Description
The present invention relates to an anchoring and storage system for a component, in particular a first component designed as a stair landing, for connecting the same to a second component designed as a building wall and/or another building body. A structural element can generally be understood as an element to be connected to a building or other structure, which is, for example, a prefabricated concrete component. The invention further relates to a method for connecting the first component designed as a stair landing to the second component designed as a building body.
In stair construction, it is known to use stair components as prefabricated concrete components or as concrete components made on site from in-situ concrete, which are assembled on at least one building wall or another building structure to form a flight of stairs. Corresponding components include stair landings, used as intermediate or turning landings and/or main landings at the entrance and/or exit of the flight of stairs, as well as stair flight elements, which are connected to the wall of a stairwell or stairwell or a floor ceiling, taking into account sufficient sound insulation. Prefabricated stair landings used as visible parts are embedded and placed in the generally spatially limited stairwell shaft, the walls of which are often made of reinforced concrete or constructed as masonry.
For anchoring a component designed as a prefabricated staircase component to a building body, for example a wall, a connection and storage system is known, comprising a mandrel sleeve and a mandrel, also referred to as a mandrel-like support or force introduction element. There is a recess on a surface of the wall known as the second connection surface manufactured at a suitable position, for example designed as a recess when concreting the same, which is designed to accommodate a mandrel. The mandrel can be attached or inserted into a short sleeve in order to be positioned and held in the receptacle. The first component to be connected, for example the prefabricated stair component, has on a first connection surface a mandrel sleeve that is matched to the mandrel-like support in the appropriate position and orientation, which can be cast in when the component is manufactured. For anchoring, the prefabricated stair component is positioned relative to the building body, so that the mandrel-like support can be at least partially inserted through the recess on the first connection surface into the mandrel sleeve of the prefabricated stair component. The recess with the mandrel accommodated therein is then filled with a suitable solidifying compound.
With such a connection and storage system, designed as a mandrel sleeve and mandrel, the components to be connected must be brought and held in position and position relative to one another, which must also be maintained during filling in order to avoid inhomogeneity during filling. A prefabricated stair component is generally a stair landing, a floor ceiling or a staircase element that is to be connected to a building structure. Since the weight of the components to be positioned relative to one another is high and the space in a stairwell is limited, positioning and orientation of the component to be connected proves to be difficult. In addition, the small size of the mandrel and opening of the mandrel sleeve makes it difficult to insert the components of the known anchoring and storage system into one another.
For height adjustment, a level control device is known in connection with the mandrel sleeve and mandrel, which is set up, for example, to support a stair running element on a stair landing in a height-adjustable manner.
Furthermore, sound insulation is a central issue when constructing a stairwell. Accordingly, measures must be taken to ensure that impact sound does not pass on through the walls. The use is known impact sound insulation in the form of an elastomer layer, which provides sound decoupling between the components to be connected.
The known anchoring and storage systems for connecting and supporting either a stair element on a stair landing or on a floor ceiling as well as a stair landing on a wall or a floor ceiling are very complex and require sufficient material thickness in the connection area. This is not a problem with conventional concrete components in which tensile stresses are absorbed by reinforcement. However, problems arise with a slim concrete construction, for example with a stair element in the form of a so-called folding structure, in which reinforcement can be dispensed with by using an ultra-high-strength fiber-reinforced concrete, in conjunction with a conventional connection and storage system.

The object of the invention is to provide an anchoring and storage system for a component, which is a further development of a conventional anchoring and storage system. The further developed anchoring and storage system allows a stair landing to be easily connected to a building structure, e.g. a stairwell wall, and is universal for anchoring both a slim and a thick one Embodiment of the component is suitable. According to the invention, the receptacle on a first connection surface on the first component is designed as a groove, i.e. groove-like. The groove extends along a longitudinal direction in the first connection surface. The groove is open to the first connection surface, so that the at least one force introduction element can be at least partially inserted and can be displaceably received along the groove in the longitudinal direction of the first connection surface. Furthermore, at least one reinforcing element is provided as a means for force transmission in the area of the first component, in which the at least one force introduction element is held in an end position in the groove.
In one embodiment, the first component is designed as a stair landing, in particular a prefabricated staircase component, which can be connected to at least one stairwell wall or to a floor ceiling, the second component, by means of the anchoring and storage system. However, it is also conceivable that the anchoring and storage system can be used to connect a staircase element to a stair landing or a floor ceiling.
The at least one force introduction element can be designed as a mandrel, which can be fastened in a recess made in the second component. Accordingly, as already known, the mandrel can be inserted or plugged onto a sleeve in the recess of the second component and anchored or fastened therein by means of solidifying compound. Alternatively, the at least one force introduction element can be designed as a rib on one of the connection surfaces of the components to be connected to one another. The at least one force introduction element, designed as a cantilevered rib or as a mandrel, mounted or inserted into a sleeve, can have a square cross section.
In one embodiment, the groove designed to accommodate the at least one force introduction element can be formed by a guide rail, which is arranged in the first connection surface and connected in the first component. The guide rail can, for example, be made of a metal as a bent part and is placed and anchored immediately when the first component is cast.
The anchoring and storage system includes means for transmitting force, in particular transverse forces, into the first component, which are referred to as reinforcing elements. The at least one reinforcing element is arranged in an area on the receptacle in which approximately the at least one force introduction element inserted into the groove is positioned and held in an end position.
The at least one reinforcing element is held in a clamping manner at a closed end of the groove. For this purpose, it comprises two interconnectable plates arranged parallel to one another, which span a space between them in which the closed end of the groove is at least partially accommodated. The parallel plates can be trapezoidal in shape, with the wide end of the trapezoidal shape being oriented in the direction of receiving the groove and thus suitable surfaces for holding are sufficiently available. The space for receiving the groove is further limited by a first intermediate plate, which is arranged parallel to one another Connects plates to each other and is arranged perpendicular to them. In addition to the first intermediate plate, another one or more connecting elements between the parallel plates are provided in different embodiments outside the receiving space for the groove. For example, one of the connecting elements is designed as a screw connection. Alternatively, in addition or as an alternative to the screw connection, one or more intermediate plates can be provided, which are arranged parallel or largely perpendicular to the first intermediate plate in the space between the parallel plates. In order to connect the reinforcing element to the first component, for example by casting it as a concrete component when producing the first component, openings can be provided on the reinforcing element for better concreting.
In a preferred embodiment of the anchoring and storage system, means for sound insulation are provided, in particular impact sound insulation. The means for sound insulation achieve sound decoupling between the components connected to one another. A sound-absorbing material is suitable for impact sound insulation and can be arranged at least on contact surfaces between the at least one force introduction element and the groove. Suitable materials are, for example, a closed-cell elastomer, which can be used in the form of a full-surface bearing or in the form of a strip and/or point-shaped bearing between the at least one force transmission element and the groove.
The method for anchoring and storing a component using the anchoring and storage system according to the invention can be used to connect a stair landing to a building wall. This includes steps for providing a first component with a receptacle on a first connection surface, which is designed as a groove, with reinforcing elements being provided as means for transmitting force into the first component, and for providing a second component with at least one force introduction element, which is arranged in this way is that it protrudes over a second connection surface. Furthermore, positioning of the first component relative to the second component is included, so that the at least one force introduction element is at least partially inserted into the groove is, and moving in the longitudinal direction of the first connection surface of the first component relative to the second component into an end position.
It may be necessary for the at least one force introduction element to be adjusted with regard to its horizontal orientation, in particular to provide a flat support surface. A receptacle or a groove can be provided when the first component is cast, with the groove preferably being designed as a guide rail which is cast in during the production of the first component. The reinforcing elements are also placed in the first component as a means of force transmission and are anchored to the first component during the casting process.
In a further embodiment, means for sound insulation can be arranged on the groove in the areas where the at least one force introduction element finds its end position. A material with sound-absorbing properties can be arranged in the form of a layer on one or more contact surfaces between the force introduction element and the groove.
