Description

The invention relates to a fastening device with the features of the preamble of claim 1. The invention also relates to an arrangement made up of a drawer, a front panel and at least one such fastening device and a piece of furniture with at least one such arrangement. And finally, the invention relates to a method for attaching a front panel to a drawer.

Fastening devices according to the preamble of claim 1 are known from the prior art. A disadvantage of the existing fastening devices is that they are difficult to move, since frictional forces have to be overcome when the individual components move relative to one another. In particular, this hinders the introduction of the at least one furniture fitting and reduces the service life of the fastening devices.

The font DE 20 2014 002229 U1 shows a fastening device in which a furniture fitting can be hooked by a catching device. The movement of the safety gear is linked to the movement of a link plate. The link plate is pushed up by a spring so that a furniture fitting hooked into the safety catch is pulled towards the fastening device.

The object of the present invention is to eliminate the disadvantages of the prior art and to specify a fastening device that is improved compared to the prior art and is characterized in particular by low frictional forces. A further object consists in specifying an arrangement with such an improved fastening device and a piece of furniture with at least one such arrangement. And finally, a further object consists in specifying a method for fastening a front panel to a drawer with the aid of a fastening device improved according to the invention.

These objects are solved by the features of independent claims 1, 12, 13 and 14.

With regard to the fastening device, it is therefore provided that the coupling device has at least one adjusting body and at least one adjusting contour, in or on which the at least one adjusting body is arranged or can be arranged, the at least one adjusting body on the at least one safety gear and the at least one adjusting contour is arranged on the at least one locking device, or vice versa, and wherein the at least one adjusting contour is designed in such a way that the movement of the at least one locking device when the at least one furniture fitting is inserted is only intermittently coupled with the movement of the at least one catching device.

By only temporarily coupling the movement of the at least one locking device with the movement of the at least one catching device when inserting the at least one furniture fitting, it is possible to move the at least one locking device only when this is actually necessary. In the prior art, the movement of the at least one safety device and the movement of the at least one locking device are permanently coupled to one another, so that situations can arise in the process in which one of these two devices is moved without this fulfilling a specific purpose. This creates unnecessary friction losses. In the present invention, in comparison, the two devices can be moved as needed. For example, it is possible to implement a process sequence in which the at least one furniture fitting is picked up by the at least one catching device and automatically drawn to the drawer, with the movement of the at least one catching device and the movement of the at least one locking device being initially decoupled and then via the coupling device can be coupled with one another, i.e. initially only the at least one catch device moves, whereas the at least one locking device essentially remains at rest, and then the at least one locking device is moved in order to arrange it on the at least one furniture fitting, thus preventing unintentional release of the at least to prevent a furniture fitting from the fastening device.

According to the invention, it is further provided that the at least one locking device can be moved into a release position, in which the at least one furniture fitting can be moved freely relative to the at least one locking device, and into a locking position, in which an unintentional release of the at least one furniture fitting from the fastening device is prevented is, wherein the at least one locking device has a pivotable about an axis of rotation locking lever.

According to a preferred embodiment, a simple way of ensuring that the at least one catch device automatically pulls the at least one furniture fitting towards the drawer when it is inserted is for the fastening device to comprise at least one spring, and for the at least one catch device to pull this when the at least one furniture fitting is inserted by the force of the at least one spring automatically pulls towards the drawer. Alternatively, other drive mechanisms can also be provided.

Furthermore, it makes sense for the at least one safety device to move into a ready position, in which the at least one safety device is ready to receive the at least one furniture fitting during insertion, and into at least one drive position, in which the at least one safety device automatically grasps the at least one furniture fitting after it has been received pulls toward the drawer, is movable, preferably wherein the at least one catch device has a catch lever that can be pivoted about an axis of rotation.

With regard to the at least one locking device, it has proven to be particularly advantageous that the at least one locking device comprises a locking contour, preferably a curved one, which can be arranged on at least one furniture fitting in order to prevent the at least one furniture fitting from being unintentionally released from the fastening device, preferably wherein the at least one furniture fitting can be clamped by the locking contour.

With regard to the at least one adjusting body, a particularly stable embodiment can be realized in that the at least one adjusting body is designed as a bolt, preferably with a widened head.

The at least one adjusting body is firmly connected to the at least one safety device or the at least one locking device on which it is arranged.

In order to couple the movement of the at least one locking device to the movement of the at least one catching device when the at least one furniture fitting is inserted, it can be provided that the at least one adjusting contour has at least one coupling section.

In order to decouple the movement of the at least one locking device from the movement of the at least one catch device when the at least one furniture fitting is inserted, it can be provided that the at least one adjusting contour has at least one decoupling section that is separate from the coupling section, preferably with the at least one coupling section and the at least one decoupling section are angled to one another, or the at least one adjusting contour has an open end adjoining the at least one coupling section. The setting contour 18 is designed in such a way that the movement of the locking device 13 when the furniture fitting 8 is being introduced is only intermittently coupled with the movement of the catching device 10 . For this purpose, the adjusting contour 18 has a coupling section 34, via which the movement of the locking device 13 when the furniture fitting 8 is inserted can be coupled with the movement of the catching device 10 (compare the enlarged detail of the locking device 13 in Fig Figure 2c ). In addition, the positioning contour 18 has a decoupling section 37 that is separate from the coupling section 34 for decoupling the movement of the locking device 13 from the movement of the catching device 10 when the furniture fitting 8 is inserted. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the coupling section 34 and the decoupling section 37 are angled towards one another. They enclose an angle 58 of approximately 90°.

The fastening device 1 comprises a spring 21. When the furniture fitting 8 is inserted, the catching device 10 automatically pulls the furniture fitting 8 towards the drawer 6 by the force of the spring 21. In the illustrated embodiment, the spring 21 is designed as a compression spring. The spring 21 is also arranged on a spring guide 56 and is supported on a support contour 79 of a mounting plate 40 of the fastening device 1 .

A guide contour 44 is also formed in the mounting plate 40, in which the adjusting body 17 is mounted in a displaceable manner.

In addition to the mounting plate 40 there is also a cover plate 61. This has been omitted in most of the following figures in order to allow a view of the locking device 13 arranged between the mounting plate 40 and the cover plate 61.

The safety gear 10 has a rotation axis 22 (cf Figure 2a ) pivotable catch lever 23 on. This is acted upon directly by the spring 21 in the illustrated embodiment.

The locking device 13 has a locking lever 31 which can be pivoted about an axis of rotation 30 .

In addition, the locking device 13 includes a locking contour 26 which can be arranged on the furniture fitting 8 in order to prevent the furniture fitting 8 from being unintentionally released from the fastening device 1 . In the present embodiment, the locking contour 26 is curved. As can be seen, for example, from the Figures 6a and 6b results, the furniture fitting 8 can be clamped by the locking contour 26 .

The transverse bolt 48 also acts together with a guide contour 60 which is formed in the mounting plate 40 . At the end facing the front panel 5 , the guide contour 60 has a hook-in contour 59 which facilitates the positioning of the front panel 5 or the furniture fitting 8 arranged thereon in relation to the other components of the fastening device 1 . This is particularly advantageous in the case of very heavy front panels 5 .

The fastening device 1 further comprises an unlocking device 50 for the locking device 13, wherein the unlocking device 50 allows an intentional release of the furniture fitting 8 from the fastening device 1, and where the unlocking device 50 lifts the locking device 13 off the furniture fitting 8 and releases the furniture fitting 8 . In the present exemplary embodiment, the unlocking device 50 has an externally accessible tool holder for a tool, for example a screwdriver, via which the unlocking device 50 can be actuated.

In addition, the fastening device 1 includes a height adjustment device 51 with which the height of the front panel 5 relative to the drawer side wall 7 or to the drawer 6 can be adjusted. In the illustrated embodiment, the height adjustment device 51 includes an eccentric screw with a rounded triangular contour 75 which is supported on a support contour 76 formed on the mounting plate 40 .

The catch lever 23 is located relative to the axis of rotation 22 and the support point 79 on the mounting plate 40 in an over-dead-point position. The adjusting body 17 holds the locking lever 31 in the release position via the adjusting contour 18 .

The transverse bolt 48 of the furniture fitting 8 is arranged at the level of the attachment contour 59 of the guide contour 60 .

Starting from the Figures 3a and 3b a user now moves the front panel 5 and thus the furniture fitting 8 or the transverse bolt 48 in the direction of the drawer 6 . The catch lever 23 is moved from the over-dead-point position beyond the dead center, as a result of which the force stored in the compression spring 21 is released and the catch lever 23 can continue to move automatically. As a result, the furniture fitting 8 or the transverse bolt 48 is moved further inwards along the guide contour 60 . In other words, the catching device 10 automatically pulls the furniture fitting 8 toward the drawer 6 . The safety gear 10 runs through a series of drive positions.

If you compare them Figures 3a and 3b 4a and 4b so it can be seen that the position of the locking lever 31 has not changed. This is because the adjusting body 17 has moved along the adjusting contour 18 in a decoupling section 37 . For this purpose, the decoupling section 37 is essentially circular on an imaginary circle around the axis of rotation 22 . The setting contour 18 is thus designed in such a way that the movement of the locking device 13 is initially decoupled from the movement of the catching device 10 when the furniture fitting 8 is introduced. In this case, therefore, no forces have to be applied to move the locking lever 31 .

Based on the position according to the Figures 4a and 4b the adjusting body 17 now moves into a coupling section 34 of the adjusting contour 18 (cf Figure 5a and 5b ), ie that the movement of the locking device 13 is now coupled with the movement of the safety gear 10.

The cross bolt 48 or the furniture fitting 8 is pulled further towards the drawer 6 by the catch lever 23 of the catch device 10 . At the same time, the locking lever 31 now begins to pivot behind the transverse bolt 48 about the pivot point 30 and to close the guide contour 60 .

These processes take place until the front panel 5 comes to rest on the drawer side wall 7, which in the position of the fastening device 1 according to the Figures 6a and 6b the case is. In this position, the locking lever 31 has clamped the transverse bolt 48 via a curved locking contour 26 . This prevents the furniture fitting 8 from being unintentionally released from the fastening device 1 . The locking device 13 assumes a locking position.

If it is intended to release the furniture fitting 8 from the fastening device 1 again, the unlocking device 50 can be used for this purpose, which is designed as a tool holder for a tool on the catch lever 23 in the exemplary embodiment shown. By inserting the tip of a suitably designed screwdriver, the catch lever 23 can be moved back into the original ready position. At the same time, the locking device 13 is moved from the locking position into the release position via the coupling device 17, 18, with the movement of the safety gear being coupled here only temporarily to the movement of the locking device.

The Figures 7a to 9b show a second exemplary embodiment of a fastening device 2 for detachably fastening a front panel 5 to a drawer 6. This exemplary embodiment is used in particular with high front panels 5. For this purpose, two furniture fittings 8 and 9 are provided which are arranged one above the other in terms of height and can be preassembled on the front panel 5 .

The lower part of the fastening device 2, which interacts with the furniture fitting 8, is designed essentially identically to the first exemplary embodiment described above. In addition, however, another locking device 14 is provided for the furniture fitting 9, wherein the Movement of the locking device 14 is coupled to the movement of the catching device 10 or the locking device 13 for the lower furniture fitting 8 .

The spring guide 56 is used for the movement coupling. Specifically, the spring guide 56 includes a guide track 70, in which a pivot point 69 of an intermediate lever 46 is slidably mounted. The intermediate lever 46 is pivoted about a pivot point 65 on the mounting plate 41 of the fastening device 2 . The locking device 14 is linearly displaceable relative to the mounting plate 41 . The intermediate lever 64 interacts with the locking device 14 on the one hand via the pivot point 65 designed as a bolt and on the other hand via a further bolt 67 arranged on the intermediate lever 64 . The bolts 65 and 67 engage in guideways 68 and 66 which are formed in the locking device 14, a.

The locking device 14 has a locking contour 27 for the furniture fitting 9--in this case linear in design.

The intermediate lever 64 is acted upon not only by the spring 21 but also by a tension spring 63 .

A cover plate 62 which is arranged on the mounting plate 41 should also be pointed out.

In comparison to the furniture fitting 8 , the furniture fitting 9 has only one fastening element 47 . In addition, the furniture fitting 9 does not interact with the fastening device 2 via a transverse bolt 48 but via a pin 78 .

How in particular from a comparison of Figures 8a and 8b 9a and 9b, when the catch lever 23 of the catch device 10 moves, the locking device 14 moves backwards via the spring guide 56 acting as a transmission lever, the springs 21 and 63, the intermediate lever 64 and the bolts 65 and 67 mounted in the guideways 66 and 68 pushed up. The furniture fitting 9 or the pin 78 is locked by the locking contour 27, so that the locking device 14 prevents accidental release of the furniture fitting 9 from the fastening device 2.

The locking device 14 together with the locking device 13 can be moved back into the original release position via the unlocking device 50 and the coupling mechanism 56, 64, 66, 68, 65, 67, 63 and 21 arranged between the safety gear 10 and the locking device 14.

The Figures 10a to 13b show a third embodiment of the fastening device 3. The functioning of this fastening device 3 essentially corresponds to the functioning of the fastening device 1 according to the first embodiment.

A significant difference lies in the design of the coupling device 17, 19 for coupling the movement of the locking device 15 or the locking lever 32 with the movement of the safety device 11 or the safety lever 24. In this case, the actuating contour 19 points to the coupling section 35 adjacent open end 39 on. If the adjusting body 17 is outside of the adjusting contour 19, the movements are decoupled from one another (cf Figures 10a to 11b ). If the adjusting body 17 enters the coupling section 35 at the open end 39 and the adjusting body 17 moves along the coupling section 35, the movements are coupled to one another.

In this case, the transverse bolt 48 is also locked via a curved locking contour 28 formed on the locking lever 32.

In this exemplary embodiment, too, the adjusting body 17 moves along a guide contour 45 which is formed in a mounting plate 42 .

The Figures 14a to 19b 12 show a fourth exemplary embodiment of the fastening device 4. The functioning of this fastening device 4 essentially corresponds to the functioning of the fastening devices 1 and 3 according to the first and third exemplary embodiment.

A special feature of this exemplary embodiment is that, in addition to a guide contour 46 in a mounting plate 43 for guiding the carrier body 17, there is also a catch lever setting contour 71 for guiding a driver 72 arranged on the catch lever 25 of the catch device 12.

In this exemplary embodiment, the movement of locking lever 33 of locking device 16 and the movement of catch lever 25 of catch device 12 are coupled not only via adjusting body 17 and adjusting contour 20, which includes a coupling section 36 and a decoupling section 38, but also when the intended release of the Furniture fitting from the fastening device 4 by means of the unlocking device 50 via the driver 72, which comes into contact with an outer contour 80 of the catch lever 25 during the movement of the catch lever 25 from the locking position into the ready position, whereby the locking lever 33 is also moved.

The Figures 20a to 22b 12 show a fifth embodiment of a fastening device 81 according to the invention. This embodiment is very similar to the second embodiment. It differs in the design of the upper part for fastening the furniture fitting 9. When the furniture fitting 8 is fitted, the catch lever 23 of the catch device 10 is pivoted under the influence of the spring 21 from the over-dead-point position about the axis of rotation 22. In the process, the spring guide 56 is also pivoted about the support point 92 . At the end of the spring guide 56 there is a guide track 70 in which a pivot point 69 of an intermediate lever 87 is movably mounted. The pivoting of the spring guide 56 tilts the intermediate lever 87 about the pivot point 88 . As a result, a locking lever 85 of a locking device 82 is pivoted about an axis of rotation 84 via a bolt 90, which is mounted in a guideway 89, so that the locking lever 85 comes to rest with a curved locking contour 83 on the pin 78 of the furniture fitting 9. The bolt 90 is arranged on the locking lever 85 and the guideway 89 on the intermediate lever 87 . At the same time, the bolt 90 is guided by a guide track 91 which is formed in the mounting plate 86 .

When the locking lever 85 moves from the release position into the locking position, the tension spring 63 is tensioned. The force stored in the tension spring 63 supports the reverse movement of the locking lever 85 from the locking position to the release position when the furniture fittings 8 and 9 are intended to be released from the fastening device 81 by means of the unlocking device 50.

Claims (14)

1. A securing device (1, 2, 3, 4, 81) for detachably securing a front panel (5) to a drawer (6), in particular a drawer side wall (7), comprising

   - at least one furniture fitting (8, 9) which can be pre-mounted to the front panel (5),

   - at least one catch device (10, 11, 12) associated with the drawer (6) for the at least one furniture fitting (8), wherein the at least one catch device (10, 11, 12) upon insertion of the at least one furniture fitting (8) receives same and automatically pulls it towards the drawer (6),

   - at least one locking device (13, 14, 15, 16, 82) which prevents unintentional detachment of the at least one furniture fitting (8, 9) from the securing device (1, 2, 3, 4, 81), and

   - a coupling device (17, 18, 19, 20) for coupling the movement of the at least one locking device (13, 14, 15, 16, 82) to the movement of the at least one catch device (10, 11, 12),

   wherein the coupling device (17, 18, 19, 20) has at least one adjusting body (17) and at least one adjusting contour (18, 19, 20), in or on which the at least one adjusting body (17) is or can be arranged, wherein the at least one adjusting body (17) is arranged on the at least one catch device (10, 11, 12) and the at least one adjusting contour (18, 19, 20) is arranged on the at least one locking device (13, 15, 16), or vice-versa, and wherein the at least one adjusting contour (18, 19, 20) is of such a configuration that the movement of the at least one locking device (13, 14, 15, 16, 82) is only temporarily coupled to the movement of the at least one catch device (10, 11, 12) upon insertion of the at least one furniture fitting (8),

   wherein the at least one locking device (13, 14, 15, 16, 82) is moveable into a release position in which the at least one furniture fitting (8, 9) is moveable freely with respect to the at least one locking device (13, 14, 15, 16, 82) and into a locking position in which unintentional detachment of the at least one furniture fitting (8, 9) from the securing device (1, 2, 3, 4, 81) is prevented, characterized in that the at least one locking device (13, 15, 16, 82) has a locking lever (31, 32, 33, 85) pivotable about an axis of rotation (30, 84).
2. The securing device (1, 2, 3, 4, 81) according to claim 1, wherein the securing device (1, 2, 3, 4, 81) includes at least one spring (21) and the at least one catch device (10, 11, 12) upon insertion of the at least one furniture fitting (8) automatically pulls same towards the drawer (6) by the force of the at least one spring (21).
3. The securing device (1, 2, 3, 4, 81) according to claim 1 or claim 2, wherein the at least one catch device (10, 11, 12) is moveable into a readiness position in which the at least one catch device (10, 11, 12) is ready to receive the at least one furniture fitting (8) upon insertion thereof and into at least one drive position in which the at least one catch device (10, 11, 12) pulls the at least one furniture fitting (8) after it has been received automatically towards the drawer (6), preferably wherein the at least one catch device (10, 11, 12) has a catch lever (23, 24, 25) pivotable about an axis of rotation (22).
4. The securing device (1, 2, 3, 4, 81) according to one of the claims 1 to 3, wherein the at least one locking device (13, 14, 15, 16, 82) includes a preferably curved locking contour (26, 27, 28, 29, 83) which can be arranged on the at least one furniture fitting (8, 9) to prevent unintended detachment of the at least one furniture fitting (8, 9) from the securing device (1, 2, 3, 4, 81), preferably wherein the at least one furniture fitting (8, 9) can be clamped by the locking contour (26, 27, 28, 29, 83).
5. The securing device (1, 2, 3, 4, 81) according to one of the claims 1 to 4, wherein the at least one adjusting body (17) is in the form of a pin, preferably with an enlarged head.
6. The securing device (1, 2, 3, 4, 81) according to one of the claims 1 to 5, wherein the at least one adjusting contour (18, 19, 20) has at least one coupling portion (34, 35, 36), by way of which the movement of the at least one locking device (13, 14, 15, 16, 82) upon insertion of the at least one furniture fitting (8, 9) can be coupled to the movement of the at least one catch device (10, 11, 12) .
7. The securing device (1, 2, 3, 4, 81) according to claim 6, wherein

   - the at least one adjusting contour (18, 20) has at least one uncoupling portion (37, 38) separate from the coupling portion (34, 36) for uncoupling the movement of the at least one locking device (13, 14, 16, 82) from the movement of the at least one catch device (10, 12) upon insertion of the at least one furniture fitting (8, 9), preferably wherein the at least one coupling portion (34, 36) and the at least one uncoupling portion (37, 38) are angled relative to each other, or

   - the at least one adjusting contour (19) has an open end (39) adjoining the at least one coupling portion (35).
8. The securing device (1, 2, 3, 4, 81) according to one of the claims 1 to 7, wherein the securing device (1, 2, 3, 4, 81) has at least one mounting plate (40, 41, 42, 43, 86), at least one guide contour (44, 45, 46) is formed in the at least one mounting plate (40, 41, 42, 43, 86) and the at least one adjusting body (17) is mounted displaceably in or on the at least one guide contour (44, 45, 46).
9. The securing device (1, 2, 3, 4, 81) according to one of the claims 1 to 8, wherein the at least one furniture fitting (8, 9) has at least one securing element (47) for mounting the at least one furniture fitting (8, 9) to the front panel (5), and/or a transverse pin (48) or a projection (78) which cooperates with the at least one catch device (10, 11, 12) and/or the at least one locking device (13, 14, 15, 16, 82).
10. The securing device (1, 2, 3, 4, 81) according to one of the claims 1 to 9, wherein the at least one furniture fitting (8) is of an asymmetrical configuration in relation to a notional central plane (49) .
11. The securing device (1, 2, 3, 4, 81) according to one of the claims 1 to 10, wherein the securing device (1, 2, 3, 4, 81) has

    - an unlocking device (50) for the at least one locking device (13, 14, 15, 16, 82), which permits intentional release of the at least one furniture fitting (8, 9) from the securing device (1, 2, 3, 4, 81), wherein the unlocking device (50) withdraws the at least one locking device (13, 14, 15, 16, 82) from the at least one furniture fitting (8, 9) and releases the at least one furniture fitting (8, 9), preferably wherein the unlocking device (50) has a tool receiving means accessible from the exterior for a tool, by way of which tool receiving means the unlocking device (50) is actuable, and/or

    - a height adjusting device (51) and/or a side adjusting device (52) for the front panel (5).
12. An arrangement comprising a drawer (6), a front panel (5) and at least one securing device (1, 2, 3, 4, 81) for detachably securing the front panel (5) to the drawer (6) according to one of the claims 1 to 11, preferably wherein the drawer (6) includes an at least region-wise hollow drawer side wall (7) and the at least one securing device (1, 2, 3, 4, 81) is arranged for the predominant part in the at least one drawer side wall (7).
13. An article of furniture comprising at least one arrangement according to claim 12.
14. A method of securing a front panel (5) to a drawer (6), in particular to a drawer side wall (7), by means of at least one securing device (1, 2, 3, 4, 81) according to one of the claims 1 to 11, wherein

    - in a first method step at least one furniture fitting (8, 9) is mounted to the front panel (5),

    - in a second method step the at least one furniture fitting (8) is received by the at least one catch device (10, 11, 12) and automatically pulled towards the drawer (6), wherein the movement of the at least one catch device (10, 11, 12) and the movement of the at least one locking device (13, 14, 15, 16, 82) are initially uncoupled and are then coupled together by way of the coupling device (17, 18, 19, 20), and

    - in a third method step unintentional detachment of the at least one furniture fitting (8, 9) from the securing device (1, 2, 3, 4, 81) is prevented by means of the at least one locking device (13, 14, 15, 16, 82).
