Claims (8)

  1. Mehrstufige pyrotechnische Vorrichtung (100), umfassend:
    - ein Abschussrohr (DD) mit einer Bodenöffnung, einer oberen Öffnung und einem Innendurchmesser (d3);
    - einen Deckel (T), der die Bodenöffnung des Abschussrohres (DD) verschließt;
    - eine obere pyrotechnische Stufe (ST), die im Inneren des Abschussrohres (DD) in der Nähe der oberen Öffnung angeordnet ist, und mindestens eine untere pyrotechnische Stufe (ST), die im Inneren des Abschussrohres (DD) unter der oberen pyrotechnischen Stufe (ST) angeordnet ist; wobei jede pyrotechnische Stufe (ST) von der Bodenöffnung zur oberen Öffnung gehend eine Treibladung (C) und Effektmittel (M) umfasst;
    - einen Separator (1), der zwischen der oberen pyrotechnischen Stufe (ST) und der mindestens einen unteren pyrotechnischen Stufe (ST) angeordnet ist; wobei der Separator (1) eine axiale Leitung (10) umfasst, die in der Mitte des Separators (1) angeordnet ist, um eine Lunte (U) aufzunehmen;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Separator (1) eine erste dünne Endscheibe (11) aus Karton, eine zweite dünne Endscheibe (12) aus Karton mit einem Durchmesser (d1) und mindestens einen Distanzring (2) aus Karton mit einem Durchmesser (d2) umfasst, der zwischen der ersten dünnen Endscheibe (11) und der zweiten dünnen Endscheibe (12) angeordnet ist; wobei der Innendurchmesser (d3) des Abschussrohres (DD) größer als der Durchmesser (d2) des Distanzringes (2) und kleiner als der Durchmesser (d1) der dünnen Endscheiben (11, 12) ist; wobei die dünnen Scheiben (11, 12, 13) einen Umfangsabschnitt (5) umfassen, der die Form einer ringförmigen Krone aufweist, die in Bezug auf die Distanzringe (2) vorsteht; wobei der Umfangsabschnitt (5) einen Rand aufweist, der zum Anhaften auf der Innenoberfläche des Abschussrohres (DD) bestimmt ist.
  2. Pyrotechnische Vorrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Separator (1) eine Vielzahl von Distanzringen (2) aus Karton umfasst, die zwischen der ersten dünnen Endscheibe (11) und der zweiten dünnen Endscheibe (12) angeordnet sind; wobei der Separator (1) eine Vielzahl von dünnen Zwischenscheiben (13) aus Karton umfasst, die identisch mit den dünnen Endscheiben (11, 12) sind und zwischen jedem Paar von Distanzringen (2) aus Karton angeordnet sind.
  3. Pyrotechnische Vorrichtung (100) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Verhältnis zwischen dem Durchmesser (d2) des mindesten einen Distanzringes (2) und dem Durchmesser (d1) der dünnen Scheiben (11, 12, 13) im Bereich von 0,7 bis 0,9 liegt.
  4. Pyrotechnische Vorrichtung (100) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, umfassend eine Vielzahl von pyrotechnischen Stufen (ST), die übereinander liegend unter der oberen pyrotechnischen Stufe (ST) angeordnet sind; wobei die pyrotechnische Vorrichtung (100) eine Vielzahl von Separatoren (1) umfasst, die jeweils zwischen zwei übereinander liegenden pyrotechnischen Stufen (ST) angeordnet sind.
  5. Pyrotechnische Vorrichtung (100) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, umfassend einen oberen Separator (1), der über der oberen pyrotechnischen Stufe (ST) angeordnet ist.
  6. Pyrotechnische Vorrichtung (100) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Breite des Umfangsabschnitts (5) einer jeden dünnen Scheibe (11, 12, 13) zwischen 1 mm und 5 mm liegt.
  7. Pyrotechnische Vorrichtung (100) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei jede dünne Scheibe (11, 12, 13) des Separators (1) eine Dicke von ungefähr 1 mm - 2 mm aufweist.
  8. Pyrotechnische Vorrichtung (100) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Dicke eines jeden Distanzringes (2) zwischen 6 mm und 8 mm liegt.
