Particularly preferred developments relate to the design of the filter material bag:
It can be provided that the circumference of the neck of the bag is smaller by a factor of 0.5 than the circumference of the belly of the bag. As with feature d), this circumference relation applies to the operating state of the filter material bag, ie when the filter material bag is installed in the vacuum cleaner and the filter material bag is unfolded during suction operation, for example in the case of a filter material bag with a side fold that can be everted, the side folds are everted.

It is essential that the filter material bag is designed as a flat bag, the first front edge of which is formed by the end of the bag neck having the bag inlet opening and the second front edge of which is formed by the bottom end of the bag belly.

It is also essential that the filter material bag has an axis of symmetry such that the bag neck extends along the axis of symmetry and the first end edge and the second end edge extend transversely to the axis of symmetry and one side edge extends on both sides of the axis of symmetry.

Furthermore, it is essential that the filter material bag is designed as a flat bag with several side folds that can be folded out completely.

Advantageous structural designs provide that the filter material bag has a longitudinal extent that is designed in such a way that 10% to 30% of the longitudinal extent is formed by the bag neck including the transition section to the bag belly and 70% to 90% of the longitudinal extent by the bag belly.

It is also essential that the filter material bag designed as a flat bag with side folds that can be everted out is designed in such a way that the side folds are turned out in such a way that the bag neck is formed by a cylindrical section and the Transition section to the bag belly is designed as a substantially conically diverging section.

It can be provided that more than 50% of the longitudinal extent of the bag neck is formed by the transition section to the bag belly. The bag belly can be designed as a substantially cylindrical section of the filter material bag. For designs with gussets that can be turned out, this applies to the operating state with gussets turned out.

With regard to the design of the side folds, it is essential that the filter material bag is designed with inverted side folds in such a way that the inverted side folds extend beyond the longitudinal extension of the bag belly into the transition section of the bag neck.

Particularly compact and at the same time shapely designs result from the fact that the filter material bag designed as a flat bag with side folds that can be pulled out is designed to diverge conically along its longitudinal extent in the direction from the bag neck to the bag belly with the side folds turned in.

A particularly advantageous production of the filter material bag results from designs that provide that the filter material bag designed as a flat bag is formed from two congruent filter material blanks, which are connected by two longitudinal seams on opposite side edges, the filter material bag preferably being designed symmetrically and the two longitudinal seams on both sides of the axis of symmetry are arranged.

Alternatively, it can be provided that the filter material bag designed as a flat bag is made from only a single or multi-layer filter material cut and has only one longitudinal seam that connects the adjoining side edges of the filter material cut to one another, with the filter material bag preferably being designed symmetrically and the longitudinal edges on both sides of the axis of symmetry parallel lie to each other.

It can advantageously be provided that the filter material bag designed as a flat bag has connecting seams in an area of four corners, which connect the filter material in the area of the four corners. These connecting seams can run obliquely and/or curved.

With regard to the connection of the filter material bag to the bag-side adapter, preferred embodiments provide that the bag neck is connected to the socket-shaped connection end of the bag-side adapter by means of an ultrasonic weld connection or an adhesive connection.

Further preferred developments relate to the configuration of the adapter device. What is essential here is that the adapter device is composed of the adapter on the bag side and the adapter on the device side. It can be provided here that the device-side adapter and the bag-side adapter are designed in one piece as a common component. Alternatively, however, it can also be provided that the bag-side adapter and the device-side adapter are designed as separate components that are detachably or permanently connected to one another.

Designs in which the adapter device has a closure are advantageous if the filter material bag is removed from the vacuum-cleaning device after operation in the filled state for disposal. It can be provided
  • that the adapter device has a closure for closing the passage of the adapter device and/or the bag inlet opening; and or
  • that the bag-side adapter has a closure for closing the passage of the bag-side adapter and/or the bag inlet opening; and or
  • that the device-side adapter has a closure for closing the passage of the device-side adapter and/or the bag inlet opening.

In this context, it can advantageously be provided that the closure is arranged on the bag-side adapter or on the device-side adapter, preferably in the form of a movably mounted cover.

For a dust-tight connection of the device-side adapter with the bag-side adapter, it can be provided that the device-side adapter has a seal for sealing against the device socket or vice versa, i.e. that the device socket has a seal against the device-side adapter.

In a preferred development, it can be provided that the seal is connected to the device-side adapter in the 2K injection molding process.

Designs that provide a non-return flap are advantageous, which prevents the dust that has been absorbed into the filter material bag during operation from falling back again when the suction operation is switched off. In this context, it can be provided that a non-return flap is arranged on the device-side adapter or on the bag-side adapter.

In a preferred development, it can be provided that the non-return flap is arranged on the device-side adapter or on the bag-side adapter in such a way that the non-return flap is arranged inside the filter material bag, preferably in the area between the end of the bag neck that has the bag inlet opening and the bag belly.

Preferred embodiments can provide for the non-return flap to be arranged on a socket extension of the device-side adapter which extends through the bag-side adapter.

As far as the design of the bag-side adapter with the device-side adapter is concerned, it is advantageously provided that the bag-side adapter and the device-side adapter are designed as separate components which are connected to one another in a dust-tight manner.

For the mutual connection of the bag-side adapter and the device-side adapter, it can be provided that the bag-side adapter and the device-side adapter are designed as separate components which are connected to one another by means of a detachable clip connection, preferably in a dust-tight manner.

Advantageously, it can be provided that the device-side adapter engaging in the passage of the bag-side adapter has on its outside at least one circumferential sealing lip, preferably several concentric circumferential sealing lips, which interact or interact with the inner wall of the passage of the bag-side adapter.

Particularly preferred embodiments provide that the bag neck of the filter material bag is permanently connected to the bag-side adapter, preferably by means of a welded connection, and the device-side adapter is detachably connected to the bag-side adapter and is preferably designed to be reusable. This results in particularly advantageous handling for changing the full bag. The filter material bag is changed together with the bag-side adapter.

Further developments are possible in which the detachable plug-in connection between the adapters is secured by a clip connection. The clip elements can advantageously be mounted so that they cannot be lost on the device-side adapter or on the bag-side adapter and form the clip connection with a latch on the respective corresponding adapter.

The embodiment shown in the figures is a vacuum cleaner filter bag device 1. It comprises a filter material bag 2 and an adapter device 3. In the Figures 1.1 to 1.3 the vacuum cleaner filter bag device 1 is shown as an assembly. When used in a vacuum cleaner device, this assembly is connected to a device socket, not shown, of the suction pipe of the vacuum cleaner when used in the filter bag receiving space of the vacuum cleaner. The adapter device 3 consists of an adapter 3b on the bag side and an adapter 3g on the device side. In the case of the exemplary embodiment shown, the adapters 3b and 3g are two separate components. These two adapters are in the Figures 3.1 and 3.2 shown in detail. The bag-side adapter 3b is in the assembly of Figures 1.1 to 1.3 permanently connected to the filter material bag 2.

The device-side adapter 3g is used for connection to the device connector, not shown, of the suction pipe of the vacuum cleaner. Both adapters 3b and 3g each have a main body with a substantially tubular shape, each with a passage.

To connect the bag-side adapter 3b and the device-side adapter 3g, the device-side adapter 3g is inserted into the passage of the bag-side adapter 3b in the connection position. Figure 3.3 show the Adapter device in its assembled assembled position as in the assembly of Figures 1.1 to 1.3 present. The two passages of the adapters 3b and 3g form a common passage in this assembled position.

The filter material bag 2 is in Figure 2.1 shown as a loose, unfolded pouch. The bag is made of one or more layers of filter material. It has an essentially bottle-shaped contour with a bag belly 2bb and a bag neck 2bh. The length of the circumference of the bag neck 2bh is substantially shorter than the length of the circumference of the bag belly 2bb. The aspect ratio is approximately 0.5 in the illustrated embodiment. This applies to the unfolded state of the bag as shown in Figure 2.1 is shown. The bag consists of two congruent blanks, which are each formed symmetrically to their longitudinal central axis. These two blanks lie congruently one on top of the other and are each welded at their opposite side edges via a longitudinal weld seam 24 . The two blanks are welded to one another via a transverse weld seam 25 on their end face on the right in the illustration. On the opposite end, the blanks around the longitudinal center line form the bag neck 2bh, which is open towards the end, forming the bag inlet opening 2e. The four corner areas are connected via oblique or curved weld seams 26 .

Figure 2.2 shows a opposite Figure 2.1 Modified embodiment of the filter material bag 2. The modification compared to the filter material bag in Figure 2.1 is that the filter material bag in Figure 2.2 is made from a single blank. This is welded at its adjoining longitudinal edges only via a longitudinal weld seam 24 . the Faces are the same with the same seams 25, 26 as in the embodiment of Figure 2.1 educated.

In the assembly used in the vacuum cleaner Figures 1.1 to 1.3 the filter material bag 2 is designed as a flat bag. Side folds are turned in on the opposite side edges. These are side folds that can be everted and are everted during operation in the vacuum cleaner. Figure 2.3 Fig. 1 shows the filter material bag 2 in the folded state to be installed in the vacuum cleaner. In contrast to conventional flat bags, which have a rectangular contour when folded and in which the bag inlet opening is formed on the flat upper or lower side, the flat bag is in the assembly group Figures 1.1 to 1.3 the bag inlet opening 2e on an end face and the side folds formed on the side edges that can be turned out are designed such that the flat bag in the folded state with the side folds turned in has a conical contour diverging from the end face with the bag inlet opening 2e. When the vacuum cleaner is switched on, the gussets fold out automatically under the application of suction pressure in the bag receiving space.

The bag-side adapter 3b shown consists of a sleeve-shaped connecting piece 3ba to which a closure cover 3bv is articulated. On the outside of the connecting piece 3ba, the bag neck 2bh is welded over its entire surface with its inner wall. The edge of the bag inlet opening 2e formed at the end of the bag neck 2bh rests on the outside of the connecting piece 3ba directly below its upper edge.

The device-side adapter 3g, which is in Figure 3.2 is shown in an individual representation, has a connection end 3ga, which is designed as a receptacle for the device socket, not shown, of the vacuum cleaner suction pipe. The device-side adapter 3g has at its other end a tubular extension 3gf, to which a non-return valve 3gr is articulated.

In the in the Figures 1.1 to 1.3 In the assembly of the filter bag device shown, the bag-side adapter 3b with the filter material bag attached to it is plugged onto the device-side adapter 3g in such a way that the tubular extension 3gf with the non-return flap 3gr protrudes into the filter material bag. The connection of the bag-side adapter 3b to the device-side adapter 3g takes place in that the inside of the sleeve-shaped connecting piece 3ba of the bag-side adapter 3b rests on the outside of the device-side adapter 3g. In this area, the outside of the device-side adapter 3g has a plurality of concentric sealing lips 3gs, which interact with the resting inner wall of the connecting piece 3ba of the bag-side adapter 3b, forming a dust-tight seal. This connection between the bag-side adapter 3b and the device-side adapter 3g is a detachable plug connection. To stabilize this connection, connection clips (not shown) can also be provided, which are supported on the one hand on the adapter 3b on the bag side and on the other hand on the adapter 3g on the device side.

The non-return flap 3gr articulated on the tubular extension 3gf is elastically articulated in such a way that it closes automatically whenever the suction operation of the vacuum cleaner is switched off. It remains in the closed position shown until suction operation is stopped again and prevents in the closed position so that the dust already sucked into the filter material bag falls out of the bag when the suction operation is switched off, ie falls back through the adapter into the device socket 4.

To replace the filled filter material bag 2, it can be provided that the plug-in connection between the bag-side adapter 3b and the device-side adapter 3g is released by first releasing the clip connection (not shown) and then the bag-side adapter 3b with the filter material bag 2 attached to it from the device-side adapter 3g is deducted. The closure cover 3bv articulated on the bag-side adapter 3b can then be manually brought into its closed position, in which it covers the passage of the bag-side adapter 3b.

Alternatively, in order to replace the filled filter material bag 2 , the device-side adapter 3g can be detached from the device connection piece 4 . In this case, the bag-side adapter 3b is not detached from the device-side adapter 3g, but the entire unit consisting of the device-side adapter 3g, bag-side adapter 3b and filter material bag 2 is detached from the device connector 4 and then the closure lid 3bv, which is hinged to the bag-side adapter 3b, is manually moved into its closed position brought, in which he covers the passage of the device-side adapter 3g.
