Bislang wurde bei Türanordnungen deren Stelleinheit, welche auch als sogenannter Türschließer bezeichnet wird, im oberen Bereich des Türblatts angeordnet. Das Türblatt war mittels einer Schwenkeinheit an einem Bauteil des Türrahmens schwenkbar gelagert. Sobald das Türblatt von seiner Schließstellung in Richtung zu dessen Öffnungsstellung aufgeschwenkt wurde, überspannte der Stellhebel im oberen, schwenkeinheitsseitigen Eckbereich den gebildeten Öffnungsspalt zwischen dem Türblatt und dem Türrahmen. Die Aufnahmeöffnung für die Stelleinheit sowie deren Antriebsachse waren von der schwenkeinheitsseitigen Längsstirnseite des Türblatts in Richtung auf die gegenüberliegende Längsstirnseite beabstandet angeordnet. Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung war es, die Nachteile des Standes der Technik zu überwinden und eine Türanordnung mit einer Stelleinheit zur Verfügung zu stellen, mittels derer ein Benutzer in der Lage ist, das Türblatt in einem sehr großen Aufschwenkwinkel von bis zu 180° aufschwenken zu können. Die erfindungsgemäße Türanordnung ist zum Anbringen in oder an einer Wandöffnung einer Wand vorgesehen und umfasst:

  • einen Türrahmen mit zumindest einem Längsteil und einem Querteil,
  • zumindest ein Türblatt, welches zumindest eine Türblatt eine erste Türblattebene und eine in einer Türblattstärke davon beabstandete zweite Türblattebene definiert, und randseitig sowie umfänglich von einer ersten Längsstirnseite, einer zweiten Längsstirnseite, einer ersten Querstirnseite und einer zweiten Querstirnseite begrenzt ist,
  • eine Schwenkeinheit, mittels welcher Schwenkeinheit das zumindest eine Türblatt am zumindest einen Längsteil des Türrahmens schwenkbar gelagert ist und das Türblatt entlang eines Verschwenkwegs zwischen einer Schließstellung und einer Öffnungsstellung und vice versa verschwenkbar ist,
  • zumindest eine Stelleinheit umfassend
    • eine Antriebsvorrichtung mit einem Antriebsmittel und mit einem Antriebselement, wobei das Antriebselement eine Antriebsachse definiert und mit dem Antriebsmittel in Antriebsverbindung steht, und wobei vom Antriebsmittel entlang zumindest eines Teilabschnitts des Verschwenkwegs des Türblatts zumindest ein Beschleunigungsmoment um die Antriebsachse des Antriebselements aufgebracht ist,
    • ein Führungsorgan,
    • ein Gleitelement, welches Gleitelement im Führungsorgan längsverschieblich geführt ist, und
    • einen Stellhebel, welcher Stellhebel ein erstes Hebelende und ein davon beabstandet angeordnetes zweites Hebelende aufweist, wobei das erste Hebelende und das Antriebselement drehfest miteinander verbunden sind und das Gleitelement im Bereich des zweiten Hebelendes an einem Anlenkungspunkt am Stellhebel angeordnet ist,
  • wobei die Stelleinheit schwenkeinheitsseitig sowohl am Türblatt als auch am Türrahmen angeordnet ist, und wobei die Antriebsvorrichtung in einer Aufnahmeöffnung im Türblatt und das Führungsorgan am Türrahmen angeordnet ist, und weiters vorgesehen ist
  • dass die Aufnahmeöffnung für die Antriebsvorrichtung ausgehend von der schwenkeinheitsseitig befindlichen, ersten Längsstirnseite in Richtung auf die gegenüberliegend befindliche zweite Längsstirnseite erstreckend ausgebildet ist.

Damit wird eine Anordnung für den Stellhebel geschaffen, bei welcher auch bei einem zumeist durch eine Gebäudewand begrenzten großen Aufschwenkwinkel des Türblatts keine Kollision desselben mit dem Türrahmen auftritt. In der industriellen Fertigung erfolgt der Transport des Türblatts zumeist oder überwiegend in Richtung von deren Längsstirnseiten, als in Richtung der Türblatthöhe in deren Einbauzustand. Jede Bearbeitung im Bereich von deren Querstirnseiten bedarf eines gesonderten und von der Transportrichtung abweichenden Arbeitsschritt. Da nun vorgesehen ist, die Aufnahmeöffnung längsseitig auszubilden, wird ein Bearbeitungsvorgang zur Bildung der Aufnahmeöffnung von seitlich des Türblatts befindlichen Bearbeitungs-werk-zeugen ermöglicht. So kann beispielsweise das Türblatt im Bereich der Bearbeitungsstation ortsfest positioniert werden und das oder die Bearbeitungswerkzeuge relativ dazu bewegt werden. Es kann aber auch das Bearbeitungswerkzeug ortsfest angeordnet bleiben und das Türblatt relativ dazu bewegt werden. Damit werden Umorientierungen des Türblatts bezüglich der üblichen Transportrichtung für diesen Bearbeitungsvorgang vermieden. Claims (9)

  1. A door assembly (1) for attachment in or on a wall opening (2) of a wall (3), the door assembly (1) comprising
    - a door frame (8) having at least one longitudinal part (10) and a transverse part (9),
    - at least one door leaf (4), said at least one door leaf (4) defining a first door leaf plane (6) and a second door leaf plane (7) distanced therefrom by a door leaf thickness (5), and being delimited by a first longitudinal end face (25), a second longitudinal end face (26), a first transverse end face (27), and a second transverse end face (28) on the edge side and circumferentially,
    - a pivoting unit (11), by means of which pivoting unit (11) the at least one door leaf (4) is pivotably mounted on the at least one longitudinal part (10) of the door frame (8) and the door leaf (4) is pivotable along a pivoting path between a closed position and an open position and vice versa,
    - at least one adjusting unit (13) comprising
    - a drive device (14) having a drive means (15) and having a drive element (16), wherein the drive element (16) defines a drive axis (17) and is drive-connected to the drive means (15), and wherein the drive means (15) applies at least one acceleration torque along at least a partial section of the pivoting path of the door leaf (4) around the drive axis (17) of the drive element (16),

    - wherein the adjusting unit (13) is arranged on the pivoting unit side both on the door leaf (4) and on the door frame (8), and wherein the drive device (14) is arranged in a receiving opening (29) in the door leaf (4) and the guide member (18) is arranged on the door frame (8),
    characterized in that
    - the receiving opening (29) for the drive device (14) is designed to extend, starting from the first longitudinal end face (25) located on the pivoting unit side, in the direction of the oppositely located second longitudinal end face (26).
  2. The door assembly (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that the receiving opening (29) is arranged within the two door leaf planes (6, 7) in the direction of the door leaf thickness (5).
  3. The door assembly (1) according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the receiving opening (29) is formed groove-shaped and extends up to the upper, first transverse end face (27) of the door leaf (4).
  4. The door assembly (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the drive axis (17) of the drive element (16) is arranged in direct vicinity to the first longitudinal end face (25) of the door leaf (4).
  5. The door assembly (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the drive axis (17) has a parallel alignment with respect to a pivoting axis (12) defined by the pivoting unit (11) and the drive axis (17) is arranged extending immediately adjacent to the pivoting axis (12) as viewed in a perpendicular plane with respect to the pivoting axis (12).
  6. The door assembly (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the pivoting unit (11) comprises multiple door hinges, each of which is of multi-axial design.
  7. The door assembly (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that at least one stiffening element (31) is arranged or formed on the adjusting lever (20), said at least one stiffening element (31) extending in the direction of the longitudinal extension of the adjusting lever (20).
  8. The door assembly (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the adjusting lever (20) is accommodated in a gap between the upper, first transverse end face (27) of the door leaf (4) and the transverse part (9) of the door frame (8).
  9. The door assembly (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a receiving recess (30) is formed in the upper, first transverse end face (27) of the door leaf (4) for receiving the adjusting lever (20).
