Claims (10)
- Limiteur de pression de sécurité (10) comportant une partie de réception de pression (11) qui est adaptée pour être raccordée hydrauliquement à une conduite de fluide (12) transportant un fluide, dans lequella partie de réception de pression (11) comprend un élément de piston (14), qui est adapté pour pouvoir être déplacé par coulissement dans une direction longitudinale (13), et un disque à encliquetage (17), qui est déformable entre un état métastable (15) et un état stable (16) au moyen de l'élément de piston (14), le disque à encliquetage (17) étant amené de l'état métastable (15) à l'état stable (16) par l'élément de piston (14) lorsqu'une pression maximale prédéterminée du fluide est dépassée,comprenant en outreun boîtier (18),caractérisé en ce quele limiteur de pression de sécurité (10) comprend en outre un élément de verrouillage (19) qui est adapté pour pouvoir être déplacé par coulissement dans la direction longitudinale (13) et qui s'appuie contre le côté du disque à encliquetage (17) détourné du fluide, ainsi qu'un élément de mise en contact (20), qui est adapté pour pouvoir être déplacé par coulissement sous la précontrainte d'un ressort dans une direction transversale (22) afin d'ouvrir au moins un point de contact électrique (21) et qui comprend un évidement de verrouillage (23) dans lequel l'élément de verrouillage (19), dans une position de verrouillage, si le disque à encliquetage (17) est dans l'état métastable (15), s'engage par coopération de forme au moins partielle et verrouille l'élément de mise en contact (20) sous la précontrainte d'un ressort dans une position fermée dudit au moins un point de contact électrique (21), etl'élément de verrouillage (19) est adapté, si le disque à encliquetage (17) est dans l'état stable (16), pour dégager l'évidement de verrouillage (23), dans une position de libération de l'élément de verrouillage (19), de telle sorte que l'élément de mise en contact (20) se déplace automatiquement dans une position ouverte dudit au moins un point de contact électrique (21) dans la direction transversale (22) sous la précontrainte du ressort.
- Limiteur de pression de sécurité (10) selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre un élément d'actionnement (24) adapté pour pouvoir être déplacé dans la direction longitudinale (13) pour ramener l'élément de verrouillage (19) de la position de libération à la position de verrouillage, l'élément d'actionnement (24) étant raccordé à une extrémité libre (26) de l'élément de verrouillage (19) par un ressort de compression (25).
- Limiteur de pression de sécurité (10) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'actionnement (24) est agencé sur le boîtier (18) du limiteur de pression de sécurité (10) de telle façon que la course de coulissement de l'élément d'actionnement (24) est limitée à rencontre de la direction longitudinale (13).
- Limiteur de pression de sécurité (10) selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier (18) et une partie de l'élément d'actionnement (24) présentent des surfaces de butée finale (27) pour la limitation de la course de coulissement.
- Limiteur de pression de sécurité (10) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la limitation de la course de coulissement est dimensionnée de telle sorte que la course de coulissement maximale de l'élément d'actionnement (24) est inférieure à la course de ressort maximale du ressort de compression (25).
- Limiteur de pression de sécurité (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de mise en contact (20) présente au moins trois points de contact (21) pour former un interrupteur triphasé omnipolaire.
- Limiteur de pression de sécurité (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de piston (14) et/ou l'élément de verrouillage (19) s'appuient chacun au moins sensiblement au centre contre le disque à encliquetage (17).
- Limiteur de pression de sécurité (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de piston (14) et/ou l'élément de verrouillage (19) s'appuient chacun au moins sensiblement en affleurement contre le disque à encliquetage (17).
- Limiteur de pression de sécurité (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de verrouillage (19) est configuré et adapté en une seule pièce.
- Chauffe-eau instantané électrique comprenantau moins une conduite de fluide (12) transportant un fluide sous la forme d'un agencement de canaux (28) avec au moins un canal de chauffage chauffé électriquement,caractérisé en ce quele chauffe-eau instantané comprend un limiteur de pression de sécurité (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, dans lequel la partie de réception de pression (11) est raccordée hydrauliquement à la conduite de fluide (12) de l'agencement de canaux (28) et l'élément de mise en contact est électriquement intercalé entre le raccordement à la tension secteur et ledit au moins un canal de chauffage électrique et/ou une entrée de tension de service du chauffe-eau instantané.
