Definitions

  • the present application relates to a valve comprising a removable cannula, more particularly suitable for taking a sample of more or less charged liquid stored in a container.
  • a tap is used as a tasting tap in the wine industry.
  • the cap includes an outer peripheral ridge configured to fit into a peripheral notch provided at the inner end of the conduit of the body.
  • the cannula comprises at its inner end an outer peripheral edge configured to fit into a peripheral groove provided at the level of the central cavity of the stopper.
  • valve described in the document FR2491191 can be mounted in small diameter sleeves, of the order of 18.63 mm, it is not fully satisfactory because certain parts are made of plastic material to allow the plug to be able to be clipped into the duct of the body or to the cannula to clip into the central cavity of the stopper. Finally, its operation is not reliable because the stopper may not clip onto the end of the cannula when the latter is put in place and fall inside the container, making it impossible to close the tap.
  • the present invention aims to remedy all or part of the drawbacks of the prior art.
  • the male and female parts of the coupling system are configured to cooperate with each other and allow fitting of the male and female parts into each other according to a fitting direction, perpendicular to the axis of the bore of the body, when the plug (24) is in the first position corresponding to the closed state, as well as immobilization of the male and female parts relative to each other in the direction of movement when the male and female parts are mated.
  • Such a tap provides the same advantages as the tasting tap described in the document WO2017187028 , while allowing assembly in small cross-section orifices such as the valve described in the document FR2491191 .

  • the cannula 26 is pivoted on itself, around the axis of revolution A20 of the bore 20, taking the second curved section 64 in hand and directing it downwards, as illustrated in the figure 13C .
  • This pivoting movement of the cannula 26 causes the pivoting of the stopper 24 thanks to the coupling system 90. Consequently, the cannula 26 can no longer be uncoupled from the stopper 24, without a new pivoting movement, because its inner collar 106 is blocked in the outer groove 94 of the plug 24 by the outer gutter 42.
  • the cannula 26 can be pushed inside the bore 20 so as to translate, according to the direction of displacement DD, the stopper 24 from the first position to the second position, as shown in the figure 13D .
  • the cannula 26 is pulled to extract it from the bore 20. To disassemble the cannula 26, the steps previously described are repeated in reverse order.

  • the valve 14 can be mounted on existing containers provided with an orifice 12 with a small section, the body 16 having only one bore 20 through.
  • pin 52 and second stop 73.2 prevent cap 24 from falling inside the container.
  • the cannula can be dismantled to be cleaned between two samples.
