Abstract

Description

The present invention relates to a holder for holding items to be washed in a crockery basket of a domestic dishwasher. The present invention also relates to an arrangement for a crockery basket. A dishwasher has a washing container and at least one crockery basket that can be displaced into and out of the washing container. The dishwasher can have a plurality of crockery baskets arranged one above the other, such as a lower basket, an upper basket and a cutlery drawer. Furthermore, holders for holding items to be washed in a crockery basket are known. For example, the document shows U.S. 4,927,033 A a holder which can be releasably attached directly to a crockery basket and is designed in the shape of a hook.

Against this background, it is an object of the present invention to provide an improved holder for a crockery basket.

Accordingly, a holder for holding items to be washed in a crockery basket of a domestic dishwasher is proposed. The holder comprises a guide element which can be fastened to a wall of the crockery basket, and a holding element which can be fastened to the guide element in a horizontally displaceable manner and, when fastened, protrudes from the wall into an interior volume of the crockery basket.

The fastening of the holding element to the wall by means of the guide element has the advantage that vertical wires of the wall do not hinder the displaceability of the holding element. This simplifies handling of the holder. “Holder” means a holding device which is set up to support items to be washed in a crockery basket and / or to space items to be washed from one another. “Attached state” means a state in which the guide element is attached to the crockery basket and the holding element is attached to the guide element. The guide element and the holding element are Set up in such a way that the holding element is horizontally displaceable in the attached state. The crockery basket preferably comprises a front wall, a rear wall provided opposite the front wall, two opposite side walls and a base (basket base), which limit the internal volume of the crockery basket. The crockery basket is preferably designed as a basket structure, which is formed in particular with the aid of wires. The bottom of the basket is, for example, a wire mat. In particular, the basket structure comprises a loading opening through which items to be washed can be guided into the interior volume of the crockery basket for washing the dishes. The items to be washed are, for example, a glass, a cup, a lid, a pacifier, a (baby drinking) bottle or the like.

According to one embodiment, the guide element and the holding element are set up in such a way that, in the fastened state, horizontal movement of the holding element is inhibited when the items to be washed are leaning against the holding element.

This has the advantage that the holding element is not moved by the wash ware itself when it is pressed against the holding element or, since a force application point between wash ware and holding element is sufficiently far from the guide element is spaced so that, for example, the holding element canted against the guide element. If a force application point on the holding element in the vicinity of the guide element is selected, for example by hand force, then the holding element can be displaced in the horizontal direction, since in particular tilting does not occur.

According to a further embodiment, the guide element can be plugged onto an upper edge of the wall of the crockery basket.

This has the advantage that a reliable fastening of the guide element to the crockery basket can be provided. The guide element preferably comprises a receptacle in which an uppermost horizontal wire of the crockery basket can be received. In particular, the guide element comprises an opening by means of which the guide element can be plugged onto the wall. The guide element can extend, for example, along less than 80, 70, 50, 40, 30 or 20% of a wall length. Alternatively, the guide element can be designed as a crockery basket frame which, when fastened, covers an entire upper edge of the crockery basket.

According to a further embodiment, the guide element can be attached to at least two vertical wires on the wall of the crockery basket.

This has the advantage that the guide element can be designed simply and thus inexpensively. The guide element can extend, for example, along less than 80, 70, 50, 40, 30 or 20% of the wall length. In particular, the guide element is U-shaped. The guide element comprises, for example, the, in particular bar-shaped, web element, a first fastening element for fastening to a first horizontal wire and a second fastening element for fastening to a second horizontal wire. In particular, the guide element is fastened to the wall on the inside, that is to say inside the inner volume.

According to a further embodiment, the guide element is designed to form a clip connection with the crockery basket.

This has the advantage that the guide element can be easily and detachably fastened to the crockery basket by clipping it in. The fastening elements of the guide element enclose, for example, the corresponding cage wires in a form-fitting manner.

According to a further embodiment, the holding element has a length between 20 and 100 mm, 25 and 80 mm, 30 and 70 mm or 35 and 60 mm.

This has the advantage that the holding element requires little space in the crockery basket and can still be used universally. The holding element or a holding arm thereof can, for example, have a width with respect to the horizontal direction between 3 and 10 mm or 4 and 7 mm.

According to a further embodiment, the holding element comprises a holding arm which, in the attached state, protrudes, in particular vertically, from the wall of the crockery basket.

"Holding arm" means an elongated element. The holding arm is designed in particular as a straight web segment. The holder arm can preferably be referred to as, in particular, a flexible finger. The holding arm is preferably a spacer element which is set up to space items to be washed from one another.

According to a further embodiment, the holding arm can be bent elastically to the side.

The clamping device is preferably designed to clamp flat items to be washed, in particular a lid, at an acute angle to the horizontal.

According to a further embodiment, the clamping device comprises a clamping space which can be elastically expanded.

This has the advantage that the clamping device can be adapted to the items to be washed and can therefore be used universally. In the attached state, the clamping device can in particular be opened upwards or towards an opposite wall of the crockery basket.

According to a further embodiment, the clamping device comprises at least one elastically bendable clamping arm.

For example, the clamping arm is hook-shaped or a hook and, when fastened, extends into the inner volume of the crockery basket. In particular, the holding element comprises only one clamping arm, only one holding arm or one holding arm and one clamping arm. In the latter case, the clamping arm is preferably arranged below the holding arm. For example, the clamping arm and the holding arm are biased against one another.

Furthermore, a holder for holding items to be washed in a crockery basket of a household dishwasher is proposed. The holder comprises a holding element which can be fastened horizontally displaceably on a wall of the crockery basket and which, in the fastened state, protrudes from the wall into an inner volume of the crockery basket and is elastically bendable towards one side of the crockery basket.
All of the embodiments and features explained for the holder as described above apply accordingly to the holder and vice versa.

Wash ware, in particular glasses and cups, can be placed in the crockery basket, for example, so that the holding element is preferably located between them. This has the advantage that the glasses are more secure in the crockery basket and have fewer points of contact, which means that better cleaning results can be achieved. Furthermore, a safety distance can be maintained if this is desired. This can also prevent damage caused by knocking dishes. In addition, each crockery item systematically has its place, which can lead to an improved order and a clear arrangement of space in the crockery basket. In particular, the holder comprises a multiplicity of holding elements which can be fastened to the wall at a distance from one another. The holding element can be attached directly or indirectly to the wall.

The respective holding element can additionally be designed as a small parts holder (for example for small lids, pacifiers and so on) which, for example, includes the clamping arm. The items to be washed, especially small items, are hung in such a way that water can drain off easily. The holding element can be moved horizontally so that it can always be moved away and is therefore not a nuisance in the crockery basket. The space for the dishes is thus fully usable.

An arrangement for a crockery basket of a household dishwasher is also proposed. The arrangement comprises a holder, as described above, and an anti-slip device for supporting items to be washed in the non-slip manner The crockery basket of the household dishwasher, the anti-slip device being attachable to a bottom of the crockery basket.

This has the advantage that the items to be washed can be prevented from slipping on the bottom of the crockery basket. The anti-slip device is preferably designed as an anti-slip mat. The anti-slip device is designed to increase friction between the crockery basket and the items to be washed. This is formed in particular from rubber or a rubber-like material.

In addition, a crockery basket, in particular an upper basket, is proposed for a domestic dishwasher. The crockery basket comprises a holder as described above and / or an arrangement as described above.

The connecting section 32 and the connecting section 33 preferably form a detachable plug connection, in particular a snap or clip connection. The guide element 26 has, in particular, a shape that is open at the bottom.

It can be provided that the holding element 27 tilts slightly under the action of washware 25 leaning against it, so that the guide element 26 tilts. The high local forces that occur here cause a frictional connection between the holding element 27 and the guide element 26 in the horizontal direction Y (arrow), so that the holding element 27 also supports the leaned wash ware 25 in this direction and does not give way (also referred to as an inhibition in the present case). The Fig. 5 shows a further embodiment of the holder 23. The guide element 26 can be fastened to at least two vertical wires 36, 37 of the wall 18 of the crockery basket 15, in particular so as to be displaceable in the vertical direction Z (arrow). For example, additional vertical wires (in Fig. 5 not shown) may be provided between the vertical wires 36, 37. The guide element 26 comprises an elongated web element 38, at the ends 39, 40 of which connecting elements 41, 42 are provided, which are plugged onto the vertical wires 36, 37. The connecting elements 41, 42 are preferably designed as arcuate gripping elements. The holder 23 further comprises a third holding element 43. All holding elements 27, 28, 43 are provided to be movable in and against the horizontal direction Y (arrow) and along the web element 38. This has the advantage that washware 25 with different dimensions can be held or spaced apart from the holder 23, since this is designed to be correspondingly adjustable.

For example, precisely 2, 4, 5 or 6 holding elements 27, 28, 43 can also be guided by means of the guide element 26. In particular, the holding elements 27, 28, 43 have an elongated shape and extend in the horizontal direction X (arrow; Cartesian coordinate system; "right-hand rule"), which runs perpendicular to the horizontal direction Y (arrow). The holding elements 27, 28, 43 can be designed identically or differently. The holding element 27 comprises a holding arm 44, which in the attached state, in particular perpendicularly, from the wall 18 (see Fig. 2 ) of the crockery basket 15 protrudes. For example, the holding arm 44 is designed as a straight web segment. Furthermore, the holding element 27 comprises a connecting element 45 which surrounds the web element 38. Viewed in the horizontal direction Y (arrow), the clamping arm 51 has an S-shaped section 52. The holding arm 44 and the clamping arm 51 can be formed in one piece of material, that is to say integrally formed. The clamping arm 51 is connected to the retaining arm 44 on the side of the web element. The clamp arm 51 is in particular provided below the holding arm 44. In contrast to the holding element 27, the holding element 28 has a U-shaped clamping arm 53, viewed in the horizontal direction Y (arrow), which, with a holding arm 54, forms the clamping device 49 in one piece.
