La présente invention concerne un four (1) comprenant une cavité de four dans laquelle les aliments à cuire sont placés, et comportant deux parois parallèles ; deux supports (2) de crémaillère disposés l'un en regard de l'autre sur les parois et comportant un ou plusieurs gradin(s) (6) disposé(s) à des hauteurs différentes prédéfinies par le producteur et s'étendant parallèlement entre eux dans la direction horizontale sur le même plan vertical, et au moins un élément vertical (9) permettant la fixation des gradins (6) entre eux et s'étendant perpendiculairement aux gradins (6) ; et au moins deux rails télescopiques (5) placés sur les supports (2) de crémaillère et destinés à porter les plateaux placés dans la cavité de four.
