Definitions

  • the invention relates to a wooden panel construction element for a building according to claim 1 and the use of decorative panels according to claim 10.
  • the timber panel construction is a widely used timber construction of prefabricated houses in order to achieve a high degree of prefabrication.
  • individual structures of the house such as walls or ceilings, are prefabricated and put together at the location of the building.
  • the usual structure of a wooden panel component consists of three levels from a static point of view, namely a wooden frame and planking on both sides of the wooden frame. While the wooden frame is usually formed from horizontal and vertical wooden beams, the planking is designed as a one-piece planking panels that are connected to the wooden frame in accordance with the standard.
  • frame dimensions of 60 mm have proven their worth. The depth of the frame depends on the static load and the necessary thermal insulation between the cladding levels.
  • OSB, chipboard or fiberboard are used as cladding. These can also contain special additives such as fire retardants.
  • the wooden panel construction elements are planked with additional layers.
  • sound-absorbing layers and weatherproof layers such as plaster, brick slips or the like, can be arranged on a later outer side.
  • the internal wall structure is very time-consuming to produce due to the large number of additional layers that adjoin the load-bearing planking. Because of the different materials used, problems such as settling cracks or the like often occur.
  • a wooden panel construction element with a particularly high thermal insulation performance is from the CH 701 312 A2 known.
  • a special connection system for load-bearing cladding is in the EP 3 323 951 A1 discloses, which proposes to connect the individual cladding components by means of dovetail-like connecting elements with the frame components.
  • the invention is based on the object of providing a wooden panel construction element that can be produced in a simplified manner for a building and that has a decorative inside that is ready for use.
  • the inventive wooden panel construction element for a building comprises a wooden frame with load-bearing paneling arranged on opposite sides, a load-bearing inside paneling being formed by decorative panels which are connected to a panel surface by means of corresponding locking profiles that can be connected without adhesive and have a decorative, ready-to-use surface.
  • a core idea of the invention is to use a decorative layer as load-bearing skin instead of a multi-layer structure of load-bearing planking and additional decorative coating for later inner sides.
  • the paneling which hitherto was primarily designed in one piece to reliably fulfill its load-transferring function, is replaced by the decorative panel surface, which consists of a plurality of decorative panels assembled by means of the corresponding locking profiles.
  • the corresponding locking profiles between the panels ensure that the planking continues to form a shear-resistant field. That is, the one designed as a paneling
  • the panel surface also fulfills the function of the otherwise usual load-bearing planking.
  • the wooden panel construction element can be designed both as an external component with a later building exterior and a later building interior and as a pure interior component with two subsequent building insides.
  • the load-bearing inside planking is understood to mean the surface of the wooden panel construction element, which in the later building points into the interior of the building.
  • load-transferring external planking is understood to mean the surface of the wooden panel construction element which, in the later building, points away from the building.
  • a wooden panel component is understood to mean, in particular, a component of a building that absorbs vertical loads, horizontal loads and / or wind loads.
  • the wooden frame is understood to mean at least four wooden beams which, when connected to one another, form a frame and are also called frame woods. In the installed state, the wooden frame thus usually has at least two vertical and two horizontal wooden beams, which are also referred to below as longitudinal beams and transverse beams. In addition to the at least four wooden frames, the wooden frame can also have further longitudinal and / or transverse beams, which are connected to the wooden frames and are usually arranged between the wooden frames.
  • the wooden frame has a supporting function due to the horizontal and vertical wooden beams.
  • the load-bearing panels are layers connected to the wooden frame, which reinforce the wall in particular, ie the load-bearing panels prevent the frame from buckling, transmit wind loads and, as already mentioned, form a shear-resistant field.
  • Decorative panels are to be understood as covering elements of a surface covering (panel surfaces) which are used, for example, as decorative floor, wall or ceiling covering.
  • the panels are used in the interior of a building and are arranged, for example, on an unfinished floor. In their normal use, they have no load-bearing function within the meaning of the invention.
  • Corresponding locking profiles that can be connected without adhesive are understood to be connecting profiles which are integrally formed on the panels and which connect two panels to one another, i.e. lock them to one another.
  • Corresponding locking profiles can be arranged both on the longitudinal sides of the panels and on the front sides of the panels so that, for example, all connecting edges of the panels of a panel surface are connected via corresponding locking profiles.
  • Corresponding locking profiles within the meaning of the invention prevent both the occurrence of a height offset between the surfaces of two interconnected panels and the occurrence of a joint in the area between interconnected panels without gluing the interlocking profiles.
  • the corresponding locking profiles usually snap together so that they cannot simply be pulled apart, as is the case with a classic tongue and groove profile, for example.
  • the corresponding locking profiles establish the connection between the two panels without any further aids, such as adhesives.
  • the corresponding locking profiles are designed in particular as turning profiles, pivoting profiles or push-button profiles.
  • the decorative ready-to-use surface is a surface coating that has a single or multi-colored coating, with or without a pattern.
  • the decorative surface represents the finished, visible surface of the respective component in the ready-to-move-in building. This means that it is usually no longer processed or coated.
  • the decorative surface of the panel is already present on the individual panel before the panel is assembled to form a panel surface and as planking. The individual panels are therefore ready-to-use surface coverings as planking prior to assembly. Solid wood panels, as well as wood-based panels with or without a transparent protective layer, but which do not have a colored decoration with or without a pattern, are not to be understood as decorative panels in the context of the invention.
  • the inventive wooden panel construction element is a wall element for a building, in particular for a residential building.
  • a building often has significantly more wall surfaces than ceiling and floor surfaces.
  • wall surfaces are mostly given a decorative design in the form of a colored coating, such as wallpaper or panels.
  • the design of the inventive wooden panel construction element as a wall element is particularly advantageous.
  • Timber panel construction elements for buildings generally have load-bearing cladding on both opposite sides.
  • the inventive use of panels can be used as inside planking, while a weatherproof coating of the load-bearing planking should be arranged on the outside.
  • internal wooden panel structural elements i. H. Wooden panel construction elements, the two main sides of which are inside the building, mostly a decorative coating on both sides.
  • both panels arranged on opposite sides of the wooden frame are formed by a panel surface, which are connected by means of corresponding locking profiles that can be connected without adhesive and have a decorative, ready-to-use surface.
  • the forces acting on the cladding are transferred from the cladding to the wooden frame and further into the subsurface.
  • the panels usually have a length that is less than the height of the wooden panel components, the panels can be connected to one another not only at their longitudinal edges, but also at their front edges by means of corresponding locking profiles that can be connected without adhesive.
  • one-piece panels extend over the full length or the full width of the wooden frame. D. This means that each individual panel of the panel surface is arranged on two opposite (the frame closing) frame timbers and connected to them.
  • the length of the panels is thus adapted in particular to the usual or standardized room heights of the countries in which the timber construction panel elements are used.
  • the panels have a length of at least 2.50 m, in particular a length between 2.50 m and 3.00 m.
  • the panel is preferably arranged on the two opposite timber frames, which border, for example, on a ceiling and a floor of the building.
  • the load-bearing planking is usually screwed, nailed, stapled or staked to the timber frame.
  • the panels of the panel surface used as load-transferring planking can accordingly be screwed, nailed, stapled or staked to the timber frame.
  • a further development of the invention provides that the panel surface is screwed and glued to the wooden frame, nailed and glued, clamped and glued or tacked and glued.
  • the loads occurring within the panel surface are distributed via the corresponding locking profiles connected without adhesive.
  • a significant improvement in the load transfer, in particular of load peaks, is achieved in that the corresponding locking profiles that can be connected without adhesive are glued to one another.
  • the adhesive used here is preferably a one- or two-component adhesive, in particular a one-component adhesive based on PUR, which sets in particular under the action of water, since this enables particularly good transfer of loads.
  • the panels have a thickness between 8-14 mm, preferably 10 to 14 mm, particularly preferably 12 mm +/- 0.5 mm.
  • the panels have a carrier plate made of wood material, in particular a chipboard or fiberboard, on which a decorative coating is arranged at least on one side. Panels with a carrier plate made of chipboard or fiberboard and at least one decorative coating on one side and the aforementioned corresponding locking profiles surprisingly have sufficient stability and elasticity to be used as load-bearing cladding for wooden frames
  • the decorative coating is designed as a synthetic resin coating or as a lacquer coating.
  • a synthetic resin coating has, in particular, a decorative paper with a printed decoration that is impregnated with synthetic resin.
  • an overlay can be arranged to protect the surface. Synthetic resin coatings are usually cured under the action of pressure and heat.
  • the lacquer coating can, for example, comprise a decoration which is lacquered directly onto the carrier plate, with or without an additional protective layer.
  • the lacquer layer can also have, for example, a printed decorative paper with a lacquered protective layer.
  • a lacquer coating is understood to mean, in particular, a coating which, for example, cures completely under the action of heat and / or radiation, but without further pressure.
  • the use of lacquer and / or synthetic resin-coated panels also has the advantage that a large part of the panels and decors known from the floor, wall and ceiling panel area can be used as load-bearing decorative panels. Wood decors, stone decors, tile decors or even individual decors can be used as decors.
  • the object is also achieved by using decorative panels as load-bearing planking of a wooden panel component, the decorative panels being connected to a closed panel surface and to a wooden frame of the wooden panel component by means of corresponding locking profiles.
  • Decorative panels are understood to mean panels which have at least one decorative layer on at least one of their main surfaces.
  • a decorative layer is understood to be a single or multi-colored layer with or without a pattern, which is visible when the panels are installed.
  • Decorative panels can in particular have a wood decor, stone decor, tile decor, metal decor, leather decor, fantasy decor or a decor that shows a picture or photo.
  • the decorations can be designed, for example, in such a way that the fastening means (screws, nails, clips) for fastening the panels to the frame are integrated into the decoration, i.e. they are no longer visually noticeable.
  • Decorative panels are known from the field of wall and ceiling panels, but in particular from the field of floor panels. Solid wood panels in the context of the invention are not panels with a decorative surface.
  • the decorative panels are already ready for use before they are connected to the wooden frame of the wooden panel component, i.e. they already have both the locking profiles on their side edges and the corresponding decorative, ready-to-use surface.
  • Oversized panels with a length of at least 2.50 m, preferably between 2.50 m and 3.10 m, particularly preferably between 2.50 m and 3 m and a width of at least 15 cm, preferably between 15 cm and 100 cm, particularly preferably between 15 cm and 40 cm and preferably 35 cm +/- 5 cm and a thickness of at least 12 mm.
  • Panels of this type enable particularly good load transfer and, in addition, excellent soundproofing properties.
  • the efficiency of the paneling increases with the width of the panels and a secure connection of the panels via the locking profiles is still possible.
  • panels with a width in the range of 35 cm +/- 5 cm also enable simple assembly.
  • Figure 1 shows a schematic perspective view of a wooden panel component 1 with a wooden frame 2 and planking 3, 4 on both sides.
  • the longitudinal timbers 5 form the vertical frame timbers while the transverse timbers 6 form the horizontal frame timbers. Further transverse timbers 6 (not shown here) are arranged between the longitudinal timbers 5.
  • the wooden panel construction element 1 has both an outside cladding 3 and an inside cladding 4.
  • An OSB 7 is connected to the wooden frame 2 as the external cladding 3.
  • fastening means 11 see Figure 2 ) nails were used.
  • the inside planking 4 consists of a panel surface 8 which is also connected to the wooden frame 2.
  • the panel surface 8 is composed of several decorative panels 9.
  • the decorative panels 9 are connected to one another via corresponding locking profiles 10.
  • Figure 2 shows schematically in a sectional drawing along a horizontal plane a section from the wood panel component 1 Figure 1 .
  • One of the longitudinal timbers 5, one of the transverse timbers 6 and the outside and inside planking 3, 4 can be clearly seen.
  • the outer panel 3 is formed by an OSB 7, which is connected to the wooden frame 2 by means of fastening means 11, here nails.
  • the inside planking 3 consists of individual decorative panels 9.
  • the decorative panels 9 have a carrier plate 12 made of wood-based material, here a chipboard, and are provided with a decorative coating 14, here a synthetic resin-based laminate (not shown here). coated.
  • the laminate shows a wood decor and is ready for use, i.e. the panel 9 has a decorative surface 13 ready for use.
  • the laminate has a decorative paper impregnated with synthetic resin (not shown here) and an overlay (not shown here).
  • the laminate and a counter-tension (not shown here) on the side of the carrier plate 12 facing the wooden frame 2 were pressed with the carrier plate 12 under the action of heat and pressure.
  • the locking profiles 10 were then molded on.
  • the thickness of the one-piece panels 9 is 12 mm, the length 262 cm and the average width approx. 31.5 cm, as a result of which the panel is an oversized panel 9.
  • the panels 9 extend in the vertical direction V over the entire length (the height in the assembled position) of the wooden panel component 1.
  • panels 9 with other dimensions for example panels that are not oversized, can also be used.
  • a fiber board could be used as the carrier board.
  • a lacquer coating of the carrier plate 12, which forms a decorative, ready-to-use surface 13 could also be designed as a decorative coating 14.
  • the individual decorative panels 9 are connected to one another to form the panel surface 8 via corresponding locking profiles 10 that can be connected without adhesive.
  • the panels 9 are fastened to the wooden frame 2 in the area of the locking profiles 10 by means of the fastening means 11, here also nails.
  • the panel surface 8 is a load-bearing Planking 4 formed.
  • the panels 9 can be additionally glued in the area of the locking profiles 10, for example by means of an adhesive (not shown here).
  • the entire panel surface 8 can also be glued to the wooden frame 2 in addition to the nails. Instead of the nails, screws (not shown here) or clamps (not shown here), each in combination with an adhesive (not shown here), can also be used as fastening means 11.
