Claims (7)
- Four comprenant un système destiné à la dispersion d'agents chimiques, comprenant :un tube (4) destiné à injecter de l'eau de telle sorte que ladite eau est dissoute avec l'agent chimique (1) ;un ventilateur (10) destiné à distribuer le mélange d'eau et d'agent chimique (1) dans une zone de production de chaleur (11) et une zone de cuisson (12) du four ; etledit tube (4) destiné à injecter de l'eau et ledit ventilateur (10) étant des moyens destinés à rincer le mélange d'eau et d'agent chimique (1) ;dans lequel ledit agent chimique (1) est placé dans au moins un récipient (2), formant un collecteur (6),caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un récipient (2) comprend des trous supérieurs (7) pour l'entrée d'eau, et un trou de trop-plein (8) raccordé à un conduit (9), qui conduit le mélange d'eau et d'agent chimique (1) depuis l'au moins un récipient (2) jusqu'au ventilateur (10), dispersant le mélange dans la zone de production de chaleur (11) et la zone de cuisson (12) du four.
- Four selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit tube (4) destiné à injecter de l'eau est actionné à l'aide d'une électrovanne (5) destinée à la dissolution de l'eau avec l'agent chimique (1) et au rinçage du mélange d'eau et d'agent chimique (1).
- Four selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit ventilateur (10) est un ventilateur de convection.
- Four selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le tube (4) destiné à l'injection d'eau comprend un déflecteur (14) destiné à faire dévier l'eau afin qu'elle atteigne la totalité de la zone de production de chaleur (11) et de la zone de cuisson (12) du four.
- Four selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le tube (4) destiné à l'injection d'eau comprend un trou de sortie (13) situé entre la zone de production de chaleur (11) et la zone de cuisson (12) du four.
- Four selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la zone de cuisson (12) du four comprend une ouverture (15) située dans la partie supérieure de celle-ci qui reçoit le flux d'air produit par ledit ventilateur (10).
- Four selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit au moins un récipient (2) comprend une bordure (3).
