  • bumper section 61 is exchangeably attached by screws 63 or the like to the front end portion of feeder main body 11, by making bumper section 61 available to the user as an exchangeable component, separately from tape feeder 10, the user can exchange bumper section 61 worn or damaged by long-term use as appropriate with a new exchangeable component.
  • bumper section 61 is made of the same resin material as that of the rear end portion of reel holder 13 or a softer resin material, it is possible to reduce the wear and damage of tapered surface 52 of reel holder 13 with which bumper section 61 collides (abuts), thus improving the durability of reel holder 13.

Claims (5)

  1. Chargeur de bande (10), attaché à une section de configuration de chargeur (31) d'une machine de montage de composants, comprenant :
    un corps principal de chargeur (11) ;
    un support de bobine (13) configuré pour charger une bobine de bande (12) sur laquelle une bande d'alimentation en composants est enroulée ;
    un mécanisme de déplacement de bobine (41, 42) configuré pour maintenir le support de bobine (13) en mobilité dans la direction de largeur par rapport au corps principal de chargeur (11) ; et
    une section d'amortissement (61) disposée de sorte à déborder dans une direction de rattachement de celle-ci sur la partie d'extrémité du côté de direction de rattachement du corps principal de chargeur (11) ;
    dans lequel, lorsqu'un deuxième chargeur de bande est rattaché à côté d'un premier chargeur de bande rattaché à une section de configuration de chargeur, la section d'amortissement (61) du deuxième chargeur de bande entre d'abord en contact avec la partie d'extrémité du côté de direction de détachement du support de bobine (13) du premier chargeur de bande de sorte à déplacer le support de bobine (13) du premier chargeur de bande dans la direction de largeur,
    dans lequel la section d'amortissement (61) est rattachée à la partie d'extrémité du côté de direction de rattachement du corps principal de chargeur (11) de sorte à être échangeable.
  2. Le chargeur de bande de la revendication 1, dans lequel la partie de la partie d'extrémité du côté de direction de détachement du support de bobine (13) avec laquelle la section d'amortissement (61) entre en contact est constituée sur une surface biseautée (51, 52) de sorte que le support de bobine (13) soit facilement déplacé dans la direction de largeur de celle-ci par la force de contact.
  3. Le chargeur de bande de la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel la section d'amortissement (61) est constituée d'un matériau résineux.
  4. Le chargeur de bande de la revendication 3, dans lequel la section d'amortissement (61) est faite du même matériau résineux que celui de la partie d'extrémité du côté de direction de détachement du support de bobine (13) ou d'un matériau résineux plus tendre.
  5. Le chargeur de bande de l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel le mécanisme de déplacement de bobine (41, 42) est configuré avec un mécanisme de coulissement pour soutenir le support de bobine (13) de sorte que le support de bobine (13) puisse coulisser dans la direction de largeur de celui-ci .
