Claims (7)

  1. An interior trim assembly (2) for a rail vehicle (1), comprising:
    - at least one upper rail (14) and at least one lower rail (12), the upper rail (14) and the lower rail (12) being intended to be fixed one below the other to the same inner wall (10) of a rail vehicle (1),
    - at least one upholstery element (18), and
    - a multifunction support (16) comprising:
    - an upper link (22) cooperating with the top rail (14),
    - a lower link (20) cooperating with the lower rail (12), and
    - a receiving element (24) integral with the lower link (20) and the upper link (22), the receiving element (24) being configured to receive the or each upholstery element (18),
    the receiving element (24) comprising an upper bar (38) and a lower bar (36) each comprising two ends, a first upper end (44) of the upper bar (38) being integral with a first lower end (40) of the lower bar (36), a second upper end (46) of the upper bar (38) being integral with the upper link (22) and a second lower end (42) of the lower bar (36) being integral with the lower link (20),
    characterised in that
    the upper bar (38) is substantially perpendicular to the lower bar (36), and in that the multifunction support (16) comprises at least one adjustment element (28), the lower link (20) being integral with the lower bar (36) via a respective adjustment element (28) and/or the upper link (22) being fixed to the upper bar (38) via a respective adjustment element (28), the or each adjustment element (28) being adapted to the length of the connection between the lower link (20) and the lower bar (36) and/or for adjusting the length of the connection between the upper link (22) and the upper bar (38).
  2. An assembly (2) according to claim 1, in which the upper link (22) is suitable for sliding on the upper rail (14) and/or the lower link (20) is suitable for sliding on the lower rail (12).
  3. An assembly (2) according to claim 2, in which the multifunction support (16) comprises at least one locking element (26), the or each locking element (26) being configured to immobilise the upper link (22) in the upper rail (14) and/or the lower link (20) in the lower rail (12).
  4. An assembly (2) according to any one of claims 1 to 3, in which the upper bar (38) is integral with the lower bar (36).
  5. An assembly (2) according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the upholstery element (18) is a piece of railway vehicle furniture (1) selected from the list consisting of: a seat, a piece of furniture, trim, cabling ducts, a tray and a table.
  6. A rail vehicle (1) comprising a passenger compartment (4) comprising at least one interior wall (10) and an interior trim assembly (2) according to any one of claims 1 to 5, the upper rail (14) and the lower rail (12) being fixed one below the other to the inner wall (10) of the rail vehicle (1).
  7. A rail vehicle (1) according to claim 6, wherein the passenger compartment (4) comprises a floor (6) and a ceiling (8), the inner wall (10) being a side wall extending longitudinally between the floor (6) and the ceiling (8) of the rail vehicle (1).
