Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zur Verpackung und Abgabe eines Produkts (2), im Allgemeinen flüssig, halbflüssig oder in Suspension, umfassend:- eine Abgabehilfe (15), die aus einem starren Teil (7) besteht, der mit einem flexiblen Teil (8) zusammenwirkt, der sich in Längsrichtung um eine Längsachse bis zu einem freien Ende erstreckt;- einen Behälter (1), der dazu bestimmt ist, das Produkt (2) zu enthalten, das mithilfe der Abgabehilfe (15) verpackt und abgegeben werden soll,wobei es die Abgabehilfe (15) ermöglicht, dass das Produkt nach außen ausgestoßen wird, wenn eine oder mehrere Seitenwände des Behälters (1) zusammengedrückt werden oder wenn wenigstens eine betätigbare Wand der Abgabehilfe (15) betätigt wird, aber es nicht ermöglicht, dass Luft in das Innere des Behälters (1) eintritt, wenn die Vorrichtung nicht mehr belastet wird, wobei die Vorrichtung ferner eine Einheit zur Erneuerung und Filterung der Luft (4, 5) umfasst, die nach der Abgabe einer Portion oder Dosis des Produkts (2) in den Behälter (1) eintritt, wobei der flexible (8) und der starre (7) Teil in der Lage sind, sich durch Verformung eines Kontaktabschnitts, der im Allgemeinen röhrenförmig ist und zum flexiblen Teil (8) gehört, radial voneinander zu entfernen, um das Ausstoßen des Produkts (2) nach außen zu ermöglichen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kontaktabschnitt und der starre Teil (7) standardmäßig diskontinuierlich miteinander in Kontakt stehen und mehrere Kontaktzonen bilden, darunter axial zueinander beabstandete Kontaktzonen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, umfassend eine oder mehrere Dosierkammern (16), und wobei es die Abgabehilfe (15), die mit der betätigbaren Wand versehen ist, ermöglicht, dass das Produkt nach außen ausgestoßen wird, wenn die betätigbare Wand belastet wird, vorzugsweise radial nach innen gedrückt wird, um die Dosierkammer(n) (16) zusammenzudrücken, ohne dass Luft in das Innere des Behälters (1) eintreten kann, wenn die Vorrichtung nicht mehr belastet wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei der flexible (8) und der starre (7) Teil diskontinuierlich miteinander in Kontakt stehen und wenigstens zwei ringförmige radiale Kontaktdichtungszonen, vorzugsweise wenigstens drei ringförmige radiale Kontaktdichtungszonen, bilden, wobei der Kontaktabschnitt des flexiblen Teils eine Labyrinthdichtung bildet, die sich in Längsrichtung zwischen der Dosierkammer und dem freien Ende erstreckt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kontaktabschnitt ringförmige Dichtungsringe (13, 13a, 13b, 13c) aufweist, die vorzugsweise zwei dazwischenliegende Umfangsnuten begrenzen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, wobei der Kontaktabschnitt durch die Dichtungsringe (13, 13a, 13b, 13c) wenigstens drei aufeinanderfolgende ringförmige radiale Dichtungskontakte an dem starren Teil (7) definiert.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtungsringe (13, 13a, 13b und 13c) durch kreisförmige Zwischenräume (14, 14a, 14b) voneinander getrennt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtungsringe (13, 13a, 13b, 13c) durch hohle Zwischenräume (14, 14a, 14b) und/oder Einschnitte getrennt sind, die sich nicht über den gesamten Umfang des flexiblen Teils erstrecken.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, 5, 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtungsringe (13, 13a, 13b, 13c) eine Höhe zwischen 0,3 und 1 mm, gemessen parallel zur Längsachse, aufweisen, wobei die Dichtungsringe nicht zwingend jeweils die gleiche Höhe aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, 5, 6, 7 oder 8, wobei der flexible Teil (8) den starren Teil (7) umgibt, der in der Nähe des freien Endes zylindrisch ist, um eine zylindrische Kontaktfläche zu bilden, auf der die im Kontaktabschnitt des flexiblen Teils (8) eingeschlossenen Dichtungsringe (13, 13a, 13b, 13c) radial nach innen anliegen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der flexible Teil (8) einen breiteren Querschnitt aufweist, der sich vorzugsweise mit zunehmender Entfernung vom Kontaktabschnitt in einer Richtung weg vom freien Ende der Abgabehilfe (15) allmählich verbreitert.
