Definitions
- the present invention relates to a pull-out device for a corner cupboard. Corner cabinet slides are used to provide better access to the storage space located in the corner of a corner cabinet.
- the corner cupboard pull-out device has an outer built-in part and an inner built-in part, which have storage compartments.
- the outer fitting can be pulled out and swung out to allow access to the inner fitting for removal or storage of items.
- the inner built-in part can be moved horizontally from the corner area into the position of the outer built-in part along a guide rail attached to the rear wall of the corner cabinet.
- each storage compartment of the inner built-in part can have a guide rail that makes it possible to pull these storage compartments out of the cabinet body as well.
- a disadvantage of this solution is the guide arrangement on the rear wall of the corner cupboard, the assembly of which is relatively complex.
- it is necessary to complete the pull-out movement and the pivoting movement of the outer built-in part before the sliding movement and, if necessary, the pull-out movement of the individual storage compartments of the inner built-in part can take place.
- the rear walls of corner cabinets are often not designed as load-bearing walls, so that an attachment to the floor or the side walls must also be provided in order to stabilize the guide arrangement for the dead weight of the storage compartments and the load in such a way that the storage compartments cannot be tilted or tilted load can be avoided with certainty.
- the built-in element consisting of the outer and inner built-in parts is pulled out and swiveled out together.
- the built-in element is moved along a guide rail attached to the bottom of the cabinet.
- the built-in element must therefore have a footprint that is designed in such a way that the built-in element can rotate and slide from a storage position to a removal position.
- the built-in element has a footprint on, which is essentially in the shape of an eight, with the result that a not inconsiderable part of the storage space in the corner area cannot be used.
- the object of the invention is to develop a pull-out device which, on the one hand, enables the best possible utilization of the installation area and, at the same time, makes it possible to improve accessibility to the storage compartments of the inner installation part.
- the pull-out device should also be easy to install in a corner cupboard.
- the pull-out device should be usable for any height dimensions or width dimensions of the corner cabinet.
- the object of the invention is achieved by a pull-out device according to claim 1 and a corner cupboard according to claim 14.
- Advantageous exemplary embodiments of the pull-out device are the subject of claims 2 to 13.
- a pull-out device for a corner cabinet comprises an inner storage element and an outer storage element for storing objects, the inner storage element being designed for positioning in a corner area of the corner cabinet and the outer storage element being designed for positioning in a storage area of the corner cabinet adjoining the corner area.
- the outer storage element can be displaced between a storage position and at least one removal position by means of a guide device.
- the inner tray member is pivotally connected to the outer tray member at a pivot such that the inner tray member is rotatable about the pivot about a vertical axis of rotation with respect to the outer tray member.
- the rotational movement of the inner storage element can be controlled by means of a control device. in a storage area of the corner cabinet to a removal position that is outside the storage area.
- the inner storage element can thus only be connected to the outer storage element via a rotary element arranged in the area of the pivot point. Any removal position can be set by means of the guide device. When the inner storage element is coupled to the outer storage element via the rotary element, the inner storage element is moved along with the outer storage element.
- the control device includes a stationary cam.
- the cam is arranged on a cam base element which is intended for permanent installation in the corner cabinet.
- the cam is arranged in a stationary manner on the floor of the corner cabinet.
- the cam is fixedly arranged on a guide frame.
- the guide frame is fastened inside the corner cabinet, for example fastened to the bottom of the corner cabinet or its walls.
- the guide rail is part of the guide device.
- the basic cam element comprises a cam for installation on the left-hand side in the corner cabinet and a mirrored cam for installation on the right-hand side in the corner cabinet.
- control cam can be arranged on the left-hand or right-hand side of the guide frame, depending on whether the storage position for the inner storage element is on the left or right-hand side of the storage position of the outer guide element.
- control cam for left-hand installation can be arranged opposite the control cam for right-hand installation on the opposite side of the cam basic element.
- control curve basic element With a mirror-symmetrical arrangement of the control curves on the opposite sides of the control curve basic element, only a single control curve basic element is required both for left-hand installation and for right-hand installation.
- the control cam includes a first section with a first curvature and a second section with a second curvature.
- the curvature is selected in such a way that the inner storage element can be positioned in the corner area and can be guided out of the corner area for removing or storing objects.
- non-contact means that the inner storage element does not come into contact with a rear wall or a side wall of the corner cabinet. The only contact of the inner storage element is via the floor of the corner cabinet or the guide frame on which, according to this exemplary embodiment, the basic cam element is fastened.
- the first section can be connected to the second section via a v-shaped or u-shaped connecting element.
- a turning point is formed by the V-shaped or U-shaped connecting element, at which a change in direction of a guide element guided along the cam takes place.
- the control cam is designed as a guide channel in which a guide element can be displaced, with the guide element being arranged on the underside of the inner storage element.
- the distance A of the guide element from the edge of the inner storage element opposite the outer storage element in the removal position can amount to a maximum of 65% of the length L of the inner storage element.
- the length of the inner storage element corresponds to the edge length of the inner storage element.

- the distance between the axes of rotation is in particular greater than each of the roller diameters, so that the rollers do not touch one another.
- the distance between the rollers corresponds in particular essentially to the wall thickness of the guide rail.
- At least one of the inner and outer storage elements includes a plurality of storage compartments.
- the use of several storage compartments makes it possible, in particular, to store a number of objects whose height is less than half the height of the corner cabinet.
- the outer or inner storage element comprises a first storage compartment and at least one second storage compartment.
- the first storage compartment can have a first Have base and the second storage compartment have a second base, wherein the first base is smaller than the second base.
