Claims (12)

  1. Styling-Einrichtung (1), die gestaltet ist, um mit der Hand ergriffen und gehandhabt zu werden, und einen Hauptkörper (2) umfasst, der mindestens eine motorgetriebene Walze (3) einhaust, die in Bezug auf den Hauptkörper drehend montiert ist, um durch Reibung eine zu stylende Haarsträhne (C) in Bezug auf den Hauptkörper (2) in Bewegung zu versetzen, wobei der Hauptkörper (2) auch Führungsmittel (5) der Haarsträhne (C) einhaust, wobei die Führungsmittel (5) eine Presswalze (17) umfasst, die dazu bestimmt ist, die Haarsträhne (C) lokal an die motorgetriebene Walze zu pressen, um den Antrieb durch Reibung der Haarsträhne (C) zu ermöglichen, wobei der Hauptkörper (2) eine Klemmvorrichtung (6) der zu stylenden Haarsträhne (C) einhaust, wobei die Führungsmittel (5) die Klemmvorrichtung (6) umfasst, wobei die Klemmvorrichtung (6) stromaufwärts der motorgetriebenen Walze (3) gelegen, in Bezug auf die Bewegungsrichtung (D) der Haarsträhne (C) in Bezug auf den Hauptkörper (2) angeordnet ist, wobei die Styling-Einrichtung (1) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die Führungsmittel (5) in Bezug auf die motorgetriebene Walze (3) angeordnet sind, um die Haarsträhne (C) entsprechend einem Kontaktwinkelsektor (α) mindestens gleich 30° an die motorgetriebene Walze (3) gedrückt zu halten.
  2. Styling-Einrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kontaktwinkelsektor (α) mindestens gleich 45°, und noch bevorzugter mindestens gleich 90° ist.
  3. Styling-Einrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kontaktwinkelsektor (α) im Wesentlichen kleiner oder gleich 135° ist.
  4. Styling-Einrichtung (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmvorrichtung (6) eine erste und eine zweite Druckoberfläche (7), (8) umfasst, die zueinander beweglich sind zwischen:
    - einerseits einer Einführungskonfiguration, bei der die erste und zweite Druckoberfläche (7), (8) ausreichend voneinander getrennt sind, um das Einführen der Haarsträhne (C) zwischen sich zu ermöglichen.
    - und andererseits einer Klemmkonfiguration, bei der die Druckoberflächen (7), (8) ausreichend angenähert sind, um die Haarsträhne (C), die sich in eine Mittelebene (PM) einfügt, die der Schnittstelle der ersten und zweiten Druckoberfläche (7), (8) entspricht, zwischen sich einzuklemmen.
  5. Styling-Einrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsmittel (5) in Bezug auf die motorgetriebene Walze (3) und Klemmvorrichtung (6) angeordnet sind, damit sich die Haarsträhne (C) nach stromabwärts des Kontaktwinkelsektors (α), unter Berücksichtigung der Bewegungsrichtung (D) der Haarsträhne (C) in Bezug auf den Hauptkörper (2), entlang einer mittleren Richtung (A), welche die Mittelebene (PM) schneidet, bewegt.
  6. Styling-Einrichtung (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmvorrichtung (6) mit einem Heizmittel versehen ist, um die Haarsträhne (C) gleichzeitig zu klemmen und zu erhitzen.
  7. Styling-Einrichtung (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hauptkörper (2) auch ein Mittel zum Kämmen (22) der Haarsträhne (C) einhaust, die dazu bestimmt ist, von der motorgetriebenen Walze (3) in Bewegung versetzt zu werden, wobei das Mittel zum Kämmen (22) stromaufwärts der Klemmvorrichtung (6) in Bezug auf die Bewegungsrichtung (D) der Strähne (C) gelegen angeordnet ist.
  8. Styling-Einrichtung (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Presswalze (17) stromabwärts des Kontaktwinkelsektors (α), unter Berücksichtigung der Bewegungsrichtung der Haarsträhne (C) in Bezug auf den Hauptkörper (2) gelegen angeordnet ist.
  9. Styling-Einrichtung (1) nach den Ansprüchen 4 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die motorgetriebene Walze (3) und Presswalze (17) jeweils entlang einer ersten und einer zweiten Drehachse (X-X') und (Y-Y') drehend sind, und jeweils fest mit der ersten und zweiten Druckoberfläche (7), (8) verbunden sind, wobei die erste Drehachse (X-X') in Klemmkonfiguration einerseits die Grenze einer ersten Halbebene (P1), die parallel zur Mittelebene (PM) liegt, und sich nach außerhalb der Einrichtung (1) erstreckt, und andererseits die Grenze einer zweiten Halbebene (P2), innerhalb derer die zweite Drehachse (Y-Y') eingeschrieben ist, bildet, wobei die zweite Halbebene (P2) entweder mit der ersten Halbebene (P1) zusammenfällt, oder in Bezug auf diese letztere um einen Winkel (β) geneigt ist, der kleiner als 60°, vorzugsweise kleiner oder gleich 45° ist.
  10. Styling-Einrichtung (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Presswalze (17) und motorgetriebene Walze (3) gestaltet sind, um sich zueinander zu bewegen zwischen:
    - einer angenäherten Position, in der die Presswalze (17) nahe genug an der motorgetriebenen Walze (3) ist, um die Haarsträhne (C) gegen die motorgetriebene Walze zu pressen, um eeine mechanische Verbindung zumAntreiiben durch Reibung der Haarsträhne (C) aufzubauen.
    - und einer entfernten Position , in der die Presswalze (17) weit genugvon der motorgetriebenenWalze (3) entfernt ist, um die Haarsträhne (C) nicht gegen die motorgetriebene Walzezu pressen.
  11. Styling-Einrichtung (1) nach den Ansprüchen 4 und 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die motorgetriebene Walze (3) fest mit der ersten Druckoberfläche (7) verbunden ist, um sich mit ihr zu bewegen, während die Presswalze (17) fest mit der zweiten Druckoberfläche (8) verbunden ist, um sich mit ihr zu bewegen, wobei die angenäherte Position erreicht wird, wenn die erste und zweite Druckoberfläche (7), (8) in Klemmkonfiguration sind, während die entfernte Position erreicht wird, wenn die erste und zweite Druckoberfläche (7), (8) in Einführungskonfiguration sind.
  12. Styling-Einrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmvorrichtung (6) mindestens ein zweites Gestell (19) umfasst, das in Bezug auf den Hauptkörper zwischen einer Klemmposition, die der Klemmkonfiguration entspricht, und einer Einführungsposition, die der Einführungskonfiguration entspricht, beweglich montiert ist, wobei das zweite Gestell (19) die zweite Druckoberfläche (8), sowie eine Stütze (20) einhaust, die selbst die Presswalze (17) einhaust, wobei die Stütze (20) selbst in Bezug auf das zweite Gestell (19) zwischen mindestens einer Ruheposition, die sie einnimmt, solange das zweite Gestell (19) in Einführungsposition ist, und einer Eingreifposition, die sie einnimmt, wenn das zweite Gestell (19) seine Klemmposition erreicht, beweglich montiert ist.
