Abstract

Description

The present invention relates to a built-in module for the installation of at least one household appliance in at least one furniture body. The built-in module comprises at least one housing device with at least two walls, which at least in sections delimit at least one receiving space for the at least one household appliance. At least one outer dimension of the housing device is adapted to at least one inner dimension of at least one opening of the at least one furniture body. The present invention further relates to a method for installing at least one household appliance in at least one furniture body with the aid of or using such an installation module.

In various architectural concepts and partly also due to the available space, the kitchen and living room merge into one unit. In order to still be able to achieve a separation between living area and kitchen, it is sometimes desirable to make kitchen components and in particular kitchen appliances or household appliances in general disappear visually when they are not in use.

This can e.g. B. can be achieved that kitchen appliances such as an oven or general household appliances such as a washing machine are integrated into a row of furniture and are covered by a furniture front when not in use. Then the furniture body with the household appliance built into it, with the furniture front closed, optically joins the rest of the furniture row with doors, drawers and / or compartments.

However, it is problematic that when the furniture front is connected as a swing door, the furniture front that is open and protruding from the furniture body into the room restricts a user when using the household appliances and also generally restricts freedom of movement. In addition, this is also not visually appealing.

In order to move such movable furniture fronts, which cover household appliances when not in use, out of the way during the operation of the household appliance, so-called slide-in doors or pocket doors have become known. In the case of such doors, the furniture fronts functioning as a door can be swiveled open and pushed into a corresponding compartment in or next to the furniture body.

The disadvantage of these slide-in doors, however, is that they often have to be adapted in a complex manner in relation to the furniture body and the household appliance to be installed when installing kitchen appliances. In particular if an automatically opening and closing furniture front is provided, the connection or coupling, which is usually necessary, of the slide-in door and the household appliance is often difficult for a fitter.

It is therefore the object of the present invention to facilitate the installation of a household appliance when inserting doors are used to conceal a household appliance with a furniture front.

This object is achieved by a built-in module with the features of claim 1 and by a method for installing a household appliance with the features of claim 12. Preferred developments of the invention are the subject matter of the subclaims. Further advantages and features of the invention emerge from the exemplary embodiments.

The built-in module according to the invention is suitable for the installation of at least one household appliance in at least one furniture body. The built-in module comprises at least one housing device with at least two walls, which at least in sections delimit at least one receiving space for the at least one household appliance. At least one outer dimension of the housing device is adapted to at least one inner dimension of at least one opening of the at least one furniture body. According to the invention, at least one wall of the housing device is designed as a door compartment with at least one forward opening, at least one door support unit, which can be displaced at least in sections, is arranged in the door compartment for receiving at least one furniture front.

In order to install a household appliance, for example an oven, quickly and easily in a furniture carcass, making it possible to completely cover the household appliance or the oven when not in use by a furniture front, the built-in module is provided, which preferably creates an adaptation between the household appliance and the furniture carcass . In particular, by means of the built-in module, a door compartment, in which a door support unit is provided for the furniture front, is installed in the furniture body with a precisely fitting fit. The furniture front is arranged in the door compartment when the household appliance is used. When the household appliance is not in use, it can then be moved out of the furniture compartment in order to cover the household appliance in particular completely and flush with the surface in a kitchen front.

According to this application, a household appliance is in particular any type of appliance such as cooking appliances, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, Understood freezers. Such devices are designed in particular as built-in devices.

So that a furniture front acting as a door and the door support unit do not interfere with the use of the household appliance, they can preferably be completely accommodated in the door compartment. To mount the furniture front and to cover a household appliance with the furniture front, the door support unit can preferably be moved essentially completely out of the door compartment.

The walls of the housing device can be flat, depending on the design, in particular the wall designed as a door compartment being flat at least in sections. Depending on the design, the walls can also be provided by struts, rods, rods or other non-flat housing parts. In particular, it is also possible for a door compartment to be stabilized on the body wall only by a strut or a rod or a flat iron or the like attached at a 90 ° angle until a household appliance is inserted into the body or the built-in module.

In particular, however, the housing device provides a stable housing, in particular box-like, with a flat wall at least in sections.

The dimensions of the receiving space of the housing device are particularly preferably adapted to the dimensions or external dimensions of the household appliance to be received. In particular, when using standard devices or devices with standard dimensions, a standard dimension of the built-in module or a standard dimension for the receiving space can also be selected.

The at least one door compartment can preferably be oriented horizontally or vertically. When using more than one door compartment, the door compartments preferably have the same orientation.

The built-in module according to the invention offers many advantages. A considerable advantage is that the built-in module according to the invention provides a so-called pocket door or slide-in door, by means of which a household appliance can be completely covered with a furniture front when it is not in use.

So that this door or furniture front does not protrude forward when using the household appliance and thus hinder a user in operating the appliance and in general when using the kitchen, this furniture front can be swiveled open and then pushed into the door compartment. So a user can use the household appliance as usual when the furniture front or there is a door in the door compartment. If a user does not want to see the household appliance or if the household appliance is to be covered, the furniture front can be pulled out of the door compartment and pivoted in front of the household appliance. In this way, a uniform and, in particular, flush appearance of a furniture front or a row of furniture can be achieved when a household appliance is not in use.

The housing device preferably comprises at least two door compartments which, in particular, are opposite one another. In particular, two opposing walls of the housing device are designed as a door compartment or each include at least one door compartment. Opposite door compartments are particularly advantageous if the width of the furniture body is greater than the depth of the furniture body. With such a configuration it is namely not possible with only one door and thus only one door compartment to accommodate the furniture front covering the household appliance during non-operation completely in the only one door compartment. In the case of two opposite door compartments, however, it is possible to divide the total width of the furniture body into two preferably equally wide doors or furniture fronts, which in turn can then be completely retracted into the individual door compartments. Depending on the design, the furniture fronts can be moved into the furniture compartment and swiveled out again by hand or by motor. In particular if a drive is provided, the two door compartments can also be connected to one another so that, for example, one control unit controls both doors.

The housing device is particularly preferably designed to be foldable and / or dismantled at least in sections. The installation module according to the invention considerably simplifies the assembly of a household appliance in a furniture body with a slide-in door. A fitter only needs to insert the slide-in module into the furniture body and then possibly fix it and then insert the household appliance. So that the built-in module does not take up too much space during transport, it can in particular be designed so that it can be folded or dismantled. For example, in the case of two opposing door compartments, the housing sections connecting the two compartments can be pushed together, folded or disassembled, so that a built-in module that is highly compressed for transport can easily be produced.

In expedient refinements, at least one panel is provided for the opening of the door compartment, which covers the opening at least in sections when the door device is arranged in the door compartment. This is especially possible when a furniture front is attached to the door support unit. This panel can, for example, be moved manually or, in the case of a motorized embodiment, automatically in front of the door compartment or in front of the opening and opened again before the furniture front is closed. At least one drive is preferably assigned to at least one door support unit. At least one electronic device is preferably provided. Such an electronic device or an electronic module can comprise various components such as a communication device and / or a connection device. A communication device can in particular be used to establish a data connection or communication between the household appliance and the built-in module. This makes it possible in particular to determine whether the household appliance is being operated or has to be cooled down so that the furniture front can be prevented from closing. At least one safety device is preferably provided. This safety device can preferably be integrated into the electronic device or interact with it. Depending on the design, separate solutions are also possible. In particular, the safety device can be used to monitor whether the furniture front is allowed to cover the household appliance or not. In particular when operating the household appliance, it should be avoided that the furniture front is closed in order to exclude possible overheating or other disadvantages. The device should also be able to cool down unhindered. Depending on the configuration, other security settings can also be provided, for example opening or turning the door or only partially opening the furniture front.

The electronic device is particularly preferably integrated at least in sections and in particular completely in at least one door compartment. With such a configuration, a particularly simple built-in module can be made available.

In expedient developments, the housing device comprises at least one accessory compartment. Such an accessory compartment can, depending on the size of the furniture body, also close any gaps that otherwise exist between a built-in device and the built-in module. This gap can then be used sensibly, for example to accommodate baking trays when using an oven or other accessories in such a compartment. The accessory compartment in particular adjoins a door compartment and / or is made in one piece with this.

At least one sensor device is preferably provided. Such a sensor device can, for example, provide and / or support anti-trap protection, gesture recognition or also the safety device. For example, a capacitive sensor or several capacitive sensors can be provided for the detection of configurable gestures through the furniture front. Other sensors, for example to implement anti-trap protection, can also be used sensibly and preferably.

The method according to the invention for installing at least one household appliance in at least one furniture body with an installation module as described above is characterized by the following steps in a suitable sequence. The built-in module is inserted into a furniture body, with the household appliance being inserted into the built-in module afterwards or beforehand.

The method according to the invention also offers the advantages as already described above for the built-in module. In particular, the installation of a household appliance in a furniture body is made easier if it is later to be completely covered by a furniture front when it is not in use. For example, a kitchen builder is provided with a precisely fitting insert as a built-in module for a furniture body. This built-in module is adapted from the external dimensions to the internal dimensions of the furniture body and offers a precisely fitting insert for a household appliance.

The following step is preferably carried out at a suitable point. A furniture front is attached to at least one door support unit. In particular, the door support unit can be moved out of the door compartment in order to mount the furniture front.

The following steps are particularly preferably carried out in a suitable sequence. The built-in module is connected to at least one supply line and the household appliance is connected to the built-in module. The connection to the electricity, gas and / or water network and / or to the network of the house is to be understood here in particular.

The following step is carried out at a suitable point in appropriate further training. The built-in module is prepared for installation in the furniture body. In particular, an installation module that can be folded or dismantled at least in sections can initially be prepared for installation after transport.
