Claims (14)

  1. Verriegelungssystem für eine Öffnungsplatte (1), das beim Öffnen manuell gesteuert werden kann und einerseits ein Verriegelungsorgan (2), das in Bezug auf eine erste Achse (A1) beweglich angeordnet ist, und andererseits mindestens ein Steuerorgan (3) mit langgestreckter Struktur, das um mindestens eine zweite Achse (A2) schwenkbar angeordnet ist, umfasst,
    wobei das Verriegelungsorgan (2) mindestens ein Einhak- oder Eingriffselement (4), das dazu geeignet und bestimmt ist, eine verriegelnde Verbindung für die Öffnungsplatte (1) herzustellen, und mindestens ein Antriebselement (5) zum Bewegen des Verriegelungsorgans (2) aufweist, wobei das mindestens eine Steuerorgan (3) einen Hebelarm oder eine Kipppalette bildet und einerseits ein Betätigungsende (6) aufweist, das sich gegenüber seinem schwenkbar angelenkten Ende (6') befindet, und andererseits ein Bewegungsübertragungselement (7), das dazu geeignet und bestimmt ist, mit dem Antriebselement (5) des Verriegelungsorgans (2) zusammenzuwirken, um durch direkte oder indirekte Einwirkung des Benutzers auf das Betätigungsende (6) das bzw. jedes Eingriffselement (4) in eine Position zu bewegen, die die Herstellung der verriegelnden Verbindung verhindert,
    wobei das Verriegelungssystem dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass das Verriegelungsorgan (2) um die erste Achse (A1) schwenkbar ist, wobei die Bewegung des mindestens einen Einhak- oder Eingriffselements (4) rotatorischer Natur ist,
    dass zwei kinematisch voneinander unabhängige Steuerorgane (3) vorgesehen sind,
    dass jedes der beiden Steuerorgane (3) ein eigenes Bewegungsübertragungselement (7) aufweist, das sich zwischen seinem Betätigungsende (6) und seinem Gelenkende (6') befindet und das dazu geeignet und bestimmt ist, mit einem entsprechenden zugehörigen Antriebselement (5) des Verriegelungsorgans (2) zusammenzuwirken, und
    dass das Verriegelungsorgan (2) und die beiden Steuerorgane (3) dazu geeignet und bestimmt sind, schwenkbar an der Öffnungsplatte (1) angelenkt zu sein.
  2. Verriegelungssystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verriegelungsorgan (2) einen entlang der ersten Achse (A1) langgestreckten Körper (2'), z. B. einen rohrförmigen Hohlkörper, aufweist und mindestens zwei beispielsweise hakenförmige Eingriffselemente (4) aufweist, die entlang der ersten Achse (A1) voneinander beabstandet sind, wobei die beiden beispielsweise zapfenförmigen Antriebselemente (5) ebenfalls entlang dieser Achse (A1) voneinander beabstandet angeordnet sind und wobei jedem Eingriffselement (4) vorteilhafterweise ein Antriebselement (5) zugeordnet ist.
  3. Verriegelungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Achse (A1) und die zweite(n) Achse(n) (A2) senkrecht zueinander angeordnet sind, wobei die beiden Steuerorgane (3) einen Körper (3') aufweisen, der entlang einer zur ersten Achse (A1) im Wesentlichen parallelen Richtung langgestreckt ist, und gegenläufig angeordnet sind, so dass ihre Gelenkenden (6') proximal zueinander und ihre Betätigungsenden (6) distal zueinander sind.
  4. Verriegelungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Steuerorgane funktionell unabhängige Kipppaletten (3) bilden, um eine einzige zweite Achse (A2) gelenkig montiert sind und in der Erstreckungsrichtung ihrer langgestreckten Körper (3') in zueinander ausgerichtet angeordnet sind, wobei die Betätigungsenden (6) der beiden Paletten (3) in Richtung der ersten Achse einander gegenüberliegend angeordnet sind und die Gelenkenden (6') dieser beiden Paletten (3) vorteilhafterweise eine Gabelmontage bilden, die einen Zapfen (8') einer Palette (3) umfasst, der in ein Zapfenloch (8) der anderen Palette (3) eingepasst ist, wobei durch beide ein Stift oder Splint (8'') verläuft, der die zweite Achse (A2) bildet.
  5. Verriegelungssystem nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich bei jeder Palette (3) das Betätigungsende (6) in auswärtiger Richtung unmittelbar hinter ihrem Bewegungsübertragungselement (7), das mit einer Fläche (7') zur Anlage am Antriebselement (5) des Verriegelungsorgans (2) versehen ist, befindet, wobei die Bewegungsübertragung zwischen jedem der Bewegungsübertragungselemente (7) und dem entsprechenden Antriebselement (5) von unidirektionaler Natur ist.
  6. Verriegelungssystem nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei jeder Palette (3) das Betätigungsende (6) in einer Ebene angeordnet ist, die in Bezug auf die Auflagefläche (7') des entsprechenden Bewegungsübertragungselements (7) versetzt ist.
  7. Verriegelungssystem nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mindestens eine Rückstellfeder (9), die das schwenkbare Verriegelungsorgan (2) in die verriegelte Position vorspannt, gegebenenfalls eine Feder (9) an jedem Längsende des Organs (2), umfasst, wobei die bzw. jede Rückstellfeder durch eine Schraubenfeder gebildet ist, die entlang ihrer Achse auf Torsion arbeitet, und/oder dass für jedes Steuerorgan (3) mindestens eine Rückstellfeder vorgesehen ist, die dieses in Richtung einer Position ohne Zusammenwirkung zwischen dem Antriebselement (5) und dem betreffenden Betätigungsende (6) vorspannt.
  8. Verriegelungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das schwenkbare Verriegelungsorgan (2) mit langgestreckter Struktur an einem ersten Ende einen axialen Zapfen (10) zur Befestigung an der Öffnungsplatte (1) und auf der dem ersten Ende gegenüberliegenden Seite einen angesetzten Bolzen (10') zur schwenkbaren Befestigung an der Öffnungsplatte aufweist, wobei der Schwenkbolzen (10') vorteilhafterweise in eine zylinderförmige axiale Aufnahme des schwenkbaren Verriegelungsorgans (2) mit langgestreckter Struktur eingepasst montiert ist und eine seitliche Öffnung aufweist, die sein Einsetzen in diese Aufnahme ermöglicht.
  9. Verriegelungssystem nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungs- (2) und Steuerorgane (3) durch Formen eines starren Kunststoffmaterials zusammen mit ihren jeweiligen Elementen (4, 5, 7) gefertigt sind, wobei die Eingriffselemente (4) und die Antriebselemente (5) vorzugsweise paarweise verbunden und benachbart sind und als einstückiges Teil paarweise ausgebildet sind.
  10. Öffnungsplatte (1) zum Verschließen eines Gehäuses oder eines Hohlraums im Fahrgastraum eines Kraftfahrzeugs, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein beim Öffnen steuerbares Verriegelungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 aufweist, das zwei Steuerorgane (3) umfasst, deren Betätigungsenden (6) voneinander entfernt sind.
  11. Öffnungsplatte zum Verschließen nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie an einer ihrer Seiten über eine Schwenkverbindung (12) mit dem Fahrgastraum verbunden ist und dass die beiden Steuerorgane (3) in einer zur Schwenkachse dieser Verbindung (12) parallelen Richtung ausgerichtet sind.
  12. Öffnungsplatte zum Verschließen nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Betätigungsenden (6) der Paletten (3) auf der sichtbaren Seite der Öffnungsplatte (1) voneinander beabstandet und gegebenenfalls auf zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Öffnungsplatte (1) angeordnet sind.
  13. Kraftfahrzeug mit mindestens einer Öffnungsplatte (1) zum Verschließen nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnungsplatte (1) mindestens ein steuerbares Verriegelungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 aufweist.
  14. Kraftfahrzeug nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnungsplatte (1) eine Öffnungsplatte zum Verschließen eines im Armaturenbrett (13) des Fahrzeugs ausgebildeten Stauraums ist.
