Claims (22)

  1. Tür (1) für ein Möbel mit gekühltem Außenmantel (2), umfassend:
    a. mindestens eine Mehrfachisolierverglasung (3), die aus mindestens einer ersten (4) und einer zweiten Glasscheibe (5) besteht, die einander über einen Zwischenrahmen (6) zugeordnet sind, der sie in einem bestimmten Abstand voneinander hält, wobei sich der Rahmen (6) entlang der horizontalen und vertikalen Ränder der Verglasung erstreckt,
    b. zwischen den mindestens zwei Glasscheiben mindestens einen Innenraum (7) mit einer Füllung aus einem isolierenden Gas, der durch mindestens eine erste (8) und eine zweite Randdichtung (9) an den horizontalen Rändern und mindestens eine Randdichtung (10) an den vertikalen Rändern geschlossen wird, wobei die Randdichtungen um den Innenraum (7) herum angeordnet sind,
    wobei der Zwischenrahmen (6) mindestens zwei vertikale Abstandhalter (11) und mindestens zwei horizontale Abstandhalter (12) umfasst,
    wobei mindestens ein vertikaler Abstandhalter (11) aus einem transparenten Harz ausgeführt ist,
    wobei mindestens eine vertikale Randdichtung (10) transparent ist,
    wobei die horizontalen Abstandhalter (12) aus mindestens einem Profil bestehen,
    die Abstandhalter (11, 12) untereinander verbunden sind, um den Zwischenrahmen (6) zu bilden,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    a) mindestens ein Befestigungssystem (13), das die Tür (1) fest mit dem Möbel mit Außenhaut (2) verbindet, zumindest teilweise in mindestens eine horizontale Randdichtung (9) eingesetzt ist,
    b) die Tür (1) eine Verstärkung (14) umfasst, die mit dem Befestigungssystem fest verbunden ist und zumindest teilweise in mindestens eine horizontale Randdichtung (9) eingesetzt ist,
    c) der Zwischenrahmen (6), die Randdichtungen (8, 9, 10) und die Verstärkung (14) den Rahmen einer konventionellen Tür ersetzen und dessen Funktionen erfüllen.
  2. Tür (1) nach dem der vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vertikalen Abstandhalter (11) mit den horizontalen Abstandhaltern (12) mittels mindestens eines Aussteifungselements (15) verbunden sind.
  3. Tür (1) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aussteifungselement (15) mit mindestens einer Verstärkung (14) fest verbunden ist.
  4. Tür (1) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstärkung (14) in das Aussteifungselement (15) übergeht.
  5. Tür (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aussteifungselement (15) mit mindestens der zweiten horizontalen Randdichtung (9) in Kontakt steht.
  6. Tür (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich das Befestigungssystem (13) in mindestens eines der folgenden Teile verlängert:
    a. ein Aussteifungselement (15),
    b. einen horizontalen Abstandhalter (12).
  7. Tür (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Randdichtung (9) eine Dichtmasse mit struktureller Funktion ist, die unter den Silikonen, den Polyurethanen, den Polysulfiden und den modifizierten Silikonen gewählt ist.
  8. Tür (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das transparente Harz ein Methyl-Polymethacrylat, ein Polycarbonat, ein Polystyrol, ein Polyvinylchlorid, ein Polyamid, ein Polyetherimid, ein Polyethylenterephthalat, ein Styrol-Acrylnitril-Copolymer, ihre Copolymere oder ein Gemisch aus diesen Verbindungen ist.
  9. Tür nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vertikale transparente Randdichtung (10) gewählt ist unter:
    a. einem doppelseitigen Band:
    i. aus Acrylpolymer,
    ii. aus Kautschuk,
    iii. aus Silikon,
    b. einem Klebstoff auf der Basis von Polyisobutylen,
    c. einem vernetzbaren Acryl- oder Epoxidharzklebstoff.
  10. Tür (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste horizontale Randdichtung (8) aus einer Dichtmasse auf der Basis von Polyisobutylen oder aus einem doppelseitigen Band aus Acrylpolymer, aus Kautschuk oder aus Silikon oder aus einer Kombination der beiden besteht.
  11. Tür (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungssystem (13) aus mindestens einer Schraube besteht.
  12. Tür (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verglasung (3) einen Wärmedurchgangskoeffizienten Ug zwischen 0,3 und 1,8 W/m2 aufweist.
  13. Tür (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Grundierungsschicht angeordnet ist zwischen mindestens:
    a. der transparenten Dichtung (10) und dem vertikalen Abstandhalter (11),
    b. der transparenten Dichtung (10) und der Glasscheibe (4,5).
  14. Tür (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aussteifungselement (15) mit den vertikalen (11) und/oder horizontalen (12) Abstandhaltern durch mindestens eines der folgenden Elemente verbunden ist:
    a. eine Schraube (17) aus Stahl, aus verzinktem Stahl, aus Edelstahl oder aus Bronze,
    b. ein Haftmittel, das unter den Dichtmassen auf Polyisobutylenbasis, den vernetzbaren Acrylpolymerklebstoffen, den vernetzbaren Epoxidharzklebstoffen, den doppelseitigen Klebebändern aus Acrylpolymer gewählt ist.
  15. Tür (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstärkung (14) eine Profilform hat und zumindest teilweise in die zweite Randdichtung (9) eingesetzt ist.
  16. Tür (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die eine der Glasscheiben in Bezug auf die andere Glasscheibe versetzt ist.
  17. Tür (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Glasscheibe (4,5) teilweise mit einer Dekorschicht (16) überzogen ist, die unter den keramischen Druckfarben und den organischen Druckfarben gewählt ist.
  18. Tür (1) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungssystem (13) durch die auf die Glasscheibe (4,5) aufgebrachte Dekorschicht (16) verdeckt wird.
  19. Tür (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Glasscheiben (4,5) vorgespannt und/oder zu Verbundsicherheitsglas laminiert sind.
  20. Tür (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aussteifungselement (15) eine Profilform hat, die sich über die gesamte Länge mindestens eines horizontalen Abstandhalters (12) erstreckt.
  21. Tür (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstärkung (14) ein fester Bestandteil des horizontalen Abstandhalters (12) ist.
  22. Tür (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine zweite vertikale transparente Randdichtung (18) an die folgenden Elemente angrenzt:
    a. die vertikale transparente Randdichtung (10);
    b. den vertikalen transparenten Abstandhalter (11);
    c. die beiden Glasscheiben (4, 5).
