Claims (20)

  1. Hüllmaterial für Rauchartikel, umfassend:
    ein Bahn, umfassend:
    wenigstens 10 Gewicht-% Tabakmaterial, wobei das Tabakmaterial Tabakpartikel oder Tabakfasern umfasst,
    einen Füllstoff, welcher in dem Bahn in einer Menge größer als etwa 10 Gewicht-% vorliegt, wobei der Füllstoff weiße Partikel umfasst,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tabakmaterial eine derartige Partikelgrößen-Verteilung aufweist, dass mehr als 80% des Materials eine größte Abmessung von größer als etwa 304,8 µm aufweist, wobei das Tabakmaterial mit gebleichten Pulpefasern und einem Füllstoff gemischt ist, wobei die gebleichten Pulpefasern in dem Bahn in einer Menge größer als etwa 20 Gewicht-% vorliegen,
    wobei die Partikelgrößen-Verteilung durch eine Siebanalyse unter Verwendung einer Siebvorrichtung bestimmt wird, welche eine Öffnungsgröße von 304,8 µm bis 381 µm aufweist.
  2. Hüllmaterial nach Anspruch 1, wobei wenigstens eine Seite des Hüllmaterials eine weiße Farbe aufweist, so dass die Farbe der Seite des Hüllmaterials einen L-Wert von größer als etwa 65 aufweist.
  3. Hüllmaterial nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Bahn das Tabakmaterial in einer Menge von etwa 10 bis 60 Gewicht-% enthält, wie beispielsweise in einer Menge von etwa 20 bis etwa 40 Gewicht-%.
  4. Hüllmaterial nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei mehr als 50% des Tabakmaterials heißluftgetrocknete Mittelrippen umfasst.
  5. Hüllmaterial nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Bahn die gebleichten Pulpefasern in einer Menge von etwa 20 bis etwa 50 Gewicht-% enthält, wie beispielsweise in einer Menge von etwa 20 bis etwa 40 Gewicht-%.
  6. Hüllmaterial nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Bahn den Füllstoff in einer Menge von etwa 10 bis etwa 30 Gewicht-% enthält, wie beispielsweise in einer Menge von etwa 15 bis etwa 25 Gewicht-%.
  7. Hüllmaterial nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Füllstoff Kalziumcarbonat-Partikel umfasst.
  8. Hüllmaterial nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Füllstoff, welcher in der Hülle enthalten ist, eine Partikelgröße von etwa 0,1 Mikron bis etwa 2 Mikron aufweist.
  9. Hüllmaterial nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Hüllmaterial ferner ein Feuchthaltemittel umfasst.
  10. Hüllmaterial nach Anspruch 9, wobei das Feuchthaltemittel Glycerol, Propylenglykol oder Mischungen davon und ähnliches umfasst.
  11. Hüllmaterial nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Hüllmaterial ferner ein Verbrennungskontrollmittel umfasst.
  12. Hüllmaterial nach Anspruch 11, wobei das Verbrennungskontrollmittel ein Citrat umfasst.
  13. Hüllmaterial nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Bahn eine Porosität von etwa 30 Coresta bis etwa 80 Coresta aufweist, wie beispielsweise von etwa 40 Coresta bis etwa 60 Coresta, und ein Basisgewicht von etwa 30 gsm bis etwa 50 gsm aufweist.
  14. Hüllmaterial nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Bahn eine Zugfestigkeit von größer als etwa 1500 cN/15 mm aufweist.
  15. Hüllmaterial nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Bahn kalandriert worden ist.
  16. Hüllmaterial nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei mehr als etwa 90% des Tabakmaterials eine größte Abmessung von größer als etwa 381 µm aufweist.
  17. Hüllmaterial nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Bahn mit löslichen Tabakbestandteilen behandelt worden ist, welche aus dem Tabakmaterial durch ein wässriges Lösungsmittel extrahiert worden sind, wobei die löslichen Tabakbestandteile örtlich auf das Bahn aufgebracht worden sind.
  18. Hüllmaterial nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das in dem Bahn enthaltene Tabakmaterial eine derartige Partikelgrößen-Verteilung aufweist, dass mehr als 80% des Tabakmaterials eine größte Abmessung von größer als etwa 0,025 Zoll aufweist.
  19. Hüllmaterial nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die eine Seite des Hüllmaterials einen L-Wert von größer als etwa 70 aufweist.
  20. Hüllmaterial nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Bahn ein nassgelegtes Bahn umfasst.
