  • the invention thus conceived therefore attains the pre-established objects.
  • the claimed configuration of the two levers 19', 19" allows easily rotating the levers 19', 19” into open position in order to insert the first end 4 of the winder roller 3 and to subsequently bring the levers 19', 19” into closed position where they define the seat 21 which supports the first end 4, thus allowing an easy installation of the winder roller 3.
  • the end stop of the levers 19', 19" in closed position in particular by means of the meeting of the abutment portions 32 of the levers 19', 19", allows firmly blocking the levers 19', 19", allowing them to support winder rollers even of high weight.

Claims (10)

  1. Rollo (1), das Folgendes umfasst:
    - eine Tragstruktur (2), die dazu bestimmt ist, an einem lasttragenden Element befestigt zu werden;
    - mindestens eine Wickelwelle (3), die um eine Drehachse (X) drehbar an der genannten Tragstruktur (2) befestigt ist und entlang der genannten Drehachse (X) zwischen einem ersten Ende (4) und einem zweiten Ende (5) verläuft, die an der genannten Tragstruktur (2) befestigt sind;
    - mindestens ein Gewebe (7), das mit einem an der genannten Wickelwelle (3) befestigten ersten Rand ausgestattet und geeignet ist, um die genannte Wickelwelle (3) gewickelt zu werden;
    - mindestens eine Haltevorrichtung (16), die an der genannten Tragstruktur (2) befestigt ist und das erste Ende (4) der genannten Wickelwelle (3) lagert;
    wobei die genannte Haltevorrichtung (16) einen an der genannten Tragstruktur (2) befestigten Haltekörper (17) umfasst, der von der genannten Drehachse (X) geschnitten wird;
    wobei die genannte Haltevorrichtung (16) außerdem ein erstes Rückhalteelement (190') und ein zweites Rückhalteelement (190") umfasst, die auf dem genannten Haltekörper (17) angeordnet sind;
    wobei das genannte erste Rückhalteelement (190') einen ersten Hebel (19') umfasst, der drehbar an dem genannten Haltekörper (17) um eine erste Schwenkachse (Y') parallel zu der genannten Drehachse (X) befestigt und mit einem Rückhalteabschnitt (20) ausgestattet ist; wobei der genannte erste Hebel (19') für die Drehung zwischen Folgendem ausgelegt ist:
    - einer offenen Position, in der der Rückhalteabschnitt (20) des genannten ersten Hebels (19') von dem genannten zweiten Rückhalteelement (190") weggedreht ist, um es dem ersten Ende (4) der genannten Wickelwelle (3) zu gestatten, zwischen dem genannten ersten Hebel (19') und dem genannten zweiten Rückhalteelement (190") zu verlaufen;
    - und einer geschlossenen Position, in der der Rückhalteabschnitt (20) des genannten ersten Hebels (19') näher an das genannte zweite Rückhalteelement (190") gedreht ist und mit dem genannten zweiten Rückhalteelement (190") einen Sitz (21) an der genannten Drehachse (X) begrenzt und in diesem Sitz (21) das erste Ende (4) der genannten Wickelwelle (3) untergebracht ist;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rückhalteabschnitt (20) des genannten ersten Hebels (19') mit einer gegenüberliegenden Fläche (37) ausgestattet ist, gegen die, wenn der genannte erste Hebel (19') sich in geschlossener Position befindet, das genannte erste Ende (4) geeignet ist, anschlagend zu wirken und so den genannten ersten Hebel (19') in Richtung der genannten geschlossenen Position zu bringen.
  2. Rollo (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der genannte erste Hebel (19') mit einem Anschlagsabschnitt (32) ausgestattet ist, der, bei genanntem erstem Hebel (19') in genannter geschlossener Position, gegen das genannte zweite Rückhalteelement (190") anschlägt.
  3. Rollo (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der genannte erste Hebel (19') in einer ersten Drehrichtung (V1) gedreht werden kann, um in Richtung der genannten geschlossenen Position bewegt zu werden, und in einer entgegengesetzten zweiten Drehrichtung (V2), um in Richtung der genannten offenen Position bewegt zu werden;
    wobei bei genanntem erstem Hebel (19') in genannter geschlossener Position der Anschlagsabschnitt (32) des genannten ersten Hebels (19') gegen das genannte zweite Rückhalteelement (190") anschlägt und so die Drehung des genannten ersten Hebels (19') in der genannten ersten Drehrichtung (V1) sperrt.
  4. Rollo (1) nach einem beliebigen der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der genannte Haltekörper (17) mit Folgendem ausgestattet ist.
    - einem Außenrand (27), der um die genannte Drehachse (X) verläuft;
    - einer Einsetzführung (28), die von einer Eintrittsöffnung (29) hergestellt auf dem genannten Außenrand (27) verläuft und so verläuft, dass sie die genannte Drehachse (X) schneidet, wobei in diese Einsetzführung (28) das erste Ende (4) der genannten Wickelwelle (3) eingesetzt ist;
    wobei der genannte Rückhalteabschnitt (20) des genannten ersten Hebels (19') entlang der genannten Einsetzführung (28) angeordnet ist;
    wobei bei dem genannten ersten Hebel (19') in der genannten offenen Position der Rückhalteabschnitt (20) des genannten ersten Hebels (19') von der Eintrittsöffnung (29) der genannten Einsetzführung (28) weggedreht ist, um es dem ersten Ende (4) der genannten Wickelwelle (3) zu gestatten, entlang der genannten Einsetzführung (28) zu verlaufen, und bei genanntem ersten Hebel (19') in genannter geschlossener Position der Rückhalteabschnitt (20) des genannten ersten Hebels (19') näher an die Eintrittsöffnung (29) der genannten Einsetzführung (28) und in Richtung des genannten zweiten Rückhalteelements (190") gedreht ist.
  5. Rollo (1) nach Anspruch 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gegenüberliegende Fläche (37) des Rückhalteabschnitts (20) des genannten ersten Hebels (19'), bei genanntem ersten Hebel (19') in geschlossener Position, zwischen dem ersten Ende (4) der genannten Wickelwelle(3) und der Eintrittsöffnung (29) der genannten Einsetzführung (28) angeordnet ist und das genannte erste Ende (4) geeignet ist, gegen diese gegenüberliegende Fläche (37) anschlagend zu wirken und so den Anschlagsabschnitt (32) gegen das genannte zweite Rückhalteelement (190") zu bringen, um die Drehung des genannten ersten Hebels (19') in der genannten ersten Drehrichtung (V1) zu sperren.
  6. Rollo (1) nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannte Einsetzführung (28) mit einem Endabschnitt (38) ausgestattet ist, der über die Drehachse (X) der genannten Wickelwelle (3) hinaus von der genannten Eintrittsöffnung (29) weg verläuft.
  7. Rollo (1) nach einem beliebigen der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Haltevorrichtung (16) auf dem genannten Haltekörper (17) montierte elastische Mittel (40) umfasst, die mindestens auf den genannten ersten Hebel (19') wirken, und diese elastischen Mittel (40) dazu angeordnet sind, den genannten ersten Hebel (19') in Richtung der genannten geschlossenen Position zu bewegen.
  8. Rollo (1) nach einem beliebigen der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der genannte erste Hebel (19') einen elastisch nachgiebigen Sperrabschnitt (42) umfasst, der sich bei genanntem erstem Hebel (19') in genannter geschlossener Position infolge elastischer Verformung mit dem genannten Haltekörper (17) in Eingriff befindet.
  9. Rollo (1) nach einem beliebigen der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rückhalteabschnitt (20) des genannten ersten Hebels (19') mit einer konkaven Oberfläche (36) ausgestattet ist, die in Richtung des genannten zweiten Rückhalteelements (190") gerichtet ist; wobei bei dem genannten ersten Hebel (19') in genannter geschlossener Position die genannte konkave Oberfläche (36) mit dem genannten zweiten Rückhalteelement (190") den genannten Sitz (21) begrenzt, in den das erste Ende (4) der genannten Wickelwelle (3) eingesetzt ist.
  10. Rollo (1) nach einem beliebigen der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte zweite Rückhalteelement (190") einen zweiten Hebel (19") umfasst, der drehbar an dem genannten Haltekörper (17) um eine zweite Schwenkachse (Y") parallel zu der genannten Drehachse (X) befestigt und mit einem Rückhalteabschnitt (20) ausgestattet ist, der vor dem Rückhalteabschnitt (20) des genannten ersten Hebels (19') angeordnet ist;
    wobei der genannte erste und zweite Hebel (19', 19") darauf ausgelegt sind, zwischen Folgendem zu drehen:
    - der genannten offenen Position, in der die Rückhalteabschnitte (20) des genannten ersten und zweiten Hebels (19', 19") von einander weggedreht sind, um es dem ersten Ende (4) der genannten Wickelwelle (3) zu gestatten, zwischen dem genannten ersten und zweiten Hebel (19', 19") zu verlaufen;
    - und der genannten geschlossenen Position, in der die Rückhalteabschnitte (20) des genannten ersten und zweiten Hebels (19', 19") näher zueinander gedreht sind und zwischen sich den genannten Sitz (21) an der genannten Drehachse (X) begrenzen.
