Claims (12)

  1. Elektrischer Verbinder (1), umfassend:
    - mindestens ein Endglied (2), das aus einem elektrisch isolierenden Material besteht und dazu ausgebildet ist, mindestens ein elektrisches Kabel (3) aufzunehmen, das mit mindestens einem Verbindungselement elektrisch zu verbinden ist;
    - mindestens ein Kopfglied (4), das aus einem elektrisch isolierenden Material besteht und mit dem Verbindungselement verbunden werden kann, um das Kabel (3) daran anzuschließen;
    - abnehmbare Verbindungsmittel (14, 15) zum Verbinden des Endglieds (2) mit dem Kopfglied (4), die an dem Endglied (2) und/oder dem Kopfglied (4) ausgebildet sind,
    - mindestens ein Verbindungselement (29, 30), das mit dem Kabel (3) elektrisch verbindbar ist und dazu ausgebildet ist, das Kabel (3) mit dem Verbindungselement elektrisch zu verbinden;
    - Blockiermittel (5, 6) zum Blockieren des Kabels (3) an dem Verbindungselement (29, 30), versehen mit:
    - mindestens einem elastisch verformbaren Element (5), das mit dem Verbindungselement (29, 30) mindestens einen Blockierpunkt des Kabels (3) definiert,
    - mindestens einem Betätigungshebel (6), der in Anlage an dem elastisch verformbaren Element (5) angeordnet und um eine Drehachse (A) zwischen mindestens einer ersten Arbeitskonfiguration, in der der Blockierpunkt offen ist, und mindestens einer zweiten Arbeitskonfiguration, in der der Blockierpunkt geschlossen ist, drehbar ist;
    - Montagemittel zum Montieren der Blockiermittel (5, 6) an dem Endglied (2) und/oder dem Kopfglied (4), versehen mit:
    - mindestens einem Hohlkörper (10), der an einem der Glieder Endglied (2) und Kopfglied (4) ausgebildet ist und mindestens ein Gehäuse (11a, 11b) von im Wesentlichen länglicher Form definiert, das sich in Längsrichtung entlang einer Montagerichtung (B) erstreckt, wobei das Verbindungselement (29, 30), das elastisch verformbare Element (5) und der Betätigungshebel (6) nacheinander innerhalb des Gehäuses (11a, 11b) angeordnet sind und sich in Längsrichtung entlang der Montagerichtung (B) erstrecken;
    - mindestens einem Abdeckkörper (12), der an dem anderen der Glieder Endglied (2) oder Kopfglied (4) ausgebildet ist, der mit dem Hohlkörper (10) in einer Montagekonfiguration koppelbar ist, wobei der Abdeckkörper (12) das Gehäuse (11a, 11b) zumindest teilweise verschließt und somit verhindert, dass sich das Verbindungselement (29, 30), das elastisch verformbare Element (5) und der Betätigungshebel (6) entlang der Montagerichtung (B) bewegen;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Montagemittel Folgendes umfassen:
    - mindestens eine Führungsnut (22), die innerhalb des Gehäuses (11a, 11b) im Wesentlichen parallel zur Montagerichtung (B) ausgebildet und mit mindestens einer Bodenwand (23) versehen ist;
    - mindestens ein Anschlagelement (24), das an dem Abdeckkörper (12) ausgebildet ist und in der Montagekonfiguration gleitend in die Nut (22) eingesetzt werden kann,
    wobei der Betätigungshebel (6) mit mindestens einem Stift (25) versehen ist, der gleitend in die Nut (22) einsetzbar und in dieser zwischen der Bodenwand (23) und dem Anschlagelement (24) befestigt ist, wobei der Stift (25) um die Drehachse (A) drehbar ist, die im Wesentlichen quer zur Montagerichtung (B) zwischen der ersten Arbeitskonfiguration und der zweiten Arbeitskonfiguration angeordnet ist.
  2. Elektrischer Verbinder (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er Verbindungsmittel zum Verbinden des Abdeckkörpers (12) mit dem Hohlkörper (10) umfasst, die mindestens eine Aussparung (17) aufweisen, die entweder auf dem Abdeckkörper (12) oder dem Hohlkörper (10) ausgebildet ist, und mindestens einen Vorsprung (16), der eine Form aufweist, die im Wesentlichen komplementär zu der Aussparung (17) ist, und der in der Montagekonfiguration in den Hohlkörper einführbar ist.
  3. Elektrischer Verbinder (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (11a, 11b) mindestens ein erstes Anschlagelement (27) aufweist, das im Wesentlichen quer zur Montagerichtung (B) angeordnet ist, und der Abdeckkörper (12) mindestens ein zweites Anschlagelement (28) aufweist, das im Wesentlichen quer zur Montagerichtung (B) angeordnet ist, wobei das Verbindungselement (29, 30) an der Innenseite des Gehäuses (11a, 11b) befestigt ist und in der Montagekonfiguration an dem ersten und dem zweiten Anschlagelement (27, 28) anliegt.
  4. Elektrischer Verbinder (1) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (11a, 11b) mindestens einen ersten Gehäusebereich (11a) und mindestens einen zweiten Gehäusebereich (11b) umfasst, die miteinander in Verbindung stehen, und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungselement (29, 30) mindestens einen Verbindungsabschnitt (29) umfasst, der eine Form aufweist, die im Wesentlichen komplementär in Bezug auf den zweiten Gehäusebereich (11b) ist, und der in das Innere des letzteren eingesetzt ist, und mindestens einen Koppelabschnitt (30) zu dem elastisch verformbaren Element (5) mit einer Form, die im Wesentlichen komplementär zu dem ersten Gehäusebereich (11a) ist und innerhalb des letzteren angeordnet ist, wobei es an dem ersten und dem zweiten Anschlagelement (27, 28) anliegt, wobei der erste Gehäusebereich (11a) einen Querschnitt aufweist, der wesentlich größer als der des zweiten Gehäusebereichs (11b) ist.
  5. Elektrischer Verbinder (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastisch verformbare Element (5) umfasst
    - mindestens einen Basisbereich (32), der eine im Wesentlichen längliche Form aufweist,
    - mindestens einen Blockierbereich (44), der eine im Wesentlichen längliche Form aufweist und im Wesentlichen gegenüber dem Basisbereich (32) angeordnet ist;
    - mindestens einen Verbindungsbereich (33) zwischen dem Basisbereich (32) und dem Blockierbereich (44), der eine im Wesentlichen gekrümmte Form aufweist und zwischen dem Basisbereich (32) und dem Blockierbereich (44) angeordnet ist.
  6. Elektrischer Verbinder (1) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Koppelabschnitt (30) mindestens ein Paar von Kopplungsbereichen (34) umfasst, die innerhalb des ersten Gehäusebereichs (1 1a) im Wesentlichen parallel und gegenüberliegend zueinander angeordnet sind, und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastisch verformbare Element (5) zwischen den Kopplungsbereichen (34) angeordnet ist, wobei der Basisbereich (32) in Abstützung mit einem der Kopplungsbereiche (34) angeordnet ist und der Blockierbereich (44) mit dem anderen der Kopplungsbereiche (34) auf Anschlag angeordnet ist, um den Blockierpunkt zu definieren.
  7. Elektrischer Verbinder (1) nach Anspruch 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Koppelabschnitt (30) mindestens einen Zwischenbereich (35) umfasst, der im Wesentlichen gegenüber und parallel zu den Kopplungsbereichen (34) angeordnet ist und mit einem von diesen einen Schlitz (36) definiert, der ausgebildet ist, den Basisbereich (32) aufzunehmen, wobei der Basisbereich (32) innerhalb des Schlitzes (36) angeordnet ist, der zwischen dem Kopplungsbereich (34) und dem Zwischenbereich (35) eingeschlossen ist, wobei das elastisch verformbare Element (5) mindestens ein Paar von Seitenbereichen (40) umfasst, die im Wesentlichen parallel und einander gegenüberliegend angeordnet und im Wesentlichen orthogonal dem Basisbereich (32) zugeordnet sind und seitlich an dem Zwischenbereich (35) anliegen.
  8. Elektrischer Verbinder (1) nach den Ansprüchen 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blockiermittel (5, 6) mindestens einen Ansatz (38) zur Verankerung des elastisch verformbaren Elements (5) an dem Verbindungselement (29, 30) aufweisen, der an einem der beiden Bereiche Basisbereich (32) und Kopplungsbereich (34) ausgebildet ist, und mindestens ein Loch (39), das an dem anderen der beiden Bereiche Basisbereich (32) und Kopplungsbereich (34) ausgebildet ist und den Ansatz (38) aufnehmen kann, um das elastisch verformbare Element (5) an dem Koppelabschnitt (30) zu befestigen.
  9. Elektrischer Verbinder (1) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blockiermittel (5, 6) mindestens ein geformtes Profil (37) umfassen, das an dem Betätigungshebel (6) in der Nähe des Stifts (25) ausgebildet und in Kontakt mit dem Blockierbereich (44) angeordnet ist, in der ersten Arbeitskonfiguration der Betätigungshebel (6) um die Drehachse (A) in einer Drehrichtung gedreht wird, um das elastisch verformbare Element (5) und das geformte Profil (37) zu spannen, das auf den Blockierbereich (44) drückt und ihn von dem Kopplungsbereich (34) wegbewegt, um den Blockierpunkt zu öffnen, und in der zweiten Arbeitskonfiguration der Betätigungshebel (6) um die Drehachse (A) in eine Drehrichtung gedreht wird, um die Spannung des elastisch verformbaren Elements (5) freizugeben, und das geformte Profil (37) von dem Blockierbereich (44) wegbewegt wird, der sich dem Kopplungsbereich (34) nähert, um das Kabel (3) an dem Blockierpunkt zu blockieren.
  10. Elektrischer Verbinder (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hohlkörper (10) an dem Kopfglied (4) ausgebildet ist und der Abdeckkörper (12) von dem Endglied (2) getrennt ist, der mindestens einen im Wesentlichen hohlen Endabschnitt (13) aufweist und mindestens eine Aufnahmekammer (43) des Abdeckkörpers (12) definiert, wobei der Abdeckkörper (12) innerhalb der Aufnahmekammer (43) aufgenommen und mit dem Hohlkörper (10) verbunden ist, wenn das Endglied (2) und das Kopfglied (4) mittels der Verbindungsmittel (14, 15) verbunden sind.
  11. Elektrischer Verbinder (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Endglied (2), das Kopfglied (4) und der Abdeckkörper (12) einen im Wesentlichen kreisförmigen Querschnitt aufweisen und die Verbindungsmittel (14, 15) mindestens einen Gewindeabschnitt (14), der an einem der Glieder Endglied (2) und Kopfglied (4) ausgebildet ist, und mindestens einen Innengewindeabschnitt (15), der an dem anderen der Glieder Endglied (2) und Kopfglied (4) ausgebildet und mit dem Gewindeabschnitt (14) koppelbar ist, umfassen.
  12. Elektrischer Verbinder (1) nach Anspruch 10 und 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er Befestigungsmittel zur Befestigung des Abdeckkörpers (12) an dem Endglied (2) umfasst, die versehen sind mit:
    - mindestens einem Anschlagprofil (18), das eine im Wesentlichen kreisförmige Form aufweist und radial mit einem der Elemente Endglied (2) und Abdeckkörper (12) verbunden ist;
    - mindestens einen Anschlagabschnitt (19), der an dem Anschlagprofil (18) anliegt, das an dem anderen der Elemente Endglied (2) und Abdeckkörper (12) ausgebildet ist;
    wobei der Anschlagabschnitt (19) an dem Anschlagprofil (18) anliegt und der Vorsprung (16) in die Aussparung (17) eingesetzt ist und die Position des Abdeckkörpers (12) in der Gehäusekammer (43) blockiert, wenn der Gewindeabschnitt (14) und der Innengewindeabschnitt (15) miteinander verbunden sind.
