Eine Sanitärartikelanordnung (1) umfasst einen Sanitärartikel (2) mit einer sich in Einbaulage in vertikaler Richtung (V) erstreckenden Aufnahme (21), die sich durch eine Rückwand (22) des Sanitärartikels (2) erstreckt, ein Befestigungselement (3) zur Befestigung des Sanitärartikels (2) an einer gebäudeseitigen Lagerstelle, mindestens ein Positionselement (4), welches in die Aufnahme (21) einlegbar ist und eine Durchgangsöffnung (41) aufweist, und mindestens ein Feststellelement (5), welches in die Durchgangsöffnung (41) des Positionselements (4) einlegbar ist. Das Positionselement (4) und das Feststellelement (5) verfügen jeweils über mindestens eine Eingriffsstruktur (42; 52), welche miteinander in Eingriff und ausser Eingriff bringbar sind. Dann befindet sich die Sanitärartikelanordnung 1 in der Fixierposition, wobei eine Einstellung der Montagehöhe nicht möglich ist. Diese Position ist in den Figuren 1 bis 7 dargestellt. Weiter ist der radiale Abstand A der Laschen 32 bezüglich der Mittelachse M in der Verstellposition kleiner als in der Fixierposition. Insbesondere ist nun ein äusserer Umfang der Laschen 32 kleiner als der Durchmesser der Durchgangsöffnung 51 des Feststellelements 5. Dadurch kann das Feststellelement 5 in der Verstellposition entlang der horizontalen Richtung H aus der Durchgangsöffnung 41 des Positionselements 4 heraus verschoben werden. Wird das Feststellelement 5 zumindest teilweise aus dem Positionselement 4 heraus entfernt, so wird der Eingriff zwischen den Rastnasen 52 am Feststellelement 5 und den Verzahnungen 42 am Positionselement 4 gelöst. Dies ermöglicht, dass das Positionselement 4 bezüglich dem Feststellelement 5, dem Befestigungselement 3 und folglich der Lagerstange 33 in vertikaler Richtung V verschoben werden kann. In anderen Worten gesagt ist eine Höheneinstellung des Sanitärartikels 2 nun möglich.
