Claims (15)
- Elément structurel (1) destiné à rattacher à l'enveloppe (A) d'un bâtiment, avec faible pont thermique, une partie extérieure (B) en débord, comprenant au moins un corps isolant (2) conçu pour être interposé entre ladite partie extérieure (B) en débord et ladite enveloppe (A) du bâtiment, et au moins un élément d'armature (3) en matière plastique renforcée par des fibres, réalisé d'un seul tenant et revêtant la forme d'au moins un élément d'armature de traction, lequel élément d'armature (3) franchit ledit corps isolant (2), pour l'essentiel horizontalement et transversalement par rapport à la direction longitudinale horizontale de ce dernier, et peut être raccordé à ladite partie extérieure (B) et à ladite enveloppe (A) du bâtiment, ledit élément d'armature (3) comportant une zone médiane (4) qui traverse le corps isolant (2), fait saillie vis-à-vis dudit corps isolant (2), est pourvue, au moins dans cette région saillante, d'une réalisation pour l'essentiel à paroi lisse sur sa surface extérieure radiale, ou bien au moins en partie d'un gainage (8), et est munie, dans une région située à l'extérieur dudit corps isolant (2), d'au moins un premier tronçon d'ancrage (5) doté d'un premier profilage sur sa surface extérieure radiale,
caractérisé par le fait
que l'élément d'armature (3) comporte, entre la zone médiane (4) et le premier tronçon d'ancrage (5), un second tronçon d'ancrage (6) doté d'un second profilage de surface, le premier profilage de surface et le second profilage de surface présentant des propriétés géométriques et/ou matérielles différentes. - Elément structurel (1) selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé par le fait
que le premier profilage de surface et le second profilage de surface sont réalisés, indépendamment l'un de l'autre, sous la forme de nervures (53, 54, 63, 64) s'étendant, pour l'essentiel, radialement ou hélicoïdalement autour de l'axe longitudinal de l'élément d'armature (3), et/ou sous la forme d'un décapage au sable. - Elément structurel (1) selon la revendication 2,
caractérisé par le fait
que les nervures (53, 54) du premier profilage de surface et les nervures (63, 64) du second profilage de surface diffèrent les unes des autres quant à leur hauteur (h), quant à leur espacement mutuel (b), quant à leur pas de répartition (T), quant à l'angle d'inclinaison (a) des flancs desdites nervures, et/ou quant à leur forme, afin de provoquer à chaque fois entre l'enveloppe (A) du bâtiment et la partie extérieure (B) en débord, à l'état intégré dudit élément structurel (1), une force d'adhérence respectivement différente du premier tronçon d'ancrage (5), et du second tronçon d'ancrage (6), avec le matériau de ladite enveloppe du bâtiment qui entoure lesdits tronçons d'ancrage (5, 6), et avec ladite partie extérieure en débord. - Elément structurel (1) selon la revendication 3,
caractérisé par le fait
que la hauteur (h) des nervures et/ou l'espacement mutuel (b) desdites nervures est (sont) plus grand(e)(s), sur le premier tronçon d'ancrage (5), que sur le second tronçon d'ancrage (6). - Elément structurel (1) selon au moins l'une des revendications 3 ou 4,
caractérisé par le fait
que l'angle d'inclinaison (a) des flancs des nervures est plus petit, sur le premier tronçon d'ancrage (5), que sur le second tronçon d'ancrage (6). - Elément structurel (1) selon au moins l'une des revendications 2 à 5,

que la zone médiane (4), et les nervures (53, 54, 63, 64) du premier tronçon d'ancrage (5) et/ou du second tronçon d'ancrage (6), présente(nt) un diamètre pour l'essentiel identique. - Elément structurel (1) selon la revendication 2,

que le décapage au sable du premier profilage de surface et le décapage au sable du second profilage de surface diffèrent l'un de l'autre quant à la composition de leur sable, à leur granulométrie et/ou à la forme de leurs grains, afin de provoquer à chaque fois, à l'état intégré dudit élément structurel (1), une force d'adhérence respectivement différente du premier tronçon d'ancrage (5), et du second tronçon d'ancrage (6), avec le matériau de l'enveloppe du bâtiment qui entoure lesdits tronçons d'ancrage (5, 6), et avec la partie extérieure en débord. - Elément structurel (1) selon la revendication 6,
caractérisé par le fait
que la granulométrie du décapage au sable est plus grande, sur le premier tronçon d'ancrage (5), que sur le second tronçon d'ancrage (6). - Elément structurel (1) selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 7,
caractérisé par le fait
que la zone médiane (4) et/ou le premier tronçon d'ancrage (5) et/ou le second tronçon d'ancrage (6) présente(nt) des diamètres différant mutuellement. - Elément structurel (1) selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé par le fait
que la zone médiane (4) fait saillie vis-à-vis du corps isolant (2), dans une direction substantiellement horizontale, d'une longueur L3 représentant du double au décuple d'un diamètre dM de ladite zone médiane (4) de l'élément d'armature (3). - Elément structurel (1) selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 9,
caractérisé par le fait
qu'une longueur L2 du second tronçon d'ancrage (6) représente du double au décuple, de préférence du quintuple au septuple du diamètre dM de la zone médiane (4) de l'élément d'armature (3). - Elément structurel (1) selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 10,
caractérisé par le fait
qu'une longueur L1 du premier tronçon d'ancrage (5) représente de dix fois à cinquante fois, préférentiellement de dix fois à quarante fois le diamètre dM de la zone médiane (4) de l'élément d'armature (3). - Elément structurel (1) selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 12,
caractérisé par le fait
que le gainage (8) est réalisé sous la forme d'une manchette tubulaire, pour l'essentiel à paroi mince, qui peut être emboîtée au moins sur la région saillante de la zone médiane (4). - Elément structurel (1) selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 13,
