Claims (13)

  1. Schleifkissen (P) für ein Schleifgerät (G), zum Schleifen von Holz, Kunststoff, Metall und ähnlichen Oberflächen, umfassend einen rotierenden Körper (1) mit einer rotierenden angetriebenen Welle (11) und einer Hauptplatte (12), die mit der besagten Welle (11) verbunden ist, wobei die besagte Hauptplatte (12) eine erste (121) und eine zweite (122) Fläche und eine Seitenfläche (123) aufweist, eine Schleifscheibe (2), die auf der besagten ersten Fläche (121) der besagten Hauptplatte (12) angeordnet ist, um einen Schleifvorgang auszuführen, wenn die besagte Welle (11) in Drehung versetzt wird, und ein ringförmiges Element (3) zur Blockierung des Umfangs der Schleifscheibe (2), wobei das besagte ringförmige Element (3) mit der besagten Hauptplatte (12) so gekoppelt ist, dass es zwischen einer Entriegelungsposition der besagten Schleifscheibe (2) und einer Blockierposition der besagten Schleifscheibe (2) beweglich ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie elastische Mittel (7) zur Verbindung zwischen dem besagten ringförmigen Element (3) und der besagten Hauptplatte (12) umfasst, um das besagte ringförmige Element (3) in der Blockierposition der Schleifscheibe (2) zu halten.
  2. Schleifkissen (P) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Gegenplatte (5) umfasst, die gegenüber der besagten zweiten Fläche (122) der besagten Hauptplatte (12) angeordnet ist, wobei das besagte ringförmige Element (3) mittels Verbindungs- und Befestigungsvorrichtungen (51) mit der besagten Gegenplatte (5) verbunden ist, und dadurch, dass die besagten elastischen Mittel (7) zwischen der besagten Hauptplatte (12) und der besagten Gegenplatte (5) eingefügt sind.
  3. Schleifkissen (P) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagten elastischen Mittel (7) zusammengedrückt werden, wenn sich das besagte ringförmige Element (3) in der besagten Entriegelungsposition befindet, und ausgedehnt werden, wenn sich das besagte ringförmige Element (3) in der besagten Blockierungsposition befindet.
  4. Schleifkissen (P) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagten elastischen Mittel mindestens eine Feder (7) umfassen.
  5. Schleifkissen (P) nach Anspruch 4, soweit abhängig von Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagte Gegenplatte (5) ein erstes Gehäuse (51) für die besagte mindestens eine Feder (7) aufweist, und dadurch, dass die besagte Hauptplatte (12) ein zweites Gehäuse (125) für die besagte mindestens eine Feder (7) in Verbindung mit der besagten zweiten Fläche (122) umfasst.
  6. Schleifkissen (P) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagte mindestens eine Feder (7) koaxial zur Drehachse (R) der besagten Welle (11) angeordnet ist.
  7. Schleifkissen (P) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagten elastischen Mittel eine Vielzahl von abwechselnd angeordneten Federn umfassen:
    - koaxial zueinander in Bezug auf die Drehachse (R) der besagten Welle (11); oder
    - in Umfangsrichtung auf der besagten zweiten Fläche (122) der besagten Hauptplatte (12).
  8. Schleifkissen (P) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ein Haltesystem (32, 17) zum Halten des besagten ringförmigen Elements (3) in der Entriegelungsposition der besagten Schleifscheibe (2) umfasst und umgekehrt.
  9. Schleifkissen (P) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das besagte ringförmige Element (3) eine Innenfläche (31) aufweist, die der besagten Hauptplatte (12) zugewandt ist, und dadurch, dass das besagte Rückhaltesystem (32, 17) Führungsmittel (32) umfasst, die auf der besagten Innenfläche (31) angeordnet sind, und mindestens ein Relief (17), wie z.B. einen Dorn oder dergleichen, umfasst, das auf der besagten Seitenfläche (123) der besagten Hauptplatte (12) angeordnet ist und mit den besagten Führungsmitteln (32) in Eingriff steht, wobei die besagten Führungsmittel (32) eine erste Position des besagten Reliefs (17) aufweisen, die der Entriegelungsposition der besagten Schleifscheibe (2) entspricht, und eine zweite Position des besagten Reliefs (17), die der Blockierposition der besagten Schleifscheibe (2) entspricht.
  10. Schleifkissen (P) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagten Führungsmittel (32) ein Langloch umfassen, das auf der besagten Innenfläche (31) des besagten ringförmigen Elements (3) ausgebildet ist und einen ersten (321) und einen zweiten (322) Abschnitt aufweist, die auf zwei unterschiedlichen Höhen positioniert sind, die der besagten ersten Position des Reliefs (17) bzw. der besagten zweiten Position des Reliefs (17) entsprechen.
  11. Schleifkissen (P) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das besagte Ringelement (3) mindestens einen ersten gezahnten Abschnitt (33) zum Blockieren der besagten Schleifscheibe (2) aufweist, und/oder dadurch, dass die besagte Hauptplatte (12) mindestens einen zweiten gezahnten Abschnitt (124) aufweist, der vorzugsweise gegenüber dem besagten ersten gezahnten Abschnitt (33) angeordnet ist.
  12. Schleifkissen (P) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Schicht (18) aus elastischem Material umfasst, die zwischen der besagten ersten Fläche (121) der besagten Hauptplatte und der besagten Schleifscheibe (2) angeordnet ist.
  13. Schleifmaschine (M) mit mindestens einer Schleifeinheit (G), die ihrerseits mindestens ein Schleifkissen (P) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche aufweist, das jeweils in Drehung um eine jeweilige Achse (R) betrieben wird, wobei das besagte mindestens eine Schleifkissen (P) zum Schleifen von Oberflächen aus Holz, Kunststoff, Metall und dergleichen bestimmt ist.
