Claims (13)

  1. Dispositif de blocage (D) pour une poignée d'ouverture (2) comprenant un organe de blocage (6) et une vis (15), ledit organe de blocage (6) étant monté sur ladite vis (15), dans lequel ledit organe de blocage (6) comprend au moins deux branches (7a) et (7b) qui sont parallèles et reliées au niveau de leur extrémité arrière par une base (8), caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité avant de l'une des deux branches (7a, 7b) étant liée à un bras (17) s'étendant parallèlement aux deux branches (7a) et (7b), ledit bras (17) comprenant au moins une extension (18a, 18b) à angles droits par rapport audit bras (17).
  2. Dispositif (D) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que lesdites branches (7a) et (7b) et ledit bras (17) se trouvent sur deux plans parallèles.
  3. Dispositif (D) selon l'une ou l'autre des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que chaque extrémité avant desdites branches (7a) et (7b) dudit organe de blocage (6) comprend un ergot (11a, 11b), agencés à angles droits par rapport auxdites branches (7a) et (7b) et s'étendant l'un vers l'autre.
  4. Dispositif (D) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité libre d'au moins une extension (18a, 18b) dudit organe de blocage (6) comprend un ergot (11c, 11d) agencé à angles droits par rapport à ladite au moins une extension (18a, 18b).
  5. Dispositif (D) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que ledit bras (17) comprend deux extensions (18a) et (18b), lesdites extensions comprenant chacune un ergot (11c) et (11d) s'étendant tous deux dans la même direction.
  6. Procédé d'assemblage du dispositif (D) selon les revendications 1 à 5, dans une poignée d'ouverture (2), comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    - l'insertion d'un verrou (4) dans l'emplacement prévu pour recevoir ledit verrou dans un support (13),
    - l'insertion de l'organe de blocage (6) dans un évidement prévu dans le support (13),
    - la fixation du support (13) sur une face interne de l'ouverture (2),
    - l'insertion d'un encadrement (1) sur la face externe de l'ouverture (2) en regard dudit support (13) de sorte que chaque élément de retenue (14a, 14b) dudit encadrement (1) soit inséré dans chaque vide correspondant (21a, 21b) dudit support (13),
    - le déplacement selon l'axe longitudinal (X) de l'organe de blocage (6) par vissage, de sorte que les ergots (11a) et (11b) agencés sur les branches (7a) et (7b) dudit organe de blocage (6) bloquent tout mouvement vertical selon l'axe (Y) du verrou (4), le mouvement longitudinal selon l'axe (X) dudit verrou (4) étant bloqué par la vis (15) de l'organe de blocage (6), et de sorte que chaque ergot (11c, 11d) agencé sur chaque extension (18a, 18b) dudit organe de blocage (6) soit engagé dans chaque ouverture correspondante agencée dans chaque élément de retenue correspondant (14a, 14b).
  7. Poignée d'ouverture (2), en particulier pour un véhicule automobile, comprenant un support (13) agencé sur la face interne de l'ouverture (2), un encadrement (1) et un verrou (4), ladite poignée étant en affleurement par rapport à l'ouverture (2), caractérisée en ce que ladite poignée comprend le dispositif (D) selon les revendications 1 à 4 et est assemblée selon le procédé selon la revendication 6.
  8. Poignée d'ouverture (2) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée en ce que ledit encadrement (1) comprend au moins un élément de retenue (14a, 14b) qui peut être inséré dans au moins un vide (21a, 21b) dudit support (13) pour fixer ledit encadrement (1) et ledit support (13).
  9. Poignée d'ouverture (2) selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisée en ce que chaque élément de retenue (14a, 14b) dudit encadrement (1) comprend une ouverture agencée longitudinalement selon l'axe (X) et capable de recevoir chaque ergot correspondant (11c, 11d).
  10. Poignée d'ouverture (2) selon les revendications 7 à 9, caractérisée en ce que les ergots (11a) et (11b) desdites branches (7a) et (7b) sont capables de bloquer tout mouvement vertical selon l'axe (Y) du verrou (4).
  11. Poignée d'ouverture (2) selon les revendications 7 à 10, caractérisée en ce que ledit organe de blocage (6) est monté sur une vis (15) au niveau de ladite base (8) dudit organe de blocage (6) de sorte que ladite vis (15) prend appui par l'une de ses extrémités sur ledit verrou (4) pour bloquer tout mouvement longitudinal selon l'axe (X) dudit verrou (4).
  12. Poignée d'ouverture (2) selon les revendications 7 à 11, caractérisée en ce que ledit support (13) comprend un évidement capable de recevoir ledit organe de blocage (6).
  13. Poignée d'ouverture (2) selon les revendications 7 à 12, caractérisée en ce que ledit support (13) est configuré de sorte que, lorsque les ergots (11a, 11b, 11c, 11d) sont en position de blocage, tout mouvement transversal dudit organe de blocage (6) selon l'axe (Z) soit bloqué par des butées (19a) et (19b) faisant partie dudit support (13).
