- the support comprises at least one recess intended to be filled by inlaying with an aesthetic element, said at least recess opens in one or more places on one side of the part intended to be invisible, to respectively form one or more contact points making it possible to convey current during the surface treatment on the aesthetic element. Thanks to these non-visible contact points, it is possible to bring current to fine and numerous decors such as on a tachymeter scale of a watch bezel. Depending on the treatment, a wide range of colors and even color gradations can be obtained on these decorations. These contact points make it possible to carry out the same electrochemical treatment for each decoration or possibly to combine different treatments by bringing the current to only one or more of the sets for each electrochemical treatment.
- This electrochemical treatment is carried out on the decorations encrusted in their final surface condition: polished, satin, sanded and therefore at the end of the manufacturing process.

It can be anodization with or without coloring, the deposit of a precious metal such as silver, gold, rhodium, platinum, etc. It is thus possible to encrust an aluminum alloy at a lower cost and then to make it hard with anodization or else to encrust a conductive material at a lower cost then to produce a plating of precious metals.
- the supports targeted by the present invention being electrically non-conductive, the difficulty resides in the routing of the current to the aesthetic elements during the electrochemical treatment and, this, via contact points which must not be visible on the decorative piece.
