Definitions
- the invention relates to a drawer structure, a storage device, a receiving arrangement, a method for receiving a receiving body on a drawer structure and a use.
- a drawer structure is known from FR2826896 and the EP2428326 .
- a drawer structure for storing a (in particular portable) receiving body on and/or in a storage device so that it can be removed without tools.
- the drawer structure comprises a first drawer slide with a first drawer body to be rigidly fastened on a first side (in particular on a first fastening structure) of the storage device and with a second drawer body movably attached to the first drawer body, a second drawer slide with a on a second side (in particular on a second fastening structure) of the storage device to be rigidly fastened first drawer body and with a second drawer body movably attached to the first drawer body, a connecting structure (in particular a connecting strut) which connects the movable second drawer body, and has coupling structures which are designed with corresponding coupling structures of the Recording body to be brought into operative connection, in particular engaged, to store the receiving body on the drawer structure tool-removable.
- a storage device comprising attachment structures for attaching a drawer structure and a drawer structure having the features described above, the first drawer bodies of which are attached to the attachment structures.
- a receiving arrangement which has a drawer structure with the features described above and a receiving body with coupling structures which are designed to be brought into operative connection, in particular into engagement, with corresponding coupling structures of the drawer structure, in order to have the receiving body to be stored on the drawer structure, removable without tools.
- a drawer structure having the features described above and/or a storage device having the features described above and/or a storage arrangement having the features described above for storing a storage body, in particular a suitcase, in a vehicle (e.g a motor vehicle) or a stationary shelf.
- tool-free removable storage can be understood in particular as a procedure or mechanism in which the receiving body is or can be stored on the storage device in such a way that a subsequent removal of the receiving body by a user is purely manually and without the need for the use of tools (such as a screwdriver, an Allen key, a wrench, etc.).
- drawer structure can be understood in particular as a body that provides or forms at least a base for a drawer.
- a drawer may be a compartment in a storage device (such as a shelf or cabinet) that a user can slide out or slide in.
- the drawer structure of such a drawer is therefore understood to mean the mechanism for pulling out or pushing in, for mounting on the storage device and for receiving a receiving body on and/or in which stored goods can be received.
- the term “accommodating body” can be understood to mean, in particular, a body to be accommodated in the storage device, which body is designed to accommodate objects to be stored.
- a storage body are a suitcase, a storage box, etc.
- Storage goods stored on a storage body can be, for example, a technical object or a component, such as tool components (e.g. hammer, screwdriver, etc.) or consumable components (e.g. screws). , nails, dowels, etc.).
- tool components e.g. hammer, screwdriver, etc.
- consumable components e.g. screws
- Examples of the type or type of stored goods or goods are the contents of a case, machine components, the contents of a machine case, tool inserts, canisters, cans, bottles, cartridges, tubes and/or the contents of a drawer.
- Coupled structures can be understood in particular as structural features (in particular of the drawer structure and/or the receiving body) which are configured to form a physical coupling with another body (in particular the receiving body or the drawer structure).
- Such coupling structures can bring about a mechanical coupling by means of a form fit, a magnetic coupling by means of a magnetic force, etc.
- the term "storage device” can be understood in particular as a box-like frame with one or preferably more drawer structures, which is designed for setting up, depositing, storing, etc., stored goods.
- a stand can stand on the floor and/or be attached to a wall.
- the storage device can be embodied as a storage rack or storage cabinet, stationary or in a vehicle. If such a frame is at least partially open, it can be designed as a shelf, for example.
- the frame can be provided with doors that can optionally be lockable.
- a drawer structure for temporarily accommodating a receiving body for example a suitcase
- a receiving body for example a suitcase
- a user can also convert a receiving body that is in a connected state with the drawer structure back into a disconnected state. No tools are required for this, making manipulation of the drawer structure quick and easy for a user.
- the tool-free removal of an accommodating body from the drawer structure also enables a user to hold different accommodating bodies interchangeably (in particular to hold them detachably) or attach them to one and the same drawer structure. In particular, when this receiving body is separated again from the drawer structure, this is free to receive another receiving body.
- receiving bodies can be temporarily attached by means of a universal system of coupling structures. This allows a user to put together any combination of drawer structures and/or receiving bodies to form a common storage device or receiving arrangement in a modular or building-block manner.
- a drawer function can only be realized by an arrangement of drawer guides with a connecting structure, but without a body.
- a drawer structure enables a space- and/or weight-saving arrangement of receiving bodies—in particular suitcases—in a storage device (for example a shelf) while simultaneously providing a high degree of variability and flexibility.
- An approximate any receiving body e.g. a suitcase or even a drawer body
- the first drawer slide, the second drawer slide and the connecting structure can essentially form a U-structure.
- the two drawer guides can be arranged parallel to one another and preferably perpendicular to the connecting structure. According to this exemplary embodiment, no further material is required for forming the drawer structure beyond the U-structure described. As a result, a drawer structure that is particularly lightweight and inexpensive to produce can be created, which is structurally reduced to what is functionally indispensable.
- the connecting structure can have a locking device for selectively locking the drawer structure, in particular operable by rotating the connecting structure about its axis.
- a locking device can be attached in a connecting area between the connecting structure on the one hand and one or both drawer slides on the other hand.
- a corresponding unlocking can be accomplished by a user (in particular also without tools) by rotating the connection structure back in the opposite direction. Locking the drawer structure in a position that has been moved into the storage device and/or in a position that has been moved out of the storage device enables particular operational safety, since unintentional displacement of the drawer structure (e.g. if the storage device is stored in a vehicle and a driver brakes unexpectedly must) can thus be reliably avoided.
- the locking device can be designed so that it must first be actuated for unlocking before the connecting structure and the movable second drawer body are released for moving out of the storage device.
- a mechanism can be implemented which only allows the drawer structure to be moved out of the storage device if the locking device for unlocking the drawer structure has previously been actuated. This makes it impossible for the drawer structure to move out of the storage device automatically, without being desired by a user, for example in the event of sudden forces occurring.
- the configuration described thus ensures a particularly high degree of operational reliability of the drawer structure.
- the reverse movement can be designed analogously (first unlocking, then pushing in). More specifically, the locking device can be designed to have to be operated first to unlock before the Connection structure and the movable second drawer body are released for moving into the storage device.
- the coupling structures can have receiving recesses for receiving locking feet of the receiving body.
- a particularly reliable mounting of the accommodating body can be achieved if a total of four feet of the accommodating body are accommodated on a total of four troughs in the drawer structure.
- two troughs can be provided on the first drawer slide and two troughs on the second drawer slide. It is also possible to place one or more separate components on the drawer guides or to attach them thereto, which then provide the troughs for receiving the locking feet of the receiving body.
- the receiving body can also have troughs on the bottom and the drawer guide can have corresponding projections for insertion into the troughs.
- the coupling structures can be formed or attached to the movable second drawer bodies.
- the coupling structures for example depressions
- the receiving body can be designed directly as part of the two drawer guides. This enables a particularly compact and lightweight configuration of the drawer structure.
- the drawer structure can have a support plate (in particular one that can be removed without tools), which is placed or can be placed on the movable second drawer body and optionally the connecting structure.
- a support plate in particular one that can be removed without tools
- Such a support plate can have coupling structures at any position on its two-dimensional surface, which can also enable universal coupling of different receiving bodies.
- such a flat support plate can be made compact and lightweight then increases the weight and size of the drawer structure only marginally.
- the coupling structures can be formed or attached to the support plate, in particular above the movable second drawer bodies.
- the support plate can therefore be placed on or mounted on the movable second drawer bodies and can thus be moved out of the storage device or into the storage device together with the movable second drawer bodies.
- Even a thin, lightweight backing plate provides a large surface area on which to form interconnect structures.
- the support plate in addition to the coupling structures for receiving the receiving body, can have further coupling structures which are designed to be brought into operative connection, in particular into engagement, with corresponding coupling structures of another receiving body that is narrower than the receiving body, in order to alternatively attach the other receiving body to store the drawer structure.
- receiving bodies of different sizes can be removably mounted on one and the same support plate of the drawer structure without the use of tools.
- the support plate can have coupling structures for accommodating suitcases of different widths.
- the further coupling structures can have longitudinal slots in the support plate.
- Such longitudinal slots in the support plate can functionally correspond to troughs that can accommodate the snap-in feet on the underside of a receiving body (for example a suitcase).
- the support plate can have a carrying handle, in particular a gripping recess as a through hole in the support plate.
- a carrying handle in particular a gripping recess as a through hole in the support plate.
- the design of such a carrying handle as a handle recess is a particularly inexpensive and lightweight solution.
- coupling structures of the support plate can have at least one receiving body locking recess which is designed to receive a corresponding locking slide of the receiving body for locking the receiving body to the drawer structure. If a receiving body is received on coupling structures of the drawer structure, under particularly unfavorable circumstances (e.g.
- a receiving body received on the coupling structures of the drawer structure can be removed from the drawer structure fall off
- one or more receiving body locking recesses are provided on the support plate, latching slides of the receiving body that are displaced perpendicularly to the supporting plate can be inserted into the latter in order to additionally protect the receiving body from undesirably falling off the drawer structure.
- operational reliability can be further increased.
- the movably attached second drawer bodies can have a two-stage pull-out mechanism.
- the pull-out depth of the drawer structure can be increased by a double (generally multiple) design of moving parts of the drawer structure.
- the second drawer bodies themselves can be constructed from two components that can be moved in relation to one another.
- a respective first component of the respective second drawer body can then initially be extended. Only when this first component has reached its end position and a further extension of the same is no longer possible, the respective second component can bring about a further extension of the drawer structure from the storage device.
- the drawer structure can be pulled out particularly far from the storage device, without the spatial depth of the drawer structure being increased as a result. In this way, a user-friendly and at the same time compact drawer structure can be created.
- the drawer structure can consist of the first drawer slide, the second drawer slide, the connecting structure and the coupling structures, i.e. no further bodies.
- only one support plate of the drawer structure can be additionally provided in one embodiment.
- the drawer structure can be designed as a body-free drawer structure. According to such an embodiment, the drawer structure is free of a body proper, i.e. a box-shaped top. The drawer structure is then limited to what is functionally absolutely necessary and is therefore particularly lightweight and easy to produce.
- the drawer structure can have a drawer body that is placed or can be placed on the movable second drawer body and, if applicable, the connecting structure and/or the support plate.
- This drawer body can advantageously be assembled and disassembled without tools.
- the drawer bodies can be designed as rails in the drawer structure.
- the drawer bodies can be designed as mere linear guides and can therefore be designed to be particularly compact.
- a particularly lightweight drawer structure can be created as a result.
- the connecting structure can advantageously be designed as a connecting strut. This also promotes the lightweight and small-volume design of the drawer structure.
- the attachment structures of the storage device can have two side plates, in particular perforated plates, which are connected to one another with at least one attachment strut, in particular by means of four attachment struts.
- the flat side plates ensure a high level of stability, whereas the one or more fastening struts ensure that the bearing device is reinforced.
- the configuration described further increases the lightweight configuration of the storage device.
- the side panels may include channels for partially or fully receiving the first drawer bodies rigidly mounted therein. If the rigidly fastened first drawer bodies are embedded or fastened or countersunk in channels in the side plates, the entire width between the side plates benefits a receiving volume for the receiving body. A compact and efficient storage device can thereby be provided.
- the coupling structures of the drawer structure and/or the coupling structures of the receiving body can be designed such that the receiving body can be placed on the drawer structure in a selectively vertically detachable, non-displaceable manner by means of the coupling structures and, if necessary, can be locked thereon.
- a vertically detachable, shift-proof stacking can be achieved, for example, in that locking feet of the receiving body dip into depressions in the drawer structure. If, on the other hand, the receiving body is locked on the drawer structure by means of the cooperating coupling structures, a vertical Removing the recording body are difficult or even impossible until unlocking.
- the receiving body can be a suitcase for transporting goods to be transported.
- goods to be transported can be accommodated loosely or fastened or secured in the interior of the case and can in particular be accommodated in receiving containers which in turn are securely accommodated in the closed state of the case in its interior.
- transport goods are consumables (such as screws, nails, dowels, bulk goods or liquids) or tools (such as screwdrivers or bits), etc.
- the coupling structures of the drawer structure and the coupling structures of the accommodating body for forming a coupling between the drawer structure and the accommodating body can correspond to coupling structures for forming a coupling between two identical accommodating bodies.
- a coupling structure for forming a case-drawer connection can correspond to a coupling structure for forming a case-case connection.
- the case can have a body and a cover that is or can be connected to the body, with a receiving space being formed between the body and the cover in a closed state and inaccessible from the outside for receiving goods to be transported, and with the receiving space being is accessible outside.
- a body and a cover connected or connectable to the body can be manipulated in order to move the case between a closed state, in which a receiving space for receiving goods to be transported is formed between the body and the cover and is inaccessible from the outside, and an open state, in which the recording space is accessible from the outside.
- Coupling structures on the body and / or the lid can be used to couple or decouple the case with respect to the drawer structure and, if necessary, couple cases to one another (see, for example DE 10 2014 118 452 ).
- the method can also include moving the second drawer body and the connecting structure with the receiving body mounted on the drawer structure into the storage device.
- the accommodating body can be protectively inserted into the storage device and accommodated there (for example during transport in a motor vehicle) in a space-saving and reliable manner and locked if necessary.
- the method can include removing the receiving body from the drawer structure without tools. Just as the assembly process of the receiving body on the drawer structure can take place without tools, a user also does not need any tools to disassemble the receiving body from the drawer structure. In this way, a particularly user-friendly drawer structure is created.
- Craftsmen often keep tools and consumables (for example screws, nuts and dowels) in cases in order to store them or to transport them to a construction site.
- the cases can be stored stationary on shelves or in drawers or in vehicles.
- a drawer structure enables a space-saving accommodation for a receiving body (for example a suitcase) in or on the drawer structure of a storage device (in particular a shelf or a cabinet) in a particularly weight-saving manner.
- a receiving body for example a suitcase
- a storage device in particular a shelf or a cabinet
- a support plate in particular a case support plate, for example a metal plate
- Such coupling structures can have, for example, indentations or troughs for feet of the receiving body or case and optionally recesses for the insertion of preferably two locking slides on a front side of the receiving body or case.
- carrying plates or case carrying plates offer a large and freely usable two-dimensional mounting surface. This makes it possible, for example, to provide groups of coupling structures on such a support plate, which have different suitcase types assigned. In this way it is possible to universally store a wide variety of case types on the drawer structure.
- a drawer body (which can preferably be assembled or disassembled without tools) on movably attached drawer bodies or movable halves of the drawer guide.
- FIG. 1 a suitcase is described as an example of a receiving body 10 to be accommodated on a drawer structure 100 .
- Drawer structures 100, storage devices 102 or receiving arrangements 180 are described according to exemplary embodiments of the invention, which are configured to receive such a case as receiving body 10.
- figure 1 shows a receiving body 10, designed as a suitcase, of a receiving arrangement 180 according to an exemplary embodiment of the invention in an open state, as in FIG DE 10 2014 118 452 is described.
- figure 2 and figure 3 show the receiving body 10 according to FIG figure 1 in a closed state.
- figure 4 shows a receiving body 10 as shown in Figure 1 to Figure 3 is shown in a coupled state with another similar receiving body 10' designed as a suitcase.
- FIG. 12 thus shows an arrangement 99 showing the receiving body 10 and the additional similar receiving body 10' in a connected state.
- the receiving body 10 is used to transport goods to be transported.
- Such goods to be transported can be accommodated loosely or fastened or secured inside the receiving body 10 and can in particular be accommodated in receiving containers (not shown), which in turn are securely housed inside the receiving body 10 when the receiving body 10 is in the closed state.
- Examples of such transport goods are consumables (such as screws, nails, dowels, bulk goods or liquids) or tools (such as screwdrivers or bits), etc.
- the receiving body 10 has a body 12 and a cover 14 that is or can be connected to the body 12 .
- Reinforcing ribs 28 for mechanically reinforcing the receiving body 10 are formed on the insides of the body 12 .
- various coupling structures 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40, 44 are attached exclusively to the body 12, but not to the cover 14.
- a receiving space for receiving goods to be transported is enclosed between the body 12 and the cover 14 and is inaccessible from the outside.
- the receiving space is accessible from the outside, for example in order to remove goods to be transported from the receiving body 10 or to introduce them into the receiving body 10 .
- the coupling structures 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40, 44 are designed in such a way that the receiving body 10 and the identical other receiving body 10' by means of the coupling structures 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40, 44 (which are thus in are also provided in an identical manner on the other receiving body 10 ′) are optionally vertically removable and horizontally stackable so as to be secured against displacement (state I), or can be coupled to one another in a vertically undetachable and horizontally displaceable manner (state II). Furthermore, the receiving bodies 10, 10' can be coupled to one another so that they cannot be removed vertically and cannot be moved horizontally (state III).
- the coupling structures 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40, 44, both the stacking (state I) and the coupling (state II, state III) of the multiple receiving body 10, 10 'achieve, are exclusively by means of precautions on the respective body 12 (see latching cams 30 and receiving grooves 36 of latching feet 34, coupling lugs 38 on the latching feet 34, a guide rail 30, 32 between the latching cams 30 and steps 32 as well as mutually interacting latching slides 40 and receiving grooves 44), but without the need for any precautions the cover 14 are taken.
- the other receiving body 10' is arranged vertically above the receiving body 10 and then lowered onto the receiving body 10 in such a way that the receiving grooves 36 on the locking feet 34 of the other receiving body 10' engage with the locking cams 30 of the receiving body 10 devices.
- the receiving grooves 36 on the locking feet 34 of the other receiving body 10' and the locking cams 30 of the receiving body 10 then ensure that the other receiving body 10' can be lifted off the receiving body 10 again at any time (i.e. by a movement inverse to the stacking movement), but is protected against displaceability in a horizontal plane by the positive fit between the receiving grooves 36 on the locking feet 34 of the other receiving body 10' and the locking cams 30 of the receiving body 10.
- the other receiving body 10' is arranged in the horizontal plane in front of the receiving body 10 and is slightly raised vertically in relation to the receiving body 10, so that the coupling lugs 38 of the other receiving body 10' are at the level between the locking cams 30 and the steps 32 , are therefore arranged at the level of the guide rails 30, 32 of the receiving body 10.
- state II The activation of state II is then completed by pushing the other receiving body 10' over the receiving body 10 in such a way that the coupling lugs 38 of the other receiving body 10' are between the locking cams 30 and the steps 32, and therefore in the guide rails 30, 32 of the receiving body drive in 10
- state II it is impossible to lift the other receiving body 10' from the receiving body 10 due to the form fit between the coupling lugs 38 on the one hand and the locking cams 30 or the steps 32, and therefore with the guide rails 30, 32, on the other.
- the receiving body 10 can be separated from the other receiving body 10′ by horizontally pushing the other receiving body 10′ away from the receiving body 10, namely with an inverse displacement movement compared to that with which state II was completed.
- couplers 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40, 44 contribute to both vertically detachably anti-shift stacking and vertically undetachably coupling together.
- the coupling structures 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40, 44 are formed that the receiving body 10 and the other receiving body 10 'by means of the coupling structures 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40, 44 in the vertically undetachably coupled to one another (state II, in which the coupling structures 40, 44 are not in engagement with one another) or can be secured against displacement by actuating the coupling structures 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40, 44 (state III, in which additional coupling structures 40, 44 are engaged with one another).
- a part of the coupling structures 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40, 44 (namely the coupling structures with the reference numerals 40 and 44), which contributes to the shift locking in the vertically undetachably coupled state III to the shift locking, is independent of another part (namely the coupling structures with the reference numerals 30, 32, 34, 36, 38) of the coupling structures 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40, 44 formed and operable, which contributes to the vertically detachable anti-slip stacking or to the vertically undetachable coupling with each other (Condition I or Condition II).
- the part of the coupling structures 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40, 44 with which the receiving body 10 and the other receiving body 10' can be stacked one on top of the other in a vertically detachable, non-displaceable manner is in the form of the locking cams 30 on the outer top edge regions of the body 12 and in the form of the latching feet 34 with underside receiving grooves 36 cooperating with the latching cams 30 in the stacked state on the outer underside edge regions of the body 12 .
- the part of the coupling structures 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40, 44 with which the receiving body 10 and the other receiving body 10' can be vertically undetachably coupled to one another is in the form of the guide rails 30, 32 on the outer top edge regions of the body 12 and in the form of the underside coupling lugs 38 which interact with the guide rails 30, 32 in the coupled state on the outer underside edge regions of the body 12.
- the latching cams 30 form part of the guide rails 30, 32 and the coupling lugs 38 form part of the latching feet 34.
- the latching feet 34 extend vertically downwards beyond a bottom surface of the body 12 (see FIG figure 2 ), so that the receiving body 10 can be parked with the locking feet 34 on a surface.
- the part of the coupling structures 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40, 44 with which the receiving body 10 and the other receiving body 10' can be secured against displacement in the vertically undetachably coupled state one above the other (state III) is in the form of the receiving grooves 44 and the locking slide 40 interacting therewith are formed.
- the locking slides 40 on the body 12 of the other receiving body 10' can be pushed into the receiving grooves 44 on the body 12 of the receiving body 10 (if the other receiving body 10' is arranged above the receiving body 10, as in figure 4 ), or vice versa (when the receiving body 10 is placed above the other receiving body 10').
- All coupling structures 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40, 44 are provided on side surfaces of the body 12 (see for example figure 1 ).
- the cover 14 is free from the coupling structures 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40, 44.
- the receiving body 10 also has recessed grips 26 in the form of depressions on opposite side faces of the body 12 .

According to an exemplary embodiment of the invention, a drawer structure for temporarily accommodating a receiving body (for example a suitcase) is provided, which is easy for a user to handle and can be manufactured with little effort and is lightweight. With simple, tool-free handling, a user can also convert a receiving body that is in a connected state with the drawer structure back into a disconnected state. No tools are required for this, making manipulation of the drawer structure quick and easy for a user. The tool-free removal of an accommodating body from the drawer structure also enables a user to hold different accommodating bodies interchangeably (in particular to hold them detachably) or attach them to one and the same drawer structure. In particular, when this receiving body is separated again from the drawer structure, this is free to receive another receiving body. This can be accomplished with a simple and intuitive touch down and lock motion, which can be manipulated in a similar, inverse manner to disconnect. With a single drawer structure, preferably in the form of rails and/or struts, receiving bodies can be temporarily attached by means of a universal system of coupling structures. This allows a user to put together any combination of drawer structures and/or receiving bodies to form a common storage device or receiving arrangement in a modular or building-block manner. Clearly, according to an exemplary embodiment of the invention, a drawer function can only be realized by an arrangement of drawer guides with a connecting structure, but without a body. In particular, a drawer structure according to an exemplary embodiment of the invention enables a space- and/or weight-saving arrangement of receiving bodies—in particular suitcases—in a storage device (for example a shelf) while simultaneously providing a high degree of variability and flexibility. An approximate any receiving body (e.g. a suitcase or even a drawer body) can be placed on the drawer slide and attached there without tools. Due to the possibility of designing the drawer structure in a minimalist manner only in the form of strips and/or struts, a particularly space- and weight-saving drawer structure can be created. When installed in a motor vehicle, this leads to lower fuel consumption and thus to reduced emissions of exhaust gases.
Additional exemplary embodiments of the drawer structure, the storage device, the receiving arrangement, the method and the use are described below.
According to an exemplary embodiment, the first drawer slide, the second drawer slide and the connecting structure can essentially form a U-structure. The two drawer guides can be arranged parallel to one another and preferably perpendicular to the connecting structure. According to this exemplary embodiment, no further material is required for forming the drawer structure beyond the U-structure described. As a result, a drawer structure that is particularly lightweight and inexpensive to produce can be created, which is structurally reduced to what is functionally indispensable.
According to an exemplary embodiment, the connecting structure can have a locking device for selectively locking the drawer structure, in particular operable by rotating the connecting structure about its axis. In particular, such a locking device can be attached in a connecting area between the connecting structure on the one hand and one or both drawer slides on the other hand. When a user has moved the drawer structure out of a storage device and/or into a storage device, simple (particularly tool-free) Actuation of the locking device, the position of the drawer structure are fixed relative to the storage device by means of locking. Locking can be actuated particularly intuitively simply by rotating the connecting structure about a longitudinal axis of the same, preferably perpendicular to a direction of travel of the two drawer guides. A corresponding unlocking can be accomplished by a user (in particular also without tools) by rotating the connection structure back in the opposite direction.
According to an exemplary embodiment, the locking device can be designed so that it must first be actuated for unlocking before the connecting structure and the movable second drawer body are released for moving out of the storage device. In other words, a mechanism can be implemented which only allows the drawer structure to be moved out of the storage device if the locking device for unlocking the drawer structure has previously been actuated. This makes it impossible for the drawer structure to move out of the storage device automatically, without being desired by a user, for example in the event of sudden forces occurring. The configuration described thus ensures a particularly high degree of operational reliability of the drawer structure. The reverse movement can be designed analogously (first unlocking, then pushing in). More specifically, the locking device can be designed to have to be operated first to unlock before the Connection structure and the movable second drawer body are released for moving into the storage device.
According to an exemplary embodiment, the coupling structures can have receiving recesses for receiving locking feet of the receiving body. A particularly reliable mounting of the accommodating body can be achieved if a total of four feet of the accommodating body are accommodated on a total of four troughs in the drawer structure. For example, two troughs can be provided on the first drawer slide and two troughs on the second drawer slide. It is also possible to place one or more separate components on the drawer guides or to attach them thereto, which then provide the troughs for receiving the locking feet of the receiving body. Alternatively, the receiving body can also have troughs on the bottom and the drawer guide can have corresponding projections for insertion into the troughs.
According to an exemplary embodiment, the coupling structures can be formed or attached to the movable second drawer bodies. According to such a configuration, the coupling structures (for example depressions) that fasten the receiving body can be designed directly as part of the two drawer guides. This enables a particularly compact and lightweight configuration of the drawer structure.
According to an exemplary embodiment, the drawer structure can have a support plate (in particular one that can be removed without tools), which is placed or can be placed on the movable second drawer body and optionally the connecting structure. Such a support plate can have coupling structures at any position on its two-dimensional surface, which can also enable universal coupling of different receiving bodies. At the same time, such a flat support plate can be made compact and lightweight then increases the weight and size of the drawer structure only marginally.
According to an exemplary embodiment, the coupling structures can be formed or attached to the support plate, in particular above the movable second drawer bodies. The support plate can therefore be placed on or mounted on the movable second drawer bodies and can thus be moved out of the storage device or into the storage device together with the movable second drawer bodies. Even a thin, lightweight backing plate provides a large surface area on which to form interconnect structures.
According to an exemplary embodiment, in addition to the coupling structures for receiving the receiving body, the support plate can have further coupling structures which are designed to be brought into operative connection, in particular into engagement, with corresponding coupling structures of another receiving body that is narrower than the receiving body, in order to alternatively attach the other receiving body to store the drawer structure. According to the embodiment described, receiving bodies of different sizes can be removably mounted on one and the same support plate of the drawer structure without the use of tools. For example, the support plate can have coupling structures for accommodating suitcases of different widths.
According to an exemplary embodiment, the further coupling structures can have longitudinal slots in the support plate. Such longitudinal slots in the support plate can functionally correspond to troughs that can accommodate the snap-in feet on the underside of a receiving body (for example a suitcase).
According to an exemplary embodiment, the support plate can have a carrying handle, in particular a gripping recess as a through hole in the support plate. In this way, a user can Handle the support plate easily and intuitively, for example to mount it on the drawer slides, remove it from the drawer slides or carry it with you. The design of such a carrying handle as a handle recess is a particularly inexpensive and lightweight solution.
According to an exemplary embodiment, coupling structures of the support plate can have at least one receiving body locking recess which is designed to receive a corresponding locking slide of the receiving body for locking the receiving body to the drawer structure. If a receiving body is received on coupling structures of the drawer structure, under particularly unfavorable circumstances (e.g. a sudden acceleration, such as braking by a user when the storage device is implemented in a vehicle), a receiving body received on the coupling structures of the drawer structure can be removed from the drawer structure fall off However, if one or more receiving body locking recesses are provided on the support plate, latching slides of the receiving body that are displaced perpendicularly to the supporting plate can be inserted into the latter in order to additionally protect the receiving body from undesirably falling off the drawer structure. As a result, operational reliability can be further increased.
According to an exemplary embodiment, the movably attached second drawer bodies can have a two-stage pull-out mechanism. The pull-out depth of the drawer structure can be increased by a double (generally multiple) design of moving parts of the drawer structure. For this purpose, for example, the second drawer bodies themselves can be constructed from two components that can be moved in relation to one another. When the movably attached second drawer body is pulled out of the storage device, a respective first component of the respective second drawer body can then initially be extended. Only when this first component has reached its end position and a further extension of the same is no longer possible, the respective second component can bring about a further extension of the drawer structure from the storage device. In this way, the drawer structure can be pulled out particularly far from the storage device, without the spatial depth of the drawer structure being increased as a result. In this way, a user-friendly and at the same time compact drawer structure can be created.
According to an exemplary embodiment, the drawer structure can consist of the first drawer slide, the second drawer slide, the connecting structure and the coupling structures, i.e. no further bodies. Optionally, only one support plate of the drawer structure can be additionally provided in one embodiment. In particular, the drawer structure can be designed as a body-free drawer structure. According to such an embodiment, the drawer structure is free of a body proper, i.e. a box-shaped top. The drawer structure is then limited to what is functionally absolutely necessary and is therefore particularly lightweight and easy to produce.
According to an alternative exemplary embodiment, the drawer structure can have a drawer body that is placed or can be placed on the movable second drawer body and, if applicable, the connecting structure and/or the support plate. This drawer body can advantageously be assembled and disassembled without tools.
According to an exemplary embodiment, the drawer bodies can be designed as rails in the drawer structure. In other words, the drawer bodies can be designed as mere linear guides and can therefore be designed to be particularly compact. In particular in combination with a strut-like or rod-like or plate-like connecting structure, a particularly lightweight drawer structure can be created as a result.
According to an exemplary embodiment, the connecting structure can advantageously be designed as a connecting strut. This also promotes the lightweight and small-volume design of the drawer structure.
According to an exemplary embodiment, the attachment structures of the storage device can have two side plates, in particular perforated plates, which are connected to one another with at least one attachment strut, in particular by means of four attachment struts. The flat side plates ensure a high level of stability, whereas the one or more fastening struts ensure that the bearing device is reinforced. The configuration described further increases the lightweight configuration of the storage device.
In an exemplary embodiment, the side panels may include channels for partially or fully receiving the first drawer bodies rigidly mounted therein. If the rigidly fastened first drawer bodies are embedded or fastened or countersunk in channels in the side plates, the entire width between the side plates benefits a receiving volume for the receiving body. A compact and efficient storage device can thereby be provided.
According to an exemplary embodiment, the coupling structures of the drawer structure and/or the coupling structures of the receiving body can be designed such that the receiving body can be placed on the drawer structure in a selectively vertically detachable, non-displaceable manner by means of the coupling structures and, if necessary, can be locked thereon. A vertically detachable, shift-proof stacking can be achieved, for example, in that locking feet of the receiving body dip into depressions in the drawer structure. If, on the other hand, the receiving body is locked on the drawer structure by means of the cooperating coupling structures, a vertical Removing the recording body are difficult or even impossible until unlocking.
According to an exemplary embodiment, the receiving body can be a suitcase for transporting goods to be transported. Such goods to be transported can be accommodated loosely or fastened or secured in the interior of the case and can in particular be accommodated in receiving containers which in turn are securely accommodated in the closed state of the case in its interior. Examples of such transport goods are consumables (such as screws, nails, dowels, bulk goods or liquids) or tools (such as screwdrivers or bits), etc.
According to an exemplary embodiment, the coupling structures of the drawer structure and the coupling structures of the accommodating body for forming a coupling between the drawer structure and the accommodating body can correspond to coupling structures for forming a coupling between two identical accommodating bodies. Thus, a coupling structure for forming a case-drawer connection can correspond to a coupling structure for forming a case-case connection.
According to an exemplary embodiment, after the bringing into operative connection, in particular engagement, the method can also include moving the second drawer body and the connecting structure with the receiving body mounted on the drawer structure into the storage device. After the accommodating body has been mounted on the drawer structure, the accommodating body can be protectively inserted into the storage device and accommodated there (for example during transport in a motor vehicle) in a space-saving and reliable manner and locked if necessary.
According to an exemplary embodiment, after storing the receiving body on the drawer structure, the method can include removing the receiving body from the drawer structure without tools. Just as the assembly process of the receiving body on the drawer structure can take place without tools, a user also does not need any tools to disassemble the receiving body from the drawer structure. In this way, a particularly user-friendly drawer structure is created.

Before exemplary embodiments of the invention are described with reference to the figures, some general aspects of the invention should be explained.
Craftsmen often keep tools and consumables (for example screws, nuts and dowels) in cases in order to store them or to transport them to a construction site. The cases can be stored stationary on shelves or in drawers or in vehicles.
If the cases are stored in drawers, the drawer itself and the drawer guide take up quite a large amount of space. This is particularly pronounced, for example, with a large number of suitcases to be stored or in places where little space is available. An example of such a scenario are storage systems in motor vehicles, where a cabinet is arranged in a vehicle. Such a cabinet conventionally undesirably adds significant weight to the vehicle. This limits the cargo that can be carried with the vehicle.
In order to overcome these disadvantages, a drawer structure according to an exemplary embodiment of the invention enables a space-saving accommodation for a receiving body (for example a suitcase) in or on the drawer structure of a storage device (in particular a shelf or a cabinet) in a particularly weight-saving manner.
Koffers aufweisen. To accommodate the receiving body or in particular the case, it is sufficient to provide only two drawer guides, which are preferably connected to one another at an operating end by a connecting structure (preferably with a locking device), whereby a U-shape is formed, for example. Optionally, but advantageously, a support plate (in particular a case support plate, for example a metal plate) can be inserted into this U-shape, which has coupling structures corresponding to a receiving body (in particular to a system case). Such coupling structures can have, for example, indentations or troughs for feet of the receiving body or case and optionally recesses for the insertion of preferably two locking slides on a front side of the receiving body or case.
Tragplatten bzw. Despite their lightweight design, carrying plates or case carrying plates offer a large and freely usable two-dimensional mounting surface. This makes it possible, for example, to provide groups of coupling structures on such a support plate, which have different suitcase types assigned. In this way it is possible to universally store a wide variety of case types on the drawer structure.
Optionally, it is possible to place a drawer body (which can preferably be assembled or disassembled without tools) on movably attached drawer bodies or movable halves of the drawer guide.

The
In order to activate state I, the other receiving body 10' is arranged vertically above the receiving
In order to activate state II, the other receiving body 10' is arranged in the horizontal plane in front of the receiving

In order to activate state III starting from state II, the latching slides 40 of the other receiving body 10' are inserted into the receiving
