- Dispositif de distribution automatisée de boissons, en particulier de bière, comprenant :un corps (1) servant de support aux composants du dispositif ;un plateau tournant (2) pouvant tourner autour d'un axe vertical, ayant une pluralité d'emplacements (3) pour des récipients à boissons ;un moteur électrique (11) faisant tourner le plateau tournant (2) d'un angle déterminé ;au moins un capteur de présence de récipient (4) détectant la présence d'un récipient (9) sur le plateau tournant (2) ;un système de distribution de liquide, situé au-dessus du plateau tournant (2), comprenant une buse de distribution (5) fixée à un mécanisme mobile (7) se déplaçant dans le sens vertical, qui est entraîné par un moteur électrique (11), une vanne de commande à commande électrique (6) et un capteur de débit ;un alimentateur de récipients (8) situé au-dessus du plateau tournant (2), comprenant un porteur avec un mécanisme de libération pour libérer un récipient individuel (9) sur le plateau tournant (2) ;un système de commande comprenant un système électronique, un pilote avec logiciel et une interface utilisateur (10)caractérisé en ce quele système de commande est configuré de telle sorte qu'après le lancement de la procédure de distribution dans l'interface utilisateur (10), le système envoie un signal au alimentateur de récipients (8) qui libère un récipient (9) sur le plateau tournant (2), dans lequel la détection de la présence d'un récipient (9) sur le plateau tournant (2) par le capteur de présence de récipient (4) fait tourner le moteur (11) vers la position dans laquelle le récipient (9) est placé sous la buse de distribution (5) qui est abaissée vers le fond du récipient (9) par un mécanisme mobile (7) et maintenue dans l'espace du récipient (9) jusqu'à ce que le système de distribution distribue une quantité mesurée de liquide qui est stockée dans le logiciel, et la distribution d'une quantité mesurée de liquide entraîne la fermeture de la vanne de commande (6) du système de distribution, le déplacement vers le haut de la buse de distribution (5) par le mécanisme mobile (7) et la rotation du plateau tournant (2) d'un angle prédéfini par le moteur (11), dans lequelen mode manuel, le système de commande est configuré pour répéter le processus de distribution jusqu'à ce que le nombre
de récipients (9) défini par l'interface utilisateur (10) soit rempli,alors qu'en mode automatique, le système de commande est configuré pour répéter le processus de distribution jusqu'à
ce que les récipients dans tous les emplacements (3) des récipients (9) sur le plateau tournant (2) soient remplis, et est configuré pour répéter le processus de distribution jusqu'à ce quele nombre de récipients remplis (9) sur le plateau tournant (2), tel que défini par l'utilisateur à l'aide de l'interface utilisateur (10), soit atteint, dans lequel le système de commande maintient le nombre défini par l'utilisateur de récipients remplis (9) sur le plateau tournant (2) de manière continue en répétant le processus de distribution à chaque fois par le nombre de cycles égal au nombre de récipients remplis (9) qui ont été retirés du plateau tournant (2). - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une vanne manuelle sur la ligne d'alimentation en liquide pour l'arrêt d'urgence de l'afflux.
- Procédé de distribution automatisée de boissons, en particulier de bière, utilisant un dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, comprenant l'exécution d'un cycle de distribution qui consiste en ce que :a) le système de commande envoie un signal à l'alimentateur de récipients qui libère un récipient sur la table tournante,b) le capteur de présence de récipient détecte la présence d'un récipient sur le plateau tournant,c) le moteur fait tourner la table tournante jusqu'à ce que le récipient se trouve sous la buse de distribution,d) la buse de distribution est abaissée vers le fond du récipient par un mécanisme mobile et est maintenue dans l'espace du récipient jusqu'à ce que la vanne de commande du système de distribution distribue une quantité mesurée de liquide qui est stockée dans le logiciel,e) après la distribution de la quantité mesurée de liquide, la vanne de commande du système de distribution est fermée, la buse de distribution est déplacée vers le haut par le mécanisme mobile et le plateau tournant est tourné d'un angle prédéfini,caractérisé en ce queen mode manuel, le cycle de distribution est répété jusqu'à ce que le nombre de récipients (9) défini par l'interface utilisateur (10) soit rempli, alorsqu'en mode automatique, le cycle de distribution est répété jusqu'à ce que les récipients (9) dans tous les emplacements de récipients (3) sur le plateau tournant (2) soient remplis, ou jusqu'à ce que le nombre de récipients remplis (9) sur le plateau tournant (2), tel que défini par l'utilisateur à l'aide de l'interface utilisateur (10), soit atteint, dans lequel le système de commande maintient le nombre défini par l'utilisateur de récipients remplis (9) sur le plateau tournant (2) de manière continue en répétant le processus de distribution à chaque fois par le nombre de cycles égal au nombre de récipients remplis (9) qui ont été retirés du plateau tournant (2).
