Claims (11)
- Pumpe (1), die aus einer verformbaren Leitung (6) besteht, die über eine durch ein Einlassventil verschlossene Einlassöffnung (61), eine Auslassöffnung (62) und ein Auslassventil verfügt, wobei die Pumpe (1) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass- das Einlassventil aus einer ersten Stützwand (23) und einer Einlassklappe (7) besteht,- die Einlassklappe über einen nicht durchbrochenen, weichen und verformbaren Umfangsbereich (70) verfügt, der der ersten Stützwand (23) gegenüberliegt,- die erste Stützwand (23) von mindestens einer Öffnung (24) durchbrochen ist, die dem Umfangsbereich (70) gegenüberliegt,- die Einlassklappe (7) über eine nicht verformbare feste Verbindung mit der ersten Stützwand (23) verbunden ist,- der Umfangsbereich (70) vor Zusammenbau eine im Wesentlichen kegelige Form mit einer großen Basis (72) und einer kleinen Basis (73) und einer Innenfläche (720) auf der Innenseite des Kegels aufweist,- der Umfangsbereich (70) infolge des Abstützens der Innenfläche (720) der großen Basis auf der ersten Stützwand (23) in zusammengebauter Stellung eine Verformung aufweist.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einlassklappe (7) einstückig aus elastischem Formgedächtnispolymer ist.
- Pumpe (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auslassöffnung (62) durch das Auslassventil verschlossen ist, das aus einer zweiten Stützwand (63) und einer mit der Einlassklappe (7) identischen Auslassklappe (8) besteht, die über eine nicht verformbare feste Verbindung mit der zweiten Stützwand (63) verbunden und in Übereinstimmung mit der Abstützung der Einlassklappe (7) auf der ersten Stützwand (23) in Abstützung auf der zweiten Stützwand (63) angebracht ist.
- Pumpe (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verformbare Leitung (6) in Form eines Balgs vorliegt.
- Pumpe (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verformbare Leitung (6) ein Formgedächtnis besitzt.
- Ausgabesystem (10), das aus einem Bundring (2), einer Drucktaste (3) und einer Pumpe (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:- es sich beim Bundring (2) um ein einstückiges Teil handelt, wobei die erste Stützwand (23) Bestandteil des Bundrings (2) ist,- es sich bei der verformbaren Leitung (6) um ein einstückiges Teil handelt, wobei die zweite Stützwand (63) Bestandteil der verformbaren Leitung (6) ist,- es sich bei der Drucktaste um ein einstückiges Teil handelt, das eine Ausführleitung (35) beinhaltet, die mit der Auslassöffnung (62) der verformbaren Leitung (6) verbunden ist und an der Ausführöffnung (36) des Ausgabesystems (10) mündet.
- Ausgabesystem (10) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:- die Ausführöffnung (36) durch ein Endventil verschlossen ist, das aus einer einstückigen Endklappe (9) besteht, die in der Ausführöffnung (36) untergebracht und über eine nicht verformbare feste Verbindung mit der Wand (362) der Öffnung (36) verbunden ist,- die Endklappe (9) über eine weiche, elastisch verformbare Wand (92) verfügt, die die Ausführöffnung (36) verschließt und in ihrer Mitte eine Öffnung (93) aufweist, die zur Ausführöffnung (36) konzentrisch ist,- die weiche Wand (92) in Abstützung auf einem starren Träger (33) mit einer Hauptachse XX' angebracht ist, wobei der Träger Bestandteil der einstückigen Drucktaste (3) ist und in der Mitte der Öffnung (36) der Öffnung (93) gegenüberliegend angeordnet ist.
- Baugruppe, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aus einem Ausgabesystem (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7 besteht, die mit einem schrumpfbaren Behälter (5; 503; 401) zusammengebaut ist, der über ein dichtes Befestigungsmittel am Bundring (2) angebracht ist.
- Baugruppe nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der schrumpfbare Behälter (5; 501) aus einer weichen verformbaren Hülle (53; 503) besteht.
- Baugruppe nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die weiche Hülle (53) in einem starren Behälter (4) eingeschlossen ist, der von einer Öffnung (43) durchbrochen ist, die an der Außenseite mündet.
- Baugruppe nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9, die einen Strömungsweg für die im Behälter verpackte Flüssigkeit bildet, bestehend aus:- dem schrumpfbaren Behälter (5; 503; 401), der mit dem Bundring (2) verbunden ist;- dem Bundring (2), der mit der verformbaren Leitung (6) und mit der Einlassklappe (7) verbunden ist;- der verformbaren Leitung (6), die mit der Auslassklappe (8) und mit der Drucktaste (3) verbunden ist; und- der Drucktaste, die mit der Endklappe (9) verbunden ist;wobei die Baugruppe dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass jedes Teil einstückig ist und es sich bei jeder dieser Verbindungen um eine feste Verbindung handelt.
