The invention is based on the object of further developing a lighting device in a way that is advantageous in terms of use.
The object is achieved by the invention specified in the claims, with the subclaims not only representing advantageous developments of the lighting device specified in the main claim, but also independent solutions to the object.
First and foremost, it is proposed that the jacket has two chambers that are separated from one another by at least one partition. The light strip extends in a first chamber. The strain relief element, which can be formed by a cable, a wire, a belt or another flexible, tensile object, extends in a second chamber. The jacket is designed as a hose, which has a plurality of lumens extending in the hose extension direction, with one of the lumens forming the first chamber and a second lumen forming the second chamber. The tube can be extruded from a flexible, transparent plastic material. According to the invention, the two chambers are separated from one another by at least one partition. Two partitions can be provided. In particular, a web is provided which connects two sections of the casing to one another, with a first section forming the first chamber and a second section forming the second chamber. In a variant, two sections of the casing, each of which forms a chamber, can also be connected to one another by two webs. the Webs can extend parallel to each other and connect two partitions together. A third chamber can form between the webs, which is arranged between the first chamber and the second chamber. The third chamber can remain empty. A flexible conductor track preferably extends in the first chamber, on which lamps, in particular light-emitting diodes, are arranged at regular intervals. In addition, rectifier arrangements and drivers for the LEDs can be arranged on the flexible conductor track. In addition, supply lines which supply the lamps with electrical energy can also be arranged on the conductor track. In a variant of the invention, provision is made for stranded wires for the power supply to extend in a wall of the casing. The strands can run into the extruder head during manufacture of the jacket, for example during the extrusion of a hose forming the jacket, so that they are integrated into the wall of the jacket in an insulated arrangement. The strands can extend parallel to one another. Provision is made for the stranded wires to be connected to contact elements of the flexible conductor track at regular intervals. According to the invention, the first chamber and the second chamber each have a mounting slot. The mounting slot extends in the longitudinal extent of the jacket through one of the walls, for example a wall of the first or second chamber opposite the partition. As a result of this mounting slot, the flexible wall of the jacket can be opened in order to insert the light strip or the strain relief element into the chamber. This can be carried out using a tool which bends away from one another two wall sections which are separated from one another by the assembly slot, so that an assembly opening opens up into which the strain relief element or the light strip can be inserted. For this purpose, it is particularly advantageous if the two chambers have an elongated cross section and run parallel to one another with their longitudinal edges. The walls of the first or second chamber then pointing away from the partition can have the mounting slot. Provision can also be made for indentations to be provided in the area of two webs running parallel to one another, which depressions are formed running in the direction in which the casing extends. These indentations can be used when the two sections of the shell containing either the first chamber or the second chamber are to be separated from one another. This can be done with a knife or other cutting tool that can be placed in the area of the indentations. In particular, it is provided that the strain relief element, preferably formed by a textile belt, protrudes from the second chamber at both ends of the casing and is connected there to a fastening element with which the strain relief element can be fastened to a shaft ceiling or a shaft bottom. Provision can also be made for the strain relief element to lie in the associated chamber of the casing in a frictionally engaged, materially bonded or otherwise manner in such a way that the strain relief element can only be displaced within the chamber after a limit force has been overcome. The limiting force is in particular greater than the gravitational force exerted by the weight of the jacket including the light strips arranged therein. When manufacturing the lighting device according to the invention, a light strip is first prepared as an endless strip, a strain relief element, for example as an endless belt, and a jacket made as a tube, with two strands extending inside the jacket. The two strands can be surrounded by the electrically insulating material of the sheath, so that they can be connected to a 240 volt mains voltage. The light strip is inserted into the chamber assigned to it through a first mounting slot in an outward-facing wall of the first chamber, with the light strip being placed with a mounting surface on a section of the inner wall of the chamber that runs essentially in one plane and is formed by a partition is. The assembly slot can then be closed by laser or ultrasonic welding. The mounting slot can also be glued shut. The strain relief element can be installed in a similar manner. Here, too, a wall of the chamber assigned to the strain relief element that is opposite a partition wall can have a mounting slot, along which two sections of the chamber wall can be spaced apart from one another, so that an opening is created into which the strain relief element, which is designed as a flat body, can be inserted into the chamber assigned to it. This chamber can also have a flat section against which a broad side surface of the strain relief element rests. The chamber preferably has two planar sections running parallel to one another, each of which is opposite a broad side surface of the strain relief element. After the strain relief element has been installed, this chamber can also be closed by laser or ultrasonic welding. It is also possible to let the strain relief element run into the extruder head similar to the strands when the jacket is extruded, so that the strain relief element fills the cross section of the chamber assigned to it. It is advantageous that a lighting element created in this way can be manufactured by the meter and can be individually cut to length for special use. It is advantageous here that a first section of the casing, in which the light strip is located, can be separated from a second section of the casing, in which the strain relief element is located. This is done by severing at least one web that connects the two sections of the jacket to one another.

The lighting element shown in the drawings can be manufactured by the meter. It has a
The three
The
According to the invention (not shown in the drawings), both the
To use a lighting device produced in this way that can be individually cut to length, in a first step end sections of the
In one variant it is provided that when the lighting device is installed, initially only the
After cutting to length,
Each one of a large number of identical sections of the
While the
The two ends of the
