Claims (15)
- Agencement d'article sanitaire (1) comprenant:un article sanitaire (2), notamment un bidet ou une cuvette de toilette ou un urinoir ou un lavabo, avec un logement (21) qui s'étend dans la direction verticale (V) en position montée et qui s'étend à travers une paroi arrière (22 ) de l'article sanitaire (2),un élément de fixation (3) pour fixer l'article sanitaire (2) à un point de montage côté bâtiment,au moins un élément de positionnement (4) pouvant être inséré dans le logement (21) et présentant une ouverture traversante (41), etau moins un élément de fixation (5) qui peut être inséré dans l'ouverture traversante (41) de l'élément de positionnement (4),dans lequel l'élément de positionnement (4) et l'élément de fixation (5) présentent chacun au moins une structure d'engagement (42 ; 52) qui peuvent être engagées et dégagées l'une avec l'autre,dans lequel, dans une position de fixation dans laquelle les structures d'engagement (42 ; 52) sont engagées l'une avec l'autre, l'élément de positionnement (4) est fixe par rapport au déplacement par rapport à l'élément de fixation (5) le long de la direction verticale (V), etdans lequel, dans une position de réglage dans laquelle les structures d'engagement (42 ; 52) sont désengagées, l'élément de positionnement (4) peut être déplacé par rapport à l'élément de fixation (5) le long de la direction verticale (V), moyennant quoi une hauteur de montage de l'article sanitaire (2) par rapport au point de montage côté bâtiment est réglable.
- Agencement d'article sanitaire (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fixation (5) comprend une ouverture traversante (51) et l'élément de fixation (3) présente au moins une section de fixation (31) qui s'étend au moins partiellement à travers l'ouverture traversante (51) de l'élément de fixation (5),dans lequel l'élément de fixation (3) est monté rotatif dans l'article sanitaire (2) par rapport à un axe de rotation (D) s'étendant perpendiculairement à la direction verticale (V) et peut être amené dans au moins une première position de rotation (d1) et dans une deuxième position de rotation (d2) par rotation, etdans lequel l'élément de fixation (5) dans la première position de rotation (d1) est empêché de se déplacer le long d'une direction horizontale (H) s'étendant parallèlement à l'axe de rotation (D) et dans la deuxième position de rotation (d2) est monté de manière déplaçable par rapport à la direction horizontale (H) sur la section de fixation (31).
- Agencement d'article sanitaire (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'agencement d'article sanitaire (1) est dans la position de fixation lorsque l'élément de fixation (3) est dans la première position de rotation (d1), et en ce que l'agencement d'article sanitaire (1) est en position de réglage lorsque l'élément de fixation (3) est dans la deuxième position de rotation (d2).
- Agencement d'article sanitaire (1) selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que la section de fixation (31) est réalisée de manière élastique et l'élément de fixation (5) présente une section active (53) qui est conçue de telle sorte qu'une distance radiale (A) de la section de fixation (31) peut être modifiée par rapport à un axe central (M) s'étendant centralement à travers l'élément de fixation (3) lorsque l'élément de fixation (3) est tourné.

- Agencement d'articles sanitaires (1) selon l'une des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'une languette (32) est formée sur la section de fixation (31) et l'élément de fixation (5), en particulier sa section active (53), présente au moins une section de butée (54) et présente au moins une section de libération (55),dans lequel, dans la première position de rotation (d1), une butée est formée entre la languette (32) et la partie de butée (54) de sorte qu'un déplacement de l'élément de fixation (5) le long de la direction horizontale (H) est empêché, etdans lequel, dans la deuxième position de rotation (d2), la butée entre la languette (32) et la section de butée (54) est annulée de sorte que l'élément de fixation (5) peut être déplacé le long de la direction horizontale (H).
- Agencement d'articles sanitaires (1) selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la section de libération (55) présente au moins une surface de glissement (56) le long de laquelle la languette (32) peut glisser lors d'un rotation de l'élément de fixation (3) depuis la première position de rotation (d1) vers la deuxième position de rotation (d2), la distance radiale (A) de la languette (32) par rapport à l'axe central (M) devenant de plus en plus petite de manière continue, et
le long de laquelle la languette (32) fait tourner l'élément de fixation (3) de la deuxième position de rotation (d2) peut glisser lors d'une rotation de l'élément de fixation (3) depuis la deuxième position de rotation (d2) vers la première position de rotation (d1), la distance radiale (A) de la languette (32) par rapport à l'axe central (M) devenant de plus en plus grande de manière continue. - Agencement d'article sanitaire (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la structure d'engagement (42) de l'élément de positionnement (4) est prévue sous la forme d'une denture s'étendant le long de la direction verticale (V), qui est disposée dans la région de l'ouverture traversante (41) de l'élément de positionnement (4), et
en ce que la structure d'engagement (52) de l'élément de verrouillage (5) est prévue sous la forme d'un cran qui est agencé sur une surface extérieure (57) de l'élément de fixation (5). - Agencement d'article sanitaire (1) selon l'une des revendications 2 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de positionnement (4) peut être inséré dans le logement (21) de telle sorte que la section de fixation (31) de l'élément de fixation (3) passe à travers une fente (23) de l'article sanitaire (2), à travers le logement (21), à travers l'ouverture traversante (41) de l'élément de positionnement (4) et à travers l'ouverture traversante (51) de l'élément de fixation (5).
- Agencement d'article sanitaire (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fixation (5) peut être logé essentiellement complètement à l'intérieur de l'ouverture traversante (41) de l'élément de positionnement (4).
- Agencement d'article sanitaire (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la forme du logement (21) est essentiellement complémentaire de la forme de l'élément de positionnement (4), l'élément de positionnement (4) pouvant de préférence être entièrement reçu en le logement (21) et/ou dans lequel l'élément de positionnement (4) remplit de préférence entièrement le réceptacle (21).
- Agencement d'article sanitaire (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fixation (3) présente en outre une tige d'appui (33) qui s'étend à travers le logement (21), l'ouverture traversante (41) de l'élément de positionnement (4) ainsi qu'à travers l'élément de fixation (5), en particulier à travers l'ouverture traversante (51) de l'élément de fixation (5), et dans lequel la section de fixation (31) de l'élément de fixation (3) est de préférence agencée à une distance radiale de la tige d'appui (33) par rapport à l'axe central (M).
- Agencement d'article sanitaire (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fixation (3) présente en outre une tige d'actionnement (34), l'actionnement de la tige d'actionnement (34) entraînant la rotation de l'élément de fixation (3) autour l'axe de rotation (D).
- Agencement d'article sanitaire (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fixation (5) est monté de manière à pouvoir coulisser mais non à tourner dans l'article sanitaire (2) par rapport à l'élément de positionnement (4) et à l'élément de fixation (3), et/ouen ce que l'élément de positionnement (4) est monté dans l'article sanitaire (2) de manière à pouvoir coulisser mais non à tourner par rapport à l'élément de verrouillage (5) et à l'élément de fixation (3), et/ouen ce que l'élément de fixation (3) est monté dans l'article sanitaire (2) de manière à pouvoir tourner mais non à coulisser par rapport à l'élément de positionnement (4) et à l'élément de fixation (5).
- Procédé de montage d'un agencement d'article sanitaire (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que dans une première étape l'article sanitaire (2) est monté au point de montage côté bâtiment et dans une deuxième étape une hauteur de montage souhaitée de l'article sanitaire (2) est réglée.
