Claims (8)
- Ein Verfahren zur Zuführung einer Vielzahl von Fäden unter kontrollierter Spannung an eine Textilmaschine mit Hilfe entsprechender Zuführvorrichtungen (F1,1, F1,2 ..., FY,X), wobei die Spannung des Fadens (H1,1, H1,2 ..., HY,X), der von jeder der Zuführvorrichtungen zugeführt wird, von einem dazugehörigen Spannungssensor (S1,1, Sl,2 ..., SY,X) überwacht wird, der sich direkt stromabwärts von der Zuführvorrichtung befindet und mit einer Steuerungseinheit verbunden ist, die ausgebildet ist, um einen Stellparameter der Zuführvorrichtung anhand des Signals zu modulieren, das vom Spannungssensor (S1,1, S1,2 ..., SY,X) empfangen wird, um die Spannung des der Textilmaschine (M) zugeführten Fadens im Wesentlichen bei einer Arbeitsspannung konstant zu halten, die vom Benutzer eingestellt werden kann; wobei die Zuführvorrichtungen (F1,1, F1,2 ..., FY,X) sich in mindestens einer Reihe (L1, L2, ..., LY) in progressiv zunehmenden Abständen von der Textilmaschine (M) befinden; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zuführvorrichtungen (F1,1, F1,2 ..., FY,X) einem Kalibrierverfahren zum Kalibrieren der jeweiligen Arbeitsspannungen unterzogen werden, das folgende Schritte umfasst:- das Festlegen einer selben Arbeitsspannung gleich einer Soll-Spannung an mindestens zwei Referenz-Zuführvorrichtungen (Fa, Fb) mindestens einer der Reihen (L1, L2, ..., LY);- das Messen von Ist-Spannungen (TRa und TRb) der Fäden (Ha und Hb), die von den mindestens zwei Referenz-Zuführvorrichtungen (Fa, Fb) zugeführt werden, mit Hilfe entsprechender Spannungssensoren (Za und Zb), die sich unmittelbar stromaufwärts von der Textilmaschine (M) befinden;- das Rückanpassen der Arbeitsspannungen (TLa und TLb) der Referenz-Zuführvorrichtungen (Fa und Fb), so dass die jeweiligen Ist-Spannungen (TRa und TRb) der Soll-Spannung entsprechen;- das Festlegen der Arbeitsspannung aller restlichen Zuführvorrichtungen der Reihe auf der Grundlage einer vordefinierten Funktion, welche die Position der Fadenzuführungsvorrichtung mit der jeweiligen Arbeitsspannung korreliert und, im Hinblick auf die Referenz-Zuführvorrichtungen (Fa und Fb), die Arbeitsspannungswerte (TLa und TLb) rückstellt, die zuvor angepasst wurden.
- Das Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Funktion eine lineare mathematische Funktion ist.
- Das Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens zwei Referenz-Zuführvorrichtungen (Fa und Fb) an den Enden der Reihe angeordnet sind.
- Das Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei die Zuführvorrichtungen (F1,1, F1,2 ..., FY,X) in einer Vielzahl von Reihen (L1, L2, ..., LY) angeordnet sind; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kalibrierverfahren in einer vordefinierten Referenzreihe durchgeführt wird und dieselben Arbeitsspannungen an den Zuführvorrichtungen mindestens einer der anderen Reihen eingestellt werden.
- Das Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine der intermediären Reihen als Referenzreihe verwendet wird.
- Das Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kalibrierverfahren an allen Reihen durchgeführt wird.
- Das Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der Zuführvorrichtungen (F1,1, F1,2 ..., FY,X) mit einer motorisierten Spule (W1,1, W1,2 ..., WY,X) ausgestattet ist, deren Geschwindigkeit von der Steuerungseinheit gesteuert ist und auf welche der Faden (H1,1, H1,2 ..., HY,X), der ausgebildet ist, um der Textilmaschine (M) zugeführt zu werden, wiederholt aufgewickelt wird, wobei der Einstellparameter die Rotationsgeschwindigkeit der Spule (W1,1, W1,2 ..., WY,X) ist.
- Das Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der Zuführvorrichtungen (F1,1, F1,2 ..., FY,X) eine Trommel umfasst, auf die der Faden (H1,1, H1,2 ..., HY,X) aufgewickelt ist, um eine Reserve zu bilden, und von der er abgewickelt wird, wenn er von der stromabwärts gelegenen Maschine benötigt wird; und Bremsmittel, die am Austritt der Trommel durch Reibung auf den Faden (H1,1, H1,2 ..., HY,X) einwirken und im Hinblick auf die Bremsintensität von der Steuerungseinheit gesteuert sind; wobei der Einstellparameter die Bremsintensität ist, die an die Bremsmittel angelegt wird.
