Claims (8)

  1. Procédé pour acheminer une pluralité de fils sous tension commandée jusqu'à une machine à textile au moyen de délivreurs (F1,1, F1,2 ..., FY,X) respectifs, la tension du fil (H1,1, H1,2 ..., HY,X) acheminé par chacun desdits délivreurs étant surveillée par un capteur de tension (S1,1, S1,2 ..., SY,X) respectif qui est situé immédiatement en aval du délivreur et est relié à une unité de commande qui est adaptée pour moduler un paramètre de réglage du délivreur sur la base du signal reçu du capteur de tension (S1,1, S1,2 ..., SY,X), de manière à maintenir la tension du fil délivré à la machine à textile (M) sensiblement constante à une tension de fonctionnement qui peut être réglée par l'utilisateur, lesdits délivreurs (F1,1, F1,2 ..., FY,X) étant situés sur au moins une rangée (L1, L2, ..., LY) à des distances progressivement croissantes par rapport à la machine à textile (M), caractérisé en ce que lesdits délivreurs (F1,1, F1,2 ..., FY,X) subissent une procédure d'étalonnage pour étalonner les tensions de fonctionnement respectives, qui comporte les étapes suivantes consistant à :
    - régler une même tension de fonctionnement, égale à une tension voulue, sur au moins deux délivreurs de référence (Fa, Fb) d'au moins une des rangées (L1, L2, ..., LY),
    - mesurer des tensions réelles (TRa et TRb) des fils (Ha et Hb) acheminés par lesdits au moins deux délivreurs de référence (Fa, Fb) au moyen de capteurs de tension (Za et Zb) respectifs qui se situent immédiatement en amont de ladite machine à textile (M),
    - régler vers l'arrière les tensions de fonctionnement (TLa et TLb) des délivreurs de référence (Fa et Fb) de sorte que les tensions réelles (TRa et TRb) respectives correspondent à ladite tension voulue,
    - régler la tension de fonctionnement de tous les délivreurs restants de la rangée sur la base d'une fonction prédéfinie qui corrèle la position du délivreur de fil avec la tension de fonctionnement respective et, en liaison avec lesdits délivreurs de référence (Fa et Fb), retourne les valeurs de tension de fonctionnement (TLa et TLb) qui ont été précédemment réglées.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite fonction est une fonction mathématique linéaire.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdits au moins deux délivreurs de référence (Fa et Fb) sont agencés aux extrémités de la rangée.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel lesdits délivreurs (F1,1, F1,2 ..., FY,X) sont agencés sur une pluralité de rangées (L1, L2, ..., LY), caractérisé en ce que ladite procédure d'étalonnage est exécutée sur une rangée de référence prédéterminée, et les mêmes tensions de fonctionnement sont réglées sur les délivreurs d'au moins une des autres rangées.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'une des rangées intermédiaires est utilisée comme rangée de référence.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite procédure d'étalonnage est exécutée sur toutes les rangées.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chacun desdits délivreurs (F1,1, F1,2 ..., FY,X) est pourvu d'une bobine motorisée (W1,1, W1,2 ..., WY,X), dont la vitesse est commandée par ladite unité de commande et sur laquelle le fil (H1,1, H1,2 ..., HY,X) qui est adapté pour être acheminé jusqu'à ladite machine à textile (M) est enroulé de manière répétée, ledit paramètre de réglage étant la vitesse de rotation de la bobine (W1,1, W1,2 ..., WY,X).
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chacun desdits délivreurs (F1,1, F1,2 ..., FY,X) comporte un tambour sur lequel le fil (H1,1, H1,2 ..., HY,X) est enroulé de manière à former un stock, et à partir duquel il est déroulé lorsque nécessaire par la machine en aval, et des moyens de freinage qui agissent par frottement sur le fil (H1,1, H1,2 ..., HY,X) à la sortie du tambour et qui sont commandés en termes d'intensité de freinage par ladite unité de commande, ledit paramètre de réglage étant l'intensité de freinage appliquée auxdits moyens de freinage.
