Definitions
- the present invention relates to a hair clip according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Hair clips of this type are used to hold hair, primarily for medium to long hair, to attach it to the head or to hold it in a ponytail.
- the hair is often pulled up from the nape of the neck with the help of the hair clip and clamped at the back of the head.
- Such a hair clip is an example in DE 20 2017 103 753 U1 shown.
- U1 discloses a hair clip formed from two clip bodies.
- the clamp bodies are connected to one another via a joint and are mounted such that they can move about a pivot axis defined by the joint.
- the pivot axis divides the clip body into a clamping section and a pressure section.
- An elastic element presses the clamping sections together with a clamping force. By squeezing the pressure sections together, the clamping sections are spread so that the clip can be placed in the hair.
- Hair clips of this type are characterized in that they are easy to handle, especially with one hand, and can be placed precisely in the hair.
- the disadvantage is that the pressure sections for spreading the clip protrude from the enclosed hair due to the design and are therefore conspicuously visible.
- the protruding pressure sections not only have a strong influence on the appearance of the hairstyle, but also fundamentally limit the styling options of a hairstyle.
- the protruding print portions are prone to snagging or otherwise snagging on clothing or other objects.
- the simultaneous use of the hair clip with caps, hats or helmets is severely limited or even impossible.
- EP 1 982 612 A1 shows, for example, a hair clip in which two clip bodies are each connected to one another on a base side, so that when the clip is placed in the hair, the base sides lie against the hair without protruding.
- the disadvantage here is the complex mechanism with a torsion spring and a compression spring, with which the clip is attached to the hair. Since the mechanism is designed in such a way that the staple bodies are pushed apart in the normal state and are only fixed when they are placed, it is difficult to adjust the staple once it has been placed.
- the clamp does not have the clamping force of a clamp described above, so that the clamp is less stable and must be manually adjusted more frequently.
- a hair clip which avoids the above disadvantages.
- a hair clip that offers a stable hold when worn, can be used flexibly, is not bulky and can be operated easily and with one hand.
- the hair clip should have a simple structure and be able to be produced inexpensively.
- the hair clip according to the invention is thus based on the principle of a conventional hair clip, in which hair is clamped between two pretensioned clamping sections can become.
- the clamping sections can be spread by at least one actuating element, also called the pressure section, in order to place the clip in the hair.
- the at least one actuating element is not rigidly attached to one of the clip bodies, as is the case with a conventional hair clip, but is movably mounted thereon in order to be able to assume at least two positions relative to the base section of the clip body.
- the at least one actuating element can be moved back and forth between the first and second position.
- the actuating element protrudes from the clamping section, as in a conventional hair clip, so that a force can be exerted on the clip body via the actuating element in order to spread the clamping sections apart against a clamping force.
- the spread clip can then be placed in the hair and fixed by releasing the actuating element.
- the actuating element can be transferred to the second position, in which it no longer protrudes from the clamping sections and the hairstyle, but preferably rests against the enclosed hair, in particular is sunk into it.
- the hair clip is worn, no actuating element protrudes beyond the clip and the hairstyle, as a result of which the clip is less bulky and less conspicuous in the hairstyle.
- the clip bodies lie flat against the gathered hair and thus do not impede the wearing of headgear. The risk of the clip accidentally getting stuck is also reduced.
- the at least one actuating element can be brought back into the first position at any time, preferably by a simple hand movement, as a result of which the clip can be operated as usual.
- the hair clip can thus be operated easily and with one hand, like a conventional hair clip.
- the hair clip can also be placed precisely in the hair and is easy to adjust at any time.
- the hair clip is designed to clamp hair between the first and second clamping section, wherein the first actuating element is designed to fix the hair in the second position, when hair is clamped between the first and second clamping section, in particular in this to be sunk.
- the actuator secures the captured hair when in the second position.
- the actuating element is particularly preferably sunk into the bordered hair.
- the actuating element is thus not only stowed away in a space-saving manner, but also advantageously stabilizes the fit of the hair and the hair clip in the hair.
- the configuration thus advantageously contributes to stabilization of the hairstyle and a long-lasting fit of the clip.
- the pivot axis and a point on a side of the first clamping section facing away from the first base section define a first clamping plane, wherein in the first position a larger part of the first actuating element or the entire first actuating element is on a side of the first actuating element facing away from the second clamping section is located in the first clamping plane and in the second position a larger part of the first actuating element or the entire first actuating element is located on a side of the first clamping plane which faces the second clamping section.
- the actuating element is thus “extended” as far as possible in the first position, so that the actuating element has a large lever in relation to the first clamp body. In this way, the clip can be operated particularly easily against the clamping force.
- the actuating element is hidden as far as possible and almost completely in the "inside" of the clip, so that the actuating element does not protrude significantly or not at all from the hairstyle.
- the first base section has a receptacle for guiding the first actuating element from the first position into the second position.
- the actuator is held in a receptacle on the first base portion for movement between the first and second positions.
- the actuating element can thus be easily and permanently attached to the hair clip.
- the receptacle is designed in such a way that the first actuating element can be pushed at least partially through the receptacle in order to be able to be pushed back and forth between the first and second position.
- the actuating element and the corresponding receptacle can be of particularly simple design.
- the configuration thus contributes to simple and cost-effective production of the hair clip.
- the receptacle is formed from a separate sleeve.
- the mechanical load which is exerted by the actuating element on the clip body can be absorbed by the sleeve. This leads to less wear.
- the sleeve enables precise guidance of the actuating element and thus improves handling of the hair clip.
- the first actuating element has a first termination which rests against the first base section in the second position.
- the first actuating element preferably has a stop as a termination, at least on one side, which prevents the first actuating element from being guided beyond the first position.
- the first actuating element also has a second termination, which rests against the first base section in the first position.
- closures on both sides of the actuating element thus prevent the hair clip from slipping out.
- the configuration thus further contributes to better handling of the clip and enables the actuating element to be held permanently on the hair clip despite the variable position that it can assume.
- the degrees convey to a user whether the respective first or second position has been fully occupied.
- the first actuating element has means, preferably a notch or clamping groove, via which the actuating element can be fixed in a self-retaining manner in the first position.
- the actuating element can thus initially be fixed in the first position, in which it is used as a pressure section for spreading the clamping sections. This has the advantage that when the clip is applied, the actuating element cannot slip and the clip can thus be handled safely.
- the first actuating element has a curvature in order to increase an opening angle between the first clamping section and the second clamping section when the first actuating element is actuated.
- the actuator is arcuate to increase the distance which causes the clamping portions to stroke relative to one another. In this way the clip can be opened further than with a straight actuator and the clip can be placed in the hair more easily.
- the first actuating element has a pin-like element that can be pushed through a correspondingly shaped receptacle on the first base section.
- the first actuating element can consequently be stuck into the hair like a hairpin, so that the actuating element can be moved particularly easily from the first position into the second position and can be lowered into the hair.
- the corresponding receptacles can also be formed easily, so that several receptacles can also be provided on a base section without any problems and the actuating element can thus preferably be attached at different points.
- This configuration thus advantageously contributes to simple and cost-effective production as well as variable configuration and easy handling.
- the first actuating element has at least one further element which can be inserted through a further correspondingly shaped receptacle in the first base section, the one element and the at least one further element being connected to one another via a clip.
- the actuating element thus comprises two insertable elements, which are combined to form a U-shaped element via a bracket.
- the shape of the actuating element thus corresponds to that of a staple with two pins connected by a bracket.
- the pluggable elements can be pushed into the base section via offset receptacles, with the clip ensuring greater stability of the actuating element on the one hand and serving as a stop on the other hand so that the elements cannot be pushed beyond the receptacles.
- the use of several parallel elements, which are connected via a bracket increases the effective area for the actuation of the actuating element, which simplifies handling. At the same time, the large number of elements that can be lowered into the hair improve the hold of the clip.
- the second clip body has a second actuating element arranged on the second base section for moving the second clamping section in relation to the first clamping section, and the second actuating element is mounted on the second base section so that it can move relative to it, so that the second actuating element has a first position and assuming a second position relative to the second base portion.
- an actuating element is provided on both clamp bodies, which further simplifies handling.
- the actuators are operated together, preferably with one hand, against each other, whereby the two clamping sections can be spread apart particularly easily.
- first and the second clip body are designed in such a way that the first actuating element and the second actuating element do not touch each other when they are in the second position, in particular are guided past one another.
- the actuating elements are offset from one another, so that they rest on the hair at positions that are offset from one another or are sunk into it. In this way, the stability provided by the hair clip can advantageously be further increased, since the actuating elements rest on the hair at different positions or engage in it.
- the second clip body has the same shape as the first clip body.
- the first and second clamp bodies are structurally identical. This contributes particularly advantageously to the cost-effective production of the hair clip, since only one fitting or one tool is required for the production of the first and second clip body. In particular, when the clip body is manufactured by injection molding, the manufacturing costs can be advantageously reduced.
- the hair clip 1 shows a conventional hair clip according to the prior art.
- the hair clip 1 has two clip bodies 2, 3, each of which is divided into a clamping section 4a, 4b and a pressure section 5a, 5b.
- a respective joint section 6a, 6b with bushings is arranged.
- a common hinge pin 7 inserted through the bushings of the hinge portions 6a, 6b connects the first and second clip bodies 2, 3 to each other, and a helical torsion spring 8 presses the two clamping portions 4a, 4b together with a clamping force.
- the clamping sections 4a, 4b can be spread apart in order to place the clip in the hair.
- FIG. 2 shows the conventional hair clip in a state attached to the hair as a side view.
- the clamping sections 4a, 4b enclose a quantity of hair and hold it together. Out of 2 it can be seen that the amount of hair held together is essentially only due to the clamping force of the helical torsion spring, so the hair clip can easily slip in the direction of the hair. This negatively affects the fit and wearing comfort.
- the fixed pressure sections 5a, 5b are constantly and conspicuously visible and thus have a strong influence on the appearance of the hairstyle.
- FIG 3 shows a first embodiment of a hair clip according to the invention in a side view.
- the hair clip is denoted here by the reference number 10 in its entirety.
- the hair clip 10 has a first and a second clip body 12, 14 which are connected to one another via a joint 16.
- the first and second clip bodies 12, 14 are preferably the same as indicated in this embodiment.
- the description of the first clip body 12 can thus be applied analogously to the second clip body 14 . It goes without saying, however, that in other embodiments the clip bodies can also be designed in different ways and still implement the mechanism according to the invention.
- the clip bodies 12, 14 are each divided into a base section and a clamping section, ie the first clamp body 12 comprises a first base section 18 and a first clamping section 20 and the second clamp body 14 comprises a second base section 22 and a second clamping section 24.
- Base and clamping section together form the clip body and merge into one another.
- the base section can be defined in particular by an area along a side edge of the clamping section.
- the clamping sections 20, 24 can take different forms.
- the hair to be held is pinched between them.
- the clamping sections 20, 24 are preferably designed in the manner of a comb with teeth arranged next to one another and which engage in the hair.
- a leg, via which the prongs are brought together, preferably forms the respective base section.
- the comb-like clamping sections can fix the hair particularly well.
- the invention is not limited to such clamping sections.
- the joint 16 which connects the two clip bodies 12, 14 to one another, is arranged on the base sections 18, 22 of the two clip bodies 12, 14.
- the two clamp bodies 12 , 14 are mounted on the joint 16 such that they can move about a pivot axis 26 .
- the joint 16, as shown here, can be formed as a hinge with two interlocking trades 28 located on the base portions.
- the trades 28 have bushings through which passes a common pivot pin which defines the pivot axis 26 of the hair clip.
- the clamping sections 20, 24 can be pivoted about the pivot axis 26 into a lying together position or into a spread position. In the position lying together, the clamping sections 20, 24 lie against one another if there are no hairs between them, or if the clamping sections 20, 24 are designed like a comb, they engage in one another. In the spread position, the two clamping sections 20, 24 protrude from one another, at least to such an extent that the hair that is to be held can be inserted between the clamping sections 20, 24.
- the hair clip 10 is biased by an elastic element so that the clamping sections 20, 24 are pressed into the lying together position.
- the elastic element can be a torsion spring, for example.
- a torsion spring is a spring that works by torsion or twisting, i.e. a flexible elastic object that stores mechanical energy when twisted. When the torsion spring is twisted, it generates a torque in the opposite direction, proportional to the angle through which the torsion spring is twisted.
- the torsion spring can extend along the pivot axis 26 and compress the clamping sections 20, 24 starting from the base section 18, 22. It goes without saying that the invention is not limited to a torsion spring, but other elastic elements are also conceivable which prestress the clamping sections 20, 24 in the position lying together.
- At least one actuating element 30 is provided, which is arranged on the first base section 18 in such a way that it can move the first clamping section 20 relative to the second clamping section.
- a lever can be exerted to press the first clamping section 20 against a clamping force which holds the clamping sections 20, 24 together.
- the first actuating element 30 faces outwards for actuating the hair clip 10, i.e.
- the hair clip 10 is preferably embodied symmetrically, so that a corresponding second actuating element 32 can also be provided on the second base section 22 of the second clip body 14 , which is embodied in the same way as the first actuating element 30 .
- the following description of the first actuating element 30 can therefore also be applied analogously to the second actuating element 32 .
- the hair clip according to the invention is characterized in particular by the fact that the actuating element 30 can assume two positions on the hair clip 10 compared to a conventional hair clip, ie the actuating element is movably mounted on the base section in such a way that it moves from a first position to a second position can be.
- the functioning and importance of a movable actuator 30 and the two actuators 30, 32 is based on 4 and 5 explained in more detail.
- FIG 4 shows a side view of the embodiment according to FIG 3 in a closed condition with the actuators 30, 32 in the first position.
- figure 5 shows a corresponding side view with the actuating elements 30, 32 in the second position.
- the hair clip is secured in the hair and in a closed condition with the actuators "extended” and serving as push portions.
- the actuators extended and serving as push portions.
- the actuators 30, 32 are in the first position and project outwardly, i.e. from the interior of the hair clip. As with a conventional hair clip, in this position the actuators 30, 32 can be used as depressing portions to open the clip.
- the actuating elements 30, 32 are each pressed together in a direction of movement 36a, 36b defined by the pivot axis 26, as a result of which the clamping sections 20, 24 spread.
- this can be done with one hand by pinching and pressing together the actuating elements 30, 32 between the fingers and the ball of the thumb of one hand. If only one actuating element is provided, the ball of the hand or the fingers can alternatively also grip the base section or the clamping section of that clip body on which no actuating element is arranged in order to carry out the corresponding opening movement.
- the mounting of the actuating elements 30, 32 is designed such that a direction of movement 38a, 38b of the actuating elements 30, 32 from the first to the second position is essentially orthogonal to the direction of movement 36a, 36b defined by the pivot axis 26.
- essentially orthogonal means that an angle between the directions of movement 36, 38 is at least between 80° and 100°, in particular between 85° and 95° and particularly preferably 90°.
- the actuating elements 30, 32 are movably mounted in receptacles in the base sections 18, 22 in the embodiment shown here.
- the receptacles are designed to guide the actuating elements 30, 32 in a direction of movement 38a, 38b, which is essentially orthogonal to the direction of movement 36a, 36b defined by the pivot axis 26, ie the actuating elements 30, 32 are mounted in such a way that they can be guided from the first position along the direction of movement 38a, 38b into the interior of the hair clip 10 in order to assume the second position.
- the actuating elements 30, 32 are mounted in such a way that the actuating elements the second position are sunk in the bound hairs 34. This is in for clarification figure 5 shown.
- figure 5 shows the hair clip with "retracted” actuating elements 30, 32, ie with actuating elements 30, 32 in the second position.
- the state of the hair clip shown corresponds to the state in which the clip will ultimately be worn in the hair.
- the actuating elements 30 , 32 essentially no longer extend beyond the hair clip 10 .
- Only one end 40 which is intended to prevent the actuating elements 30, 32 from being able to be pushed beyond the second position, protrudes beyond the volume defined by the enclosed hairs 34.
- the actuating elements 30, 32 are thus preferably stuck in the enclosed hairs 34 and give the construct more stability.
- the actuating elements 30, 32 inserted into the hair prevent the hair clip 10 from slipping over time and negatively affecting the wearing comfort and appearance of the hairstyle.
- an angle between the actuating element and a line orthogonal to the outside of the base section is between 10° and 30°, in particular 20°.
- the receptacles on the base section are designed in such a way that the actuating elements 30, 32 are guided at an angle to the outside of the base section in such a way that, when closed, the actuating elements 30, 32 move into the hair as centrally as possible in order to achieve optimum stability.
- the actuating elements 30, 32 are preferably designed in such a way that they are guided past one another in the second position, ie the first and second actuating elements do not touch in the second position.
- a particularly high level of stability can be achieved, since the actuating elements 30, 32 engage the hair 34 as centrally and deeply as possible.
- the actuating elements 30, 32 can be made as long as possible in order to be able to serve effectively as pressure elements in the first position.
- the clip body 12, 14 are comb-like here.
- a clamping section 20, 24 is formed by a plurality of curved prongs 42 which are arranged side by side on a leg 44.
- a leg 44 here corresponds to a base portion of the clip body in the sense of the present invention.
- the actuating elements 30, 32 are arranged on the legs (base sections) and can be inserted into the legs through receptacles 46.
- the actuating elements 30, 32 are pin-like in this embodiment and the receptacles are correspondingly hole-shaped.
- the first clamp body 12 and the second clamp body 14 are of identical design, with the two identical clamp bodies 12, 14 being offset from one another along the pivot axis 26 in the mounted state due to the joint 16 resting on one another.
- the tines 42 can thus engage in one another and the actuating elements 30, 32 of the two clip bodies 12, 14 do not touch one another in the second position.
- the clamp bodies 12, 14 are pretensioned in a position lying together by means of a torsion spring 48 as an elastic element.
- the helical torsion spring 48 is coiled around a pivot pin 50 with a respective spring member 52a, 52b pressing the legs 44 to bring the clamping portions together with a clamping force. It goes without saying that other means are conceivable which bias the clamping sections into a lying together position.
- FIG. 7 shows a close-up of a preferred embodiment of an actuating element and a corresponding recording for it. Shows the same view but with an actuator disassembled into its individual parts 8 .
- the actuating element 30 is designed like a pin and is provided with a closure 40, 41 on the top and bottom.
- the terminations 40, 41 prevent the actuator 30 from sliding out of the receptacle 46.
- the receptacle 46 is preferably formed from a sleeve 54 which sits in a recess in the leg 44 .
- the sleeve 54 takes up part of the mechanical load which acts on the leg when the clip is opened.
- Both the pin-like design of the actuating elements and the sleeve for the guide contribute to a lightweight and discreet design of the hair clip, which means that less material is required for the hair clip and resource-saving production is possible.
- the sleeve 54 is designed such that it guides the actuating element 30 when moving from the first to the second position and thus specifies a defined direction of movement 38 of the actuating element, which ensures that the actuating element can be optimally placed in the hair.
- a clamping groove 56 is additionally provided on the actuating element 30 .
- the clamping groove 56 prevents the actuating element from moving out of the first position on its own and accidentally slipping into the second position when being pressed together.
- actuating elements and recordings shown are only to be understood as examples. Other shapes and forms are conceivable which achieve the same effect that the actuating element no longer protrudes beyond the clip when the clip is fastened in the hair. For example, a sword-like shape of the actuating element is conceivable, which is held in a slot-like receptacle in the leg. This expression would have the advantage of a larger surface, which further improves the stabilization of the hair and makes it easier to squeeze.
- the actuating elements are not mounted by being plugged into the base section, but in another exemplary embodiment can be rotated about the base section in order to be pivoted from a first position into a second position.
- the actuating elements could then rest on the hair parallel to the clamping sections and, for example, be pressed against the hair by a spring in order to provide additional stability.
- the actuating elements would no longer protrude unfavorably from the clip, but could also be turned inside the clip.
- actuating elements can also be brought together independently of the respective bearing in order to achieve a further improvement in the fixation and stabilization.
- Such a particularly preferred embodiment is in the 9 and 10 shown.
- FIGS. 9 and 10 show a hair clip whose essential structure according to the embodiment 6 corresponds, but with actuating elements 30, 32, which comprise a plurality of insertable elements 57 which are connected to one another via a bracket 58.
- This configuration has the advantage that a surface for gripping an actuating element that is essential for the actuation is enlarged, but the actuating element is designed overall to be filigree and light and can therefore continue to be easily sunk into the hair.
- a large number of insertable elements 57 can also be combined like a comb via one or more brackets 58.
- the combined actuating elements can be sunk into the interior of the hair clip in the same way as individually insertable actuating elements.
- the bracket 58 advantageously serves as a closure at the same time.
- FIG 11 shows a further preferred embodiment, in which the actuating elements 30, 32 each have a curvature 60.
- the curvature 60 of the individual actuating elements 30, 32 results from the fact that the actuating elements 30, 32 are bent counter to the respective direction of movement 36a, 36b defined by the pivot axis 26, by an angle of rotation between the pivot axis 26 and the tips of the actuating elements 30, 32 enlarge.
- an opening angle 62 between the pivot axis and the clamping section can be increased when the actuating elements 30, 32 are pressed together, whereby the hair clip can be placed in the hair more easily.
- the enlargement of the opening angle is particularly advantageous in the case of interlocking clamping sections.
- FIG. 12 shows a preferred embodiment of an actuating element of the hair clip in a perspective view.
- the actuating element 30, 32 in the exemplary embodiment illustrated here is designed as an actuating element which can be inserted.
- the actuating element 30 , 32 has two insertable elements 57 which are connected to one another via a bracket 58 .
- the actuating element 30, 32 can thus be inserted in the manner described above through receptacles in the base sections of the clip body of the hair clip.
- the pin-like, pluggable elements 57 can, as in 12 shown, be S-shaped.
- the S-shape 66 can be formed on a section of the insertable elements 57 that faces away from the bracket 58 .
- the S-shape 66 can help to fix the actuator 30, 32 in the "extended" position, ie in the first position, so that the actuator 30, 32 does not change position during actuation.
- the S-shape 66 can be realized without great effort, as a result of which the actuating element 30, 32 can be manufactured particularly easily.
- FIG. 13 shows a further preferred embodiment of an actuating element in a perspective view.
- the actuating element 30, 32 is also designed as an insert bracket in this embodiment, which has two insertable elements 57 which are connected to one another via a bracket 58.
- the insertion bracket has a locking mechanism with one or more slots 68a, 68b, which are embedded in the elements 57 that can be inserted.
- a first slot 68a may be provided at the lower end of the male members 57, i.e. at the end of the male members 57 opposite the bracket 58.
- the slot 68a allows the material at that end of the male member 57 to yield somewhat so that the Insert bracket can be inserted into the receptacle in the base section.

- the third articulated web 72a can be made somewhat wider than the other articulated webs and can thus serve as a stable support for the spring legs, which transmit a large force at this point.
- an outer tine of the tines 42 also have an eyelet 74, which serves as an abutment for a tine of the other clip body. In this way, the fit in the hair can be further improved.
Description
The present invention relates to a hair clip according to the preamble of
Hair clips of this type are characterized in that they are easy to handle, especially with one hand, and can be placed precisely in the hair. The disadvantage, however, is that the pressure sections for spreading the clip protrude from the enclosed hair due to the design and are therefore conspicuously visible. The protruding pressure sections not only have a strong influence on the appearance of the hairstyle, but also fundamentally limit the styling options of a hairstyle. In addition, the protruding print portions are prone to snagging or otherwise snagging on clothing or other objects. The simultaneous use of the hair clip with caps, hats or helmets is severely limited or even impossible.
Against this background, it is an object of the present invention to specify a hair clip which avoids the above disadvantages. In particular, it is an object to specify a hair clip that offers a stable hold when worn, can be used flexibly, is not bulky and can be operated easily and with one hand. Furthermore, the hair clip should have a simple structure and be able to be produced inexpensively.
This problem is solved by a hair clip according to
The hair clip according to the invention is thus based on the principle of a conventional hair clip, in which hair is clamped between two pretensioned clamping sections can become. The clamping sections can be spread by at least one actuating element, also called the pressure section, in order to place the clip in the hair.
According to the invention, however, the at least one actuating element is not rigidly attached to one of the clip bodies, as is the case with a conventional hair clip, but is movably mounted thereon in order to be able to assume at least two positions relative to the base section of the clip body. In particular, the at least one actuating element can be moved back and forth between the first and second position.
In the first position, the actuating element protrudes from the clamping section, as in a conventional hair clip, so that a force can be exerted on the clip body via the actuating element in order to spread the clamping sections apart against a clamping force. The spread clip can then be placed in the hair and fixed by releasing the actuating element.
After the clip has been applied, the actuating element can be transferred to the second position, in which it no longer protrudes from the clamping sections and the hairstyle, but preferably rests against the enclosed hair, in particular is sunk into it. When the hair clip is worn, no actuating element protrudes beyond the clip and the hairstyle, as a result of which the clip is less bulky and less conspicuous in the hairstyle. Advantageously, the clip bodies lie flat against the gathered hair and thus do not impede the wearing of headgear. The risk of the clip accidentally getting stuck is also reduced.
The at least one actuating element can be brought back into the first position at any time, preferably by a simple hand movement, as a result of which the clip can be operated as usual. The hair clip can thus be operated easily and with one hand, like a conventional hair clip. The hair clip can also be placed precisely in the hair and is easy to adjust at any time.
In a further embodiment, the hair clip is designed to clamp hair between the first and second clamping section, wherein the first actuating element is designed to fix the hair in the second position, when hair is clamped between the first and second clamping section, in particular in this to be sunk.
In this configuration, the actuator secures the captured hair when in the second position. The actuating element is particularly preferably sunk into the bordered hair. The actuating element is thus not only stowed away in a space-saving manner, but also advantageously stabilizes the fit of the hair and the hair clip in the hair. The configuration thus advantageously contributes to stabilization of the hairstyle and a long-lasting fit of the clip.
In a further embodiment, the pivot axis and a point on a side of the first clamping section facing away from the first base section define a first clamping plane, wherein in the first position a larger part of the first actuating element or the entire first actuating element is on a side of the first actuating element facing away from the second clamping section is located in the first clamping plane and in the second position a larger part of the first actuating element or the entire first actuating element is located on a side of the first clamping plane which faces the second clamping section.
In this embodiment, the actuating element is thus “extended” as far as possible in the first position, so that the actuating element has a large lever in relation to the first clamp body. In this way, the clip can be operated particularly easily against the clamping force. In the second position, on the other hand, the actuating element is hidden as far as possible and almost completely in the "inside" of the clip, so that the actuating element does not protrude significantly or not at all from the hairstyle.
In a further embodiment, the first base section has a receptacle for guiding the first actuating element from the first position into the second position.
In this embodiment, the actuator is held in a receptacle on the first base portion for movement between the first and second positions. The actuating element can thus be easily and permanently attached to the hair clip.
In a configuration that is preferred for this purpose, the receptacle is designed in such a way that the first actuating element can be pushed at least partially through the receptacle in order to be able to be pushed back and forth between the first and second position.
In this configuration, the actuating element and the corresponding receptacle can be of particularly simple design. The configuration thus contributes to simple and cost-effective production of the hair clip.
In a further preferred embodiment, the receptacle is formed from a separate sleeve.
In this configuration, the mechanical load which is exerted by the actuating element on the clip body can be absorbed by the sleeve. This leads to less wear. In addition, the sleeve enables precise guidance of the actuating element and thus improves handling of the hair clip.
In a further embodiment, the first actuating element has a first termination which rests against the first base section in the second position.
In this embodiment, the first actuating element preferably has a stop as a termination, at least on one side, which prevents the first actuating element from being guided beyond the first position.
In a further configuration that is preferred for this purpose, the first actuating element also has a second termination, which rests against the first base section in the first position.
In this embodiment, closures on both sides of the actuating element thus prevent the hair clip from slipping out. The configuration thus further contributes to better handling of the clip and enables the actuating element to be held permanently on the hair clip despite the variable position that it can assume. Likewise, the degrees convey to a user whether the respective first or second position has been fully occupied.
In a further embodiment, the first actuating element has means, preferably a notch or clamping groove, via which the actuating element can be fixed in a self-retaining manner in the first position.
In this embodiment, the actuating element can thus initially be fixed in the first position, in which it is used as a pressure section for spreading the clamping sections. This has the advantage that when the clip is applied, the actuating element cannot slip and the clip can thus be handled safely.
In a further embodiment, the first actuating element has a curvature in order to increase an opening angle between the first clamping section and the second clamping section when the first actuating element is actuated.
In this embodiment, the actuator is arcuate to increase the distance which causes the clamping portions to stroke relative to one another. In this way the clip can be opened further than with a straight actuator and the clip can be placed in the hair more easily.
The first actuating element has a pin-like element that can be pushed through a correspondingly shaped receptacle on the first base section.
The first actuating element can consequently be stuck into the hair like a hairpin, so that the actuating element can be moved particularly easily from the first position into the second position and can be lowered into the hair.
The corresponding receptacles can also be formed easily, so that several receptacles can also be provided on a base section without any problems and the actuating element can thus preferably be attached at different points. This configuration thus advantageously contributes to simple and cost-effective production as well as variable configuration and easy handling.
In an embodiment preferred for this purpose, the first actuating element has at least one further element which can be inserted through a further correspondingly shaped receptacle in the first base section, the one element and the at least one further element being connected to one another via a clip.
In this embodiment, the actuating element thus comprises two insertable elements, which are combined to form a U-shaped element via a bracket. The shape of the actuating element thus corresponds to that of a staple with two pins connected by a bracket. The pluggable elements can be pushed into the base section via offset receptacles, with the clip ensuring greater stability of the actuating element on the one hand and serving as a stop on the other hand so that the elements cannot be pushed beyond the receptacles. Overall, the use of several parallel elements, which are connected via a bracket, increases the effective area for the actuation of the actuating element, which simplifies handling. At the same time, the large number of elements that can be lowered into the hair improve the hold of the clip.
In a further embodiment, the second clip body has a second actuating element arranged on the second base section for moving the second clamping section in relation to the first clamping section, and the second actuating element is mounted on the second base section so that it can move relative to it, so that the second actuating element has a first position and assuming a second position relative to the second base portion.
In this embodiment, an actuating element is provided on both clamp bodies, which further simplifies handling. The actuators are operated together, preferably with one hand, against each other, whereby the two clamping sections can be spread apart particularly easily.
In a preferred embodiment, the first and the second clip body are designed in such a way that the first actuating element and the second actuating element do not touch each other when they are in the second position, in particular are guided past one another.
In this embodiment, the actuating elements are offset from one another, so that they rest on the hair at positions that are offset from one another or are sunk into it. In this way, the stability provided by the hair clip can advantageously be further increased, since the actuating elements rest on the hair at different positions or engage in it.
In a further embodiment, the second clip body has the same shape as the first clip body.
In this embodiment, the first and second clamp bodies are structurally identical. This contributes particularly advantageously to the cost-effective production of the hair clip, since only one fitting or one tool is required for the production of the first and second clip body. In particular, when the clip body is manufactured by injection molding, the manufacturing costs can be advantageously reduced.
It goes without saying that the features mentioned above and those still to be explained below can be used not only in the combination specified in each case, but also in other combinations or on their own, without departing from the scope of the present invention.

The
The clamping
The joint 16, which connects the two
The clamping
The
In order to spread the clamping
The
The
In a preferred embodiment, the mounting of the
In this state, the
In a preferred embodiment, an angle between the actuating element and a line orthogonal to the outside of the base section is between 10° and 30°, in particular 20°. This means that the receptacles on the base section are designed in such a way that the

Several receptacles can be provided on the

In this exemplary embodiment, the
In the illustrated embodiment, the
Both the pin-like design of the actuating elements and the sleeve for the guide contribute to a lightweight and discreet design of the hair clip, which means that less material is required for the hair clip and resource-saving production is possible.
Furthermore, the
In the exemplary embodiment shown here, a clamping
It goes without saying that the actuating elements and recordings shown are only to be understood as examples.
Furthermore, it is conceivable that the actuating elements are not mounted by being plugged into the base section, but in another exemplary embodiment can be rotated about the base section in order to be pivoted from a first position into a second position. The actuating elements could then rest on the hair parallel to the clamping sections and, for example, be pressed against the hair by a spring in order to provide additional stability. In this embodiment, too, the actuating elements would no longer protrude unfavorably from the clip, but could also be turned inside the clip.

As before, the
Here, the insertion bracket has a locking mechanism with one or
Another
It goes without saying that the two exemplary embodiments shown above for actuating
The
The
The two
