Claims (13)

  1. Patin de ponçage (P) pour une unité de ponçage (G), pour poncer du bois, du plastique, du métal et des surfaces similaires, comprenant un corps rotatif (1) comportant un arbre entraîné rotatif (11) et une plaque principale (12) couplée audit arbre (11), ladite plaque principale (12) ayant une première (121) et une seconde (122) faces et une surface latérale (123), un disque abrasif (2) disposé sur ladite première face (121) dudit plateau principal (12), de manière à réaliser une opération de ponçage lorsque ledit arbre (11) est entraîné en rotation, et un élément annulaire (3) de blocage périmétrique dudit disque abrasif (2), dans lequel ledit élément annulaire (3) est couplé à ladite plaque principale (12) de manière à être mobile entre une position de déverrouillage dudit disque abrasif (2) et une position de blocage dudit disque abrasif (2), caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens élastiques (7) de couplage entre ledit élément annulaire (3) et ledit plateau principal (12) pour maintenir ledit élément annulaire (3) dans ladite position de blocage dudit disque abrasif (2).
  2. Patin de ponçage (P) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une contre-plaque (5), disposée en regard de ladite seconde face (122) de ladite plaque principale (12), dans laquelle ledit élément annulaire (3) est couplé au moyen de dispositifs de liaison et de fixation (51) à ladite contre-plaque (5), et en ce que lesdits moyens élastiques (7) sont interposés entre ladite plaque principale (12) et ladite contre-plaque (5).
  3. Patin de ponçage (P) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens élastiques (7) sont comprimés lorsque ledit élément annulaire (3) est dans ladite position de déverrouillage et sont étendus lorsque ledit élément annulaire (3) est dans ladite position de blocage.
  4. Patin de ponçage (P) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens élastiques comprennent au moins un ressort (7).
  5. Patin de ponçage (P) selon la revendication 4, lorsqu'elle dépend de la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ladite contre-plaque (5) comprend un premier logement (51) pour ledit au moins un ressort (7), et en ce que ladite plaque principale (12) comprend un deuxième logement (125) pour ledit au moins un ressort (7) en correspondance avec ladite deuxième face (122).
  6. Patin de ponçage (P) selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un ressort (7) est disposé coaxialement par rapport à l'axe de rotation (R) dudit arbre (11).
  7. Patin de ponçage (P) selon la revendication 4 caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens élastiques comprennent une pluralité de ressorts disposés alternativement:
    - coaxiaux les uns aux autres de manière coaxiale par rapport à l'axe de rotation (R) dudit arbre (11); ou
    - circonférentiellement sur ladite seconde face (122) de ladite plaque principale (12).
  8. Patin de ponçage (P) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un système de maintien (32, 17) pour maintenir ledit élément annulaire (3) dans ladite position de déverrouillage dudit disque abrasif (2), et vice versa.
  9. Patin de ponçage (P) selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément annulaire (3) présente une surface interne (31), tournée vers ladite plaque principale (12), en ce que ledit système de retenue (32, 17) comprend des moyens de guidage (32) disposés sur ladite surface interne (31), et au moins un relief (17), tel qu'une colonne vertébrale ou similaire, disposé sur ladite surface latérale (123) de ladite plaque principale (12), en prise avec lesdits moyens de guidage (32), dans lequel lesdits moyens de guidage (32) ont une première position dudit relief (17), correspondant à la position de déverrouillage dudit disque abrasif (2), et une deuxième position dudit relief (17) correspondant à la position de blocage dudit abrasif, disque (2).
  10. Patin de ponçage (P) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de guidage (32) comprennent un trou oblong obtenu sur ladite surface interne (31) dudit élément annulaire (3), présentant une première (321) et une deuxième partie (322), positionnée à deux hauteurs différentes, correspondant respectivement à ladite première position dudit relief (17) et à ladite deuxième position dudit relief (17).
  11. Patin de ponçage (P) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément annulaire (3) comprend au moins une première partie dentée (33) pour bloquer ledit disque abrasif (2), et/ou en ce que ladite plaque principale (12) comprend au moins une seconde partie dentée (124), disposée de préférence en face de ladite première partie dentée (33).
  12. Patin de ponçage (P) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une couche de matériau élastique (18) intercalée entre ladite première face (121) dudit plateau principal et ledit disque abrasif (2).
  13. Ponceuse (M) comprenant au moins une unité de ponçage (G), qui comprend à son tour au moins un patin de ponçage (P) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, animés chacun en rotation autour d'un axe respectif (R), ledit au moins un patin de ponçage (P) étant destiné au ponçage de surfaces en bois, plastique, métal et similaires.
