Claims (20)

  1. Procédé d'apprentissage, en valeur et en temps, du schéma des prélèvements d'eau chaude dans un chauffe-eau à accumulation comprenant un réservoir de stockage (S) de l'eau à chauffer où ledit schéma se répète cycliquement dans des intervalles de temps prédéterminés et où le contenu en énergie thermique est considéré comme représenté par la température de stockage (T.acc) à considérer comme la température moyenne de l'eau dans le réservoir de stockage et ledit chauffe-eau est équipé de :
    - un ou plusieurs éléments chauffants (HE);
    - un thermorégulateur (TR) de type électronique capable de faire passer ledit ou lesdits éléments chauffants (HE) de l'état OFF à l'état ON et vice versa lorsqu'un capteur de température (STR) détecte l'atteinte respectivement de la température d'arrêt (T.off) et de la température de mise en marche (T.on) avec T.on = T.off - Δist, où Δist est une valeur d'hystérésis par défaut ou réglable, un ou plusieurs capteurs de température locaux (S.loc.i ; S.loc.i, STR) placés de préférence près de l'entrée d'eau froide (IN) dudit chauffe-eau à accumulation et dudit élément chauffant (HE),
    - un microprocesseur (MP) capable au moins de:
    - connaître ladite température d'arrêt (T.off)
    - recevoir les signaux correspondants représentatifs des températures locales (T.loc.i) à partir desdits capteurs de température (S.loc.i ; S.loc.i, STR);
    - calculer la température locale (T.loc) égale à la moyenne éventuellement pondérée desdites températures locales (S.loc.),
    - où les poids de ladite moyenne éventuellement pondérée doivent être fixés sur la base de la position desdits capteurs de température locaux S.loc.i et du modèle du chauffe-eau
    - mesurer le temps qui passe,
    - sauvegarder les durées Δt.on desdits états ON desdits éléments chauffants (HE),
    - sauvegarder lesdites températures locales (S.loc.i ; S.loc.i, STR) en association avec l'heure de leur lecture ;
    - où il détecte et écrit
    - dans un registre d'état spécial (HE-ON / OFF) les états actuels [ON] ou [OFF] desdits éléments chauffants (HE),
    - et dans un registre d'état spécial (TAP) l'état [NO TAPPING] ou [TAPPING-ON] ou [TAPPING-ALERT], indicatif respectivement de l'absence, de l'occurrence ou de l'occurrence probable de prélèvements, état détectable à partir de la diminution d'une ou plusieurs desdites températures locales (S.loc.i; S.loc.i, STR) au-delà d'un seuil prédéterminé et mémorisé (T.thr + ΔT.loc), et/ou d'une vitesse prédéterminée (v.δt);
    caractérisé en ce que :
    une réduction (ΔT.tap) de la température de stockage (T.acc) considérée comme représentative du montant d'un prélèvement ou d'un groupe de petits prélèvements consécutifs,
    - qui amène la température de stockage (T.acc) à une valeur inférieure à la valeur actuelle de ladite température de mise en marche (T.on) au moment t2, qui est considéré comme le moment de début dudit prélèvement,
    - et qui déclenche par conséquent une étape de chauffage avec la commutation d'un ou plusieurs desdits éléments chauffants (HE) à l'état [ON] sensiblement dans ledit même temps de début t2 et en continu au moins jusqu'au temps suivant t3,
    est calculé selon la formule Δ T . tap = T . acc . iniz T . acc . fin v . T . rise * δt

    où pour les valeurs T.acc.iniz, T.acc.fin,v.T.rise, δt dans la formule,
    les relations suivantes sont valables:
    - T.acc.iniz = température locale T.loc.2 lue à l'instant t2 du début du prélèvement,
    - si T.loc.3 - T.loc.2 ≥ ΔT.q alors
    T.acc.fin = T.acc.3 et δt = δt.HE.on
    et v.T.rise * δt est l'augmentation ΔT de la température de stockageT.acc due au chauffage durable δt.HE.on
    - si T.loc.3 - T.loc.2 <ΔT.q alors
    T.acc.fin = T.acc.2 et δt = (δt.on.1 + δt.on1.fict) v.T.rise est la vitesse de variation de la température de stockage T.acc par lesdits éléments chauffants (HE) dans l'état [ON] lu dans un registre de mémoire et où, à son tour
    - T.acc.3 = T.loc - ΔT.loc
    - δt.HE.on est la durée de ladite phase de chauffage, entre lesdits temps t2 et t3 lorsque T.loc.3 - T.loc.2 ≥ ΔT.q
    - δt.on.1 est la durée de ladite phase de chauffage entre lesdits - temps t2 et t3 lorsque T.loc.3 - T.loc.2 <ΔT.q
    - δt.on1.fict = (T.acc.2 - T.loc.3) / v.T.rise.loc
    - T.acc.2 est supposé égal à T.loc.2
    - T.loc.3 est la température locale relevée au moment t3
    - ΔT.loc est un décrément de stabilisation à la fin d'une phase de chauffage lu dans une mémoire spécifique ;
    - v.T.rise.loc est le coefficient angulaire de la ligne tangente au temps t3 à la courbe de la pente ascendante de la température locale T.loc,
    - ΔT.q, indice de stabilité, est un paramètre empirique, prédéfini et pré-enregistré, dépendant du modèle du chauffe-eau et réglé par un homme du métier
    ledit calcul étant considéré comme valide et exécutable à condition que pendant toute ladite phase d'état [ON], l'état [NO_TAPPING] soit toujours stocké dans ledit registre d'état (TAP).
  2. Procédé d'apprentissage du schéma des prélèvements selon la revendication précédente caractérisé en ce que ledit indice de stabilité ΔT.q est égal à 0.
  3. Procédé d'apprentissage du schéma de prélèvement selon au moins la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que
    ladite augmentation ΔT de la température de stockage (T.acc) dans ladite phase de chauffage de durée δt.HE.on est calculée par la somme Δ T = Σ i v . T . rise . i * ti + 1 ti

    avec i de 1 à k où
    - k est le nombre de combinaisons desdits éléments chauffants (HE) qui peuvent être simultanément dans l'état ON;
    - par v.T.rise.i on entend chacune des k vitesses de montée v.T.rise.i spécifiques pour la combinaison de celles parmi lesdits éléments chauffants (HE) dans l'état ON et pour la gamme desdites températures locales T.loc lues simultanément;
    - la somme des intervalles consécutifs (ti+1 -ti) est égale à la totalité de la période de chauffage d'une durée Δt.on;
    - lesdites valeurs de vitesse de montée v.T.rise.i sont lues à partir d'une mémoire;
    et où ladite somme ΔT = ∑i [v.T.rise.i * (ti+1 -ti)] est simplifiée à la formule ΔT = v.Trise * Δt.on si k = 1, c'est-à-dire si un seul desdits éléments chauffants (HE) est présent ou actif.
  4. Procédé d'apprentissage du schéma des prélèvements selon la revendication précédente caractérisé par le fait que la valeur desdites vitesses de variation de température k v.T.rise.i est recalculée en continu à des intervalles de temps prédéterminés δ.t.rise de quelques minutes à partir du moment où les combinaisons d'état ON/OFF correspondantes desdits éléments chauffants (HE) sont remplies et où dans le registre d'état (TAP) l'état [NO TAPPING] est enregistré et selon la procédure suivante:
    - les n.r valeurs de température locale les plus récentes (T.loc) mesurées à des intervalles de temps prédéfinis égaux δ.t.rise sont enregistrées dans le même nombre de registres de mémoire (MR)
    - il est vérifié que
    - lesdites valeurs de température locale (T.loc) dans l'intervalle de temps d'échantillonnage sélectionné t.samp = δ.t.rise * (n.r - 1) croissent linéairement dans les limites d'un écart prédéfini scost.rise.max,
    - dans le registre d'état (TAP), l'état [NO TAPPING] continue d'être enregistré,
    - l'état ON / OFF desdits éléments chauffants (HE) reste inchangé ;
    - si ce contrôle est positif,
    - le rapport entre l'augmentation de ladite température locale (T.loc) et ledit intervalle de temps d'échantillonnage t.samp = δ.t.rise * (nr - 1) est pris comme valeur v.T.rise.i pour ladite vitesse de variation de température,
    - la dernière valeur mémorisée v.T.rise.i pour ladite combinaison i desdits éléments chauffants (HE) à l'état ON est remplacée par une moyenne pondérée de celle-ci avec la nouvelle valeur calculée,
    - si ce contrôle est négatif
    - la procédure reprend depuis le début.
  5. Procédé d'apprentissage du schéma des prélèvements selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que
    lesdites vitesses de montée v.T.rise.i sont directement détectées exclusivement pour chacun desdits éléments chauffants (HE) dans l'état ON tandis que lesdites vitesses de montée v.T.rise.i restantes de toute autre combinaison spécifique sont obtenues à partir de la somme desdites vitesses v.T.rise.i directement détectées.
  6. Procédé d'apprentissage du schéma des prélèvements selon les revendications précédentes 4 ou 5 caractérisé par le fait que
    - après ledit temps minimum prédéterminé t.samp, considéré comme suffisant pour la détermination d'une première vitesse de chauffage v.T.rise.1 relative à une première section de la courbe de chauffage, on continue à vérifier jusqu'à quelle valeur T.loc.2 l'augmentation de ladite température locale (T.loc) continue à rester dans la valeur de seuil prédéterminée scost.rise.max,
    - dès que celle-ci n'est plus vérifiée, la procédure décrite est répétée pour détecter une nouvelle valeur v.T.rise.2 relative à une deuxième section, et ainsi de suite,
    - les valeurs v.T.rise.1, v.T.rise.2, etc. sont enregistrées avec les intervalles de température T.loc.1 ÷ T.loc.2, T.loc2 ÷ T.loc.3, etc. dans lesquels elles sont valables.
  7. Procédé d'apprentissage du schéma des prélèvements selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes à partir de 4 caractérisé par le fait que
    lesdits intervalles de temps δ.t.rise sont égaux à 1 minute et ledit intervalle de temps d'échantillonnage t.samp est au moins égal à 25 minutes.
  8. Procédé d'apprentissage du schéma des prélèvements selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé par le fait que pour identifier l'heure de début de chaque prélèvement,
    - à des intervalles de temps de recalcul δ.t.ric, les températures locales T.loc.i(t) sont enregistrées à l'instant général actuel t,
    - si, pour au moins une des températures locales (T.loc.i), il y a une diminution supérieure dudit décrément de stabilisation (ΔT.loc) d'au moins une certaine valeur de seuil prédéfinie T.thr,
    - cela indique alors un prélèvement en cours et l'heure de début du prélèvement t.in.tap est enregistrée
    - les valeurs dudit décrément de stabilisation (ΔT.loc) et la valeur prédéfinie dudit seuil T.thr sont lues dans des registres de mémoire spécifiques.
  9. Procédé d'apprentissage du schéma des prélèvements selon la revendication précédente caractérisé en outre par le fait que
    (a) lors de l'installation du chauffe-eau ou de tout redémarrage après une période d'inactivité, l'état [NO_TAPPING] est mémorisé dans un registre d'état (TAP)
    (b) à des intervalles de temps de recalcul de durée δ.t.ric, lesdites températures locales T.loc.i(t) sont enregistrées à l'instant général actuel t,
    (c) à un moment ultérieur t + δ.t.tap, les températures locales T.loc T.loc.i(t + δ.t.tap) sont à nouveau enregistrées;
    (d) pour chacun de ces capteurs de température locaux (S.loc.i), on calcule la variation ΔT.loc.i.tap = T.loc.i (t) - T.loc.i (t + δ.t.tap) ;
    - si pour l'une des variations ci-dessus ΔT.loc.i.tap, ΔT.loc.i.tap/δ.t.tap > v.δt,
    - alors cela est interprété comme un prélèvement possible mais non certain en cours et l'état [TAPPING_ALERT] est enregistré dans ledit registre d'état (TAP),
    - sinon l'état [NO_TAPPING] est enregistré dans le registre d'état (TAP);
    (e) si, au moins pour une desdites variations ΔT.loc.i.tap (pour i de 1 à s), ΔT.loc.i.tap> (T.thr + ΔT.loc) ;
    - ceci est interprété comme un certain prélèvement en cours, l'heure de début t.in.tap est stockée et l'état [TAPPING_ON] est écrit dans ledit registre d'état (TAP)
    - sinon l'état [NO _TAPPING] il est mémorisé dans ledit registre d'état (TAP).
  10. Procédé d'apprentissage du schéma des prélèvements selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que le temps de fin t.fin.tap de chaque prélèvement est considéré comme étant celui dans lequel la diminution de chacune desdites températures locales (T.loc.i) est inférieure à une vitesse prédéterminée v.δT de variation.
  11. Procédé d'apprentissage du schéma de prélèvement selon les revendications précédentes caractérisé par le fait que lorsque pour chacune des variations susmentionnées ΔT.loc.i.tap il y a ΔT.loc.i.tap / δ.t.tap <v.δt et que dans ledit registre d'état TAP, il n'est pas déjà enregistré l'état [NO_TAPPING]
    sont ensuite stockés:
    - le moment t.fin.tap de ce contrôle positif comme la fin du prélèvement qui était en cours
    - et, dans ledit registre d'état (TAP), l'état [NO_TAPPING]
  12. Procédé d'apprentissage du schéma de prélèvements selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, à l'exclusion de 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit décrément de stabilisation (ΔT.loc) est calculé et mis à jour selon les étapes suivantes:
    (a) le stockage d'une valeur prédéterminée dudit décrément de stabilisation (ΔT.loc) au démarrage du chauffe-eau;
    (b) à des intervalles de temps de recalcul δ.t.ric, enregistrement de la valeur T.loc.i(t) desdites températures locales (T.loc.i) au moment général actuel t ;
    (c) après un intervalle de temps de prélèvement δ.t.ril, enregistrement de la valeur T.loc.i (t + δ.t.ril) desdites s températures locales (T.loc.i) au moment général actuel t +δ.t.ril;
    (d) pour chacun de ces capteurs de température locaux (S.loc.i), calculer la différence ΔT.loc.i = T.loc.i (t) - T.loc.i (t + δ.t.ril) ;
    (e) si
    - les valeurs algébriques ΔT.loc.i sont négatives ou ledit registre d'état (TAP) indique les états [TAPPING_ON] ou [TAPPING_ALERT], en revenant à l'étape (b),
    - sinon, calculer, pour ladite stabilisation, le décrément (ΔT.loc) de la moyenne pondérée des différences ΔT.loc.i = T.loc.i (t) - T.loc.i (t + δ.t.ril) pour i de 1 à s;
    (f) sauvegarder la nouvelle valeur dudit décrément de stabilisation (ΔT.loc) à la place de la valeur homologue précédemment en mémoire.
  13. Procédé d'apprentissage du schéma des prélèvements selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que pour le calcul de la vitesse de refroidissement (v.ΔT.loss) de ladite température de stockage (T.acc) considérée comme représentative des pertes thermiques, on effectue les étapes suivantes
    (a) l'enregistrement d'un moment t1 pendant lequel ledit ou lesdits éléments chauffants (HE) sont passés à l'état OFF et de la valeur T.acc.1 correspondante de ladite température de stockage (T.acc) ;
    (b) l'enregistrement du moment t2 dans lequel au moins un desdits éléments chauffants (HE) revient à l'état ON;
    (c) l'enregistrement du moment t3 pendant lequel ledit élément chauffant (HE) revient à l'état OFF et la T.acc.3 correspondante qui est lue pour ladite température de stockage (T.acc);
    (d) calculant T.acc.2 = T.acc.3 - v.Trise * (t3 - t2) où T.acc.2 est la valeur supposée pour ladite température de stockage (T.acc) au temps t2;
    (e) calculer v.ΔT.loss = (T.acc.1- T.acc.2) / (t2- tl) où v.ΔT.loss est la valeur supposée pour la vitesse de refroidissement dudit réservoir de stockage S;
    (f) calculer une moyenne pondérée entre la valeur v.ΔT.loss qui vient d'être calculée et la valeur en mémoire, et stocker la nouvelle valeur à la place de la valeur homologue précédemment en mémoire;
    (g) pendant toute la durée du processus, si l'état [NO_TAPPING] n'est pas enregistré dans le registre d'état (TAP), revenir à l'étape (a).
  14. Procédé d'apprentissage du schéma des prélèvements selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que
    - ledit cycle de prélèvements d'une durée de nr.d jours est divisé en un nombre nr.h d'intervalles de temps consécutifs prédéterminés (Int) de longueur égale Δ.t.int;
    - pour chacun desdits nr.h intervalles de temps (Int) pour l'ensemble du cycle de prélèvement, un prélèvement fictif (ΔT.tap.tot) est calculé et sauvegardé, représentant la totalité des prélèvements trouvés dans le même intervalle et un moment fictif correspondant (Δ.t.fict) du début dudit prélèvement fictif;
  15. Procédé d'apprentissage du schéma de prélèvement selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que ledit prélèvement fictif (ΔT.tap.tot) est fixé égal à la somme des réductions de température de stockage (ΔT.tap.i) de tous lesdits k prélèvements et ledit moment fictif (Δ.t.fict) est égal
    - à la valeur moyenne pondérée des temps réels (Δ.ti) dans lesquels chacun desdits prélèvements (ΔT.tap.i) a été enregistré, s'il y a eu des prélèvements,
    - à la moitié de la durée dudit intervalle de temps (Δ.t.int) s'il n'y a pas eu de prélèvement.
  16. Procédé d'apprentissage du schéma des prélèvements selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit apprentissage desdits prélèvements se poursuit pendant un ou plusieurs cycles ultérieurs à un premier.
  17. Procédé d'apprentissage du schéma des prélèvements selon au moins la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que les données sur lesdits prélèvements trouvées dans le cycle en cours sont sauvegardées en tenant compte également des données trouvées dans les intervalles homologues des cycles précédents par des moyennes pondérées ou des opérations de filtrage entre les données dudit cycle en cours et celles correspondantes dudit ou desdits cycles précédents.
  18. Procédé d'apprentissage du schéma des prélèvements selon l'une quelconque des revendications 14 à 15, caractérisé en ce que
    - un nombre n.cyc.prec de mémoires précédentes (M.cyc.prec) est prévu où sont sauvegardées les données sur lesdits prélèvements relatifs à n.cyc.prec cycles consécutifs précédant juste celui en cours;
    - si l'un desdits prélèvements fictifs (ΔT.tap.tot) calculé est
    - supérieur à celui présent dans la mémoire au moment (M.cyc.corr) dans l'intervalle homologue Int, tant le prélèvement fictif ΔT.tap.tot que le moment fictif Δ.t.fict remplacent les valeurs homologues présentes dans la mémoire au moment (M.cyc.corr);
    - si au contraire ledit prélèvement fictif ΔT.tap.tot est inférieur à celui de la mémoire du cycle juste précédent, il est enregistré dans la mémoire:
    - comme taille du prélèvement, la valeur fictive ΔT.tap.tot mais filtrée avec les valeurs stockées dans les intervalles homologues Int des cycles les plus récents n.cyc,
    - comme moment fictif Δ.t.fict, la moyenne pondérée entre le nouveau moment fictif Δ.t.fict et celui trouvé dans la mémoire du cycle juste avant,
    - tandis que la quantité n.cyc de cycles utilisés dans le filtre est égale à 0 si le cycle en question est le premier après la mise sous tension et augmente d'une unité pour chaque cycle suivant jusqu'à la valeur maximale n.cyc.prec.
  19. Procédé d'apprentissage du modèle de prélèvement selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, pour chacun desdits prélèvements, sont enregistrées au moins la valeur dudit moment de prélèvement t.in.tap et ladite chute de température de prélèvement correspondante ΔT.tap.
  20. Procédé d'apprentissage du schéma des prélèvements selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que la valeur dudit temps de fin de prélèvement t.fin.tap est en outre mémorisée par chacun desdits prélèvements détectés.
