  1. A piece of furniture or household appliance (1) having a body (2) and at least one rack guided in the body (2) and a sliding-pivoting mechanism for pulling out and raising the rack (10) from the body (2) of the piece of furniture or household appliance (1), having
    - at least two pivot arms (3, 4), which are pivotably fixable on the body (2) and are arranged in parallel to one another, and which form a parallel guide for a pullout guide (5),
    - wherein the pullout guide (5) has a guide rail (51), a middle rail (52) displaceable in relation to the guide rail (51), and a slide rail (53) displaceable in relation to the middle rail (52), on which the rack (10) is fastened,
    - a locking mechanism arranged on the guide rail (51) and on one of the pivot arms (3, 4) for preventing a simultaneous pivoting and sliding movement,
    - whereby the locking mechanism has a switching device (8), which is adjustable between at least two switch positions (S1, S2) and using which the slide rail (53), in a predetermined partially extended pivot base position (LP1, LP2) in relation to the guide rail (51), is movable in one of the switch positions (S1, S2) together with the further components of the pullout guide (5) in an extended sliding movement in relation to the guide rail (51)
    characterized in that
    the switching device (8) has an actuating element (81) and an unlocking lever (83, 83'), which is coupled to the actuating element (81) and is adjustable between the switch positions (S1, S2, S3).
  2. The piece of furniture or household appliance (1) according to Claim 1, characterized in that the switching device (8) is adjustable between three switch positions (S1, S2, S3).
  3. The piece of furniture or household appliance (1) according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the locking mechanism blocks pivoting of the pivot arms (3, 4) if the rack (10) is lowered or raised into a top loading and unloading position and is not extended into the pivot base position (LP1, LP2).
  4. The piece of furniture or household appliance (1) according to Claim 3, characterized in that the locking mechanism has a locking pin (72), which is arranged on one of the pivot arms (3, 4), and a locking plate (61), which is installed fixed in relation to the pullout guide (5) and with which the locking pin (72) interacts.
  5. The piece of furniture or household appliance (1) according to any one of the preceding Claims, characterized in that the locking mechanism is designed for the release of a pivot movement of the rack from a raised pivot base position (LP2) so that the actuating element (81) is positioned in a second switch position (S2) raised in relation to a starting position (first switch position S1).
  6. The piece of furniture or household appliance (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the actuating element (81) or the switching lever (82) is coupled to a spring element or a catch cam in order to hold the switching device (8) in a neutral position, in particular in the switch position (S1), or to return it into the neutral position after completed switching.
  7. The piece of furniture or household appliance (1) according to Claims 1 and 5, characterized in that the locking mechanism is designed to release an extended sliding movement of the rack (10) in a lowered pivot base position (LP1), so that the actuating element (81) is positioned in the second switch position (S2).
  8. The piece of furniture or household appliance (1) according to Claims 2 and 5, characterized in that the locking mechanism is designed to release an extended sliding movement of the rack (10) in a raised pivot base position (LP2), so that the actuating element (81) is positioned in a third switch position (S3) lowered in relation to the starting position (first switch position S1).
  9. The piece of furniture or household appliance (1) according to any one of Claims 4 to 8, characterized in that the locking pin (72) is movable out of a position blocking the pivot movement of the pivot arms (3, 4) by the unlocking lever (83) set in the first switch position (S1).
  10. The piece of furniture or household appliance (1) according to Claim 9, characterized in that, in the lowered pivot base position (LP1) of the rack (10), the unlocking lever (83) is positioned disengaged from the locking pin (72) in the second switch position (S2).
  11. The piece of furniture or household appliance (1) according to any one of Claims 4 to 10, characterized in that the actuating element (81) is designed as a vertically movable handle lever, which is coupled via a switching lever (82) and a connecting lever (84) to the unlocking lever (83) movably fixed on the rack (10) or the slide rail (53).
  12. The piece of furniture or household appliance (1) according to any one of Claims 4 to 11, characterized in that the unlocking lever (83) is pivotably attached to an adapter (9, 9') arranged on the rack (10) or the slide rail (53).
  13. The piece of furniture or household appliance (1) according to Claim 12, characterized in that the unlocking lever (83, 83') has a lever stop (832, 832').
  14. The piece of furniture or household appliance (1) according to Claim 12, characterized in that the unlocking lever (83) has a slide stop (831).
  15. The piece of furniture or household appliance (1) according to any one of Claims 12 to 14, characterized in that the adapter (9) has a housing (91), which is coupled via pivot joints (93, 94) to the switching lever (82) and the unlocking lever (83).
  16. The piece of furniture or household appliance (1) according to Claim 12 or 13, characterized in that the adapter (9') has a two-part housing, wherein a first housing part (91') is coupled to the switching lever (82) and the unlocking lever (83') and a second housing part (92') is only coupled to the switching lever (82), wherein the second housing part (92') is held displaceably on the rack (10) perpendicular to the slide rail (53) to form a passage channel (98') for the locking pin (72) between the first housing part (91') and the second housing part (92').
  17. The household appliance according to any one of the preceding Claims, designed as a dishwasher (1), wherein the rack (10) is a dish rack.
