Description

The present invention relates to an air blow-out system for a dry vacuum cleaner. Suction air sucked in by the dry vacuum cleaner can be blown out to the environment as exhaust air via an air blow-out system. The invention also relates to a dry vacuum cleaner with such an air blow-out system. Air blow-out systems or dry vacuum cleaners of the type mentioned at the outset are known in principle from the prior art.

A similar vacuum cleaner is from the JP H 013 106 24 A known.

It is the object of the present invention to provide an air blow-out system that promotes a compact and flexible construction of a dry vacuum cleaner.

The object is achieved in that the air blow-out system has a receiving bay to be arranged in a housing of the dry vacuum cleaner, in which either an air filter insert or a blow-out adapter can be accommodated, the blow-out adapter having an outlet fitting for connecting a blower hose and the air filter insert not having such an outlet fitting.

The air blow-out system according to the invention creates the basis for a dry vacuum cleaner with which—in suction operation—suction air can be sucked in via an inlet fitting and this suction air can be blown out to the environment as exhaust air. If an air filter insert is accommodated in the receiving bay provided according to the invention, the exhaust air is filtered and blown out through the air filter insert to the environment. If, on the other hand, the blow-out adapter is used in the receiving bay instead of the air filter insert, a blow-out hose for blow-out operation of the dry vacuum cleaner can be connected to its outlet fitting. Suction air flowing in via the inlet fitting accordingly flows as exhaust air through the outlet fitting and any blower hose connected to it to the environment.

The air blow-out system according to the invention creates the basis for a dry vacuum cleaner of particularly compact design.

Such a dry vacuum cleaner is equipped with an air blow-out system according to the invention, the receiving bay of the air blow-out system being arranged in the housing of the dry vacuum cleaner, and the dry vacuum cleaner also having an inlet fitting designed for connecting a suction hose, which is arranged on the housing and via which the suction air in use, with the receiving bay extending across a corner of the housing.

In this regard, it was recognized that dry vacuum cleaners known from the prior art can, for example, have an air outlet at their rear end of the housing, which is suitable for inserting a blower hose. This allows the dry vacuum cleaner to be used as a so-called "blower". It was recognized as problematic that the smaller the cross-sectional area of the exhaust opening, the higher the exhaust air exhaust speed and thus an undesirable dust turbulence of ambient dust. Likewise, users or people in the vicinity of such dry vacuum cleaners can be unpleasantly "blown on". The high blow-out speed described is a problem, particularly in the case of compact dry vacuum cleaners.

In contrast to this, the dry vacuum cleaner according to the invention has a receiving bay which extends over a corner of the housing. This corner positioning saves space on the housing of the dry vacuum cleaner and enables an outlet with a comparatively large flow cross section.

It has turned out to be advantageous if the air filter insert and/or the blow-out adapter are a modular part of the air blow-out system.

In a particularly preferred embodiment, the receiving bay is designed as a diffuser. A reduction in the outflow velocity of the exhaust air can thus already be achieved.

At least one retaining dome can be provided in the receiving bay, to which the blow-out adapter can be fastened. Two retaining domes are preferably provided within a volume of the receiving bay. Accordingly, the blow-out adapter can have one or two plug-in or clamping pins by means of which the blow-out adapter can be fastened to the holding dome or the holding domes. Alternatively, the blow-out adapter can be secured in the receiving bay by means of a screw connection.

It has turned out to be advantageous if the air filter insert has a frame with a plurality of filter openings. As a result, a linearization of the otherwise turbulent air flowing out of the receiving bay designed as a diffuser can be achieved.

The dry vacuum cleaner preferably has an essentially cuboid housing. It has turned out to be advantageous if the receiving bay extends over at least 25% of the total height of the housing. Preferably, the receiving bay, based on the two surface portions of the housing at the common corner, takes an approximately equal cross-sectional area. In other words, the receiving bay can be formed symmetrically over the corner of the essentially cuboid housing of the dry vacuum cleaner.

It has been found to be advantageous if the inlet fitting of the dry vacuum cleaner and the receiving bay are on opposite sides of the housing.

In a particularly preferred embodiment, the dry vacuum cleaner is battery-operated. The dry vacuum cleaner is particularly preferably designed to be exclusively battery-operated. In a further preferred embodiment, the dry vacuum cleaner is portable with a weight of less than 10 kg. This preferably includes the weight of an accumulator provided for operating the dry vacuum cleaner (preferably a 22-volt accumulator).

A preferred embodiment of a dry vacuum cleaner 100 according to the invention is 1 shown. The dry vacuum cleaner 100 der 1 is designed as a compact and portable vacuum cleaner, which in this case can only be operated with a battery. In the 1 The battery bay 80 shown serves to accommodate a supply battery, not shown here, which preferably has a voltage of 22 V. 1 shows a rear perspective view of the dry vacuum cleaner 100.

Dabei erstreckt sich die Aufnahmebucht 23 zu wenigstens 25% der Gesamthöhe GH des Gehäuses 90.The dry vacuum cleaner 100 has a housing 90 which is cuboid in the exemplary embodiment shown here. Arranged on the housing 90 is an inlet fitting 10, which is used to connect a suction hose 210, which is only shown schematically here. The inlet fitting 10 is located on the front of the dry vacuum cleaner 100 and is accordingly in 1 only partially visible. On the opposite side of the inlet fitting 10 of the housing 90, ie in the foreground 1 , an air blowing system 50 of the dry vacuum cleaner 100 is arranged. The air outlet system 50 has a receiving bay 23 which is guided over a corner E (dashed vertical line indicates corner E). In other words, the receiving bay 23 extends over the corner E of the housing 90 away. The receiving bay 23 extends to at least 25% of the overall height GH of the housing 90.

During the operation of the dry vacuum cleaner 100 , air from the environment U is drawn in as suction air SL into the inlet fitting 10 or into the suction hose 210 connected to the inlet fitting 10 . This suction air SL carries dirt particles that are separated inside the dry vacuum cleaner 100 . A filter (not shown) inside the dry vacuum cleaner 100 is responsible for this. The sucked-in suction air SL is then blown out to the environment U as exhaust air AL. This is done through the air blow-out system 50, more precisely through the receiving bay 23 shown here.

Again 1 can be removed, the receiving bay 23 is designed as a diffuser, so that the exiting exhaust air AL is already experiencing a reduction in speed.

Fig. 2) sowie einen Luftfiltereinsatz 25 (vgl. Fig. 3 und 4). The air discharge system 50 has two modular components, namely a discharge adapter 27 (cf. 2 ) and an air filter insert 25 (cf. 3 and 4 ). In 1 the receiving bay 23 without inserts received therein is easily recognizable. A holding dome 24 located within a lumen of the receiving bay 23 is used to fasten the blow-out adapter 27 via a clamping pin which corresponds to the holding dome 24 . More accurate Said two retaining domes 24 are arranged in the receiving bay 23, of which only the lower one can be seen here.

2 now shows the dry vacuum cleaner 100, with a blow-out adapter 27 being accommodated in the air blow-out system 50. The blow-out adapter 27 has an outlet fitting 29 for connecting a blow-out tube 290, shown schematically here. The suction air SL sucked in via the inlet fitting 10 now exits to the environment U via the outlet fitting 29 or via the blow hose 290 to be connected to the blow-out adapter 27 .

Again 2 can be removed, the blow-out adapter 27 is arranged with a precise fit in the receiving bay 23 .

The blow-out adapter 27 has a cylindrical opening with a stepped stop 28 . A hose end 29 ′ of the blow hose 290 can be inserted with a precise fit into this opening, with the counter-stop 28 ′ coming to abut against the stop 28 of the blow-out adapter 27 . The inner opening of the blow-out adapter 27 is cylindrical, corresponding to the hose end 29'. Alternatively, a conical connection can be realized between the blow-out adapter 27 and the hose end 29'.

Again 2 can be easily removed, the blow-out adapter 27 accommodated in the accommodation bay 23 also stretches over the corner E, taking up surface portions of the back and the side of the housing 90 of the dry vacuum cleaner 100 . The blow-out adapter 27 is held securely within the receiving bay 23 via two clamping pins 26', which are inserted in the in 1 Retaining dome 24 shown engage.

3 shows the dry vacuum cleaner 100, with an air filter insert 25 being accommodated in the accommodation bay 23 (covered here) of the air blow-out system 50. In contrast to the in 2 The blow-out adapter 27 shown is the air filter insert 25 in 3 free of any outlet fitting. In other words, no blower hose or the like should be connected to the air filter insert 25 . Rather, the suction air SL sucked in by the dry vacuum cleaner exits the air filter insert 25 to the environment U as exhaust air AL. This takes place through a number of filter openings 24 ′, which are defined by a frame 24 of the air filter insert 25 .

Again 3 can be removed, the frame 24 sits together with the filter mat behind the filter openings 24' which can be seen over the corner E of the housing 90 3 can be removed, there are both filter openings 24 'on the side and on the back of the housing 90, whereby a comparatively large outflow cross-section for exhaust air AL is provided. Here, too, it is easy to see that the receiving bay 23 and the air filter insert 25 accommodated in it with a precise fit overlap at least 25% of the overall height GH of the housing 90 extends. The air filter insert 25 together with the frame 24 is fastened to the housing 90 via a clip fastener 22 .

Fig. 4 zeigt schließlich eine ... 4 Finally, FIG. In other words, exhaust air AL flows backwards (out of the image plane into 4 ) and to the side (to the left in 4 ) out of the filter insert 25. The total of the filter openings 24' distributed over two housing walls offer a comparatively large outflow cross section for the exhaust air AL. Thus, a flow speed of the exhaust air AL is reduced as desired. Due to the fact that flow quantities of the exhaust air AL flow out both from the rear and from the side (side different from the rear), an unpleasant blowing on of users in the vicinity of the dry vacuum cleaner is significantly reduced.

Again 4 can be removed, the receiving bay 23 nestles against the battery bay 80 provided on the housing 90, as a result of which a particularly compact design of the dry vacuum cleaner 100 is ensured.
