Definitions
- the invention relates to a floor cleaning device for manual operation and for cleaning dry, wet or damp floors with a handle which is connected at one end of its length to a rail-like contact element holder, so that the contact element holder in its length extends into a first and a second contact element side is divided, wherein the contact element holder has a groove on the side of its longitudinal extension facing away from the handle, wherein a contact element is held in the groove, wherein the contact element holder has two leg elements which are connected to one another with a connecting piece.
- Wide wipers are less suitable for cleaning wet floors. They often have a type of wiping plate as the wiping element, which is attached in an articulated manner to an operating rod. In this way, the mop plate can be moved flat over the floor to be cleaned.
- the wiping plate has a comparatively small thickness, while one of the two largest side surfaces is used to clean the floor, while the other side surface is connected to the rod.
- the wide mopping device is only used to wipe the floor, because this device is not designed for the operator to use force on the handle. Often to increase the Cleaning power wrapped around the wiping plate with a cleaning cloth or the cleaning cloth has pockets into which the wiping plate is inserted.
- cleaning papers or paper-like, particularly light cleaning cloths are also known, which are clamped onto the wiping plate and have a basis weight of about 10-90 grams/m 2 .
- the dirt binding capacity i.e. the possibility of picking up a certain amount of dirt, especially dust and lint, through the large side surface is also high .
- a scrubber is a floor scrubbing device with a wide brush, which has stiffer bristles, on a stick.
- the brush can also be wrapped with a cleaning cloth to clean the floor damp or wet.
- the damp floor can also be dried with a dry cloth.
- the hard bristles make it possible to scrub the floor with force and not just wipe it.
- the rod is usually firmly connected to the brush.
- Another floor cleaning tool is a squeegee, designed to remove liquids from a smooth floor as efficiently and quickly as possible.
- the brackets are further developed to have a clip at one end which is fitted over the dryer section and at the other end a locking head adapted to be locked to the dryer section by means of an aperture, recess or notch be such that the interlocked parts form a dovetail joint. In this way, the mounts are connected to the device and cannot be lost.
- a disadvantage of this prior art is that changing the cloth in the device for floor care is comparatively time-consuming.
- the brackets are intended to firmly fix the cloth on the dryer part.
- the holders must be positioned at a position provided for them above the dryer part, then the cloth is placed between them and finally the holder is placed on the dryer part with the cloth inserted between them. Since the connection is made via a force clamp, which holds better the harder the holder is pressed onto the dryer part, the operator tries to press the holder onto the dryer part with corresponding force until the best possible clamping effect is achieved.
- the holder When changing the cloth, the holder must be removed from the dryer part accordingly. It can happen that the clamping effect of the force clamp is so high that the holder can only be removed with a correspondingly high counterforce.
- a cleaning device which has a different clamping device than the one above described.
- a cloth is namely clamped between two components, namely between a fastening element and an outer leg of a rail, the fastening element being in contact with the outer leg under a comparatively high pretension.
- a clamping device for a cloth on a cleaning device is from BE 412 223 A known.
- a cleaning cloth is clamped between a clamping bracket of a clamping element and an outfit as a rail.
- the also comparatively high clamping force is provided by springs of the clamping device.
- a floor cleaning device of the type mentioned This is characterized in that at least one cloth impression fastening device is arranged on each contact element side, the cloth impression fastening device has a cloth impression plate, an imaginary plane is determined by the cloth impression plate, and the imaginary plane is perpendicular to the Handle pointing side of the connector is and / or is arranged approximately parallel to the longitudinal extension of a leg member.
- a cloth push-in fastener is a standalone component in which a cleaning cloth can be clamped.
- the cloth press-on fastening device has a flat, mostly planar area, which is made of flexible material, for example plastic.
- these In this area there are cuts or recesses arranged so that a number of tongues are formed in this area.
- the area can often be recognized as a circle, square, rectangle or ellipse, with the cuts being arranged in such a way that the tongues have approximately the shape of sections of a circle or segments of a circle.
- a cleaning cloth can be easily and simply pressed approximately centrally into the area, with the flexible tongues bending in such a way that the cleaning cloth is clamped or hooked between the tongues.
- a floor cleaning device that has such cloth press-in fastening devices, it is possible to change the cleaning cloth particularly quickly and easily. It has surprisingly turned out that comparatively thick and heavy qualities of cleaning cloths can also be fastened in such cloth push-in fastening devices. In fact, only a correspondingly strong pull on the cleaning cloth is necessary in order to release the jamming or hooking of the cleaning cloth in the cloth press-in fastening device.
- the cloth pressure plate is arranged practically perpendicularly on the connecting piece.
- the cleaning cloth can be inserted particularly easily into the cloth push-in plate from either side, as a result of which particularly simple and flexible handling and use of the floor cleaning device is achieved.
- the cloth pressure plate is also arranged parallel to the longitudinal extent of a leg element, the insertion or pressing of the cleaning cloth into the cloth pressure plate is also simplified.
- the main direction of movement of the floor cleaning device is a back and forth movement that occurs along the floor to be cleaned and perpendicular to the longitudinal extension of the contact element or the contact element holder.
- the cleaning cloth can be inserted into the cloth push-in plate in the direction of one of the main directions of movement of the floor cleaning device.
- the drape press-in fasteners are located on either leg member.
- the cloth push-in plate is arranged parallel to the longitudinal extent of the relevant leg element.
- the cleaning process is not limited to the main directions of movement. Also, for example, an otherwise usual circular movement or a so-called figure-of-eight as a cleaning movement can easily be carried out with the floor cleaning device in a simple manner.
- the structural design of the floor cleaning device according to the invention is simplified. Namely, only one component, namely the cloth impression fastening device, is necessary to fix a cleaning cloth.
- the comparatively complex clamping of the cleaning cloth between two different components is no longer necessary. It is also no longer necessary to provide further constructive means, for example rotary axes, straps or cords, in order to position the two components correctly in relation to one another or to secure the clamp against loss.
- a further simplification of the structural design consists in the fact that the cloth press-in fastening device is designed in one piece, for example.
- the cleaning cloth can be attached particularly precisely to the floor cleaning device.
- the holding force with which a cleaning cloth is held on the floor cleaning device is increased with a higher number of cloth push-in fastening devices.
- a further advantage of having multiple sheet indentation fasteners on each half is that the placement of the sheet indentation fasteners is made according to the distribution of forces imparted by the cleaning sheet to the floor cleaning implement.
- cloth press-in fasteners can be arranged along an imaginary line, or in a different pattern, ie in particular offset from the imaginary line.
- the positions of the cloth press-in fastening devices can be selected in such a way that the forces of the cleaning cloth acting on each cloth press-in fastening device are the same.
- a towel press-in fastener should be sized according to the forces acting at its location. This is done, for example, by forming or manufacturing the tongues for clamping from a correspondingly stronger or weaker material, the shape of the tongues increases or decreases their flexibility, or the tongues are manufactured from a different material which causes higher or lower clamping forces, depending on what is needed at the relevant point.
- the at least one cloth push-in fastening device is arranged on at least one support rail and can be fixed at a desired location on the at least one support rail, and that the at least one support rail is connected to the contact element holder.
- a cloth push-in fastening device is connected to the contact element holder with the interposition of a support rail. Accordingly, a cloth press-in fastening device can be pushed onto a desired location on the rail or can be slid along the rail.
- the fixing of the towel press-in fastening devices at the desired location on the rail is realized in a simple manner, for example by a clamping device, a latching device or a plug-in device.
- the position of a cloth push-in fastening device on the mounting rail can therefore be changed in an advantageous manner, ie it can also be adapted to the width of the cleaning cloth.
- a further advantage for the floor cleaning device results when the cloth pressure plate is detachably connected to a cloth pressure plate holder of the cloth pressure fastening device.
- the fabric pressure plate is a component subject to particularly high mechanical loads. It can happen, for example, that one of the flexible tongues is damaged. Due to the fact that the cloth pressure plate can be detached from its cloth pressure plate holder, it is particularly easy to replace it. It is also possible to replace a cloth pressure plate with another one that is thicker, for example, that is to say it is stronger, in order to clamp thicker, heavier cleaning cloths, for example. Interchangeability is ensured, for example, by the fact that the cloth pressure plate is circular, with the diameter of the cloth pressure plate being adapted to a recess in the cloth pressure plate holder so that it can be inserted into the recess, for example up to a collar or a ridge in the recess.
- the fixing of the cloth pressure plate is then made possible, for example, by a screw which is screwed into a corresponding thread in the recess and in this way the cloth pressure plate is braced against the collar or the web.
- a screw which is screwed into a corresponding thread in the recess and in this way the cloth pressure plate is braced against the collar or the web.
- They are also without further ado other holders or fixations for a cloth pressure plate in a cloth pressure plate holder, for example clamping or tensioning devices, are conceivable.
- the shape of the cloth impression plate holder can also be designed flexibly.
- the shape can be, for example, cuboid, cube-shaped, circular disk-shaped or ring-shaped, with the side of the cloth impression plate holder pointing to the mounting rail or the contact element holder having corresponding connecting elements to the mounting rail or to the contact element holder.
- a further embodiment of the floor cleaning device provides that on each contact element side at least one of the cloth press-in fastening devices is arranged on a leg element, that the leg element has a first recess assigned to each cloth press-in fastening device and the contact element has a second recess assigned to each cloth press-in fastening device, and that the positions and dimensions of the first and the second recess are matched to the associated cloth pressure plate in such a way that a part of the cleaning cloth pressed into the cloth pressure plate can be introduced into the first and second recess.
- the arrangement of the cloth push-in fastening devices on a leg element makes it particularly easy to insert the cleaning cloth perpendicular to the main operating direction of the floor cleaning device.
- the cloth press-in fastening devices can thus be designed in a correspondingly space-saving manner and their structural design is simplified.
- the second recess in the contact element is, for example, also a through hole executable through the complete thickness of the contact element.
- the floor cleaning device is designed in such a way that the cloth push-in fastening device or the cloth push-in plate is held in the first recess.
- the first recess on or in the leg element acts functionally as a cloth pressure plate holder, so that the construction of the floor cleaning device is further simplified in this way.
- a holding device or a connecting device is provided either on the cloth pressure plate, on the cloth pressure plate holder or on the leg element, with which the leg element can be connected either to the cloth pressure plate or to the cloth pressure plate holder.
- the advantage of a floor cleaning device in which the cloth press-in fastening devices are arranged exclusively on the connecting piece or in which the cloth press-in fastening devices are arranged exclusively on one of the leg elements is that the cleaning cloth can be changed particularly easily here.
- the contact element is made of rubber, foam rubber, plastic or other materials with rubber-like or elastic properties. These materials are on the one hand so flexible that they ensure contact from the contact element to the floor during the cleaning process, and on the other hand stable enough to absorb the forces acting on the contact element.
- the contact element in particular the areas facing the floor (hereinafter also referred to as contact body or contact parts), is advantageously designed in segments, e.g. by one or more interruptions or cuts essentially perpendicular to the longitudinal extent of the contact element or parallel to the main directions of movement of the floor cleaning device. The juxtaposition of at least two segments achieved in this way improves the grip of the contact element or of the floor cleaning device on uneven surfaces.
- the shapes and dimensions of the leg elements and the connecting piece are matched to the shape of the contact element in such a way that the contact element is held in the contact element holder with a positive fit.
- cover elements can also be provided, which are attached to the end faces of the contact element holder. This reliably prevents a contact element held in a form-fitting or non-positive/form-fitting manner from sliding out of its contact element holder.
- the contact element is held in a form-fitting manner in the contact element holder, it is advantageous for the positioning of the contact element to be structurally predetermined.
- a large number of positive connection options are known and provided, for example a contact element holder whose cross section is dovetail-shaped or U-shaped with bent free ends of the leg elements.
- the dimensions of the contact element are matched to the dimensions of the contact element holder in such a way that the contact element is held in the contact element holder with a non-positive fit. In this case, too, there are a large number of design options available.
- a further development of the floor cleaning device is achieved when part of a fixing element is connected to at least one of the leg elements and another part of the fixing element is positioned in a corresponding third recess in the side facing the leg element or on the sides of the contact element facing the leg elements.
- the contact element is connected to the leg element or the leg elements and thus in the contact element holder by the fixing element.
- This is, for example, an additional security measure to connect a contact element to the contact element holder, ie an additional security measure for a non-positive and/or positive connection of the contact element to its contact element holder.
- the handle is connected to the contact element holder with the interposition of a swivel joint.
- the contact element holder is connected in an articulated manner to the handle.
- the swivel joint thus increases the flexibility when using the floor cleaning device.
- the cleaning direction for a cleaning movement can be changed particularly easily by the operator of the floor cleaning device without the operator having to change his position.
- the ease of use during cleaning work is increased.
- the object of the invention is achieved by a floor cleaning system with an above-mentioned floor cleaning device and a cleaning cloth, which is pressed with a cleaning cloth edge into the cloth impression fastening devices, so that a partial area of the cleaning cloth held in the cloth impression fastening devices is arranged between the contact element and the surface to be cleaned is that the surface section of the cleaning cloth that is in contact with the contact element indicates the effective cleaning area of the cleaning cloth, and that the material of the contact element has such a high coefficient of friction, at least on the surface section of the cleaning cloth that is in contact, that the surface section that is in contact during a cleaning process remains on the contact element.
- the cleaning cloth impression fastening devices is to connect the cleaning cloth as a whole to the floor cleaning device, so that it is particularly easy to Take up the floor cleaning device together with the cleaning cloth from the floor and set it up again at another point on the floor, for example to continue the cleaning process there.
- the capacity of the cleaning cloth to bind dirt particles or moisture is better utilized in an advantageous manner than would be possible with cleaning with only one surface section of the cleaning cloth.
- the tensile stress on the towel press fasteners is reduced.
- the invention also relates to all combinations of preferred configurations, insofar as these are not mutually exclusive.
- the information "about” or “approx.” in conjunction with a numerical indication, means that values which are at least 10% higher or lower or 5% higher or lower and in any case 1% higher or lower are included.
- FIG. 1 shows a first side view of a first floor cleaning device 10 with a handle 12, which has a fastening element 14 at one end of its longitudinal extension.
- the handle 12 is connected to a first contact element holder 16 by the fastening element 14 .
- a first contact element 18 is clamped non-positively.
- the first contact element 18 is additionally connected to the first contact element holder 16 with a first 20 and a second pin 22 as fixing elements. This creates a connection between the contact element and the contact element holder—in addition to clamping these two components.
- the contact element it is also conceivable, for example, for the contact element to have no clamping effect at all in the contact element holder, but instead to be held loosely in it, for example. In this case, the connection or the fixing of the contact element takes place at a specific position by the pins.
- the first contact element holder 16 is approximately rail-shaped.
- the fastening element 14 of the handle 12 is attached in the middle of a longitudinal extension of the first contact element holder 16 and thus divides the first contact element holder 16 into a left and a right half as seen in this first side view.
- a first 24 and a second cloth impression fastening device 26 are firmly connected to the first contact element holder 16 on the left half and on the right half.
- Each cloth impression attachment device 24, 26 has a first cloth impression plate holder 30 in which a cloth impression plate 28 is held.
- the cloth pressure plate and the cloth pressure plate holder are different components which are firmly connected to one another by a corresponding connecting device.
- the two functions can also be designed in one piece, so that the cloth impression fastening device is in one piece and at the same time has the functions of the cloth impression plate and the cloth impression plate holder.
- the cloth pressure plate holder has both components mentioned, then the connecting device of the two components is often designed in such a way that the cloth pressure plate can be exchanged.
- FIG 2 shows the first floor cleaning device 10 in a second side view, which is the view of an end face of the first contact element holder 16 of the first contact element 18 .
- the second view is rotated 90° compared to the first side view.
- the individual components of the first floor cleaning device 10 are therefore provided with the same reference numbers as in FIG 1 .
- a cleaning cloth 32 is shown, which is inserted with a cloth edge region 34 in the cloth impression plate 28 of the second cloth impression fastening device 26 and is clamped or hooked thereto. Another area of the cleaning cloth 32 rests on a floor 36 . Together form the first Floor cleaning device 10 and the cleaning cloth 23 a first floor cleaning system.
- the cleaning cloth 32 is held in contact with the floor 36 by the first contact element 18 .
- the first contact element 18 has a first 38 and a second contact lip 39 on its side facing the bottom 36 .
- a surface area 37 of the cleaning cloth 32 between the contact lips 38, 39 is an effective cleaning area of the cleaning cloth 32. This means that this effective cleaning area is constantly held on the floor 36 by the first contact element 18 during the cleaning process and this is cleaned in this way.
- the material of the first contact element 18 in the selected example has a higher coefficient of friction than the material of the floor to be cleaned 36. This ensures that the cleaning cloth 32 slides over the floor 36 during the cleaning process while the effective cleaning area on the first contact element 18 remains.
- the floor 36 can be cleaned with the same effective cleaning area until the cleaning cloth 32 is soiled at this point. It is then possible for the operator in a simple manner to place the first contact element 18 on another, unpolluted area of the cleaning cloth 32 and thus to define a new, clean, effective cleaning area.
- the 3 shows a second floor cleaning device 42 in a third side view, which offers a view comparable to that of FIG 1 to the first floor cleaning device 10.
- the second floor cleaning device 42 has a handle 44 which has a swivel joint 46 as a joint element at one end.
- the swivel joint 46 is connected on the one hand to the stem 44 and on the other hand to a second contact element holder 48, specifically approximately in the middle of its longitudinal extension.
- the swivel joint 46 can be pivoted about a rotation axis 47 .
- the position of the axis of rotation 47 is chosen so that a Pivoting in the direction of the left or the right half of the second contact element holder 48 takes place.
- the dimensions of the various components of the second floor-cleaning device 42 are matched to one another in such a way that the handle 44 can be pivoted by 90° to one side or the other, ie together a pivoting range of 180° can be achieved.
- the handle is pivoted by 90°, the handle is located parallel to the second contact element holder 48, so that in this cleaning position it is also possible to clean areas on the floor that are located, for example, underneath pieces of furniture and would otherwise be inaccessible, for example with a rigid connection between the handle 12 and the first contact element holder 16 according to the first cleaning device 10.
- a second contact element 50 is clamped non-positively.
- the second contact element holder 48 has a second groove 49 which is arranged on its side pointing towards the bottom.
- four third cloth press-in fastening devices 52 are arranged, two of which can be seen on each side of the second contact element holder 48 in this view.
- the second floor cleaning device 42 For further explanation of the second floor cleaning device 42, this is shown in 4 shown in a fourth side view, again with a view of an end face of the second contact element 50 .
- the second floor cleaning device 42 is connected to a cleaning cloth 54 which together form a second floor cleaning system 40 .
- the second contact element 50 can be functionally subdivided into a base body 56 and a contact body 58 , which is illustrated by a dashed line 60 .
- the base body 56 is essentially cuboid and is that part of the second contact element 50 which is clamped in the second contact element holder 48 in a non-positive manner.
- the contact body 58 has a shape and corresponding material properties that are suitable are to hold the cleaning cloth 54 on the contact body 58 while the floor 36 is cleaned with the second floor cleaning system 40 .
- the contact body 58 has the contour of half an ellipse in this view, that is to say viewed in the direction of the end face of its longitudinal extension. The contact body 58 thus tapers in the direction of the base 36.
- the surface pressure on the cleaning cloth 54, which is arranged between the base 36 and the contact body 58 is advantageously higher than with a straight surface that faces the base 36 points.
- the material of the contact body 58 is selected so that its coefficient of static friction is higher than that of the floor 36. As a result, the cleaning cloth 54 remains on the contact body 58 while the cleaning cloth 54 slides over the floor 36 during cleaning.
- the second contact element holder 48 is approximately U-shaped, with a first 62 and a second leg element 64 being connected by a connecting piece 66 .
- the leg elements 62, 64 are resiliently connected to the connecting piece 66, so that the clamping force of the non-positive connection between the second contact element holder 48 and the second contact element 50 can be determined by the resiliently flexible connection.
- a third drape press-in fastener 52 attached to the first leg member 62 .
- the cleaning cloth 54 is pressed in by these third cloth press-in fastening devices 52 and is thus connected to the second floor cleaning device 42 .
- the third cloth press-in fastening device 52 has a specific thickness so that a cavity is formed which is sufficient to accommodate the part of the cleaning cloth 54 which is pressed into this cavity.
- a part of a cloth impression fastening device namely a cloth impression plate
- a corresponding contact element also has a recess in the region of the recess, so that a cavity is created in turn, which can accommodate the part of a cleaning cloth which is then pressed into the cloth pressure plate.
- the contact element has a through hole at said location, in which case corresponding recesses are located on the first and second leg element and cloth pressure plates are attached there.
- the cleaning cloth can then advantageously be attached either to the first or to the second leg element.
- the cleaning cloth 54 is a heavy-duty fabric cloth that is commonly used in a floor cleaning system, ie a fabric cloth weighing approximately 250 grams/m 2 .
- Customary cleaning cloths used in such floor cleaning systems have a weight per unit area of approximately 100 to approximately 600 grams/m 2 , but particularly preferably approximately 250 grams/m 2 .
- the figure 5 shows a one-piece third contact element 68 in a front side view of its longitudinal extension.
- a first base element 70 which is adapted for connection to a contact element holder, and a first contact part 72 are shown, which are delimited with a broken line 74 for better identification of the areas.
- the first contact part 72 has a rectangular shape in this view.
- the third contact element 68 is therefore particularly robust and insensitive to mechanical loads.
- the 6 shows a one-piece fourth contact element 76 in a front side view of its longitudinal extent.
- a second base member 78 adapted for connection to a contact member holder and a second contact member 80, for the sake of clarity Identification of the areas are again bounded by the broken line 74.
- the second contact part 80 has a trapezoidal shape in this view, with the tapered part of the trapezoid being located at the bottom in this view.
- the fourth contact element 76 is therefore both robust and insensitive to mechanical loads and also has an increased surface pressure on a floor to be cleaned compared to the third contact element 68 .
- the 7 shows a one-piece fifth contact element 82 in a front side view of its longitudinal extension.
- a third base element 84 which is adapted for connection to a contact element holder, and a third contact part 86 are shown, which are again delimited by the broken line 74 for better identification of the areas.
- the second contact part 80 has a triangular shape in this view, with an apex of the triangle pointing towards the bottom for cleaning, ie in this view pointing downwards again.
- the fifth contact element 82 is optimized in particular for a particularly high surface pressure on a floor to be cleaned.
- the contact part is particularly advantageously designed in the form of a double lip or also in the form of a dovetail.
- the 8 shows a plan view of a third contact element holder 90 of a floor cleaning device with a view of the side pointing towards a handle.
- a first connection point 92 for a handle is arranged approximately centrally on the side of the third contact element holder 90 that can be seen.
- Such a handle is connected to the third contact element holder 90 by screwing, gluing or welding, for example.

- the number of cuts 102 is selected with three cuts 102 such that a total of six elliptical segments are present.
- FIG. 9d another exemplary embodiment is shown, in which two flexible circular areas 112 are shown on a fourth indentation plate 110, each having six circle segments.
- the circular, elliptical, square, rectangular or otherwise shaped flexible areas usually have a diameter of 2 cm to 10 cm or are located with their contour within a corresponding imaginary diameter. Ideally, however, this diameter or the imaginary diameter is between 3 cm and 6 cm.
Description
The invention relates to a floor cleaning device for manual operation and for cleaning dry, wet or damp floors with a handle which is connected at one end of its length to a rail-like contact element holder, so that the contact element holder in its length extends into a first and a second contact element side is divided, wherein the contact element holder has a groove on the side of its longitudinal extension facing away from the handle, wherein a contact element is held in the groove, wherein the contact element holder has two leg elements which are connected to one another with a connecting piece.
It is well known that floors in houses and facilities, for example in households, commercial and industrial facilities, public buildings or hospitals, require regular cleaning and care. Cleaning is done dry, for example with a broom, or damp or wet. Wide wipers, mops or scrubbers are used for this, for example.
Broad mopping devices are used for dry or damp cleaning of floors. Wide wipers are less suitable for cleaning wet floors. They often have a type of wiping plate as the wiping element, which is attached in an articulated manner to an operating rod. In this way, the mop plate can be moved flat over the floor to be cleaned. The wiping plate has a comparatively small thickness, while one of the two largest side surfaces is used to clean the floor, while the other side surface is connected to the rod. The wide mopping device is only used to wipe the floor, because this device is not designed for the operator to use force on the handle. Often to increase the Cleaning power wrapped around the wiping plate with a cleaning cloth or the cleaning cloth has pockets into which the wiping plate is inserted. For the dry cleaning of dust or lint, cleaning papers or paper-like, particularly light cleaning cloths are also known, which are clamped onto the wiping plate and have a basis weight of about 10-90 grams/m 2 . By wiping with the large side surface, it is possible to clean a comparatively large area of the floor in a relatively short time, with the dirt binding capacity, i.e. the possibility of picking up a certain amount of dirt, especially dust and lint, through the large side surface is also high .
In contrast, a scrubber is a floor scrubbing device with a wide brush, which has stiffer bristles, on a stick. With the scrubber it is possible to clean floors that have a smooth and hard covering dry, damp or wet. The brush can also be wrapped with a cleaning cloth to clean the floor damp or wet. Alternatively, the damp floor can also be dried with a dry cloth. A major difference between the scrubber and the broad mopping device is that the hard bristles make it possible to scrub the floor with force and not just wipe it. For this purpose, the rod is usually firmly connected to the brush.
Another floor cleaning tool is a squeegee, designed to remove liquids from a smooth floor as efficiently and quickly as possible.

A disadvantage of this prior art is that changing the cloth in the device for floor care is comparatively time-consuming. After all, the brackets are intended to firmly fix the cloth on the dryer part. For this purpose, the holders must be positioned at a position provided for them above the dryer part, then the cloth is placed between them and finally the holder is placed on the dryer part with the cloth inserted between them. Since the connection is made via a force clamp, which holds better the harder the holder is pressed onto the dryer part, the operator tries to press the holder onto the dryer part with corresponding force until the best possible clamping effect is achieved. When changing the cloth, the holder must be removed from the dryer part accordingly. It can happen that the clamping effect of the force clamp is so high that the holder can only be removed with a correspondingly high counterforce.

Proceeding from this prior art, it is the object of the invention to specify a floor cleaning device and a floor cleaning system for dry, damp and wet cleaning of floors that enables a particularly simple and quick cloth change and at the same time has the simplest possible structure.
The object is achieved by a floor cleaning device of the type mentioned. This is characterized in that at least one cloth impression fastening device is arranged on each contact element side, the cloth impression fastening device has a cloth impression plate, an imaginary plane is determined by the cloth impression plate, and the imaginary plane is perpendicular to the Handle pointing side of the connector is and / or is arranged approximately parallel to the longitudinal extension of a leg member.
A cloth push-in fastener is a standalone component in which a cleaning cloth can be clamped. For this purpose, the cloth press-on fastening device has a flat, mostly planar area, which is made of flexible material, for example plastic. In these In this area there are cuts or recesses arranged so that a number of tongues are formed in this area. When viewed from above, the area can often be recognized as a circle, square, rectangle or ellipse, with the cuts being arranged in such a way that the tongues have approximately the shape of sections of a circle or segments of a circle. In this way, a cleaning cloth can be easily and simply pressed approximately centrally into the area, with the flexible tongues bending in such a way that the cleaning cloth is clamped or hooked between the tongues. With a floor cleaning device that has such cloth press-in fastening devices, it is possible to change the cleaning cloth particularly quickly and easily. Finally, several of the work steps that would otherwise be necessary when changing the cloth, such as removing a cloth clip from the contact element holder, precisely positioning the cleaning cloth between the cloth clip and the contact element holder, and then fastening the cloth clip in order to fix the cleaning cloth between the cloth clip and the contact element holder, are no longer necessary.
With such a configuration of the floor cleaning device, the cloth pressure plate is arranged practically perpendicularly on the connecting piece. As a result, the cleaning cloth can be inserted particularly easily into the cloth push-in plate from either side, as a result of which particularly simple and flexible handling and use of the floor cleaning device is achieved. If the cloth pressure plate is also arranged parallel to the longitudinal extent of a leg element, the insertion or pressing of the cleaning cloth into the cloth pressure plate is also simplified. the The main direction of movement of the floor cleaning device is a back and forth movement that occurs along the floor to be cleaned and perpendicular to the longitudinal extension of the contact element or the contact element holder. This means that in the case mentioned above, the cleaning cloth can be inserted into the cloth push-in plate in the direction of one of the main directions of movement of the floor cleaning device. The same benefit arises when the drape press-in fasteners are located on either leg member. In this case, too, the cloth push-in plate is arranged parallel to the longitudinal extent of the relevant leg element. Of course, the cleaning process is not limited to the main directions of movement. Also, for example, an otherwise usual circular movement or a so-called figure-of-eight as a cleaning movement can easily be carried out with the floor cleaning device in a simple manner.
In addition, the structural design of the floor cleaning device according to the invention is simplified. Namely, only one component, namely the cloth impression fastening device, is necessary to fix a cleaning cloth. The comparatively complex clamping of the cleaning cloth between two different components is no longer necessary. It is also no longer necessary to provide further constructive means, for example rotary axes, straps or cords, in order to position the two components correctly in relation to one another or to secure the clamp against loss. A further simplification of the structural design consists in the fact that the cloth press-in fastening device is designed in one piece, for example.
An advantageous further development of the floor cleaning device is characterized in that two or three cloth press-in fastening devices are arranged on each half of the contact element holder.
In this way, the cleaning cloth can be attached particularly precisely to the floor cleaning device. In addition, the holding force with which a cleaning cloth is held on the floor cleaning device is increased with a higher number of cloth push-in fastening devices. A further advantage of having multiple sheet indentation fasteners on each half is that the placement of the sheet indentation fasteners is made according to the distribution of forces imparted by the cleaning sheet to the floor cleaning implement. For example, cloth press-in fasteners can be arranged along an imaginary line, or in a different pattern, ie in particular offset from the imaginary line. Correspondingly, the positions of the cloth press-in fastening devices can be selected in such a way that the forces of the cleaning cloth acting on each cloth press-in fastening device are the same. Alternatively, a towel press-in fastener should be sized according to the forces acting at its location.
In addition, in an alternative configuration of the floor cleaning device, it is provided that the at least one cloth push-in fastening device is arranged on at least one support rail and can be fixed at a desired location on the at least one support rail, and that the at least one support rail is connected to the contact element holder.
In this way, a cloth push-in fastening device is connected to the contact element holder with the interposition of a support rail. Accordingly, a cloth press-in fastening device can be pushed onto a desired location on the rail or can be slid along the rail. The fixing of the towel press-in fastening devices at the desired location on the rail is realized in a simple manner, for example by a clamping device, a latching device or a plug-in device. The position of a cloth push-in fastening device on the mounting rail can therefore be changed in an advantageous manner, ie it can also be adapted to the width of the cleaning cloth.
A further advantage for the floor cleaning device results when the cloth pressure plate is detachably connected to a cloth pressure plate holder of the cloth pressure fastening device.
The fabric pressure plate is a component subject to particularly high mechanical loads. The fixing of the cloth pressure plate is then made possible, for example, by a screw which is screwed into a corresponding thread in the recess and in this way the cloth pressure plate is braced against the collar or the web. But they are also without further ado other holders or fixations for a cloth pressure plate in a cloth pressure plate holder, for example clamping or tensioning devices, are conceivable. The shape of the cloth impression plate holder can also be designed flexibly. The shape can be, for example, cuboid, cube-shaped, circular disk-shaped or ring-shaped, with the side of the cloth impression plate holder pointing to the mounting rail or the contact element holder having corresponding connecting elements to the mounting rail or to the contact element holder.
A further embodiment of the floor cleaning device provides that on each contact element side at least one of the cloth press-in fastening devices is arranged on a leg element, that the leg element has a first recess assigned to each cloth press-in fastening device and the contact element has a second recess assigned to each cloth press-in fastening device, and that the positions and dimensions of the first and the second recess are matched to the associated cloth pressure plate in such a way that a part of the cleaning cloth pressed into the cloth pressure plate can be introduced into the first and second recess.
With a floor cleaning device designed in this way, the construction and the operability are further simplified. The arrangement of the cloth push-in fastening devices on a leg element makes it particularly easy to insert the cleaning cloth perpendicular to the main operating direction of the floor cleaning device. The recesses, which are arranged directly behind the cloth pressure plate--viewed in the direction of insertion of the cleaning cloth--are created for the cloth part of the cleaning cloth pressed into the cloth pressure plate. The cloth press-in fastening devices can thus be designed in a correspondingly space-saving manner and their structural design is simplified. The second recess in the contact element is, for example, also a through hole executable through the complete thickness of the contact element. There are then openings in the contact element on both sides of the second opening, with the first openings being arranged on both leg elements in such a way that openings and first openings are located one above the other. With cloth press-in fastening devices arranged at these locations, a cleaning cloth can again advantageously be pressed into the cloth press-in fastening devices on the first leg element and/or optionally the second leg element.
Furthermore, it is advantageous if the floor cleaning device is designed in such a way that the cloth push-in fastening device or the cloth push-in plate is held in the first recess. What is thereby achieved is that the first recess on or in the leg element acts functionally as a cloth pressure plate holder, so that the construction of the floor cleaning device is further simplified in this way. In such a configuration, a holding device or a connecting device is provided either on the cloth pressure plate, on the cloth pressure plate holder or on the leg element, with which the leg element can be connected either to the cloth pressure plate or to the cloth pressure plate holder.
The advantage of a floor cleaning device in which the cloth press-in fastening devices are arranged exclusively on the connecting piece or in which the cloth press-in fastening devices are arranged exclusively on one of the leg elements is that the cleaning cloth can be changed particularly easily here.
In a floor cleaning device according to the invention, the contact element is made of rubber, foam rubber, plastic or other materials with rubber-like or elastic properties. These materials are on the one hand so flexible that they ensure contact from the contact element to the floor during the cleaning process, and on the other hand stable enough to absorb the forces acting on the contact element. The contact element, in particular the areas facing the floor (hereinafter also referred to as contact body or contact parts), is advantageously designed in segments, e.g. by one or more interruptions or cuts essentially perpendicular to the longitudinal extent of the contact element or parallel to the main directions of movement of the floor cleaning device. The juxtaposition of at least two segments achieved in this way improves the grip of the contact element or of the floor cleaning device on uneven surfaces.
In the floor cleaning device, it is also provided that the shapes and dimensions of the leg elements and the connecting piece are matched to the shape of the contact element in such a way that the contact element is held in the contact element holder with a positive fit. In addition, cover elements can also be provided, which are attached to the end faces of the contact element holder. This reliably prevents a contact element held in a form-fitting or non-positive/form-fitting manner from sliding out of its contact element holder.
If the contact element is held in a form-fitting manner in the contact element holder, it is advantageous for the positioning of the contact element to be structurally predetermined. In addition, a large number of positive connection options are known and provided, for example a contact element holder whose cross section is dovetail-shaped or U-shaped with bent free ends of the leg elements.
As an alternative to the positive fit, it is also within the concept of the invention that the dimensions of the contact element are matched to the dimensions of the contact element holder in such a way that the contact element is held in the contact element holder with a non-positive fit. In this case, too, there are a large number of design options available.
A further development of the floor cleaning device is achieved when part of a fixing element is connected to at least one of the leg elements and another part of the fixing element is positioned in a corresponding third recess in the side facing the leg element or on the sides of the contact element facing the leg elements.
In this way, the contact element is connected to the leg element or the leg elements and thus in the contact element holder by the fixing element. This is, for example, an additional security measure to connect a contact element to the contact element holder, ie an additional security measure for a non-positive and/or positive connection of the contact element to its contact element holder.
It is also within the scope of the invention if, in the case of a floor cleaning device, the handle is connected to the contact element holder with the interposition of a swivel joint. In this way, the contact element holder is connected in an articulated manner to the handle. The swivel joint thus increases the flexibility when using the floor cleaning device. The cleaning direction for a cleaning movement can be changed particularly easily by the operator of the floor cleaning device without the operator having to change his position. In addition, the ease of use during cleaning work is increased.
In the event that an axis of rotation of the rotary joint is located perpendicularly to the longitudinal extent of the contact element holder and perpendicularly to the longitudinal extent of the handle, the overall stability of the floor cleaning device is increased. In addition, it is particularly easy for an operator of the floor cleaning device to transfer a force that he exerts on the handle to the contact element holder and thus to the contact element. This is because there is no risk that the swivel joint will take up a rotary or tilting movement, thereby preventing the force from being transmitted to the contact element.
In addition, the object of the invention is achieved by a floor cleaning system with an above-mentioned floor cleaning device and a cleaning cloth, which is pressed with a cleaning cloth edge into the cloth impression fastening devices, so that a partial area of the cleaning cloth held in the cloth impression fastening devices is arranged between the contact element and the surface to be cleaned is that the surface section of the cleaning cloth that is in contact with the contact element indicates the effective cleaning area of the cleaning cloth, and that the material of the contact element has such a high coefficient of friction, at least on the surface section of the cleaning cloth that is in contact, that the surface section that is in contact during a cleaning process remains on the contact element.
In this way it is ensured that the cleaning cloth is fixed solely with the contact element. Fixing the cleaning cloth by other components, for example the cloth press-in fastening devices, is not necessary for the cleaning process. In this case, the main task of the cloth impression fastening devices is to connect the cleaning cloth as a whole to the floor cleaning device, so that it is particularly easy to Take up the floor cleaning device together with the cleaning cloth from the floor and set it up again at another point on the floor, for example to continue the cleaning process there. In addition, it is possible to change the surface section on the cleaning cloth that is currently in contact with the contact element, for example because the previous surface section is dirty from the cleaning process, with the cleaning cloth remaining on the floor cleaning device. Due to the possibility of changing the surface section—also several times—the capacity of the cleaning cloth to bind dirt particles or moisture is better utilized in an advantageous manner than would be possible with cleaning with only one surface section of the cleaning cloth. In addition, the tensile stress on the towel press fasteners is reduced.

The first
The cleaning

In this view, the second
In the example shown, the cleaning
