Claims (4)
- Ventilateur radial haute pression (1) pour le transport augmentant la pression d'un fluide compressibleavec un carter en volute (2), qui présente une ouverture d'entrée (4) étendue à travers une paroi de carter (6) pour l'entrée du fluide et une ouverture de sortie (5) pour la sortie du fluide, etavec une roue à aubes (3), qui est disposée dans le carter en volute (2) de manière à pouvoir tourner autour d'un axe de rotation axial (D) et présente un aubage (13) formé de plusieurs aubes mobiles (12),dans lequel l'aubage (13) provoque dans un état rotatif de la roue à aubes (3) une aspiration axiale du fluide à travers l'ouverture d'entrée (4) et une évacuation déviée de manière radiale et/ou tangentielle du fluide à travers l'ouverture de sortie (5) et par conséquent un transport augmentant la pression du fluide à partir d'un côté aspiration (S) sur un côté pression (P), etavec un ensemble d'étanchéité (17) réalisé entre le carter en volute (2) et la roue à aubes (3), qui est prévu pour réduire au minimum une perte de pression entre le côté pression (P) et le côté aspiration (S),dans lequel la roue à aubes (3) présente un disque de recouvrement (26), au moyen duquel l'aubage (13) est recouvert frontalement axialement,dans lequel la roue à aubes (3) présente une surface d'étanchéité (21), etdans lequel la surface d'étanchéité (21) est disposée sur une bague d'admission (27) associée au disque de recouvrement (26), que la bague d'admission (27) borde une ouverture d'admission (28) de la roue à aubes (3),dans lequel l'ensemble d'étanchéité (17) présente un ensemble d'étanchéité de contact (18) disposé dans la zone de l'ouverture d'entrée (4),dans lequel la bague d'admission (27) fait saillie en direction d'une face extérieure (23) de la paroi de carter (6) axialement à travers l'ouverture d'entrée (4),dans lequel l'ensemble d'étanchéité de contact (18) présente la surface d'étanchéité (21) disposée sur la roue à aubes (3) et au moins un élément d'étanchéité (22) en contact avec la surface d'étanchéité (21),dans lequel l'ensemble d'étanchéité de contact (18) étanchéifie une fente annulaire (20) réalisée entre une bordure (19) de l'ouverture d'entrée (4) et la roue à aubes (3) ,dans lequel l'élément d'étanchéité (22) est disposé sur la face extérieure (23) de la paroi de carter (6) et fixé de manière détachable,dans lequel l'ensemble d'étanchéité de contact (18) présente un carter d'étanchéité (29) disposé sur la face extérieure (23) de la paroi de carter (6) avec un espace de montage (30), dans lequel le au moins un élément d'étanchéité (22) est reçu,caractérisé en ce que le carter en volute (2) présente une tubulure d'aspiration (34) débouchant dans l'ouverture d'entrée (4), qui vient se plaquer radialement et axialement au-dessus du carter d'étanchéité (29), etque la tubulure d'aspiration (34) présente une partie de buse (36) intérieure, au moyen de laquelle le carter d'étanchéité (29) est protégé par rapport à un écoulement du fluide à aspirer.
- Ventilateur radial haute pression (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le carter d'étanchéité (29) est bridé de manière détachable sur la face extérieure (23) de la paroi de carter (6) au moyen de plusieurs éléments de fixation (33).
- Ventilateur radial haute pression (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le au moins un élément d'étanchéité est réalisé sous forme d'une bague d'étanchéité d'arbre radial, d'un élément brosse, ou d'une bague d'étanchéité à lèvres.
- Ventilateur radial haute pression (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble d'étanchéité de contact présente un presse-étoupe.
