  • Transport pallets are widely used in the transport of piece goods. They are mainly made of wood, but can also be made of plastic and have a plate or several mutually parallel and interconnected slats that form a transport surface for goods to be transported. • FR 3 039 177 A1 known to build a wall from several transport pallets.
  • the invention is based on the idea of using the first feed-through channels in the spacer blocks to create a way of connecting a number of transport pallets that is as simple as it is stable, so that they can be joined together without great effort using connecting rods and other connecting elements. Description

The invention relates to a modular system with several transport pallets and a construction created with such a modular system.

Transport pallets are widely used in the transport of piece goods. They are mainly made of wood, but can also be made of plastic and have a plate or several mutually parallel and interconnected slats that form a transport surface for goods to be transported. On an underside facing away from the transport surface, cuboid spacer blocks are arranged, between which gaps remain free, into which an industrial truck, such as a forklift, can engage in order to lift the pallet. The spacer blocks can also be connected to one another by means of a further plate or further slats on the side which faces away from the plate or slats spanning the transport surface. Such transport pallets can often carry transport goods of considerable weight and therefore bring with them a high level of stability from the outset. In addition, there is a need for easy-to-manufacture and inexpensive constructions, for example in trade fair construction. Transport pallets whose spacer blocks are provided with first through-channels running in a first spatial direction and with second through-channels running transversely to these in a second spatial direction FR 2 311 721 A1 known, wherein the second feed-through channels run eccentrically through the outer surfaces of the spacer blocks. Also from the JP H07 291287 A are transport pallets with first feed-through channels in their spacer blocks known. The through-channels are each used to connect transport pallets for the purpose of increasing their transport areas. From the DE 20 2012 103 663 U1 a transport pallet is known whose spacer blocks are provided with locks. Finally it is from the FR 3 039 177 A1 known to build a wall from several transport pallets.

It is therefore the object of the invention to create a modular system in which transport pallets can be better assembled as structural or structural elements.

This object is achieved according to the invention by a modular system with the features of claim 1. Advantageous developments of the invention are the subject matter of the dependent claims.

The invention is based on the idea of using the first feed-through channels in the spacer blocks to create a way of connecting a number of transport pallets that is as simple as it is stable, so that they can be joined together without great effort using connecting rods and other connecting elements. It can be sufficient if part of the spacer blocks is provided with the first feed-through channels. However, it is preferred that all spacer blocks are provided with a first feed-through channel for connecting rods, each extending parallel to the transport surface from one outer surface to the outer surface facing away from this, the first feed-through channels each extending in a first spatial direction.

The invention provides that at least some of the spacer blocks and preferably all spacer blocks are each provided with a second feed-through channel for connecting rods, which extends parallel to the transport surface from one outer surface to the outer surface facing away from the latter, with the second feed-through channels each running in a direction transverse to the first spatial direction extend second spatial direction, wherein the two spatial directions are preferably perpendicular to each other. In addition, it is also possible that at least one spacer block is only provided with a first feed-through channel and at least one further spacer block is only provided with a second feed-through channel. All other combinations of spacer blocks with first and/or second feed-through channels are also conceivable. Furthermore, it is possible that the first and the second feed-through channel do not intersect with a part of the spacer blocks or with all spacer blocks, so that two connecting rods can run transversely to one another through the same spacer block. It is also provided that the feed-through channels at least partially through the centers of the relevant outer surfaces of the Run spacer blocks and then intersect the first and the second passage channel of the relevant spacer blocks. In the manner described above, standard transport pallets can be converted into transport pallets for the modular system according to the invention by simply drilling the feed-through channels in the spacer blocks. Standard transport pallets made of wood with solid spacer blocks are particularly suitable for this, but transport pallets made of plastic or metal are also suitable.

To connect two pallets, connecting rods are used, which are pushed through the feed-through channels. Furthermore, connecting elements are provided in order to connect connecting rods to one another, preferably releasably, in particular to connect connecting rods running parallel to one another in pairs. The connecting elements can have through-openings for passing through the connecting rods and, for example, be connecting plates with at least two through-openings for passing through two connecting rods running parallel to one another, the through-openings then expediently also running parallel to one another. In this way, structures can be built from a modular system consisting of several transport pallets, connecting rods and connecting elements, for example wall and/or floor elements, which can be used primarily in trade fair construction or elsewhere. Building-like constructions can also be erected from such wall or floor elements. Finally, pieces of furniture can also be built with such a modular system. These wall elements, floor elements and pieces of furniture can have several identical or different transport pallets.

In Figure 1a - f six different forms of wooden transport pallets are shown. Figure 1a shows a transport pallet 10a, which has a transport surface 14 spanned by seven slats 12 running parallel to one another. Arranged on an underside facing away from the transport surface 14 are six spacer blocks 16 whose bottom surfaces facing away from the transport surface 14 are in turn connected to one another by means of slats 18 on the underside. Between the spacer blocks 16 there are gaps 20 into which a forklift can engage to lift the transport pallet 10a.

The transport pallet 10b according to Figure 1b differs from the above description only in that the transport surface 14 is formed only by five mutually parallel slats 12, while the transport pallet 10c according to FIG Figure 1c has only three such slats 12, which at a greater distance are arranged to each other. The transport pallet 10d according to Figure 1d has a plate 22 spanning the transport surface 14 instead of the slats 12 . The transport pallet 10e according to Figure 1e has only two slats 12 spanning the transport surface 14, which are also arranged at the greatest possible distance from one another, so that a type of window opening 24 remains free between the slats 12. Finally, the two point in Figure 1f The transport pallets 10f shown also have only two slats 12 running parallel to one another at a distance and are also open towards one end, so that they are U-shaped when viewed from above. Two such transport pallets 10f placed against each other result in a kind of door opening 26, as in Figure 1f shown.

Figur 2 zeigt dies im Detail an einem der Abstandsklötze 16.What all transport pallets 10a to 10f have in common is that the spacer blocks 16 are each provided with first and second feed-through channels 28, 30, as shown in detail for the transport pallet 10a in figure 2 shown. First feed-through channels 28 extend through each spacer block 16 from an outer surface 32 to the outer surface 32 facing away from it in a first spatial direction 34 parallel to the transport surface 14. Second feed-through channels 30 extend through each of the spacer blocks 16 from one of its outer surfaces 32 to the outer surface facing away from it 32 in a second spatial direction 36 running orthogonally to the first spatial direction 34 parallel to the transport surface 14. In the exemplary embodiments shown here, the feed-through channels 28, 30 run through the centers of the outer surfaces 32 and intersect inside the spacer blocks 16. figure 2 shows this in detail on one of the spacer blocks 16.

The through-channels 28, 30 are intended to connect several transport pallets 10a to 10f with one another. For this purpose, connecting rods 38 are passed through them, which can thus already connect several adjoining transport pallets 10a to 10f to one another. Connections are also possible in which connecting rods 38 running parallel to one another are connected to one another by means of connecting elements.

An ihrem unteren Ende sind die Verbindungsstangen 38 zudem mittels Abschlussplatten 46 an den Verbindungsplatten 42 fixiert. figure 3 shows a wall element 40, which consists of two walls arranged at right angles to one another and each formed from a transport pallet 10a, wherein two connecting rods 38 running parallel to one another are connected to one another at an upper and a lower wall end by a respective connecting plate 42, in that the connecting plates 42 each have two through-openings 44 which run parallel to one another and through which the connecting rods 38 are passed. At their lower end, the connecting rods 38 are also fixed to the connecting plates 42 by means of end plates 46 .

Die Transportpalette 10e bildet dabei eine Fensteröffnung 24 in der Wand 48b. figure 4 shows another, larger wall element 48, which is made up of eleven transport pallets 10a and one transport pallet 10e, with three rows of transport pallets 10a, 10e always being arranged one above the other to form each of the walls 48a, 48b arranged at right angles to one another. The transport pallets 10a, 10e standing on top of one another are connected to one another by means of connecting rods 38. In addition, there is a connection with the transport pallets 10a, 10e arranged next to it, as with reference to FIG figure 3 described by connecting plates 42 arranged on an upper side and an underside and end plates 46 arranged on the underside. The transport pallet 10e forms a window opening 24 in the wall 48b.

Figur 5 zeigt einen Zaun 50, der durch drei nebeneinander angeordnete Transportpaletten 10a gebildet wird, welche mittels Verbindungsstangen 38 und die Verbindungsstangen 38 an ihren oberen Enden miteinander verbindende Handgriffe 52 sowie die unteren Enden der Verbindungsstangen 38 miteinander verbindenden Füßen 54 miteinander verbunden sind. figure 5 shows a fence 50, which is formed by three transport pallets 10a arranged next to one another, which are connected to one another by means of connecting rods 38 and handles 52 connecting the connecting rods 38 to one another at their upper ends, and feet 54 connecting the lower ends of the connecting rods 38 to one another.

Rückenlehnen bildenden Rohren 60 aufgebaut sind. figure 6 shows a table 56 whose table top is formed by two transport pallets 10a and whose table legs are formed by two transport pallets 10e. In the case of the table 56, too, the transport pallets 10a, 10e are connected to one another by means of connecting rods 38 which are passed through the feed-through channels 28, 30. Finally shows figure 7 three different pieces of furniture 58a, 58b, 58c (benches 58a, 58b and coffee table 58c), each of a transport pallet according to 10d Figure 1d , connecting rods 38 and tubes 60 connected to the connecting rods 38 and forming feet or backrests.

Figur 8 und Figur 9 zeigen jeweils eine Wand mit mindestens einer Transportpalette 10g bzw 10h, welche sich von den Transportpaletten 10a bis 10f der oben beschriebenen Ausführungsbeispiele vor allem in einem Punkt unterscheiden: die Abstandsklötze 16 weisen jeweils nur entweder einen ersten Durchführkanal 28 oder einen zweiten Durchführkanal 30 auf. figure 8 and figure 9 each show a wall with at least one transport pallet 10g or 10h, which differs from the transport pallets 10a to 10f of the exemplary embodiments described above in one point in particular: the spacer blocks 16 each only have either a first feed-through channel 28 or a second feed-through channel 30.

Die Pfosten 64 umrahmen die Transportpalette 10g und können auf einem Untergrund aufgestellt und/oder in diesem verankert werden. figure 8 shows a wall 62 not according to the invention with a transport pallet 10g, the spacer blocks of which each have a first feed-through channel 28. Every two of the four spacer blocks 16 are connected to a post 64 by means of connecting rods 38 pushed through the first feed-through channels, which are prevented from slipping out by screws 66 screwed on at the ends. The posts 64 frame the transport pallet 10g and can be set up on a base and/or anchored in it.

Die ersten Durchführkanäle 28 dienen dem Verbinden zweier Transportpaletten 10h miteinander, indem durch sie Verbindungsstangen 38 durchgesteckt und mittels endseitig aufgeschraubten Schrauben 66 fixiert werden. figure 9 shows a wall 68 with two transport pallets 10h, each of which has three spacer blocks 16 with a first feed-through channel 28 and one spacer block 16 with a second feed-through channel 30. The wall 68 rests on two feet 70, which are each fastened to one of the transport pallets 10h by means of a connecting rod 38 which is passed through one of the second feed-through channels 40 and is fixed to the relevant spacer block by means of a screw 66 screwed onto the end. The first feed-through channels 28 are used to connect two transport pallets 10h to one another by inserting connecting rods 38 through them and fixing them by means of screws 66 screwed on at the ends.

It goes without saying that the walls 62, 68 in figure 8 , 9 can also be constructed from transport pallets whose spacer blocks each identify first and second feed-through channels.
