Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for fastening a transom above a door opening belonging to a lift installation and a lift installation with such a device.
- Lift installations comprise a lift cage arranged as traversable in a lift shaft.
- the lift shaft comprises a plurality of shaft doors usually arranged vertically above one another.
- the lift cage comprises a cage door. This cage door can be positioned at one of these lift doors, so that, in the opened state both of the cage door and the shaft door at which the cage door is positioned, the lift cage can be reached from a corresponding floor.
- Each of these lift doors i.e. the cage door and the shaft doors, usually each comprise at least one door leaf.
- This door leaf can be arranged as displaceable for the opening or closing of the lift door.
- a guide for the door leaf is formed in its upper or lower region by means of a guide rail, which is arranged in the lift shaft or on the lift cage. Guide rollers arranged on the door leaf roll on or in this guide rail during the closing or opening of the door leaf. If for example the door leaf is guided - as described - by means of a guide rail in the upper region, this door leaf is guided in the lower region usually by means of at least one guide shoe in a groove of the door sill.
- Further components of the lift door are usually arranged in the region of the guide of the door leaf.
- these components are drive components.
- Such drive components are a drive motor, a belt drive actuated by means of the drive motor for moving, i.e. displacing, the door leaf and a plurality of electronic components required for controlling the door movement, such as for example switches for detecting a closed or locked state of the door leaf.
- transverse support also called a transom.
- Such a preliminary installation completed in the factory also enables a plurality of adjustments of the lift door, which on the one hand are independent of the place of installation and on the other hand no longer have to be carried out during the actual installation of the lift installation in the lift shaft. Accordingly, an efficient installation of the lift installation can take place by means of the use of such a transom.
- the lift cage in particular irrespective of the type of this lift cage, usually has a defined dimension with regard to the width of the front door front of the lift cage. Fastening of the transom can be carried out at the outer dimensions or at the outer edges of the cage door front in the upper region of the lift cage. In the case of possibly different types of lift cages with correspondingly different dimensions of the door front, the effect of this is that different types of transom have to be used.
- WO 2018/042674 A1 discloses a device for fastening a transom above a door opening of a lift installation according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a device for fastening a transom above a door opening belonging to a lift installation or beneath the door opening belonging to the lift installation comprising a longitudinal element which can be arranged along an upper side or lower side of the door opening, to which longitudinal element the transom can preferably be fastened, and two fastening elements for fixing the longitudinal element above or below the door opening, said fastening elements being able to be fixed to the longitudinal element, wherein at least one of the fastening elements is arranged as displaceable on the longitudinal element, and a holding element displaceable along the longitudinal element, wherein the transom can be fixed to the holding element.
- a transom is to be understood as a transverse support, to which various components of the lift door, in particular the drive train and/or the guide of at least one door leaf of the lift door, are fixed.
- Such a transom usually comprises two fixing points, which can be fixed to fastening points of the lift cage or of the lift shaft.
- the fastening points constituted on the lift cage or on the shaft door have a different spacing from one another.
- the invention is based on the knowledge that the design of such a transom, in particular the components of the lift installation which are to be arranged on the transom, is essentially independent on the lift cages or shaft door openings used. Accordingly, the intention was to fix identical transoms to lift cages or shaft door openings having different dimensions.
- identical transoms can be assembled above or below the door opening of any lift cage type or of any shaft door, because the spacing of the fastening elements belonging to the device is constituted so as to be variable. That is to say that the spacing of the fastening elements can be adapted to the corresponding spacing of the fastening points arranged on the lift cage or on the shaft door opening.
- the device can be fastened for example to the lift cage at its fastening points, usually located at the outer edge, irrespective of the width of the lift cage.
- the width of the lift cage is constituted by the horizontal dimension of the lift cage along the front of the cage.
- the longitudinal element is fixed above or below the door opening in a preferably horizontal orientation.
- At least one holding element is arranged as displaceable along this longitudinal element.
- a development of the device comprises a second holding element arranged on the longitudinal element for fastening the transom to the longitudinal element, which holding element can be provided for fixing the device to the lift cage or to the shaft door, so that stable fixing of the transom above the door opening is enabled.
- This second holding element can also be arranged as displaceable along the longitudinal element.
- the longitudinal element is formed by at least one rod.
- a rod enables a simple displacement of the at least one holding element and/or of the at least one displaceable longitudinal element.
- Such a device or such a longitudinal element can be or is arranged above a shaft door opening of the lift installation. This thus makes it possible for identical transverse supports to be arranged above shaft door openings of a lift installation having different dimensions depending on the floor.
- the device or the longitudinal element can be or is arranged on a lift cage.
- the longitudinal element can thus preferably be arranged above or below a cage door opening. This thus makes it possible for transoms of identical design to be arranged on different types of lift cage.
- the fastening elements of a development of the device can be or are fixed to a horizontally orientated component of a cage roof of a lift cage. Straightforward fixing of the transom to the lift cage is thus enabled.
- Figure 1 shows a lift installation 1 arranged in a lift shaft 2.
- Lift installation 1 comprises a lift cage 4 usually traversable vertically along lift shaft 2 and a counterweight 6.
- Lift cage 4 and counterweight 6 are connected by means of a support element 8, so that lift cage 4 and counterweight 6 are arranged so as to be traversable in opposite directions to one another.

Description
- The invention relates to a device for fastening a transom above a door opening belonging to a lift installation and a lift installation with such a device.
- Lift installations comprise a lift cage arranged as traversable in a lift shaft. The lift shaft comprises a plurality of shaft doors usually arranged vertically above one another. The lift cage comprises a cage door. This cage door can be positioned at one of these lift doors, so that, in the opened state both of the cage door and the shaft door at which the cage door is positioned, the lift cage can be reached from a corresponding floor.
- Each of these lift doors, i.e. the cage door and the shaft doors, usually each comprise at least one door leaf. This door leaf can be arranged as displaceable for the opening or closing of the lift door. A guide for the door leaf is formed in its upper or lower region by means of a guide rail, which is arranged in the lift shaft or on the lift cage.
For example, these components are drive components. Such drive components are a drive motor, a belt drive actuated by means of the drive motor for moving, i.e. displacing, the door leaf and a plurality of electronic components required for controlling the door movement, such as for example switches for detecting a closed or locked state of the door leaf.
- In order to be able to install a lift door on the left cage or in the lift shaft in an efficient manner, these mentioned components are usually preinstalled on a transverse support, also called a transom. Such a preliminary installation completed in the factory also enables a plurality of adjustments of the lift door, which on the one hand are independent of the place of installation and on the other hand no longer have to be carried out during the actual installation of the lift installation in the lift shaft. Accordingly, an efficient installation of the lift installation can take place by means of the use of such a transom.
- The lift cage in particular, irrespective of the type of this lift cage, usually has a defined dimension with regard to the width of the front door front of the lift cage. Fastening of the transom can be carried out at the outer dimensions or at the outer edges of the cage door front in the upper region of the lift cage. In the case of possibly different types of lift cages with correspondingly different dimensions of the door front, the effect of this is that different types of transom have to be used.
-
WO 2018/042674 A1 discloses a device for fastening a transom above a door opening of a lift installation according to the preamble of claim 1. - It is the problem of the invention, therefore, to provide a device for the fastening of a transom, which can be fixed to different lift cages or to differently constituted shaft door openings, so that a transom of one design type, i.e. with constant dimensions, can be installed on lift cages having different dimensions. Moreover, it is the problem of the invention to provide a lift installation with such a device.
- This problem is solved by a device for fastening a transom above a door opening belonging to a lift installation or beneath the door opening belonging to the lift installation, comprising a longitudinal element which can be arranged along an upper side or lower side of the door opening, to which longitudinal element the transom can preferably be fastened, and two fastening elements for fixing the longitudinal element above or below the door opening, said fastening elements being able to be fixed to the longitudinal element, wherein at least one of the fastening elements is arranged as displaceable on the longitudinal element, and a holding element displaceable along the longitudinal element, wherein the transom can be fixed to the holding element.
- This problem is also solved by a lift installation with a lift cage and with a device according to any one of the preceding claims.
- In the present application, a transom is to be understood as a transverse support, to which various components of the lift door, in particular the drive train and/or the guide of at least one door leaf of the lift door, are fixed.
- Such a transom usually comprises two fixing points, which can be fixed to fastening points of the lift cage or of the lift shaft. Depending on the different dimensions of specific types of lift cage or of the shaft door openings, the fastening points constituted on the lift cage or on the shaft door have a different spacing from one another.
- By means of a device according to the invention, identical transoms can be assembled above or below the door opening of any lift cage type or of any shaft door, because the spacing of the fastening elements belonging to the device is constituted so as to be variable. That is to say that the spacing of the fastening elements can be adapted to the corresponding spacing of the fastening points arranged on the lift cage or on the shaft door opening.
- Accordingly, the device can be fastened for example to the lift cage at its fastening points, usually located at the outer edge, irrespective of the width of the lift cage. The width of the lift cage is constituted by the horizontal dimension of the lift cage along the front of the cage.
- Accordingly, the longitudinal element is fixed above or below the door opening in a preferably horizontal orientation. At least one holding element is arranged as displaceable along this longitudinal element.
- A development of the device comprises a second holding element arranged on the longitudinal element for fastening the transom to the longitudinal element, which holding element can be provided for fixing the device to the lift cage or to the shaft door, so that stable fixing of the transom above the door opening is enabled. This second holding element can also be arranged as displaceable along the longitudinal element.
- In a development of the device, the longitudinal element is formed by at least one rod. Such a rod enables a simple displacement of the at least one holding element and/or of the at least one displaceable longitudinal element.
- Such a device or such a longitudinal element can be or is arranged above a shaft door opening of the lift installation. This thus makes it possible for identical transverse supports to be arranged above shaft door openings of a lift installation having different dimensions depending on the floor.
- As an alternative to this, the device or the longitudinal element can be or is arranged on a lift cage. The longitudinal element can thus preferably be arranged above or below a cage door opening. This thus makes it possible for transoms of identical design to be arranged on different types of lift cage.
- The fastening elements of a development of the device can be or are fixed to a horizontally orientated component of a cage roof of a lift cage. Straightforward fixing of the transom to the lift cage is thus enabled.
- The invention is explained in greater detail below with the aid of the figures. In the figures:
