La présente invention concerne un four (1) comprenant une cavité de cuisson dans laquelle sont placés les aliments à cuire, et qui comprend deux parois parallèles ; au moins deux supports de grille (2) qui sont disposés de manière opposée sur les parois, et qui sont positionnés à différents niveaux prédéterminés par le producteur et qui s'étendent parallèlement l'un par rapport à l'autre horizontalement sur le même plan vertical ; au moins deux rails télescopiques (3) qui reposent sur les supports de grille (2) et qui supportent le tiroir placé dans la cavité de cuisson ; au moins deux logements (10) qui s'étendent sur les deux côtés inférieurs du tiroir (16) et au niveau desquels le rail télescopique (3) repose.
