Claims (17)

  1. Isolierverglasung (1), die einen Tür- oder Fensterflügel ausbildet, die über mindestens einen Teil ihres Umfangs rahmenlos ist, umfassend mindestens zwei Glasscheiben (3, 4), die durch zwei vertikale Abstandshalter (2) aus Glas, einen linken und einen rechten, die jeweils in der Nähe des linken und des rechten Rands der Glasscheiben (3, 4) angeordnet sind, und zwei horizontale Abstandshalter (5), aus einem anderen Material als Glas, einen oberen und einen unteren, die jeweils in der Nähe des oberen und des unteren Rands der Glasscheiben (3, 4) angeordnet sind, paarweise beabstandet sind, wobei die Isolierverglasung (1) auch zwischen jeder Fläche der horizontalen Abstandshalter, die der Außenseite der Isolierverglasung zugewandt sind, und dem Rand der Glasscheiben ein Metallprofil (7) umfasst, mindestens ein Ende des unteren Metallprofils mindestens an den zwei Glasscheiben (3, 4) mittels eines Strukturklebstoffs (9) befestigt ist, wobei jede der Seitenflächen jedes horizontalen Abstandshalters (5) an den Glasscheiben (3, 4) mittels eines Klebebefestigungsmittels (50) befestigt ist, die eine erste Dichtungsbarriere, vorzugsweise gegenüber Luft, Gasen und Wasserdampf, der Butylart, ausbilden, und wobei die Isolierverglasung ferner eine Dichtung (6) umfasst, die eine zweite Dichtungsbarriere, vorzugsweise gegenüber Wasser, der Polyurethan-, Polysulfid- oder Silikonart, zwischen jeder Fläche der horizontalen Abstandshalter (5), die der Außenseite der Isolierverglasung zugewandt ist, und jedem Metallprofil (7) ausbildet, wobei diese Dichtung (6) das Befestigen jedes horizontalen Abstandshalters (5) an den Glasscheiben (3, 4) und das Befestigen jedes Metallprofils an dem entsprechenden horizontalen Abstandshalter (5) und gegebenenfalls an den Glasscheiben (3, 4) ermöglicht.
  2. Isolierverglasung (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Strukturklebstoff (9) aufweist:
    - eine Shore-D-Härte zwischen 30 und 70, vorzugsweise zwischen 40 und 60 oder sogar zwischen 45 und 55, und/oder
    - eine Shore-A-Härte zwischen 80 und 100, vorzugsweise zwischen 85 und 95 oder sogar zwischen 87 und 93, und/oder
    - eine Zugfestigkeit zwischen 1 und 50 N/mm2, vorzugsweise zwischen 1 und 30 N/mm2 oder sogar zwischen 1 und 20 N/mm2 oder weiter 5 und 15 N/mm2, und/oder
    - eine Bruchdehnung zwischen 50 und 500 %, vorzugsweise zwischen 100 und 450 % oder sogar zwischen 140 und 400 %.
  3. Isolierverglasung (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die vertikalen Abstandshalter (2) aus Glas mit den vertikalen Kanten der Glasscheiben (3, 4) bündig angeordnet sind und jede der Seitenflächen jedes vertikalen Abstandshalters (2) mittels eines transparenten Klebebefestigungsmittels (20), das vorzugsweise eine Dichtungsfunktion gegenüber Wasser und noch weiter bevorzugt eine Dichtungsfunktion gegenüber Wasser, Luft, Gasen und Wasserdampf aufweist, an den Glasscheiben befestigt ist.
  4. Isolierverglasung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die Länge der vertikalen Glasabstandshalter (2) geringer als die Länge der vertikalen Ränder der Glasscheiben (3, 4) und die Länge der horizontalen Abstandshalter (5) geringer als die Länge der horizontalen Ränder der Glasscheiben (3, 4) ist, wobei jedes Ende jedes vertikalen Abstandshalters (2) aus Glas teilweise an einer Endkante eines horizontalen Abstandshalters (5) anliegt.
  5. Isolierverglasung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei jedes Ende jedes horizontalen Abstandshalters (5) mit dem gleichen Klebebefestigungsmittel (50) wie die Seitenränder des horizontalen Abstandshalters (5) bedeckt ist, eine Dichtung (6) zwischen jedem Ende jedes horizontalen Abstandshalters (5) und der linken beziehungsweise der rechten vertikalen Kanten der Glasscheiben (3, 4) angeordnet ist.
  6. Isolierverglasung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei mindestens ein Ende des unteren Metallprofils (7) auf mindestens drei Flächen seiner Flächen, mit Strukturklebstoff (9) bedeckt ist, zwei seiner Flächen diejenigen sind, die den Glasscheiben (3, 4) gegenüber liegen, und die dritte Fläche die Fläche ist, die der Innenseite der Isolierverglasung (1) zugewandt ist.
  7. Isolierverglasung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei die zwei Enden des unteren Metallprofils (7) mit Strukturklebstoff (9) bedeckt sind.
  8. Isolierverglasung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei die gesamte Länge des unteren Metallprofils (7) mit Strukturklebstoff (9) bedeckt ist.
  9. Isolierverglasung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei mindestens ein Ende der zwei Metallprofile (7), des unteren und des oberen, mit Strukturklebstoff (9) bedeckt ist, wobei diese zwei Enden auf der gleichen Seite, links oder rechts, liegen.
  10. Isolierverglasung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei die zwei Enden der zwei Metallprofile (7), des unteren und des oberen, mit Strukturklebstoff (9) bedeckt sind.
  11. Isolierverglasung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, wobei die gesamte Länge der zwei Metallprofile (7), des unteren und des oberen, mit Strukturklebstoff (9) bedeckt ist.
  12. Isolierverglasung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, wobei jedes Metallprofil (7), das untere und das obere, ein Metallprofil mit mechanischer Verstärkung ist.
  13. Isolierverglasung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, wobei jedes Metallprofil (7), das untere und das obere, an einem seiner Enden mit einer Schwenkstange (8) versehen ist, die angepasst ist, um in ein Schwenkloch einer Tür- oder Fensterzarge eingesetzt zu werden, an der die Isolierverglasung (1), die den Flügel ausbildet, montiert werden soll.
  14. Isolierverglasung (1) nach Anspruch 13, abhängig von den Ansprüchen 1 und 11, wobei, wenn nur ein Ende des unteren Metallprofils (7) oder nur ein Ende der zwei Metallprofile (7), des unteren und des oberen, mit Strukturklebstoff (9) bedeckt ist/sind, diese(s) Ende(n) auf der Seite der Isolierverglasung (1) liegt/liegen, an der die Schwenkstangen (8) sich befinden.
  15. Isolierverglasung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, wobei der durch die Glasscheiben (3, 4), die vertikalen Abstandshalter (2) aus Glas und die horizontalen Abstandshalter (5) begrenzte Raum mit Luft oder Edelgas, wie Argon oder Krypton, gefüllt ist.
  16. Klimavorrichtung, insbesondere Pluskältekühlvorrichtung, umfassend mindestens eine Isolierverglasung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15.
  17. Fenster oder Tür, umfassend eine Isolierverglasung (1) als einen Flügel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15 und eine Zarge, an der der Flügel angelenkt ist.
