Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for dispensing baked goods, with a frame and a heatable baked goods carrier that is detachably fastened to it.
- the frame has slots for the baked goods carriers.
- the baked goods carriers can also be heated, for example, via heating plates that can be electrically supplied via plug connections.
- the electrical plug connection In order to be able to remove the baked goods carriers from the goods dispensing device with a view to their regular cleaning, the electrical plug connection must first be released before the baked goods carriers are lifted from the frame.
- a significant disadvantage arises from the fact that all electrical components such as connecting cables for an appealing customer presentation of the baked goods should be positioned in such a way that they are at best not visible to the customer when the baked goods carriers are inserted in the goods dispensing device, which, however, makes the electrical connections more accessible Plug connections and thus a rapid removal or insertion process of the baked goods carrier is made more difficult.
- the cleaning process of such baked goods carriers is carried out regularly using chemical rinsing and scouring agents as cleaning media, so that the baked goods carriers should not have any corrosion-sensitive electrical contact surfaces that are directly exposed to the cleaning media during the cleaning process.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of designing a device of the type described at the outset in such a way that, in spite of a simple removal or insertion process of the baked goods carrier, reliable electrical contacting and stable mechanical connection with high flushing media resistance at the same time is guaranteed.
- the baked goods carrier comprises two ferromagnetic, electrical supply contacts, which each rest on non-magnetic contact surfaces of a protective plate of the frame to form an electrical connection, the contact surfaces being opposed to the protective plate by permanent magnets for releasable magnetic attachment of the supply contacts.
- the supply contacts of the baked goods carrier according to the invention can namely, due to the permanent magnet-induced magnetic field acting through the protective plate and the contact pads, be held on the protective plate, which is fastened, for example, to mounting rails of the frame, and released again from it, while the supply contacts, when the baked goods carrier is pushed into the frame, together with the contact pads a form electrical connection.
- This electrical connection is interrupted again when the baked goods carrier is removed from the device and thus the supply contacts and contact pads are separated.
- the permanent magnets are arranged on the side of the protective plate opposite the contact pads, the usually relatively brittle permanent magnets do not have any direct mechanical contact forces, which reduces the risk of the magnet breaking and a long service life can be achieved.
- a ferromagnetic supply contact forms an electrical contact pair together with a non-magnetic contact pad, whereby both the supply contacts on the side of the baked goods carrier and the contact pads on the side of the frame can be connected to a heating element or a power supply via electrical connecting lines.
- the ferromagnetic supply contacts can be made of corrosion-resistant, ferromagnetic steel so that a high level of flushing media resistance is made possible be.
- the supply contacts can be designed, for example, as contact plates, so that a relatively large electrical line cross-section can be provided as a result of the resulting contact surfaces.
- the non-magnetic contact pads arranged on the protective plate can, for example, be made of non-magnetic steel and also form contact plates. It also goes without saying that a device according to the invention can also have several baked goods carriers.
- the non-magnetic contact pads have recesses in the area of the permanent magnets.
- the recesses can be designed in such a way that the magnetic field of the permanent magnets, which is effective in connection with the ferromagnetic supply contacts, is not weakened or shielded by the contact pads, while the contact pads form sufficiently large contact surfaces for a reliable electrical current flow.
- the recesses can be selected so that they are directly opposite the permanent magnets with respect to the protective plate, while the contact pads surround the recesses at least in sections, so that the contact pressure resulting from the magnetic field is directly applied to the contact pads and the supply contacts can be transferred.
- the contact pads can accordingly be designed as contact plates with a U-profile.
- the contact pads can, however, also be configured over the entire surface, that is to say free of gaps.
- the contact pads can also be diamagnetic in order to enable easy positioning of the baked goods carrier in relation to the protective plate. Due to the then slight magnetic repulsion of the contact pads compared to the magnetic field generated by the permanent magnets, the magnetic flux density increases in the area of the recess of the contact pads, which favors a reliable alignment of the ferromagnetic supply contacts with respect to the contact pads, so that removal or insertion processes of the baked goods carrier in the Just let the frame go through.
- electrically conductive for example screws, nuts and washers can be provided between the supply contacts and the baked goods carrier and / or between the contact pads and the protective plate Screw connections can be provided which form electrical connection points.
- additional electrical connection lines can be omitted, so that not only the susceptibility to errors due to corrosion, but also the final assembly can be carried out more quickly and easily.
- screw connections with correspondingly large dimensions, for example M3 in accordance with the DIN standard, with regard to a sufficient cable cross-section.
- the baked goods carrier comprises a heating element having a carbon-based heating layer for controlling the temperature of the baked goods, which is electrically connected to the ferromagnetic supply contacts.
- the heating element designed for example as an electrically operated heating film, can be glued into the base of the baked goods carrier or between a warming tray base of the baked goods carrier and an additional base plate with the aid of a 2-component adhesive.
- Electrically conductive screw connections a direct electrical connection of the supply contacts to the heating element can be made via the screw connection itself, without having to provide additional connecting lines, so that a particularly high level of corrosion resistance results.
- Particularly favorable temperature control conditions result if a carbon paste or a carbon lacquer is provided as the active heating layer of the heating element. Because the carbon paste layer acts as a PTC resistor, which can be selected so that it blocks the flow of current at temperatures above 62 ° C, the surface temperature of the baking tray bottom side facing the baked goods can be in a temperature range between 50 Level off between ° C and 62 ° C.
- a device for dispensing baked goods has a frame 1 and a heatable baked goods carrier 2 detachably fastened to it.
- the baked goods carrier 2 also has two ferromagnetic, electrical supply contacts 3, which each rest on non-magnetic contact pads 4 of a protective plate 5 of the frame 1 to form an electrical connection.
- permanent magnets 6 are located opposite the contact pads 4 for the releasable magnetic attachment of the supply contacts 3 to the contact pads 4.
- Fastening rails 7, together with fastening strips 8, can form a fastening support for the protective plate 5.
- the frame 1 can have latching recesses 9 into which connecting pins 10 of the fastening rails 7 can latch.
- the supply contacts 3 are connected via an electrically conductive screw connection to a base plate 11 of the baked goods carrier 2 and to a heating element 13 glued between the base plate 11 and the base of a warming tray 12 of the baked goods carrier 2, for example a heating film with carbon lacquer as an active heating layer.
- the contact pads 4 are also connected to the protective plate 5 via an electrically conductive screw connection.
- the screw connections each include a screw 14, a washer 15 and a screw nut 16, the screw connections forming electrical connection points 17 for, for example, cable lugs, in particular in the area of the screw nut 16.
- the supply contacts 3 and the contact pads 4 can be designed as contact plates.
- the supply contacts 3 can be made of a ferromagnetic, corrosion-resistant steel of material number 1.4462 and the contact pads 4 of a non-magnetic, corrosion-resistant steel of material number V4A.
- the resulting electrical line resistances are approximately in the range of 3 - 8 mOhm, while the total electrical resistance comprising the heating element 13, the supply contacts 3, the contact pads 4 and the screw connections is in the range of approximately 6 ohms.

Description
The invention relates to a device for dispensing baked goods, with a frame and a heatable baked goods carrier that is detachably fastened to it.
The invention is therefore based on the object of designing a device of the type described at the outset in such a way that, in spite of a simple removal or insertion process of the baked goods carrier, reliable electrical contacting and stable mechanical connection with high flushing media resistance at the same time is guaranteed.
The invention solves the problem in that the baked goods carrier comprises two ferromagnetic, electrical supply contacts, which each rest on non-magnetic contact surfaces of a protective plate of the frame to form an electrical connection, the contact surfaces being opposed to the protective plate by permanent magnets for releasable magnetic attachment of the supply contacts. As a result of these features, a reliable mechanical connection of the baked goods carrier can take place on the frame of the device independently of its inclined position relative to the horizontal. The supply contacts of the baked goods carrier according to the invention can namely, due to the permanent magnet-induced magnetic field acting through the protective plate and the contact pads, be held on the protective plate, which is fastened, for example, to mounting rails of the frame, and released again from it, while the supply contacts, when the baked goods carrier is pushed into the frame, together with the contact pads a form electrical connection. This electrical connection is interrupted again when the baked goods carrier is removed from the device and thus the supply contacts and contact pads are separated. Because the permanent magnets are arranged on the side of the protective plate opposite the contact pads, the usually relatively brittle permanent magnets do not have any direct mechanical contact forces, which reduces the risk of the magnet breaking and a long service life can be achieved. For the electrical connection, a ferromagnetic supply contact forms an electrical contact pair together with a non-magnetic contact pad, whereby both the supply contacts on the side of the baked goods carrier and the contact pads on the side of the frame can be connected to a heating element or a power supply via electrical connecting lines. The ferromagnetic supply contacts can be made of corrosion-resistant, ferromagnetic steel so that a high level of flushing media resistance is made possible be. In order to compensate for the generally low electrical conductivity of the ferromagnetic steel, the supply contacts can be designed, for example, as contact plates, so that a relatively large electrical line cross-section can be provided as a result of the resulting contact surfaces. The non-magnetic contact pads arranged on the protective plate can, for example, be made of non-magnetic steel and also form contact plates. It also goes without saying that a device according to the invention can also have several baked goods carriers.
In order to improve the mechanical connection of the baked goods carrier to the protective plate with reliable electrical contact between the supply contacts and the contact pads, especially if the baked goods carrier is inclined relative to the horizontal for improved product presentation, it is proposed that the non-magnetic contact pads have recesses in the area of the permanent magnets. The recesses can be designed in such a way that the magnetic field of the permanent magnets, which is effective in connection with the ferromagnetic supply contacts, is not weakened or shielded by the contact pads, while the contact pads form sufficiently large contact surfaces for a reliable electrical current flow. In the case of contact pads designed as contact plates, for example, the recesses can be selected so that they are directly opposite the permanent magnets with respect to the protective plate, while the contact pads surround the recesses at least in sections, so that the contact pressure resulting from the magnetic field is directly applied to the contact pads and the supply contacts can be transferred. In the case of, for example, cuboid permanent magnets with a rectangular base area, the contact pads can accordingly be designed as contact plates with a U-profile. Depending on the different magnetic properties of the contact pads, depending on the material used, or the magnetic field induced by the permanent magnets, the contact pads can, however, also be configured over the entire surface, that is to say free of gaps.
The contact pads can also be diamagnetic in order to enable easy positioning of the baked goods carrier in relation to the protective plate.
So that the assembly of the device according to the invention, in particular the assembly of the baked goods carrier and the protective plate, is facilitated despite the reliable electrical connection of the supply contacts, electrically conductive, for example screws, nuts and washers can be provided between the supply contacts and the baked goods carrier and / or between the contact pads and the protective plate Screw connections can be provided which form electrical connection points. As a result of these measures, additional electrical connection lines can be omitted, so that not only the susceptibility to errors due to corrosion, but also the final assembly can be carried out more quickly and easily. In order to ensure good electrical conductivity, especially in connection with corrosion-resistant screw materials, it is advisable to provide screw connections with correspondingly large dimensions, for example M3 in accordance with the DIN standard, with regard to a sufficient cable cross-section.
In order to enable a uniform temperature control of the baked goods to be kept warm, it is proposed that the baked goods carrier comprises a heating element having a carbon-based heating layer for controlling the temperature of the baked goods, which is electrically connected to the ferromagnetic supply contacts. The heating element, designed for example as an electrically operated heating film, can be glued into the base of the baked goods carrier or between a warming tray base of the baked goods carrier and an additional base plate with the aid of a 2-component adhesive. In case of Electrically conductive screw connections, a direct electrical connection of the supply contacts to the heating element can be made via the screw connection itself, without having to provide additional connecting lines, so that a particularly high level of corrosion resistance results. Particularly favorable temperature control conditions result if a carbon paste or a carbon lacquer is provided as the active heating layer of the heating element.
