provided in the vessel to selectively supply detergent discharged from the outlet, and a discharge part to discharge detergent pumped by the pumping unit; a storage part accommodating part including a mount part for mounting the storage part and an actuator for actuator the pumping unit; and a coupler to connect the actuator to the pumping unit when the storage part is mounted on the mount part. • annular gasket 40 is fastened between the bottom of tank-holder assembly 20 tray body and casing 38 of motor apparatus 18.
  • motor apparatus 18 In the assembly through door D, motor apparatus 18 is positioned in the gap positioned between inner panel IP and outer panel OP. Therefore, all components of system 10 that are operationally subjected to electrical voltage (and that belong to motor apparatus 18 ) are fluid-tightly contained within door D and thus separated from washing chamber WC; thus, contact with liquids during the washing phases of washing machine WM is advantageously avoided for such components.
